Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Today I am writing about Healthy Living as Good Health is the most important thing in life as otherwise one is not able to to live properly. For this we need proper nourishment which is a “Balanced Diet which is good food” Proper Exercise  need not be what is shown in the picture but even another game you like to play or walking, running, or even things like house work, gardening or anything that moves yourself. Then enough rest and sleep 🙂

You can see below from the pictures what it is all about but, you do not have to follow all of them exactly, as with each person their personality is different and way of work and way of life is different.

Below are “Food Pyramids” showing to get ideas on, how to eat the best of foods for “Healthy Living, Physical activities, Rest and Sleep”. For you to have an idea what it is all about, which I will be writing, “Separate articles” as you can see I have to write much in detail doing reference also that will take quite sometime.

This is for people who are on the elderly side which are called the “Seniors” they have exercises on how they are fit and able to be active accordingly!

Today is the 10th of August 2020: I am in Very Good Health and moving on well. This the last month of winter, it is cold But somehow I have noticed getting darker in the evening seems to be becoming a little later now. Up to date I have Published 127 posts on This Website. “This picture post which is The 126th and with The Introductory page: Who I am & Why I am Writing! 

I am in Good Health as I have written before as, “I have been able to, “Receive Healing Energy Myself” since “Beginning of 2016” I have become “Very Positive” All my Hard work and Praying has been rewarded. You also can receive as, “Healing Energy can go to where ever it is needed ~ Anywhere in “The World”. But one must have to receive with a Pure Heart and Loving Kindness” ❤

Also what I have been doing is, “Taken the Therapists Voices with me and have been Moving forward Telling My Own Story in Helping Others to have “Faith, Hope and to Heal” and Lead a Life of Good Health, Happiness and Joy, and it is in this post if you click on the Link: Who I am Now & Why I am Writing!

I have been doing a “Lot of Editing and updating” still it is always “Possible to Add new Information, as Daily new things are discovered and we are able to update and improve our Lives to Better standard of Life.  So “It can be New Beginnings Always” and I Wish so for You also most sincerely ❤

  1. Thank you for so much wonderful information. Exercise is such a good thing to do, it improved my health so much when I first started exercising regularly. 🙂 I can’t believe it’s winter and cold where you are. We’re in the middle of a heatwave here in the UK today, lol 🙂
