Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤
I hope all of You are keeping in Good Health and Happy. To day I am writing about being fit and Healthy. “Exercises can help you to be fit and Healthy”. There are various ways of being active. It has to be, How it suits your, “Habits, Interests, Life styles and Personality”, and also how fit you are at that time of starting. Some do sports like Tennis, Netball, Golf, Foot Ball in specific places like a Gymnasium, Sports Clubs and Sport Grounds!
Making use of Natural surrounding like “The Sea Beach, Rivers, Parks and even Mountains, Walking, Running, Climbing, Cycling and Swimming, can be done anywhere safe and free. Some take pleasure in doing House work, Keeping the House all neat and Tidy and even Gardening and Cooking and what ever activities that needs to be done around the house. You can see from the pictures below 🙂
Some like to do activities or Exercises alone, where as some like to be in “Sports Teams” or to be with another Friend or Partner who likes the same Exercise and join to be more enjoyable 🙂
This is for people who are on the elderly side which are called the “Seniors” they have exercises on how they are fit and able to be active accordingly!
This is all about how “Exercises can Help You” regarding “All ages”!
Make note that, “What I am writing is, “Simple Guidance” with Reference from Books, Magazines and also I net, as well as My Knowledge and Experiences 🙂
