Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤
I hope all of you are keeping well and happy. I was going to continue on the subject of depression, but something else turned up that detoured me from writing. “It was to give a helping hand to someone who needed some encouragement to build up her confidence” as she had many health issues. As we all know that when one is stressed it is “Lack of ease which described as disease” and is both body and mind and, it can be the mind that makes the body sick. But its not all who see it this way!
I was trying to enlighten her with books and quotes and pictures, but she simple refused to listen to what I was saying and sticking to her age old habits and beliefs, which were exactly what was filling her body and mind with negativity and resulting her having so many illnesses. We can all learn from every one. Even here on the I net, the blogs what we are doing is sharing our knowledge and experiences for others to learn and, we are all learning new things at the same time. When people think they know everything then you cannot make them to learn. Usually its the, “Ego” that stands in between, But see “What when you face the challenges, How much one can Achieve and Win 🙂
In life there are those who do new things, or take a different paths than others, and sometimes these people are looked upon as different or even odd. So in this incident, even I was looked upon as odd. Those who do not read or upgrade their knowledge in this fast moving world, fall behind. Its also very necessary to keep your body and mind both moving, for good health. It has proven scientifically that those who are active physically and keep their minds going are healthier, live longer and alert even in their old ages 🙂
All these are scientific proof to show, how much the mind can help, control how our bodies can work. What powers it has to combat stress and help in healing. The Mozart Effect: It’s been thought that listening to classical music, particularly Mozart, enhances performance on “Cognitive tests. However, recent findings show the listening to any music that is personally enjoyable has positive effects on cognition. Listening to good music can make you learn better and has the power to enhance some kind of higher brain function, such as reading and literacy skills, spatial-tempered reasoning, emotional intelligence and mathematical abilities – even children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder benefit in mathematics tests from listening to music beforehand ❤

Healing Powers: Music can help to stimulate/activate the mind, ‘Boost Creative Energies”, and are associated with “Dreaming, Learning and Relaxing”. The key to Boosting Creative Energies is to Listen to the type of music “You Enjoy” the most. If You want more “Inspiration, in Language and Mathematics” it would make sense to listen to “Music with Singing”, while “Music without words”, stimulates more “Artistic and Visual Senses” ❤
When it comes to Healing, we have to somehow “Learn to Relax and let our feelings of “distress (discomfort, sadness) out and discuss with the counselors, doctors and therapists or who ever you are dealing with even, “A friend or an understanding outsider”. Also you need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you!!!
From the experience although I got confused to a certain extent, I got back into my reading and confirmed that I am Not odd Lol 😛 And I have taken it as a positive experience to feel it was a test of faith in my knowledge and even of myself. And by finding information to write this article too it has helped to confirm that I am correct in what I write and say and also to restore my confidence in myself again. Also to show those of you who are reading, that in life we face many challenges/tests to overcome and become stronger to go to that next level up to move on further in life 🙂
Life is ever changing as “The Only constant is Change”. So always remember when you come across difficulties that they come to overcome and move on to “Higher wave lengths”, and Not think why this is happening ? Why me ? As always there is a reason for everything that happens in life. If you look in a positive way and have faith then its easier to deal with what life changes that influences you to, “Change for the Better and, move on to “Better standards of Living” ❤
