While looking for new magazines in the shops, If I tell You that I came across a magazine, “With A Free Vision Board Kit” that I bought immediately because’ I have this “Lot of Readers that I have to keep on Writing” Now this is sometime back. But I kept it as I had done 2 posts already, I thought it is Good for Year 2021 🙂

Healthy Living ~ Relaxation!

I hope all of You are keeping in Good Health and Happy. To day I am writing about, “The Values of Relaxation” You need to “Relax enough also” to be fit and Healthy”. There are various ways of Relaxing. It has to be, As usual “How it suits your, “Habits, Interests, Life styles and Personality” 🙂

Slow Down, Relax, Take it Easy, Go Outside, Enjoy Life, Painting, Eating  Favourite Foods, Meditate, Journalling, Watching Funny Videos, You cannot or not Relevant for everything. So do, “The Things You Like and Can only” All depends on each person 🙂

Then 3 to 5 times Aerobic Exercises, and or Recreational Activities, The what to do or can to Everyday. But We cannot keep to these exact amounts always. So You can do is possible when ever You can to be able to Relax enough 🙂

I hope all of You are keeping in Good Health and Happy. To day I am writing about being fit and Healthy. “Exercises can help you to be fit and Healthy”. There are various ways of being active. It has to be, How it suits your, “Habits, Interests, Life styles and Personality”, and also how fit you are at that time of starting. Some do sports like Tennis, Netball, Golf, Foot Ball in specific places like a Gymnasium, Sports Clubs and Sport Grounds!

Making use of  Natural surrounding like “The Sea Beach, Rivers, Parks and even Mountains, Walking, Running, Climbing, Cycling and Swimming, can be done anywhere safe and free. Some take pleasure in doing House work, Keeping the House all neat and Tidy and even Gardening and Cooking and what ever activities that needs to be done around the house. You can see from the pictures below 🙂

Deepavali ~ The Festival of Lights!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are in Good Health and getting on in your lives well. Year 2020 has zoomed past and almost coming on to 2021. Today I wanted to write about Deepavali Day as its relevant for me, being named after this day. Deepavali is celebrated as a “Triumph of Truth” and Righteousness over evil. All outcomes of, “Ignorance are Dispelled” and It is “A Birth of New Aspirations and Hope so of Happy Days” 🙂

Celebrations take place over five days known as: Dhanteras (day of fortune); Naraka Chaturdashi (day of knowledge); Diwali (day of light); Annakut (New Year); Bhai Duj (day of love between siblings).

The Vibrations of people affect “The Cosmos” When evil Thoughts are emitted , there is bound to be trouble in the Cosmic order!

The Laws of Dharma” should never be violated. There are seven (Basic) Universal Laws or Principles by which everything in the Universe is governed. The Universe exists in perfect harmony by virtue of these Laws. ……..Courtesy of The I net! ❤

They perform “Acts of Charity and Pooja” , visit friends, relatives and Holy Places of worship ❤

People seeks The Blessings of, “Goddess of Lakshmi” “The Goddess of Wealth, for that Life Force, which gives The Zest for Living”!

Lamps shine Brightly in every home, symbolizing Knowledge and Encouraging reflection upon The Purpose of, The Festival of Lights” 🙂

I have been writing so much and about Articles of writing All About Writing! itself but, I have over looked writing about the Benefits of Reading. That today I have decided to write about how Valuable Reading is. “These are “Very advanced articles” and I need to write the exact meanings and clarify. So read very carefully. What I am writing is “Mostly My first hand Knowledge and Experiences, and  also, doing references. BUT “It has to agree with what I know and feel it is correct!

Now I need to “Concentrate and I am writing carefully explaining and clarifying as much as possible”. As there will be new words that, “I also Look Up for the exact Spelling and Meanings”. “That You will also need to know, “As the Meaning or the Definition” from the I net or the Dictionaries. How To Make A Collage!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are doing well in the “New Year” Suddenly I remembered something that I have done in the past and also after I started this Blog. It is called, “A collage” It is something anyone can do, according to, “What You Like to do, Hope to be, or Do in the Future ~ You can do for yourself or even do for someone else like Your children”. All depends on, “How You Feel at that time” and while doing or after doing it might be something, that “You never thought how it would have ended also” 🙂

This is my board and see how I started. I wanted to write a book but “No it was Not a novel, also not to win a prize, But to write what I am writing on this website”. Only “This was the picture I could get from a magazine”, so I just pasted that, you can paste other things also to cover that part. At that time I didn’t think of being, “An Author or a Independent Publisher but just writing My Journey here. But see now what I have become 🙂

Here I have taken some of these pages: They have done in a way that the Readers can take them off and use them in a creative way. Some of them can be put in a frame as you see or even cut them in to smaller ones or in different shapes and use them how we like. Below you can see I have kept them with the pins to make different collages, either on the same board or on different boards. You can use any hard surface, even like card board, or any other suitable things you can find around the house. There is no need to buy itself as these all are, “Creative work” to use your imagination and creativity and put your mind in to active state ❤

You need to know what topic you want, and no need to look for magazines itself. It can be from old picture pose cards, news papers, also can take photographs, cloth, feathers, dried leaves, dry flowers, the more you do the more your mind will go onto many different things 🙂

Being Thankful!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

How are you all. I Hope You all who celebrated Christmas had a Good Time. I have been writing since “September 2015” and and covered so many Topics, and This being “The 100th Post! also ending of the Year I feel it is good to Think of “Being Thankful” for “All the Good and Positive Things That has happened and what We have in our lives now ❤

So here I am now writing about the Value of “Being Thankful” I know that it is not always possible sometimes, when we are having a not so good times, But somehow we have to Try and “Be Strong as Possible” as I have found out, this Helps to Draw in Positive feelings and can Influence The Mind to Think, and see the issues, in a Different Ways and Change things the Better” ❤

Celebrate Life!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are well and Happy 🙂 I am taking a good rest after all the writing of 92 articles on my website here. I hope all those who are following and reading have made use of what I have written and moved on to the next levels in your life. I am hoping to keep this simple as I am really relaxing by getting back to reading, I have not been reading much although I have kept on buying books and magazines. There are lots of sales and books are reduced from to time which I find quite a lot  of good books that go cheap 🙂

Also eating very Healthy and Sleeping long hours, as its winter time now here in Aussie and very good time to sleep long hours. Eating, drinking and taking in nourishing food, with rest and relaxation helps us to make up for the over worked hours and burning lot of calories in the process 🙂

Well I am cooking mostly at home healthy food eat and drinking nourishing hot soups, that is keeping me warm and strong. You don’t need expensive things to eat well ❤

The basic things and fruits and vegetables that are in season you can find out and they are sold cheap. Especially for soups you can put in a lot of cheap vegetables. We need to be Healthy physically as well as mentally as both body and mind need to be fit and strong to lead a strong and healthy life 🙂

I have also slowly got back to the other websites to connect again and see what all my blogging friends are up to. As they have been reading and commenting, and I have not been that alert to keep up with what they have been up to! I did not think of writing another article so soon, but I saw one of my blogging friends saying he is very stressed and needs relaxing, that this topic came into my mind ❤

I am just maintaining my little garden, as it is not possible to stay out in the cold and wet winter weather. So I am rearranging the inside, keeping my natural plants to the minimum and adding some artificial plants, as it is not possible to have delicate natural plants when you need to heat up inside 🙂

I  am not one for going out too much especially when it is wet and cold and even otherwise unless I want to do my basic shopping and if I have some other issue to attend to. Which leaves a lot of free time to maintain my home and do all my hobbies and lead a relaxing and life. I used to draw and paint, those days but now I have begun to do to colouring to relax. This is one of mindful colouring that I have done sometime back, when I take a break doing something different 🙂

I am watching some good TV programs on different subjects where my mind moves on to a different track as well as adding different words ( Words Words and Words ! ) to my vocabulary, which also helps, “Not to think of the same subjects ~ which I find again relaxes my mind” Has any of you have had this experience I wonder?

I am also listening to good classical music and listening to good sounds. Listening to music can decrease anxiety, speed Healing, Increase Optimism and decrease pain. Babies know from Happy from sad songs. As young as 5 months can distinguish (recognize) an upbeat tune such as, “An Ode to Joy” from Beethoven’s 9th symphony. “Sound is a nutrient for the nervous system. Love Your ears …..they are much more important than you ever realized.” ~ Prof. Dr. Alfred Tomati ❤

Although we don’t realize, looking back we can see how far we have come and we need to, “Rejoice the fact of doing well and Celebrate our achievements big or small”. In doing so, we, “Encourage ourselves to ~ Do better” Because it is “US” that know how much “Time, Energy, Effort even Money we have put in” So we are the only people to “Appreciate and Acknowledge what we have Achieved” and in doing so, “We Enhance the Gifts the Talents” we already have and move on to, “A Higher platform, A Higher level to do better for Ourselves and for Others” 🙂
