I have written this article at the very beginning in, October 2015 and I see not many have read. Also there are requests to write the basic steps in detail. So I am writing it again with, “New experiences and knowledge I have gained over a period of over 3 years” as today is: 14th February 2019. And now I am updating it again as today is 12th February 2020 after, “Receiving The Gift of Healing in: Who I am & Why I am Writing!❤
This is a short article explaining about Trauma. When you experience deep sadness or grief, it is referred as Trauma. (a deeply distressing or disturbing experience) It can be physical too, then its to do with the body. (Psychological trauma is to the mind that occurs as a result of a severely distressing event. Trauma is often the result of an overwhelming amount of stress that exceeds one’s ability to cope, or integrate the emotions involved with that experience. A traumatic event involves one’s experience, or repeating events of being overwhelmed that can be precipitated in weeks, years, or even decades as the person tries to cope with the immediate circumstances, eventually leading to long-term negative consequences ~ Courtesy Wikipedia!
Why people get hurt or sad is, when they are found fault with when they feel they don’t deserve it and it’s wrong and unfair. So when too many things happen all at once, and then one become too stressed and begins to get into low moods. But the thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will some really understand as to what you are going through. As usually it is difficult for so many to understand unless, “They have experienced themselves” so sometimes it can be that, because they don’t understand, those who are around, might stress you more. So when a Doctor, Counselor or a Therapist, who ever you are seeing can explain, all can understand more and help to make one become in getting better. Its difficult to tell what to do in this situations as for each person the circumstances are different, as well as for each person the strength of the mind also is different. So anytime you do feel overly stressed and unable to handle them alone, and/or, if your low moods do not go away, please do go and see a doctor and get help. In some countries You are able to go to psychiatrist itself. In some countries, “You have to first go to a GP. Usually the method is to go to a GP “(general practitioner) ~ In the medical profession, a general practitioner (GP) is a medical doctor who treats illnesses and provides preventive care and health education to patients” ~ Courtesy of the I net!
As that will avoid a long and unnecessary sad feelings to you and, to so many people, who depend on you too sometimes in your family. Above all your life is valuable and your health is a very important part of it. The Therapist, the counselor or the doctor will be able to tell you and also the family around you, the best ways to help you ❤
Whether it is mild or otherwise, pain is pain in different amounts. And when it comes to let our feelings of stress out, meaning speak out and discuss with the Counselors, Doctors and Therapists or who ever you are dealing with. Also you need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you, This is another article of mine on this website: Healing from ~ Depression !
I know sometimes how hard it is when you cannot get over the low mood. It seems to go on, but know that, “You can control enough and get over with, “Counselling and Psychotherapy ! and Medication”. I am writing like this is because “I have overcome the sad feelings” over time with all this, and working towards being well, with “Dedication over time with Patience”. It may seem a hard and difficult task when you feel down, but TRUST me if I have become better, so “Can You” But You need to “Be Strong and Kind and Patient with Yourself” You may or may not have help from your family and friends to support you too much sometimes, but understand again, “That those who have not gone through, are unable to fully understand how and what You feel, and You might feel not supported, “But you can try and explain yourself or even much better, “To get your Doctor or your Counselor to explain to them. In the mean time have “Faith and Patience in Yourself ❤
Certain times when you feel well enough, try and read self help books, or go through the I net to find answers and also from other websites. This is my post: Online Psychological Therapy ! Try to relax and even take a nap, if you don’t feel like doing anything, it may be you need to rest so relax and see if you can sleep. will relax and feel better. I know there will be those who advice you with all good intentions, like doing a Hobby. But the thing is it doesn’t have to be a Hobby itself. It can be anything that You feel like doing. Just resting and looking at Nature, the sky how the clouds go by, and the birds flying or the trees or even how the sky changes colours, “What ever even the smallest thing that “You feel like doing so that it will make you to be a little active will start, “Even without your knowledge” It can be that you feel like eating something, even to drink a nourishing drink or heat a soup packet will make you strong. Becoming physically strong also helps in a very big way. “The Important thing is to know what exactly “will make you to like wake up and get you going. It can be drawing, painting, even housework or cooking your favourite dish, or anything that will distract you and make you, “Look forward in Doing”<3
Or it can be simple as, Just sitting and looking out of the window at the sky to see how the clouds go by and the birds fly or how the moon comes up and the stars”. I have now realized that with medical help of counselling and medication, and on our part if we work hard on becoming well with, “Dedication, Persistence and Perseverance”, We can make progress in getting over most of the effects of trauma and, “Ultimately learn to put back the past and lead a Successful Success in Life! and Happy Life. Why don’t you try it too. I wish you so and have Strength and Patience to do so ❤
December 2019 Update: I am in Good Health and as, “I have been able to, “Develop Healing Energy in to My Hands” since “Beginning of 2016” I have added that as an update.
