Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

I hope all those who read my articles are well and happy 🙂 As I have been able to receive, “The Gift of Healing and connect to the Energy of The Universe” I am Now able to, “Write more clearly and in detail with my very own personal experiences and added information about the, “4th Chakra” 🙂

It is also called the Heart Chakra”, the western name or Anahata the Indian name. Just as it says, “It is associated with Love and compassion ❤

The Heart Chakra or The Anahata nurtures unconditional Love and Compassion, Empathy, Self-acceptance and Self-confidence. In addition, Hope, Inspiration, and Generosity flow from the Heart. The Heart Chakra color is green, and the secondary color is pink ❤

Universally it is thought as the place where love originates, and known to have also the qualities of caring and devotion Heart chakra is the energy that, “Balances the lower 3 chakras and the upper 3 chakra’s” The purpose of this Chakra includes maintaining the connections and connects to those we love ❤

Heart Chakra plays a Very Big part in, “Healing” As heart chakra is all about feelings it is about, the ability of giving and receiving Love from others and is highly sensitive to emotions of oneself and there by being very high on Intuition, and able to respond to others feelings ~ Happiness and Joy, as well as Stress. “Healing” can mainly happen with a clear and a Pure Heart which has the Highest form of Positive Energy” ~ with no trace of negativity, there by able to respond to others wavelengths and connect to them with, “The Healing Energies from The Universe” ❤

As you see from the posts below, when it comes to food it is mostly about the Green colour Fruits and Vegetables like: Kale, Broccoli, Cucumber, Green Beans, Salad vegetables and Greens like Cabbage and Spinach have a cleansing and balancing effect in the body. Also fruits like Green Apples, Green Grapes, Limes, Green Pears and there will be other local fruits and vegetables according to different parts of the world 🙂

Below is a chart which are also different colours of Green and Rich in Vitamin “K” !

There is also: Aroma Therapy dealing with Herbal Plants, oils and candles with nice and pleasant smells 🙂

This is called “Crystal Therapy” dealing with Green, Pink and other coloured stones ❤

Below is the post as you see by, “Omveda site” giving details of all the things that is to do with, “The Heart Chakra” Its element is Air. As some of you may want to translate ~ to find the meanings I will copy out the basic things it says in the post. So connect to wind to nurture your Heart Chakra ~ go to places where there is clean air. The beach, near rivers, in the woods, mountains and any place in nature where it is nice and clean. Sound Therapy with certain kinds of Music, Reflexology which is ways of therapeutic/healthy  massaging and Yoga. This is a Mantra or just to say and feel good and confident: 1) I Love 2) I am Kind 3) I am Loved 4) I am Cherished 5) I am Needed 6) I Forgive 7) I am Compassionate 8) I Accept Myself 9) I Accept Others. The Heart Chakra Flows with Love for Ourselves, Others and Our World. It is where Our Spirit resides and is the most Important Chakra to keep clear and Flowing with ease and Love ❤

So I have written a lot of information of the Heart Chakra. Some of it I have done reference to bring all of you additional information to widen your knowledge. As I wrote at the beginning why I have been able to write all this is, “Because My Heart is Pure and All My Chakra’s are Balanced ~ The reason I Receive Healing Energy” ❤ When we connect to our own Hearts Stars Shine and Love Flows ❤

I am sure You have learnt a lot of things from what I have written, as there are many things/information which I have taken from the I net as well as books and also, that are not found in books, that I have written as My Experiences. Please read carefully and understand the Value of what I have written. I have taken a lot of Time in writing all this for You all to understand and make use of what is possible, to be able to Help Heal and feel Good and Happy 🙂 ❤
