All About Energy ~ Vibration!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you keeping well, and moving on in life peacefully. I thought of writing a little about Energy Healing ~ Intuitive Healing today with my knowledge I have acquired over a long period of time. Although I have been writing before, “As I have developed my gift of “Healing Energies” now I understand and aware more about “Healing Energies”. (as I began writing this on 20th April 2019 ~ I received Energy from 10.29 pm up to 10.32 pm to my Right Hand) It is a very advanced article, and now see how long I have taken to write and finish this article until today ❤

Although I meant to write about Intuitive Healing mainly, I have realized that I need to write and explain about, “Energy and Vibration” first. As I found ,out with My own Experiences that, “It is possible to change our Energies if, “We fall inline with the “The Universal Energy” Of course, I have worked towards this by, “Praying and Meditating, Giving and sharing over a long period of Time with, Dedication and Sacrifices” Persistently and with Patience 🙂 ❤

This is the meaning from, “The I net” for some of you if you want to learn/refer up on your own <3″Intuitive healing is the ability to use the information from the soul level in order to heal the various energy bodies of the person. As it cannot be seen, it’s not everyone who understand and believe  that we are and all around us is “Energy” But there are those out there are people whom you come across, who talks of energy too! One day was at the shops and there were few ladies talking, they were completely unknown to me. They were speaking about someone that they felt very comfortable with and then they were saying that its because that person has “Good Energy”!

I have observed that, “It is very difficult to show or prove when you go through changes or advance oneself, as it cannot be seen from outside. But then in my case, “I have become more Healthy, and look much more Younger than my age, which has even become a problem as some think it is a younger picture of myself or that I have done photo shop 😛
The reason why people are unable to see the changes when we become well or even otherwise is, “Because they have, “A very old imprint of us ~ And everything we say or do they look through that same angle. Some can never go past how we have changed or advanced. They can never go past the label they have put us under long time ago. “So it is not everyone who can understand, want, accept or know how to receive Energy and we have to accept that and we have to keep on Moving ahead. In life in what ever we do, there are always believers and non believers. What we have to do is to stretch beyond all this and go forward with Courage and Determination to reach our ultimate Goals. “Our Destiny for the Purpose” we have been born for ❤

It is certainly odd when there is so much of proof that we are energy and everything around us is energy, that some really cannot think on that line. Some only have limited knowledge. Also we cannot change others, we can only change ourselves. So in this path, it takes time to build up. But all difficult paths ends up in places where others have not dared to go 🙂

There are seven (Basic) Universal Laws or Principles by which everything in the Universe is governed. The Universe exists in perfect harmony by virtue of these Laws. ……..Courtesy of The I net!

As I have been writing all through out, “As we are all Energy ~ We are all connected through Energy and “Fall under, “The Laws of The Universe” and as “Energy” cannot be seen, I am using all these picture Quotes and My knowledge for all of that to be understood ❤

Natural Law is shown through 7 Basic Principles (rules that has to be or usually is to be followed) that connects the other 7 together. What You have to understand is that, “All these Prayers, Meditation makes it possible for our “Minds to be advanced, to be able to gain Knowledge and Wisdom” so that You will be able to learn and how exactly to Live well in Good Health and in Happiness” ❤

The Power of Your Amazing Brain: Thoughts are real.  Your thoughts cause biological and physiological effect – Your body responds to mental input as if it were physically real. The conscious mind controls our minds only 5% of the day and the subconscious mind holds of our Thoughts 95% of the time!Mind 1

Listen to Music: Studies have proven that listening to music strengths the brain and literally changes the structure. Sometimes music is the only thing that gets your mind off everything. One of the only activities that, Activates, Stimulates and uses The Entire Brain is, “Music”. So go and now listen to more Music 😛

The Brain is 2/3 fats. Myelin, the protective sheath covering your neurons is 70% fat. Eating fatty fish, Green Leafy Vegetables, Olive Oil, Avocados, Chia seeds, Flax seeds and nuts replenish Your neurons and Brain Cells. The Law of Vibration. The third of, “The seven Universal Laws” tells us that, “Nothing rests; everything moves; everything Vibrates”. The third and last of, “The immutable Universal Laws” tells us that, “The whole Universe is but ~ A Vibration”. Science has confirmed that everything in, “The Universe ~ including You ~ is Pure Energy Vibrating at different frequencies”!

Everything that we experience our five physical sense is conveyed through Vibrations. The same applies to the mental realm. Your thoughts are Vibrations. All your emotions are Vibrations, where “Unconditional Love” (in the sense of Love for another) “Is the Highest and most subtle of the emotional Vibrations, and “Hate is the densest and most base”. You can learn to control Your Mental Vibrations at Will!

What Happens when You Meditate? The Chakras, the Energy wheels in the body “Balances and works in Harmony with each other, You become Healthy both Body and Mind”. Kuṇḍalinī is associated with Paradevi or Adi Parashakti, the supreme being in Shaktism, as well as with the goddesses Bhairavi and Kubjika.[1][2] The term along with practices associated with it, was adopted into Hatha yoga in the 11th century[3] and other forms of Hinduismas well as modern spirituality and New age thought. Kuṇḍalinī awakenings may happen through a variety of methods. Hello to All My Dear Readers and Blogging friends. I hope all of you are keeping well. Here in Aussie it is Autumn so we are having cool weather and moving on to Winter Brrrrr……to be colder in a months time. Today I am writing about the 5th Chakra ~ the Throat Chakra which is also called Visuddha!

Fifth Chakra is all about words and physical language ~ speech and Healing. It is all about speaking and make others understand us to know who we really are” to express ourselves. Being Honest, Truthful and Loyal begins here ❤

As you see the colour of Vishuddha is Blue. The characteristic/element is the Blue sky, so it is mostly, “Blue colour fruits and vegetables that go with this chakra 🙂

Throat Chakra’s element is the Sky and leads to communications as we need the freedom to express ourselves, freely and truthfully for it to balance it properly. Singing, writing letters, connection with friends and listening to any soothing sounds, soft music or voice story telling is included. It is not only us speaking it is to listen, absorb and understand what others say also is important for the throat chakra to work properly ❤

As I Move On Again!

As this is my journey along the path of healing, I thought I will write here as and how I am moving on with my life. Sometimes it may be the same things here and there, but they will be different each time, because we keep on changing and evolving as we go along ❤

Change 1

Its really difficult to draw a line when you have become well and when you have really healed. Both can be on the balance as we cannot see the mind like the physical self. We ourselves don’t know what is still hiding in our minds waiting jump out, or if the memories or the hurts, have gone back so much so, almost never to come back !!!

Those who are really following my journey, are aware that recently I did the tying up the lose-end business, and ended one part of my life. Now I have got the urge to contact some of them who have been there for me, supporting and helping me at various times and ways. These things does happen from time to time. Meaning as you go along its like closing one door after another. In life you cannot just close a door once and for all and finish off that part. As we keep on changing and moving on, we keep on closing one chapter after another. Its just life reading a book. As in a book too there are many chapters and until you finish, you keep on reading one after the other, till the end !!!

I believe I have come to a big turning point of healing. I almost feel I have now become, who I was before all these upheavals happened. I remember all what I used to do, and I can’t believe the drama I have gone through, and how I have survived. Its like I have woken up from a very long dream, only no prince woke me up 🙂  I woke myself up !!!

Healing 1
Whoever is there for you or not, ultimately its you who has to heal yourself. It has to be a combination of many things. You need to get proper guidance from the medical personnel, medication and above all, “Make an extreme effort to do anything and everything possible to become positive and pull yourself up” Once you decide and begin to come up, others can give a helping hand. The moment you decide to become well and begin to be active, it is climbing up to a higher level. Then there can be others as well as, “You will be able to tap in to other resources of higher knowledge”. And “You” will be able to make use of, “Your own knowledge and Experiences” to help others as well and to move on to better a better standard of living ❤

It has been a Very Long Journey. Actually it has been longer than half of what I have lived so far. And still 6 months ago there were few incidents that shook me, that trying to survive, helped me even more to understand what happened to me at certain points of my life which had been puzzling me for a long time. So actually they came as it came as blessings in disguise. In order to survive, I came out of my comfort zone, which only now I realise that there was such thing as a comfort zone, where I was concerned. What things we ourselves discover about us is the surprising thing.  And I did so many things otherwise I would have not done. This is because I was Determined to Survive and I believe I have really survived and come out quite  well, the reason I write confidently about how I coped 🙂

In life we all go through various hardships at various times in different ways until the end. And sometimes yes, we all do wonder, why did all that happen to us, for what reason. Some answers don’t come immediately but they do in time, may be a few will not. “Hopefully one day I will know the answers to my questions” !!!

I pray and meditate to reflex on how things happened in the past and how best I can move on. I am discovering so much about me now. What I have forgotten and who I have become by overcoming all this challenges. I am who I was in the past, yet I have changed too !!! Life is such we all change all the time and we can go on learning and advancing ourselves as long as we have life. How wonderful to keep on updating your knowledge and to learn new things. I really enjoy doing so and with all what I have gone through, I find that, “Life can become Wonderful, if we have the “Strength, Persistence and Patience” to keep on working towards Achieving Your Goals ❤

There are exceptions I know, just like everything. But for most of you, if you take courage, you can turn your life around to look at life in a positive way and make the best of who you are and what you have. We have only one life to live, and almost all of us are given, something special to make a mark in this world. For ourselves and then to others, at least to one person. We cannot change the whole world not all of us, although I wish we could. Don’t you ? So we need to make use of what we have got. As I always end up saying, Be strong, have Courage and be Patient until the tide changes and life turn in favour for you. It does, it has to ❤

Winter doesn’t stay for ever, “You never know what The Changes the next day will bring” As we are all part of this, “Universe” we also move on with the Time of and “Your day will surely come” ❤

17th April 2019: This is the New Me “Adding to what I wrote before that, “The answers Did come most of them”and “The Tide does Turn” although I didn’t realize that, “Not only was I was Trying to show that it is possible to become “Positive and Well” somehow I have been working towards, “Developing Healing Energies to Heal myself as well as Help Others”!
So here is what I have learnt since then. The Tide does Turn in Your favour meaning Life does change ~ Winter does not last for ever. Good Times does come in Time ❤

How are you All. Today I thought of posting some quotes to, “Motivate You All”. I am keeping this simple as I have been having to concentrate a lot and doing lot of serious articles. I hope you will all like what I am going to do ❤

The Very First Advice is this. Do not compare at the time you begin to someone else who has started something and already doing it. It takes quite a bit of time, to settle down with what ever you want to do, find your own way of doing that and in Your own Time. For any thing to be successful, we need to put in a lot of time and effort ❤

There will times that You will see that you are moving very fast, and there will be times that will be a slower pace, and sometimes you will find not moving and even stuck not being able to move on. These are times that You may need a break, a rest as things are trying to form a new pattern. This will be a time to, look back and see how far you have come re-energize, charge your batteries, and start again with new strength and vigour. Now see when I look back, even to see what I have written here, I cannot believe how much I have written, how I have recovered and also moved on to higher wave lengths, and how well I feel. What ever it is, you need to, “Be Strong, have Faith and Patience and keep on trying to move ahead ❤

Freedom To Be You!

Today I am writing about, “A Very Important Topic ~ It is about Freedom” It is based on how people try to Manipulate some of us. “The secret of freedom is courage. This verse about Behaviour, is one which I greatly believe from ~ Erich Seligmann Fromm!

Erich Fromm 2Erich Seligmann Fromm (March 23, 1900 – March 18, 1980) was a German-born American social psychologist,   psychoanalystsociologisthumanistic philosopher. Fromm believed that freedom was an aspect of human nature that we either embrace or escape. He observed that embracing our freedom of will was healthy, whereas escaping freedom through the use of escape mechanisms was the root of psychological conflicts. Fromm outlined three of the most common escape mechanisms: automaton conformity, authoritarianism, and destructiveness. Automaton conformity is changing one’s ideal self to conform to a perception of society’s preferred type of personality, losing one’s true self in the process. Automaton conformity displaces the burden of choice from self to society. Authoritarianism is giving control of oneself to another. By submitting one’s freedom to someone else, this act removes the freedom of choice almost entirely. Behaviour – “If other people do not understand our behaviour what can we do. We behave according to our personalities”.
Their request that, “We must only do what they understand, is an attempt to, ‘Dictate’ as mostly they ‘Resent’ our ‘Freedom’ and our ‘Courage’ to be ourselves.
We owe nobody an explanation or an accounting, as long as, ‘Our acts Do Not Hurt or Infringe them’.
How many lives have been ‘Ruined’ by this need to explain, which usually implies that the explanation be, ‘Understood’ i.e. Approved.
“Let Your Deeds be Judged”. And, ‘From Your Deeds ~ Your real Intentions’
But know that, “A Free Person Owes an Explanation Only to Himself/Herself” And to,’The Few’ “Who may have Justified Claim for Explanation” ~Erich Fromm.

As human beings, “Freedom is Very Important. In fact it is to, “All Living beings” including the animal kingdom” We are all born with, “A Unique Personality to each other and we all have that need to Behave, to Act and overall Live according to how our personality is”. As I wrote before, “We have the Right to Live freely” how we want, as long as we do not do the wrong things that is harmful to ourselves or to others!

When we are restricted or prevented is, “The time we feel,”Stressed” That Thing called Stress !!!and if it is how we have to live, Long term it’s through because of this Stress we become unwell/sick”. As human beings, “We are lucky that we can learn from others, read and so much of resources to learn ~ How best we can go about to Live according to our personalities/ our ways of doing thing in life ~ how we like to do things” This is by educating ourselves ❤

So we can Learn so many things ourselves as, “We are the only people who know exactly what and how we want to act and do things, to be relaxed, comfortable and at ease, as “The term Dis-ease simply means lack of ease or harmony within the body” ~ The I net! So to be in Harmony within the body, “Just be You” ❤

So I am writing it again with, “New experiences and knowledge I have gained over a period of over 3 years” as today is: 14th February 2019 🙂

Stigma 4
This is a short article explaining about Trauma. When you experience deep sadness or grief, it is referred as Trauma. (a deeply distressing or disturbing experience) It can be physical too, then its to do with the body. (Psychological trauma is a type of damage to the mind that occurs as a result of a severely distressing event. Trauma is often the result of an overwhelming amount of stress that exceeds one’s ability to cope, or integrate the emotions involved with that experience. A traumatic event involves one’s experience, or repeating events of being overwhelmed that can be precipitated in weeks, years, or even decades as the person struggles to cope with the immediate circumstances, eventually leading to serious, long-term negative consequences ~ Courtesy Wikipedia!

A 64
Why people get hurt or sad is, when they are criticized, put down, controlled or blamed continuously, and when they feel they don’t deserve it and it’s wrong and unfair. If they are guilty of any wrong doings, then deep in their hearts they know they have done it and they do deserve some of it. But when they feel they don’t deserve it, the insults, the harsh Words Words and Words ! affects one’s hearts and makes wounds that will be difficult and take a long time to heal!

Heal 17
These are what stays on collecting inside you, weighing you down, making you feel miserable and low. So when too many things happen all at once, and then the last thing can be like what is said, ” The last straw that breaks the Camel’s back” that will finally push you over, which will lead to break downs. Break downs doesn’t happen if there is support, love and care around. But the thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will some really understand as to what you are going through. As usually it is difficult for so many to understand unless, “They have experienced themselves so sometimes sadly  it can be that, “The very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you, will be the ones who will (That Thing called Stress !!!) stress and be unhelpful for you to heal”!

Counsel 2a
Its difficult to tell what to do in this situations as for each person the circumstances are different, as well as for each person the strength of the mind also is different. So anytime you do feel overly stressed and unable to handle them alone, and/or, if your low moods do not go away, please do go and see a doctor and get help. In some countries You are able to go to psychiatrist itself. In some countries, “You have to first go to a GP. Usually the method is to go to a GP “(general practitioner) ~ In the medical profession, a general practitioner (GP) is a medical doctor who treats acute and chronic illnesses and provides preventive care and health education to patients” ~ Courtesy of the I net!

Heal 20
As that will avoid a long and unnecessary suffering to you and, to so many people, who depend on you too sometimes in your family. Above all your life is valuable and your health is a very important part of it. And you alone have to know where to draw the line and safe guard and take care of yourself. Its your life and you are the caretaker of Yourself no one else 🙂

Trauma 3
Whether it is mild or severe, pain is pain in different amounts. And when it comes to Healing from ~ Depression !, we have to let our feelings of stress out, meaning speak out and discuss with the counselors, doctors and therapists or who ever you are dealing with. Also you need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you ❤ ~ Healing ~ Trauma !

counselling 1
I know sometimes how hard it is when you cannot get over the low mood. It seems to go on, but know that, “You can control enough and get over with, “Counselling and Psychotherapy ! and Medication”. I am writing like this is because “I have overcome Depression and Mood Disorder” over time with all this, and working on myself, with “Dedication over time with Patience”. It may seem a hard and difficult task when you feel down, but TRUST me if I have become better, so “Can You” But You need to “Be Strong and Kind and Patient with Yourself” You may or may not have help from your family and friends to support you, but understand again, “That those who have not gone through, are unable to fully understand how and what You feel, and You might feel not supported, “But you can try and explain yourself or even much better, “To get your doctor or your counsellor to explain to them. In the mean time have “Faith and Patience in Yourself ❤

Heal 9
At the times You feel well enough, try and read self help books, or go through the Online Psychological Therapy ! I net to find answers and advice too from good sites. At times try to relax and even take a nap, if you don’t feel like doing anything, it may be you need to rest so give in and try to sleep. You will relax and feel better. I know there will be those who advice You with all good intentions, like doing a (Things We Love to Do!) Hobby. But When we cannot even think straight or eat properly, “How can one do a Hobby? You can if you already have one and/or feel up to it. “The important thing is to find something that you will, “Really Like to Do” ❤

Stress 1
It can be drawing, painting, even housework or cooking your favourite dish, or anything that will distract you and make you, “Look forward in Doing”. Or it can be simple as, (We Each have Our Own Path!)” Just sitting and looking out of the window at the sky to see how the clouds go by and the birds fly or how the moon comes up and the stars”. Know and follow what works best for You ❤

Heal 26a
I have now realized that with medical help of counselling and medication, and on our part if we work hard on becoming well with, “Dedication, Persistence and Perseverance”, We can make progress in getting over most of the effects of trauma and, “Ultimately learn to put back the past and lead a Successful Success in Life! and Happy Life. Why don’t you try it too ❤ I wish you so and have Strength and Patience to do so ❤
