I hope all of you are keeping well. Today I thought of writing about Resilience. Here I am posting more of Picture Quotes as So many of the articles are full of written at length. So tjst You will be able to just look through and enjoy. I hope as usual it will be useful in you life. What Is Resilience? In psychology, resilience is considered a positive adaptation that takes place after a stressful event or an adverse situation. Think of resilience as an attitude that can be developed, not a personality trait that people must be born with. It is being able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.

It is also believed that resilience can be strengthened by good hormones which is released when someone is around a person they love. This feeling of connection can help in forming resilience. Resilience is often defined as the mental reservoir of strength that helps people handle stress and hardship. able to recoil or spring back into shape. Being able to be happy, successful, again after something difficult or bad has happened: the ability to successfully adapt to stressors, maintaining psychological well-being in the face of adversity. It’s the ability to “bounce back” from difficult experiences.

“Think Fitness is: one’s ability to execute daily activities with optimal performance, endurance, and strength with stress.

Behavioral fitness is to conduct, routines, and habits that promote health and the ability to withstand, recover from, or grow in the face of stressors.

Interpersonal fitness is the capacity to foster, engage in and sustain positive relationships and to endure and recover from life stressors with the assistance and support of others.

Living out spirituality in a personal, meaningful, and purposeful way. Remaining engaged in life’s meaning or purpose, hopeful about life and future, making sound moral decisions, engaged in meaningful relationships,, remaining respectful of others, and values and beliefs.
