Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

I have started to write again, and yes not just on mental health but other matters of life in general, the challenges and my achievements as I go along. “Low mood is Past tense concerning me”, because of that Reason, “I have even changed the title of the blog to, “Life, Health and Healing” So here I go with the next phase of my life 🙂

At this stage I have fully surrendered to, “God almighty/The Higher Powers/The Universe”. I do my part of the hard work towards my goals, but I always request for Protection and Guidance every step of the way. There are many who do not know of any Higher power or how life works in this present society now, and out there to harm and block those who put in so much goodness to the World, to Mankind. So how ever much good our intentions are, we need protection from above from these evil people, and we do get it, when our intentions are Pure 🙂

Just past a milestone, my birthday and now on to a new chapter. This marks a time of maturation that I have gained knowledge with time and developed wisdom. I expected a major change, but certainly didn’t expect this challenge financially. So although momentarily I was disturbed, I found I was mature and wise enough to realize there are challenges that comes the way we do not expect!

The challenges  come for ourselves and also for others. As it is seen who supports and stand by you and those who do not. I found among those who supported me, most of them I had hardly done anything. And one or two people that I had even gone out of the way, took it as an opportunity to try to put me down even further !!! Its sad, as these people do not realize that when they do harm to others, in turn they invite trouble to themselves. We are able to choose the good ways to attract good things, so that  our lives are enriched to live healthy and Happy. But some choose evil, ending up with ill health and sadness. Life is a choice. Which do you choose?

Being honest and straight forward always has its rewards in life. This also enables one to be able to pray, have Faith and Hope that things/life will work for you in your favor during times of adversities. I had Faith and I was full of Hope, the tide turned in my favor, just within a month. Changes yet to come? I do not know. But it has made my Faith even stronger and myself too. “Almighty God” works in its own time. Time is the essence that test you and also the others around you. So always be patient. Do what you can, and give time for the rest to happen ❤

I am in Good Health and as, “I have been able to, “Receive Healing Energy in to My Hands” since “Beginning of 2016”All my Hard work and Praying has been rewarded. Healing Energy can go to others where ever it is needed to be received with a Clear Mind and Lot of Loving Kindness” ❤
