Hello To My Dear Readers, Blogging Friends and Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. And “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I am redoing some of the articles in “Different Ways” for the benefit of the new followers and also with more information and more colour. With much more Positive feelings at this time of my Life with “Healing Energies I am receiving”. Today I am writing about, “Sound Therapy. I hope You will find the post, “Interesting as well as Informative”. I am doing reference for added knowledge as well as writing, “What I know and Have Experienced so far” 🙂

Music has been used as a tool of healing since ancient times, appearing in the writings of the Greek philosophers Pythagoras, Aristotle, and Plato. Native Americans and other indigenous groups have used music to enhance traditional healing practices for centuries.

Sound has been shared as a “Healing in ancient cultures around the planet for over 40,000 years. We are full of “Energy” which sound is also Energy. Sound connects us to, “Our Feelings, Memories and Thoughts. Sounds are with so Many times in our lives like, Celebrations and Ceremonies. It is used as A Relaxation Therapy for healing. The correct Sounds and Soothing to the ears is what helps us to Energizes as well as Relax and Reduce Stress.

What is Sound Healing?  All bodies vibrate at different frequencies, according to their nature and location. The Earth vibrates at it’s own frequency. Sound Healing is the ability to use frequencies to harmonize vibrations to create healing environments within our own bodies and within the Earth.  Sound is the energy. Sound is vibration. And sound can affect our moods, our health, and our lives. Some sounds soothe us while other sounds energize us. Singing bowls produce sounds in multiple octaves, noted to have healing and relaxing effects on the body/mind. Tuning forks and Tuning Chimes focus on single sounds to align chakra energies and free the flow of body energy.  Music creates different moods for peace & joy and gives Space for your life to Flow. 

Some of the “Therapeutic Sound Tools are, “The Drum, Gongs, Crystal Sound Bowls, Tuning Forks, and of course The Voices itself”. Brass or various type of Cymbals. Can use both hands or one hand like below!

The crackling or rustling Sounds. This can be a deeply relaxing activity during the fall season. Running on Dry Leaves also makes Sound and You feel Very Free and can be Deeply Relaxing and Fun. Even in Water. Swimming or playing in Water. There are so many things in Nature that are Free These are things many do not realize also. Think and see How Many Other things you can find about Sound. Wink 😀

Here are Lots of Musical Instruments. You can pick a very simple one or how your personality is or maybe for the time being what ever you can find. It doesn’t have to be expensive. Even make one at home is “Creativity” See some of the things like the Drumming can be done with anything inside or outside. Below is a chart to experiment 🙂

Sound is a basis for our lives and sense of hearing develops first. Tuning forks, Crystal Singing bowls all bring comfort and stress reduction to the person listening.

Forest ~ Therapy!

Hello To All My Readers, Blogging Friends and All My Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. And “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I am redoing some of the articles in “Different Ways” for the benefit of the new followers and also with more information and more colour. With much more Positive feelings at this time of my Life with “Healing Energies I am receiving”. Today I am writing about “Forest Therapy” Its something called “Forest Bathing” Walking in “A Relaxed way also can be’ walking in a Meditative way. Make note: These pictures are “During Autumn ~ Where Some of The Leaves of Trees become Brown and start to Drop” That is why They look shades of Brown and Not Green 🙂

Stepping in to A Forest or Woodland You can feel so Relaxed and Free. Why Nature is one of the most Natural Therapies for stress ?, and I say this is because of “The Deep Connection with Nature” and The Power of being surrounded by Living things. Yes Trees are Alive as “They Breath and Gives out “Oxygen” what we breath in and Helps keep us Alive”. We Eat and Drink what Plants and Trees gives us. Isn’t it? So they are also “Calming and as well as Nourishing” as they Connect us with Mother Nature, Grounding and Therapeutic. The best way to reduce stress is to reconnect with mother nature, To, relax and calm your mind and body. Now see From Long Time ago, what we had for Living is Trees. To Build our Houses To Protect us from The Weather (Rain and Sun) also from Danger (animals and even from other people). For our Food to eat (Nourish us) before there were shops 🙂

This is “Really Free if You have a Forest or some Trees near by” And also if you are comfortable walking among trees and plants especially in the woods, where its completely free of other disturbances and you can be totally immersed in the natural surroundings. If by chance you are in Dessert area, Still You can walk when it is cool in the evenings looking at the night sky and stars and the moon I think? Won’t be Forest But still it will be part of “Mother Nature as It is very soothing to walk on “Soft and Cool Sand” and it can Be Grounding (Connecting Mother Nature) so Therapeutic. When you can find a nice quiet place, you can be at peace. You only hear the sounds of nature (Like The wind) and then you hear yourself. As its in the silence that you hear your inner voice!

The reason we can relax best in nature is, because its full of greenery. Green is soothing to the eyes. Its a colour that balances the energies of the body and helps the mind to calm down. In fact my favourite colour is green and I love plants and nature. Most of the time the reason we get stressed is because, we are in a hurry. We try to run against time. Its true that we cannot sit and wait things to come to us, but after we have done our best, we need to have Patience until things happen or change the way we want to!

Now can you see how Nature plays a very big part in our healing. As you are able to relax naturally, stress goes away naturally too. You not only inhale clean air But “They Filter pollutants in the Air and Water from their Leaves and Bark and also absorb “The High Levels of CO2(Carbon Dioxide) by Human Activity. Our Woodland Friends also Help to keep Soil in place to “Prevent The soil being Washed away, and Provide Homes to countless (Many) Kinds (Species) of Birds Animals and Insects. So it is no wonder By, connecting with mother nature it helps to balance our Energies or Vibrations”. In the natural surroundings, the flowing of the water, the rustle of the leaves and the moving of the trees are all soothing sounds to the ears. That’s natural music that can relax and lull you to sleep peacefully. Learn to enjoy nature. Go bare foot for walks on the grass on the beach, sit and watch the clouds moving, how the light plays with the trees and leaves. Nature is one big experience by itself and as I said most of all its free.

Ancient Art of Forest Bathing: “A Japanese Art of Bathing Your Senses in The atmosphere (Environment) in The Forest”. So what makes it different from “just taking a walk? For A walk to be a Meditation You Notice what you experience as You Move, You are Mindful or aware how you feel in Your Body, “To the Ground as You feet connects with it, and how you are Breathing and also what ever you notice of anything else”. A note That “You must be Careful to Walk in Safe areas and during The Day time also” “You” can watch this Beautiful video and imaging yourself walking, or even Watching and Listening to the Sounds of Nature and “Relax” ❤

You have come to know, “The Benefits of all types of Walking” not only that, “By Connecting To Nature takes Us One step ahead. Proven Positive Results are Healthier You with 1.Stronger Immunity System, 2.Reduced Anxiety 3.Better Sleep 4.Concentration and Memory. Finally as, “You Develop and Deepen Your Connection To Nature You begin to notice more and “You Develop A Sense of Wonder and Gratitude. We can Feel That We Belong To Something Big and Beautiful” ❤

Relaxing ~ For Kids!

Dear Readers and Blogging Friends ❤

I thought of doing a post for the Young ones as “They are also facing a lot of Changes and Challenges”. As they are also facing different conditions, some having to do school work from The I net and being home. Parents working in different ways or doing work from home ❤


You can see The Reasons for Reading and for The Children: They can find so many Different Ways of knowing places, people and information.

Even Reading alone. Or One of the best and most powerful ways to reflect is through writing, and in that – ‘Journaling’ as it is more structured. As you put your thoughts on paper on a regular basis, you slowly being to de-clutter your mind and bring things into perspective leading to self awareness, clarify, and inner peace.

Playing Music Alone or with Group or with Friends. The right music has the power to take away all your worries. Create a playlist of your favorite relaxing tracks and listen to it whenever you like. A drum circle is where a bunch of people sit around and play drums. You can gather your like minded friends and make a your own drum circle or join a drum circle happening in and around you. The rhythmic vibrations created by these drums playing in unison can be very therapeutic or Relaxing ❤

There are lots of things to do in a park. Go to a nearby park and watch other children play. They might even ask you to join. Can you see “A Park with Lots children Playing” One girl Flying A Kite. Near that, “A Boy pushing a Girl on a swing. Left “A Girl sliding down a Mat Slide”. Down “Two Girls Playing with Sand” Right Side Below “A Girl and A Boy going Up and Down on A See Saw” Now Can you see how many Things Others are doing and if You can Count and see what you Know and “How Many Children are there in the Park? ❤

See there are lots of things to do in a park. Go to a nearby park and watch other children play. They might even ask you to join. It can be, Different seasons. Tune into their carefree energy.

Do what ever possible. Sit on a swing and start swinging. Feel the air on your skin and enjoy the soothing to and for movements. It need not be a park itself. Any strong tree anywhere safe is all you need. The rocking movements that a swing creates will relax you. Hanging swing seats (hammock or chairs).

Rocking chairs are also a good option as they provide similar soothing movements. Its A Very Big Rocking Chair. Lot of you can sit on it Rock together 😛 You can listen to the birds chirping too at home or outside. Tune into their free energy.

Above see “Tie a hammock in between the trees and “Take A Nap”. Below Different seasons. Different things to do 🙂

Girl and boy and the four seasons. This is Winter where You can Make snowmen but only where you live You have Winter and becomes very cold you get Snow. Making snow men out of snow.

Walk around where you live. Stop and smell the flowers. Don’t just make small observations, but be fully present and look deeply, get into the minor details.

If you have a little space, or even planting in some containers, as “Indoor plants” “Gardening is the best way to connect with mother earth’. Planting, raking leaves or even just pulling out weeds can have a calming influence on the mind.

Work in your garden barefooted to get the benefits of grounding or earthing. Or even walk around where you live. Let the soles of your feet get directly in touch with mother earth by walking or standing barefoot.

This practice known as ‘grounding’ is said to have various health benefits. Studies suggest that it helps reduce stress. Think of (Consider) walking barefoot on the beach or in a garden. Walk on dry leaves. The crackling or rustling sounds. This can be a deeply relaxing activity during the fall season.

Don’t just make small observations, but be fully present and look deeply, get into the minor details.

Making A snowman out of snow. You have to wear very warm clothes as it is very cold when snow falls 🙂

Different seasons so doing different activities!

Go for a swim if possible and with Family or with an adult. Swimming, especially in natural lakes can be extremely relaxing. But even if you don’t have a lake nearby and your only option is chlorine treated water, it can still give you all the benefits. You can still Play around in the water, float in it, feel the water and listen to the water as you swim. Parents engaged in kids learning. Mother and father teaching children walking, swimming, riding bicycle, reading. So there are other activities to do, when your parents or other family members are free. Or it can be A Coach or even a Teacher!

Near the sea and on the Beach it is all free. You can Play around in the water, float in it, feel the water and listen to the water as you swim. You can also use a flotation product like an air mat or pool tube and enjoy a relaxing float in the water 🙂

A beach is free for all, and listen to the waves, walk along the shores, feel the breeze, build sand castles and collect sea shells. Walking on a beach has many known benefits in addition to helping you release stress.

Sing or dance. Put on your favorite music and move your body to the rhythm. You can get together with Friends and make it fun. Don’t focus on how you are dancing. Instead, let go, lose yourself to the rhythm and let the rhythm guide you. Moving your body this way helps deeply relax your mind and body. Or learn to play a musical instrument like guitar, ukulele or a piano. Playing music is fun and can be an excellent stress reliever. You can easily learn the basics using the countless tutorials available on the internet.

Getting on with your Daily Routine. To feel clean and Fresh. A hot or cold shower, can be extremely relaxing to your mind and body.

Spend time with a pet. If you don’t have one, you can play or take a friend’s pet for a walk. Petting a dog or cat or rabbit or any other furry animal can feel highly relaxing ❤

Treehouses are Free playing if there are Trees near by. Need not be high up even beneath the trees, and even have a few biscuits and some drink Hot or Cold how the weather is like a picnic.

Paint your imagination: It does not matter if you are good at painting or not. Just take out a watercolor paper (or simply use any blank paper), a paintbrush, some watercolors and paint what comes to your mind. Express yourself. You can even use sketch pens, color pencils or crayons


Adult coloring books are a good option too. You can draw a simple Mandala. As it is popular these days. No need of books itself You can see on the I net or just imagine one on your own. A little info about mandalas. Mandala is a Sanskrit word loosely meaning circle. They have been created by people from different religions for centuries. They are intricate, repeating geometric shapes that make up a circle. Basically mandalas symbolize our universe, and the idea that everything in our universe is connected. If you are making these with kids, these will give them a taste of design, proportion, symmetry, and working with abstraction. Plus, they are meditattive (Mindful). And beautiful.
Directions: Trace a big circle on a piece of paper. We used an old plate (at least they’re getting used for something 😛 Cut out the circle carefully – hold 2 pieces of paper together to double time your cutting process, since you will want to be making more than one of these things. Kids can easily make their own easy mandalas with this folding trick, and use personal symbols or random abstract shapes to make this art project.



Watch your favorite childhood cartoons. Do not have to be TV. Even on your old Comic books. You can even Draw. You never know Your Talents ❤ Go for a mindful walk early in the morning when the air is fresh. Be mindful of each step you take, the sights, sounds and smells. Lose yourself to the experience. Lay down or sit on a warm grassy spot and watch the clouds go by. While you are at it, see if these clouds might carry a message for you. This is with, “A Rainbow” A Rainbow comes after it Rains and The sun comes out 🙂

Therapy ~ Aroma!

I Hope All of You are in Good Health, and “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I am at almost at the end of clearing after living in my little home now coming close to 9 years. As well as starting a “New Year” and change of seasons. As I said before also, its, “Making do with less. As I need more Time to do My writing and working towards Mental wellness and Good Health” Today I am writing about, “Aroma Therapy” It is all about the uses from Plants Flowers Leaves and even fruits ❤


Aromatherapy is based on the usage of aromatic materials, including essential oils, and other aroma compounds, with claims for improving psychological and physical well-being. It is offered as a complementary therapy or as a form of alternative medicine, the 1.meaning alongside standard treatments, 2. instead of conventional, evidence-based treatments.

Aromatherapists, people who specialize in the practice of aromatherapy, utilize blends of supposedly therapeutic essential oils that can be used as topical application, massage, inhalation or water immersion.

Enhance spirituality and meditation practice. Incense sticks are popular around the world for use during yoga and meditation. With its sweet yet earthy fragrance, the aromatic flavours of they are perfect for enhancing any mood or environment, and clearing your mind for spiritual practice”.

Freshen the air & mask unpleasant odours: Blended from several rich scents including sandalwood, the earthy, intoxicating aroma of incense sticks are is excellent at overpowering bad odours and will linger in your space for hours. No need for over-the-counter room fresheners with their harsh chemicals – take the natural alternative with fragrant incense and other natural products, of leaves.

Aromatic Oils Aids in relaxation: Sandalwood, the base ingredient, offers many aromatherapy benefits. These include creating a soothing atmosphere, dispelling stress and promoting a relaxed meditative state. Perfect for burning when you return home from work, or when it’s time to slow down and de-stress.

Essential oils are aromatic oils that comes from plants or plant parts ~ roots, resin, leaves, flowers, Bark, shrubs, seeds and more that comes from the Healing properties of the plants. They are in lipid forms and goes readily into our body, effecting their benefits on us. Some ways of using essential oils include inhalation, application, or as dietary and food supplements. The oils are easily absorbed by our skin and enter easily into our system. Sometimes their effects are almost immediate!

An essential oil is a concentrated liquid containing volatile (easily evaporated at normal temperatures) chemical compounds from plants. Essential oils are also known as the oil of the plant from which they were extracted, such as oil of clove. An essential oil is “essential” in the sense that it contains the “essence of” the plant’s fragrance—the characteristic fragrance of the plant from which it is derived. The term “essential” used here does not mean indispensable or usable by the human body, as with the terms essential amino acid or essential fatty acid, which are so called because they are nutritionally required by a living organism.

Essential oils are generally extracted by distillation, often by using steam. Other processes include oil extraction, resin tapping, wax embedding, and cold pressing. They are used in many household cleaning products. Also in perfumescosmeticssoapsair fresheners and other products, for flavoring food and drink, and for adding scents to incense!

Essential oils are often used for aromatherapy, a form of alternative medicine in which healing effects are ascribed to aromatic compounds. Aromatherapy may be useful to induce relaxation, but there is not sufficient evidence that essential oils can effectively treat any condition. Improper use of essential oils may cause harm including allergic reactions, inflammation and skin irritation, and children may be particularly susceptible to the toxic effects of improper use. So You have to know exactly what you are using, How to use them also “According to age and skin condition”!

Oils perform many of the same functions in plants as they do for us. So they come to us as experienced and trained agents for “Health and Healing”! Below are the pictures and names of, Some of the Leaves, Flowers, Bark , Fruits and Vegetables that are taken to make Aromatic Oils!

Aromatic Oils Combines for: Uplifting, Calming oils that,” Stimulates a sense of Peacefulness and Emotional well-being, which in turn facilitate, “The ability to Release Negative Emotions” Which are the Cause of The Roots of many Health concerns. They will bring “Harmony and Balance in the Mind and Body” When your mind and body is relaxed, this gives rise to feelings of calm and peacefulness.
