Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping well and Happy. I am feeling quite Happy as Today being 23rd November 2019, Shri Sathya Sai Baba’s Birthday I got the opportunity to start My Journey of Pure Service towards Healing especially 🙂

I found that I could respond to someone’s need of Healing Energy as, “My Hands became warm and I could feel the Healing Energies come to My Hands immediately” also the person itself felt something was coming on, Good and Positive was happening”. I am so Grateful and Over Joyed as I have been, “Praying, Meditating and Singing Devotional Songs/Kirtan” and working towards Healing and At Last found that I was able to respond to someone who needed Healing and Confidence of getting better ❤

Devotional singing ~ singing of Bhajans is a part of the spiritual music ~ singing of songs in prayers, have been practiced since ancient times. Singing is an excellent way of getting over stress and relaxes the mind and the body ~ which goes as “Sound  Therapy”! Quantum physics tells us that every life form carries a vibration, an energetic signature, beyond that of its physical constituents, but definitely connected to its physical parts”. Music can help harmonize Chakras ~ Chakra Healing!.

Root Chakra/Muladhara: is at the base of the spine helps physical health ~ Chakra Healing ~ Muladhara! ❤

Sacral chakra/Svadhisthana: helps emotional health deals with, relationships and creativity ~ Chakra Healing ~ Svadhisthana!

Solar plexus Chakra/Manipura: helps the ability to experience life and to balance ~ Chakra Healing ~ Manipura! ❤

Heart Chakra/Anahata: which is Green colour is for Loving Kindness, Compassion, Kindness to self, Trust and Loving Kindness to the whole world ~ Chakra Healing ~Anahata! ❤

Throat chakra/Vishuddha: Which is Blue colour and is about Communication, Being able to speak Freely and Independently, Honesty, Truthfulness, Self -Expression and Self-Knowledge ~ Chakra Healing ~ Vishuddha! ❤

Third Eye Chakra/ Ajna: Is the colour purple and in the middle of the forehead and is a Metaphysical Eye. Which is mostly about seeing inner Knowledge: Intuition and Wisdom ~ Third Eye in Healing!

Crown/ Sahasara Chakra: Is Violet Colour and at the Top of the head. Which is in connection to Spirituality and Higher Powers, and leads to Pure Bliss which is ultimate Peace of mind 🙂
