Hello To My Dear Readers ❀

This may not apply to everyone, but I have realized, that sometimes we are so focused on running behind things, or find life is being difficult, we forget about all the things and blessings we already have, and then usually we are given a reminder or a message in someway. I was told this by my mother, “That when you tell your challenges to someone, they will tell their story, and you will wonder what ~ “you are complaining about”! So this has been happening to me sometimes, and since recently too, that has made me to write this article!

Although extreme challenges are not faced by each and everyone, I know there are some more than others, who has and are going through, very hard times due to problems in health, relationships and finances or all of them at once, that somehow it seems, life is not fair to them. I don’t know how exactly to explain this but, in life in every situation, “There are exceptions”. But from my experiences I can tell that, although initially it seems like that, later on when we look back, all that make sense. Those who face and overcome the toughest battles end up the strongest souls. So do, “Hold on to your Faith and be Patient, until things move in your favour at the correct time ❀

So I am one of these people who have gone through, very tough battles and know what life’s difficulties are. As a compassionate human being, I find it very difficult to see the innocent and those without a voice go through pain and unnecessary suffering, and have always had this great need to, “Heal and bring Peace and Happiness to mankind and animals alike” This is a long held dream and I have worked very hard for a long time, towards this cause with sheer Dedication and Sacrifice. And it is such a great feeling of relief to see that, “My Dream is being realized now” πŸ™‚

As “We are all born unique to each other” the challenges that we face are not the same, and hence our paths or our mission in life also differs according to our uniqueness. In the same way, our Blessings also come in different ways. The important thing we need to remember is that, “We are All Blessed in some way, and to be Aware of it Always” ❀

How do you feel about the Blessings in your life? Do you think you are Blessed or sometimes do you forget or lose Faith like me? As we are all human beings, we are not perfect and here and there when things happen to upset us, we do wonder, question about the process of life. When this happens something I do is to turn to prayer. The Power of Prayers! is my Strength, Medicine for all ailments, and answers to all my questions. Let me know your views too. Hello To All My Dear Readers ❀

Hope all of you are keeping well and Happy. Last article I wrote aboutΒ Things We Love to Do!Β Now here I am writing that, “All Good Things don’t come that easily ~ meaning if we want a good and successful life, we need to work hard towards them. For this we need to accept change and also to be ready to move out of our comfort zone ❀

Moving out of our comfort zone is like, taking an adventure. If we really want to better our lives, we need to take it as a positive experience. We need to, know our passion, our dreams and follow our instincts to achieve our goals. This results in taking trips to unknown destinations. Taking risks and travelling on paths not gone before. But it all depends on your attitude ❀

On our journey, to find new and better quality of life, we will observe and learn many new things, from seeing new places and meeting many new people. Life is beautiful but it can be challenging and difficult too. All of that is, for us to face our difficulties overcome them and go to the next level. Very often if we don’t get pushed we don’t move. In moving on, we need to keep our minds open for things of beauty and wonder πŸ™‚

Keeping our minds open for new and better things, brings us new and a better life. Things can change any time in life, so we need to be Patient as, we are not aware what the next moment will bring us. Although we have to work hard, and do work hard, the opportunities and new doors that open, will only open at the correct time. Until such time, we have to keep going and Not give up. We need to keep our Faith and Trust in the process of Life ❀

So many have appreciated and given a good response to my first article, End The Stigma ~ Discrimination Stops with You!Β that I am bringing you further information and proof that, we need to end the stigma on, “Mental Health” and see that those who need help in making their minds well, are free and able to seek medical help, and become well and be healthy and happy people, to be an asset to the progress of the society and the world. We all know that, the mind is also in our body and we need to have both our body and mind in good health to be able to lead a normal and happy life, for ourselves and to be of help to others. We do take care of our eyes, teeth and other parts of our body isn’t it. So why not the mind too ❀

What some people are not aware is that even as children, those who become unwell or have certain issues while growing up, they need to have medical help. Or they will grow up to be sick and confused adults, not knowing who they are and what they need to do in their lives and become a problem to their families, the society and the world!

All walks of life are concerned, and so many are working towards a society and a world of people who are healthy in their mind as well as the body. This includes even, “The Royal Family” who are openly working in public and even has a “Face Book page” dedicated to this cause, named, “Heads Together”!

Those of you who are reading, and seeing all these posts, now need to be able to feel that, “YOU ARE NOT ALONE” ~ “YOU ARE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER HUMAN BEING” ~ “YOU ARE VALUABLE” and do not be shy or afraid to go to a doctor, or some medical help anytime you have issues with your mind. “IT IS NOT BEING MAD” as some people think. “IT IS JUST THAT YOUR MIND ALSO HAS THE RIGHT TO BE A LITTLE ILL and NEED SOME MEDICATION and LOVING KINDNESS” ~ “IT IS YOUR LIFE AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU” ~ “YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF” ❀

I hope you all enjoyed reading the first two articles on the chakras. I am taking a break and writing on a very important topic which is about the, “Stigma in Mental Health” The reason I thought of writing this topic is, now after almost 5 years since it was declared that, “I have come back to normal”, there are some who are still trying to classify me as unwell. The disappointing fact is, this is to do with some people whom I thought knew me very well, that are like family, that my eye went to this quote. These people seems not to have, “Any sort of experiences, knowledge and are clueless about mental health to know that, “I have come so far in attaining knowledge not only on mental health and also on other matters in life. And now that, “I am mentally healthy and also a motivator” I cannot understand how some can see me otherwise!

I have written before too, that millions world over are going through depression and other mental health problems. And the world Health Organisation has stated that depression will be the biggest cause of health burden by 2030!

In Australia alone, one is seven experience major depression in their life time. But 70% of them will not seek treatment. One of the main reasons for this is the stigma. This is actually common almost world over. But why does it have to be different from being physically sick?

When there are even Royalty and World leaders who support and work towards improving mental health and acknowledge mental illness are also, just like physical illnesses, there are some others even highly educated, who are foolish enough to be ignorant of what mental illnesses are. And this is what is causing the stigma and preventing people seeking medical help to get themselves better!

There are so many who suffer from various physical illnesses. They do get better and overcome them, even cancer goes into remission and then they go about as normal human beings. Then Why? when the mind becomes ill and becomes well and/or goes into remission they can never get over the label as mentally ill? Mind is also part of the body, it is not outside floating somewhere! Why cannot people as human beings with good brain power cannot think of this?

As someone who has completely overcome, why I am writing is, to do my duty even in a small way, in standing up for those who are going through their own problems. As, if as many as those who can speak out on behalf of the people who are in need of support and enlighten the society, the world what mental issues are, the world will be a better place with more healthy and happy people πŸ™‚

Are you ready to support? To stand up? Or are you one of those who try to push and see others fall? But the fact is, we are all connected. All of us are energy and one goes down it affects all the others like the ripples in the water. Why is it that some are unable to support others and see them rise up? As, “We Rise by Lifting Others” Are you Ready to support to, “Stop the Stigma”? We are all soul brothers and sisters. One family that belongs to each other!

Hope all of you are keeping well. I see many of you have read the article onΒ Chakra Healing!and I believe most of you found it interesting and useful. Today I am writing about, “The First of the 7th Chakras, which is the ~ Base or Root Chakra which is also called Muladhara” πŸ™‚

Root 10

This is all about courage and is associated with security, mental stability, survival and prosperity. It is also about keeping ourselves balanced and grounded, because it’s element is Earth πŸ™‚

Root 5

The reason to say, “Balanced and to stay grounded” is because, “We are all energy and part of mother earth and, it is important to match our energy to mother earth so that we are able to stand straight and go about in life in keeping with her energy levels. In addition to the energy centers in the palms of our hands, there are small chakras/energy centers in the soles of our feet. Earth energy is pulled up from mother earth and up our legs so that we can be balanced. You can have a clear idea from this post below, where the energy centers are πŸ™‚

Root 6

An under active Root Chakra can be helped by eating, Red fruits and vegetables like, Red Apples, Strawberries, Raspberries and Tomatoes, Radish, Beet and Red Peppers. Anytime you feel not grounded or imbalanced the best solution is to take off your shoes and walk bare feet on grass or in the beach, or any place in nature that you can connect naturally to earth, as close as possible ❀

Root 12
As you see there is medical evidence that when we walk bare feet, we are able to connect with earth, and it is very helpful in improving and curing some of our ailments!

Root 13

Read up and see what is relevant with what concerns you and, you can find strength by keeping to the above solutions and also keeping to these affirmations below, to have confidence and courage ❀

Root 9
We each of us are unique to each other and have different personalities and different way of dealing with life’s difficulties and challenges. The society, the world is full of good and the bad both, just like happy and sad. I too have gone through immense pain, stress and trauma and I know what pain and sadness is.Β  “True some of you may have gone through much more trauma, stress and grief that the normal person could not have coped”. Still from all what I have gone through, I believe as human beings we have so many ways and chances/choices to somehow find solutions of healing ourselves to some extent, so that we are able to lead a normal and peaceful life. Because by overcoming our experiences, we can in turn give our hand to another to heal, thereby further healing ourselves ❀

There is so much of satisfaction, to see healing of another from what I have gone through, and in a way, it “Justifies all the wrong and injustice I have had to face” Try to look at the positive side as much as possible. It is no fun leading a life of sadness. Life will always bring challenges to overcome and move onΒ  to the next step. That is how life is. Push back the past and move on with strength and courage. We are all born for a unique purpose in life as I have always believed and said in my articles, as well as others also who say so. For the brave and the compassionate there will be always work to be done, to uplift and make the world a better place. A path to follow. We all have our own work, our own paths. If I can so can you ❀ Why? Because You are also a person like me and You also matter ❀ You are Worthy ❀ And You Can ❀

Life Matters. Not only my life but others life too. I regard all life valuable.Β I know life is full of ups and downs, But a Big but! “I somehow Try” Face challenges even with difficulties, push past and find solutions. New and positive things keep on turning up just as difficulties. We can make use of them and keep on growing. Life is all about, keep on growing and moving on isn’t it. As change is the only constant in life ❀

Well I have written after a bit of a long pause, due to a stressful time I went through. I read in another article, that we all go through a pace where we go quiet and come to a stop, from what we are doing. That, “dormancy is a regular part of nature – but at the same time we can encourage ourselves to somehow come out of it and move on without stagnating” I am Thankful to that writer who had written it as after reading it, it made me to somehow, push myself and overcome my dormant state, come back from sleeping, and continue the articles on chakra healing. Only I do not want to sound arrogant by saying I have found myself, “a far greater person than before” which is in the quote πŸ˜›

Chakra 9a

Hello To My Dear Readers πŸ™‚

Hope all of you are keeping well and happy. Thank you for encouraging me by reading, commenting and following my blog. Today I am going to write about the chakras that are within us. What are chakras?

Chakra 8a

I know most of you who are writing blogs and also those who are highly advanced in their wisdom are all aware that, we are all made of, “Energy” Our life force energy is called, “Prana” in Sanskrit, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. There are 7 chakras whch respond to 7 different colours, along the spinal cord. The 6th one on our forehead which is the third eye, and ***The 7th one on top of our head which is the, “crown chakra” which connects to the higher energy, and also energy gets released out from the crown chakra on top of our heads*** They respond to different energy vibrations. It is when they get blocked that we become ill. How do they get blocked?

Chakra 1
You can see how the chakras deal with what we think, say and do. As what we say and do is according to how we think from our minds. So in the present times it is understood that the root cause of most illnesses are psychosomatic – both body and mind – where the mind influences the body to create or exacerbate!

Chakra 5a
You can see from the above post how each chakra has the influence over certain glands in the body. They each respond to different colour and also their own energy vibration. This is how the blocked chakras are healed, by sound, colour therapy and many other ways, which I will be writing in details in the coming articles, as to describe all 7 in one article is not possible πŸ™‚

Chakra 7
The chakras are also connected spiritually as they are energy. This is why we need to know about religion – to know how life works. Life is a very serious thing and not to be played with. As you see, Dr Deepak Chopra is a highly educated person and we need to learn from such people. We cannot play with our lives or other’s lives as, “We are all governed by spiritual laws, principles of consciousness which are according to, “The Laws of The Universe” No one can escape these laws as, “We are all in the Universe. There is no place to run and hide! We are all responsible for our lives as well as to the well being of, “The whole wide world”!

Chakra 4
I have been in the process of clearing my chakras in the past, and even more intensively in the past few weeks through prayers and meditation with the hope of – coming on to a very special event πŸ™‚ which will be revealed soon I hope as it has been a very long journey to polish up my wisdom. Praying, along with many others ways of therapeutic ways has helped me to become well and to be able to write to you all, “To give Hope and to feel you too can come up to be same as me” Why not? All human beings can achieve so much by hard work, dedication and sacrifice. So today I am able to share my knowledge and experiences to give Hope, and have the joy and satisfaction that I am contributing in my own small way to the well being of others in the society and the world πŸ™‚
