Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤
Hope all of you are keeping well and Happy. And some of you looking forward to holidays and Christmas celebrations. End of 2016 and going to be a new year too, as I am free of depression and I thought of writing what I know and how, “I did and what I am doing to remain Free and Positive” 🙂
From my experiences over years, what I have realized is, “That it’s We that need to really want to change for the better. We alone have to say enough is enough I want to somehow come out of any issues to lead a better life. For this we need Courage, “To Change and then work towards improving our lives to make it work for us” 🙂
Once you decide to Heal, other factors come in like, Counselling and Medication, according what type of issues you have.
You don’t have to feel bad or ashamed to go for counselling or to a doctor regarding mental issues as, “The Mind is in the Body and not something outside” Its those who think otherwise, who have to be ashamed of as, “They are ignorant” on this matter, as so many are having mental issues just as much as physical illnesses. When we are born we have the right to live free and in peace. And if this doesn’t happen we cannot sit in one place and wait, we have to get up and move towards what we want to do and to lead a good life. That is our right as human beings. You do not have to think of what others might say You have to know what is Best for Yourself ❤
This is very true for most of us, and some of you might know this is what happened or this is what you also did. There comes a point, for anything, a limit for tolerance or for being patient what you are going through. It can be for anything. A situation in life, like a relationship , a job or even regarding your ordinary health. So it is good to speak and find out and/or clarify exactly.
When it comes to me, I feel it’s a pity that so many suffer long term. I know each person it can be different. But in this modern world in many countries, so much of medical help is available, even from the I Net. There are reading materials, relaxation programs and so much centered on human wellness. I firmly believe that so many can, if not fully recover at least go as far as to keep them under control to be well enough, to be able to lead a normal and happy life. So keep on Trying ❤
When people go through a lot, naturally they are under a lot of pressure. So they get stressed and go down in to low moods. So being stressed is under pressure which goes as depression, as well as being under pressure means stressed, and when people get too stressed also they get worried and they are under pressure. It works two ways. And Sometimes even some of our closest family members can, fail to understand or able to support us exactly how it helps as they cannot fully understand what’s going on with us. At these times it can be a friend or someone else who can understand and be helpful ❤
The fact it is with medical help, time and knowledge gained, you understand and realize so many things that you didn’t realize the times you were under stress. When the mind begin to settle, it slowly dawns the things that one has gone through, Its compared to the light bulb effect. As its like suddenly someone switched on a light and you see things clearly. If things are explained and educated you are able to understand what is going on, and would make it much easier to manage and sometimes recover to an extent earlier. This is the best way is, “Once you know what is going on with you are able to understand better, educate yourself, let go and change for the better” 🙂
In a way, “The mind is a very fascinating and mysterious thing” Its like going step by step. As if everything came together it would be too much to make changes. When so many stressful things fall on to you at once, that you have no time to get over from one before the other thing or things happen. I was thinking hard one day, and this thought came to my mind. Somehow that makes sense. That, “The Day You Realize, It was Not Your Fault, “Is The Day” ~ “You really Begin To Heal” ❤
This is what I realized, as almost all become mentally unwell, is because of stressful things that happen and sadness and stress given by others. It becomes too much for the mind that, “It becomes too stressed” It cannot function the normal way so all sorts of funny things happen. This is the time the doctors and counselors play a big part, in explaining as they are educated and trained and look at things at an different angle and can show another side for what is going on, according to ones personality!
Today being: 13th July 2020: I am completely well. Its a very big achievement for me. So many tell this. And added to that I have also been able to, “Receive Healing Energy Myself” since “Beginning of 2016” All my Hard work and Praying has been rewarded. “Not only for me but” Healing Energy can go to others where ever it is needed ~ Anywhere in “The World”. But one must have to receive with a Good Heart and Loving Kindness ❤

Dr. Meichenbaum uses these questions to evaluate the “Outcome of, “The Therapy”:
1. Are clients now able to tell, “A New Story about themselves and the World”?
2. Do clients now use more Positive Metaphors to Describe Themselves?
3. Are clients now able to “Predict high-risk situations and Employ Coping Skills in emerging problems”?
4. Are clients able to “Take Credit for the changes, “They have been able to bring about”?
In Successful Therapy Clients, “Develop Their Own Voices Take Pride in what They have Accomplished, and “Take Ownership of The Changes they are bringing about”. In short, “CLIENTS BECOME THEIR OWN THERAPISTS and TAKE THE THERAPISTS VOICE WITH THEM” 🙂
