Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are well and Happy 🙂 I am taking a good rest after all the writing of 92 articles on my website here. I hope all those who are following and reading have made use of what I have written and moved on to the next levels in your life. I am hoping to keep this simple as I am really relaxing by getting back to reading, I have not been reading much although I have kept on buying the latest books and magazines. Also eating very Healthy and Sleeping long hours, as its winter time now here in Aussie and very good time to sleep long hours. Eating, drinking and taking in nourishing food, with rest and relaxation helps us to make up for the over worked hours and burning lot of calories in the process. Well I am cooking at home all the nice food I like to eat and drinking lot of hot nourishing hot soups, that is making me strong and keeping me warm and strong. We need to be Healthy physically as well as mentally as both body and mind need to be fit and strong to lead a strong and healthy life 🙂

I have also slowly got back to the other websites to connect again and see what all my blogging friends are up to. As they have been reading and commenting, and I have not been that alert to keep up with what they have been up to! I did not think of writing another article so soon, but I saw one of my blogging friends saying he is very stressed and needs relaxing, that this topic came into my mind. Writing is also Relaxing and Therapeutic, making use of my time writing here for myself and others benefit which I am really enjoying as there is no rush or time limit, if one does it in their own time quietly ~ ( All About Writing  ! ) ❤

I am just maintaining my little garden, as it is not possible to stay out in the cold and wet winter weather. So I am rearranging the inside, keeping my natural plants to the minimum and adding some artificial plants, as it is not possible to have delicate natural plants when you need to heat up inside 🙂

I  am not one for going out too much especially when it is wet and cold and even otherwise unless I want to do my basic shopping and if I have some other issue to attend to. Which leaves a lot of free time to maintain my home and do all my hobbies and lead a relaxing and life. I used to draw and paint, those days but now I have begun to do to colouring to relax. This is one of mindful colouring that I have done sometime back, when I take a break doing something different 🙂

I am watching some good TV programms on different subjects where my mind moves on to a different track as well as adding different words ( Words Words and Words ! ) to my vocabulary, which also helps, “Not to think of the same subjects ~ which I find again relaxes my mind” Has any of you have had this experience I wonder?

Words 1I am also listening to good classical music and listening to good sounds. Listening to music can decrease anxiety, speed Healing, Increase Optimism and decrease pain. Babies know from Happy from sad songs. As young as 5 months can distinguish (recognize) an upbeat tune such as, “An Ode to Joy” from Beethoven’s 9th symphony. “Sound is a nutrient for the nervous system. Love Your ears …..they are much more important than you ever realized.” ~ Prof. Dr. Alfred Tomati ❤

However, recent findings show the listening to any music that is personally enjoyable has positive effects on cognition. Healing Powers: Music can help to stimulate/activate the mind, ‘Boost Creative Energies”, and are associated with “Dreaming, Learning and Relaxing”. The key to Boosting Creative Energies is to Listen to the type of music “You Enjoy” the most. If You want more “Inspiration, in Language and Mathematics” it would make sense to listen to “Music with Singing”, while “Music without words”, stimulates more “Artistic and Visual Senses” ❤

After I Relax and Re-Energize I have to plan out for the next chapter. Learning from the past experiences, the mind automatically prepares how to move forward in future. Although we don’t realize, looking back we can see how far we have come and we need to, “Rejoice the fact of doing well and Celebrate our achievements big or small”. In doing so, we, “Encourage ourselves to ~ Do better” Because it is “US” that know how much “Time, Energy, Effort even Money we have put in” So we are best people to Appreciate and acknowledge what we have Achieved and in doing so, “We Enhance the Gifts the Talents” we already have and move on to, “A Higher platform, A Higher level to do better for Ourselves and for Others” 🙂

I Have Prayed For You!

How are you all? Today I thought of writing an article, on what I saw on some of your sites. Life is such, it is not a straight path for anyone. There are so many ups and downs as we go along and we all go through Happy and Joyful times as well as certain challenges and difficulties  from our day to day activities. These are for us to grow and move on to Higher Levels in our lives. I know there are many different people in our family of bloggers, writing on various topics, but most of us share a common bond, “We are all Survivors, Guides, Mentors and Motivators of some sort of issues in Life” ❤

Recently I have seen some of you going through physical pain due to illnesses as well as, some who have had faced some mishaps due to unkind and selfish people. I know when this type of things happens, we become troubled and loose faith in how life works. In my case, I am a firm believer in Prayers ~ The Power of Prayers! and if I cannot see reason or answers, I sit and pray. I pray daily and today as I was praying it came in to my mind to write an article for all of you as well, on what I believe in, and what I do, with the Hope that some of you can take comfort from this post ❤

From all what I have gone through so far now, “I take them all as lessons”. As I said before I pray and ask for Strength, Courage and Guidance from, “Almighty God, The Higher Powers, The Universe” (how ever you believe in) to overcome the challenges and go along the path towards our “Purpose in Life”. All the experiences, good and bad have taught me immense lessons of patience, tolerance and above all forgiveness. “Being able to forgive is the first step to being free from those who come as unkind messengers” ❤

As a result of my praying for a very long time, with dedication and consistently over the years, now I have begun to receive, Energy” in to my hands. We all have energy, only we need to develop them with lot of hard work and sacrifice. Now at this time of my life, “I feel Blessed” as “I have gained something that money cannot buy nor can anyone take it away from me ” ❤
It is something I have earned, “Through Hard work, Sacrifices, Sharing and Giving, Loving kindness and above all being Truthful and Honest” Each person is, “Born for A Unique Purpose in Life” ~ “The Powers, The Gifts, The Energies are all open for everyone, as we all are part of The Universe” According “To Their Purpose in Life” Some try to take shortcuts which doesn’t work. You have to take the full journey, cross all rivers, climb all mountains, do what ever call of duty to fall in line with, “The Universal Energy which is also called Healing or Pranic energy”. As we know, energy can travel so, “Prayer energy” which is also called “Healing Energy” can travel far and wide to distant places too as you can see from the post below ❤

From the day we are born we go through a very long journey. Life is trial error. We have to learn so much on our own and as we go along in life, we have to take risks too to move forward, and then we can take the wrong turn as we are not all knowing. But what matters is we learn from the mistakes, from what we make and also from others  mistakes, as its Not possible to make all the mistakes ourselves in one life time!
“The whole world, The vast Universe is open to all ~ “Offering Knowledge and Guidance”, for us to become, “Good human beings ourselves, and to be of value as good citizens to the world”. Once go through our lessons well and gained “Knowledge and Wisdom” and lived in loving kindness we can become, “A light that will light other’s Paths for them also “To Find Their Goals and Reach Their Destinations” ❤

While I was praying very hard, for myself I have included “All of you too”, and as I was typing I received some “Healing Energy” to my hands ~ it happens when “I pray, think or do something with, “Loving kindness” and I take them as guidance and approval, that whatever my thoughts or actions were on the correct wavelength. For those of you who believe in energy, “I sincerely hope you receive some “Healing Energy”. This will be in my blog, giving out “Good and Positive Energy” always, for Good Health, Happiness, Prosperity and Peace at Heart, which is the ultimate goal in our lives ❤

Healing ~ Trauma !

Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

This is a short article about Trauma. When you experience deep sadness or grief, it is referred as Trauma. (a deeply distressing or disturbing experience) It can be physical too, then its to do with the body. (Psychological trauma is a type of damage to the mind that occurs as a result of a severely distressing event. Trauma is often the result of an overwhelming amount of stress that exceeds one’s ability to cope, or integrate the emotions involved with that experience. A traumatic event involves one’s experience, or repeating events of being overwhelmed that can be precipitated in weeks, years, or even decades as the person struggles to cope with the immediate circumstances, eventually leading to serious, long-term negative consequences ~ Wikipedia)
Whether it is mild or severe, pain is pain in different amounts. And when it comes to healing, we have to let our feelings of distress out, meaning speak out and discuss with the counselors, doctors and therapists or who ever you are dealing with. Also you need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you !!!

Why people get hurt or sad is, when they are criticized, put down, controlled or blamed continuously, and when they feel they don’t deserve it and it’s wrong and unfair. If they are guilty of any wrong doings, then deep in their hearts they know they have done it and they do deserve some of it. But when they feel they don’t deserve it, the insults, the harsh words go in like a knife through ones hearts and makes wounds that will be difficult and take a very long time to heal. These are what stays on collecting inside you, weighing you down, making you feel miserable and low, which will lead to break downs. Break downs doesn’t happen if there is support, love and care around. But the thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will some really understand as to what you are going through. Or sometimes, sadly  it can be that, the very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you, will be the ones who will stress and be unhelpful for you to heal!

So when too many things happen all at once, and then the last thing can be like what is said, ” The last straw that breaks the Camel’s back” that will finally push you over. Its difficult to tell what to do in this situations as for each person the circumstances are different, as well as for each person the strength of the mind also is different. So anytime you do feel overly stressed and unable to handle them alone, please do go and see a doctor and get help. As that will avoid a long and unnecessary suffering to you and to so many people around you, who depend on you too sometimes in your family. Above all your life is valuable and your health is a very important part of it. And you alone have to know where to draw the line and safe guard and take care of yourself. Its your life and you are the caretaker of yourself no one else 🙂

This is why Love is so important in healing. As long after you keep on hearing those harsh and cruel words said to you. Some can say forget but its only those who have gone through know this. If they can they will forget and live happily. Who will want to lead a sad life ? No one. As we are all born to live well and happy. Other than natural disasters like floods, earth quakes and things we cannot control, the stress and trauma that people go through because of what others say and do to them, is what breaks them. It takes a very long time to lessen the painful, harsh and cruel things said or done to them. And true the medical personnel and medication all has to be there. But the most important facts are,  Kindness, Caring and Love as all living creatures need to be loved and cared for. All those hurt feelings are softened by some one or some people being kind and caring to you. Its just like when you fall and hurt yourself and someone comes and talks to you kindly or helps you to get up, already you feel ok !!!

In time some memories do fade and the pain and the sadness gets less. But if its not taken out and seen to, they do stay inside. You think you are out of it or healed, but the moment something happens to upset you, you realize that there are some memories that are deep inside that needs to be taken care of. We cannot see what is in the mind, and we ourselves are not aware until someone upsets us and the whole things spills out like Pandora’s box. Healing takes a, “Very Long Time” It depends on how much you have gone through and how the people around you care, love and support you. Many can help you but ultimately its the person itself who can and has to heal themselves. Becoming well is only part of healing. Now I have come out of depression, over one year ago, and staying out of it 🙂

We need to all work on it with all available resources, and leave the rest up to Time, God or the Powers above which ever who ever you believe in. As its not all and everything that we can do alone and fully, and at the exact times we want them to happen !!!

P.S: Now this is 26th May 2018 and I have edited this article, which was originally written 2 years ago. Since then, I have healed from depression and my bipolar/mood disorder has gone into remission. That means I have got over most of the effects of trauma. I have now realized that with medical help of counselling and medication, and on our part if we work hard on becoming well with dedication and perseverance we can make progress in getting over most of the effects of trauma and ultimately learn to put back the past and lead a happy life. Why don’t you try it too 🙂 I wish you so and have strength and patience to do so ❤

Welcome To My World !

Hello To All My Dear Readers. 🙂

I started this blog to spread the message on mental wellness. We all go through some form of difficulties in Life. And I too have gone through mine. Due to the ups and downs I went through one after the other, suddenly the last incident pushed me to a state that, I happen to go through depression. For almost fifteen years I went through depression as well as bipolar disorder from time to time. Since December 2013 I was cleared from counselling, being said that I had come back to normal by my psychiatrist. A word I never expected to have heard in my entire life. Suddenly the clouds had moved away, and out came the sun. The world opened up to me 🙂
Knowing what it is be depressed, and because of the stigma attached to it, many do not want to go for treatment, making it worse and even ending their valuable lives. Getting out of long term depression is like a miracle. There were so many who asked how and also my doctor encouraged me to write, for the benefit of others. The reason I started this blog is, I want to show the world that depression can be overcome and even Bipolar disorder can be controlled well enough to lead a normal life. And being mentally ill is no different to being physically ill. As mind and body are together. Mental illness also can be cured or controlled and they also can be normal as everyone to live in Dignity and Respect with everyone else in the world 🙂
I am studying psychology ~ counselling and psychotherapy, at the moment to give back even more knowledge and experiences to those of you read my Blog. “But make note that, this is not exactly professional counselling”, but this is, mainly “My Journey on how I overcame depression and mood disorder ~ as an Update I am also writing on other Topics of Life Health and Healing too” I hope all those reading my blog will learn something new, or remember what you already know. And make use of them to lead a better and happier life 🙂

20th May 2018: This is my latest update. It’s almost three years since I wrote this, and today I am able to tell that, I am Still going strong. Completely recovered and living free from depression. “I will be updating some of the old articles with my new knowledge and added experiences and also for the benefit of those who are new to the blog”, as well as to confirm that it is possible to overcome and become completely well too. Now that my mood is even more uplifted, my choice of colours and posts have changed too accordingly. My eye goes to new pictures that resonate with how I am feeling now that I am feeling very much more Positive than when I was feeling unwell.. It does happen. “Know that it is Possible ~ You too can come out into the light and live Happily” 🙂
