It can be physical too. Why people get hurt or sad is, when they are criticized, put down, controlled or blamed unnecessarily, and when they feel it’s wrong and when they feel they don’t deserve, later on those can make people to feel unwell. So: You are Stronger than You Think!
(Psychological trauma) is something that affects the mind that occurs as a result of a quite distressing event or events. Trauma is often the result of an overwhelming amount of stress that exceeds one’s ability to cope, or integrate the emotions involved with that experience. A traumatic event involves one’s experience, or repeating events that can be too much, all depend on the person’s personality. But it is possible to “Overcome ~ as I have”. This is why I am now writing as I have not only, “Overcome, but Being able to receive the “Gift of Healing as well. It is a “Miracle” ❤
Whether it is mild or severe when people over work or get hurt, they get stressed. And when it comes to Healing, we have to somehow “Learn to Relax” and let our feelings of Stress which is, discomfort or sadness reduced.
So you need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you. The thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will some really understand what you are going through. Or sometimes it can be that, the very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you will get upset themselves and might be not able to help you to heal”. At these times see if you can find “A Friend, even an outsider who Understand” You ❤
Written below is also what other things you can do to “Manage Stress” But for a start Do what You like and The Things You can for that Time. Even other times Try as much as possible to, “Do The Things You Really like and Look Forward to Do ❤
1. Eat a Balanced diet how you like.
3. Breath to Relax.
4. Look for Help from Health worker.
5. Get enough sleep so that you are not tired.
6. Talking to anyone Kind, who will understand a, “friend, family member, partner, teacher or any other adult.

So when too many things happen all at once, and then all that will be too much of stress for the mind to take all together. Its difficult to tell what to do in this situations as for each person the circumstances are different, as well as for each person the strength of the mind also is different. So anytime you do feel overly stressed and unable to handle them alone, please do go and see a medical personnel Like a “Doctor, Counselor or a Therapist”!
As that will avoid a long and unnecessary discomfort, to you and to so many people around you, who depend on you too sometimes in your family. Above all your life is valuable and your health is a very important part of it. There are so many You can Choose from this post 🙂
This is why Kindness, Caring and Love is so important in healing. These can be from anyone Family, Friends or Medical people. As sometimes even afterwards, you might keep on hearing those harsh words said to you but again Now I am telling, “You” are able to push back and gradually get over with Time and Counselling, Medication and Relaxation and becoming Positive ❤
Although it is said for children, obviously it is for “All ages” as You can see from the post below and Understand. That playing indoor or out door helps “Relax, Exercise” helps all round for Good Health!
There are Natural issues too like: floods, earth quakes, volcanoes the things we cannot control which also are causes as well as, the stress and trauma that people go through because of what others say and do to them. It takes a while to put back the past, but, “In Time You Can”. As first you will remember but the hurt will will gradually get lessened. “The Constructivist Approach to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy” Donald Meichenbaum has developed his approach by in-cooperating the “Constructivist Narrative Perspective (CNP)” people tell of significant events in their Lives!
One of the, “Therapeutic tasks” is to help clients appreciate how they construct their realities and how, “They Author their own stories” 🙂
Therapists help clients on how they, “Construct reality (story tell) and examine the Implications and Conclusions clients draw from their own stories” Telling the of The Rest of The Story ~What They did to Survive and Cope ~ bolster clients Strengths and Help Them Develop Resilient behaviours. In this way, “Clients can Move from being Clients to ~ “Strong Willed Survivors” and “Successful People” ~ Dr. Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D.
Dr. Meichenbaum uses these questions to evaluate the “Outcome of, “The Therapy”:
1. Are clients now able to tell, “A New Story about themselves and the World”?
2. Do clients now use more Positive Metaphors to Describe Themselves?
3. Are clients now able to “Predict high-risk situations and Employ Coping Skills in emerging problems”?
4. Are clients able to “Take Credit for the changes, “They have been able to bring about”?
In Successful Therapy Clients, “Develop Their Own Voices, Take Pride in what They have Accomplished, and “Take Ownership of The Changes they are bringing about”. In short, “CLIENTS BECOME THEIR OWN THERAPISTS and TAKE THE THERAPISTS VOICE WITH THEM” 🙂

In time memories do fade and sadness can gets less. You think you are out of it or healed, but sometimes, something happens to upset you, you realize that there are some memories that are still around. We cannot see what is in the mind, and we ourselves are not aware until someone upsets us and we are reminded of some of the past happenings. Healing takes Time. But “You can overcome and lead a Healthier Life” Its good if those around also, “Care, Love” and support you. Many can help you but the person who is going through “You” also have, “A Big part in working towards becoming positive and well” ❤
