Hello how are you. I Wish You Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity as always. Today I am writing about the “Deepavali Festival.” Which is also called “Festival of Lights” Thia is celebrated all over the world by all religions. This year it was in November 8th, 9th 10th, 11th and 12th. Deepavali Day its relevant for me, as being named after this day. Deepavali is celebrated as a “Triumph of Truth” and Righteousness and Good over evil. All outcomes of, “Ignorance are Dispelled” and It is “A Birth of New Aspirations and Hope so of Happy Days ❤

Celebrations take place over five days known as: Dhanteras, Set aside to worship “Lakshmi Goddess of wealth”. In Indian culture wealth is “Not viewed as corruptive power”. 2nd day is “Goddess Kali “Goddess of Strength”. day 3 “Deepavali” (day of lights); 4th Day is New Years Day. 5th Day is or “Harmony Day” Brothers Day special Bond between Brothers and Sisters (day of love between siblings).For Deepavali Day people clean their houses and their surroundings, apply “Herbal Oil” on their heads and worship in the Temple and with rows of Light to Celebrate it!

The Vibrations of people affect “The Cosmos” When evil Thoughts are emitted, there is bound to be trouble in the Cosmic order!

All outcomes of, “Ignorance are Dispelled” and It is “A Birth of New Aspirations and Hope for Happy Days” This is what I did for Protection. Lit 2 Coconut Oil Lamps Incense and also burnt Garlic cloves and incense for nice smelling. The incense I have stuck on a L have stuck on a Lime 🙂

Hello To All My Readers, Bloggers and Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times” of Health issues. I have been writing about Various ways of Therapies to Become Well” After I wrote about The Therapies itself, Today “I am writing about Psychology of Food!

The psychology behind food and eating is a fascinating topic. There are many psychological connections that affect eating habits. This includes everyone and is something we may all be able to recognize in ourselves. Smart and balanced food choices lead to a healthy lifestyle. Some people it is easy to understand that we eat to satisfy hunger and want to maintain energy levels. Food and eating is one of the most psychologically driven activities we do multiple times a day. The psychology of food and eating!

 Good food can be the key to a happy life. When we eat the right food with the nutrients that our bodies long for, we are able to be the best version of ourselves. When we nourish our bodies our energy levels are high, we have a calmness about us. And as you may assume, all of these things promote a better mood. We cannot really keep to exactly “The amounts and kinds of food, as some are not found in All countries” and some can be brought from other countries and very expensive. Actually there are enough things to eat in “A SIMPLE DIET” which is Really Healthy for” The Mind and The Body” 😀

Here are some, “Food Pyramids! Read and see “What is available in your country and what can be Grown and bought at reasonable prices” Some include oily fish, berries, yogurt, whole grains, leafy greens, nuts, and beans. 

As we grow and as life takes us through its ups and downs, our bodies change. We change with age, lifestyle, eating habits, emotional stability, etc. And when our bodies change, so does the mental image we have of ourselves. Part of eating healthy food and controlling healthy eating habits is about our physical body. It’s about maintaining or working towards a body that promotes high self esteem. When this is achieved, we feel fit and our mental health can be better.

Food can be natural medicine.  Whole and hearty food can be medicine in and of itself. This is even true for medicines that aid us psychologically. This includes medicines that would typically be prescribed for better health ❤

Vegetables are parts of plants that are consumed by humans or other animals as food. The original meaning is still commonly used and is applied to plants collectively to refer to all edible plant matter, including the flowersfruitsstemsleavesroots, and seeds. It may exclude foods derived from some plants that are fruits, flowersnuts, and cereal grains, but include savoury fruits such as tomatoes and courgettesflowers such as broccoli, and seeds such as pulses. I think some are not aware how plants are grown 😀 Here are some pictures of seeds put in the soil, and some in pots. And how some vegetables have come out. Of course some can be planted from Branches also!

Below are Green beans, Potatoes and Green Chilies. Green ones becomes Red once they are Ripe!

Ultimately, food is not just about filling our stomachs. Food and eating is a psychological activity that we all engage in throughout our days. We need to eat slower, considering whether you are actually hungry or not, listening to your body when it is full, and recognizing your behaviors and patterns with your food. Who knew that something we have been naturally doing since birth had so many psychological factors and connections? 

 Finally Moderation, balance, and variety all align quite well with food and eating habits. When food and eating habits are balanced, both Physical and mental health can be balanced as well. When we allow ourselves to enjoy food that makes us happy in moderation, we can feel satisfied. When we change up our diet and welcome in new flavors, the variety may keep us excited. These three things are all psychological connections to food that for many people can lead to a happy state of Good Health ❤

Hello To All My Readers, Bloggers and Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times” of Health issues. I have been writing about Various ways of Therapies to Become Well” After I wrote about The Therapies itself, Today “I am writing about Psychology In Gardening. The practice of “Horticultural Therapy ” ~ How Plants Trees and Gardening can improve Physical and Mental Well Being”. Physicians would encourage people to walk in the garden or out doors in Nature where ever it is possible You can, to get over stress and become relaxed and calm 🙂

Gardening naturally boost your mood, nurtures relationships and helps to have a Healthy lifestyle. In the current Health problem, Gardening became “A way to Relax and keep occupied in a good way” and also a way to find fresh produce to feed People’s families as you see, and many people joining in Community Gardening “You can see below “With many people doing different things how they like. Some “Trimming bushes, Some feeding the hens, Some picking fresh fruits”. Friends and Family even neighbors coming together making new friends and sharing and also exchanging what ever they have extra 🙂
Digging, planting, weeding, watering, raking the leaves, speaking with each other also at the same time, making new friends and relaxing in the fresh air also excellent for small children from their young age. Are good and healthy habits. How they experience “Pure Joy when a seeds are planted and they come out as plants” or flowers becoming fruits they can pick and eat. They get a sense of confidence that they can achieve something worthwhile 🙂

When gardening you also expose to fresh air and Vitamin D both are essential to Healthy Living. It reminds us that The environment is very important for Healthy Living and we are part “Nature” and feeling “The ground connects you to Mother Earth, that helps you to feel steady and calm” 🙂

Above can be a Family or friends come together to join and help. Gardeners are supposed to be usually a “Friendly Bunch. People can become A Part of “A Friendly Tribe” 🙂

Below is a farm. You can see Corn plants and Corn itself and a “Scare crow to keep out birds and crows from eating the corn” A wind mill to Keep the air being refreshed and also barns to keep the food safe from rain and bad weather.

Forest ~ Therapy!

Hello To All My Readers, Blogging Friends and All My Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. And “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I am redoing some of the articles in “Different Ways” for the benefit of the new followers and also with more information and more colour. With much more Positive feelings at this time of my Life with “Healing Energies I am receiving”. Today I am writing about “Forest Therapy” Its something called “Forest Bathing” Walking in “A Relaxed way also can be’ walking in a Meditative way. Make note: These pictures are “During Autumn ~ Where Some of The Leaves of Trees become Brown and start to Drop” That is why They look shades of Brown and Not Green 🙂

Stepping in to A Forest or Woodland You can feel so Relaxed and Free. Why Nature is one of the most Natural Therapies for stress ?, and I say this is because of “The Deep Connection with Nature” and The Power of being surrounded by Living things. Yes Trees are Alive as “They Breath and Gives out “Oxygen” what we breath in and Helps keep us Alive”. We Eat and Drink what Plants and Trees gives us. Isn’t it? So they are also “Calming and as well as Nourishing” as they Connect us with Mother Nature, Grounding and Therapeutic. The best way to reduce stress is to reconnect with mother nature, To, relax and calm your mind and body. Now see From Long Time ago, what we had for Living is Trees. To Build our Houses To Protect us from The Weather (Rain and Sun) also from Danger (animals and even from other people). For our Food to eat (Nourish us) before there were shops 🙂

This is “Really Free if You have a Forest or some Trees near by” And also if you are comfortable walking among trees and plants especially in the woods, where its completely free of other disturbances and you can be totally immersed in the natural surroundings. If by chance you are in Dessert area, Still You can walk when it is cool in the evenings looking at the night sky and stars and the moon I think? Won’t be Forest But still it will be part of “Mother Nature as It is very soothing to walk on “Soft and Cool Sand” and it can Be Grounding (Connecting Mother Nature) so Therapeutic. When you can find a nice quiet place, you can be at peace. You only hear the sounds of nature (Like The wind) and then you hear yourself. As its in the silence that you hear your inner voice!

The reason we can relax best in nature is, because its full of greenery. Green is soothing to the eyes. Its a colour that balances the energies of the body and helps the mind to calm down. In fact my favourite colour is green and I love plants and nature. Most of the time the reason we get stressed is because, we are in a hurry. We try to run against time. Its true that we cannot sit and wait things to come to us, but after we have done our best, we need to have Patience until things happen or change the way we want to!

Now can you see how Nature plays a very big part in our healing. As you are able to relax naturally, stress goes away naturally too. You not only inhale clean air But “They Filter pollutants in the Air and Water from their Leaves and Bark and also absorb “The High Levels of CO2(Carbon Dioxide) by Human Activity. Our Woodland Friends also Help to keep Soil in place to “Prevent The soil being Washed away, and Provide Homes to countless (Many) Kinds (Species) of Birds Animals and Insects. So it is no wonder By, connecting with mother nature it helps to balance our Energies or Vibrations”. In the natural surroundings, the flowing of the water, the rustle of the leaves and the moving of the trees are all soothing sounds to the ears. That’s natural music that can relax and lull you to sleep peacefully. Learn to enjoy nature. Go bare foot for walks on the grass on the beach, sit and watch the clouds moving, how the light plays with the trees and leaves. Nature is one big experience by itself and as I said most of all its free.

Ancient Art of Forest Bathing: “A Japanese Art of Bathing Your Senses in The atmosphere (Environment) in The Forest”. So what makes it different from “just taking a walk? For A walk to be a Meditation You Notice what you experience as You Move, You are Mindful or aware how you feel in Your Body, “To the Ground as You feet connects with it, and how you are Breathing and also what ever you notice of anything else”. A note That “You must be Careful to Walk in Safe areas and during The Day time also” “You” can watch this Beautiful video and imaging yourself walking, or even Watching and Listening to the Sounds of Nature and “Relax” ❤

You have come to know, “The Benefits of all types of Walking” not only that, “By Connecting To Nature takes Us One step ahead. Proven Positive Results are Healthier You with 1.Stronger Immunity System, 2.Reduced Anxiety 3.Better Sleep 4.Concentration and Memory. Finally as, “You Develop and Deepen Your Connection To Nature You begin to notice more and “You Develop A Sense of Wonder and Gratitude. We can Feel That We Belong To Something Big and Beautiful” ❤
