Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

It seems many are enjoying the first article about Gratitude. As there is much to write on this topic, I thought of using more picture quotes for the following articles to make it more interesting and easier on the eye. The eyes are drawn and makes the mind absorb more so that it helps in remembering long term, when seeing writing in bold black and white, as well as quotes on pretty colourful pictures. I find it is a more relaxing way of taking the information in, as well as giving it out, (on some topics) as sometimes reading very long articles can stress the mind. I like to use more simple words, as there is a wide audience whose first language is not English, and also as an ESL Tutor I have got used to using simple language so that its is easier for all to understand. I believe this being a, “mental wellness and health site” the importance is to give out the information in a simple and relaxed way for all to take in easily. I learnt this when I first wrote the article on, “Writing” itself 🙂

Gratitude is a topic that could be written and spoken about almost endlessly and its effects are wonderful. Gratitude is a Very Important Virtue, I could say that it is the foundation of so many other virtues ❤

This is because when we become grateful suddenly we feel free, we see so many things that are working in our favour, against those that are not. It is a fascinating process which we do not really understand, “Until we start becoming Grateful and Life changes for the better for us ~ Both Mind and Body” !!!

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

Thanking all those who commented in support and encouragement regarding my last article. Almost all of us know that life is not a straight road, that we go through challenges to overcome them and become stronger to go to that next level. However its not all who are aware of this or understand and, among us there are many types of people, good and the bad, kind and unkind, that we need to learn how to deal with them in order to be able to lead our lives peacefully. Regarding the issue what was done to confuse me, I have prayed, read and then turned to the wise for guidance. The advice I got from the wise is, “To stay detached and ensure they cannot do something similar. Like water let it flow away and accept it as a gift of learning” And so I have !!!

From the many books and articles I read and together with my experiences, all this is to do with life’s lessons which are, “The laws of The Universe”. Life is said to be like a game. And yes it is. Just like a game there are rules to it, that is where religion comes in. Religion is all about how to be a good law abiding human being, and for that we have to abide by the rules of humanity. We are all connected by a mysterious magnetic force and what we send out, even in words and thoughts, good or bad comes back to us. This is how Healing Energies and Blessings works, even long distance. If one is purely on the mental level ~ not aware how life works, they keep on doing the wrong things and they keep on piling up, and punishment/karma takes a long time, and comes down with a greater force. But if one is developed spiritually, they return very quickly so that one is aware, doing something wrong to another brings harm to you as well in return and correct yourself the next time. What goes around comes around. In short, “The more you know, the more you are responsible for !!!

In life from time to time we need advice, guidance, not only if something goes wrong but even to do the right things, to make a change, to start something new, there so many things that we need another person’s opinion. Of course it has to be the correct person with the correct knowledge who will give you the proper advice. But it’s not always we have someone around, and even then we also need to think for ourselves what is best for us. Because it is only we who really know who we are and know what will suit us the best. At these times, I turn to prayer or meditation. I pray daily and have great faith, and I always get relief and guidance through prayers, even when its needed for others. As we know, how ever you believe in, be it God, The Universe or Life, guidance, answers comes through other people, animals and various ways of synchronicity or coincidences. While I prayed suddenly this quote came into my mind. It is among hundreds of quotes I know and have made But, this particular one jumped out. Somehow it is correct. As always pain and suffering is caused by too much attachment or dependence of others or things and it showed what I needed to do, and it was the correct guidance the advice for me 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

Welcome to my blog. We have now 101 blogs who have liked us. Thank you all those of you who read, and a Big Thank for My blogging family who have made it possible for my blog to reach up to that mark ❤
Today I am writing how people are reacting, towards others. Helping or hurting, especially to those who have mental issues and/or of sensitive nature. Be it mental issues or any other subjects, by sharing and exchanging we broaden our horizons. That is what human race is, and even in the animal kingdom they learn from each other. Its a wonderful thing that the young Royal family from The UK itself has come out into the open to share what they also have gone through, and got together to wok towards mental issues. As there are many who think its all in the mind or even take it up as a joke or a weapon to harm or hurt another !!!

I started to write here with the support and encouragement of so many people, who valued my knowledge and experiences on how I overcame depression. Especially the doctor itself who said even if I help just one person to take medication, go to the doctor or to feel happy its a great blessing. But sadly since recently, I have come across some who have made use of what I write to, upset and hurt me !!! I am a human being a mother, who was separated from my children for almost 13 years and, who lost half of my weight at one time not being able to eat. The doctors see me as a miracle having fought depression for almost 15 years and come out of it. I have worked as a tutor of English and now lead a normal life, and also studying for a Diploma in psychology. Yes its difficult sometimes to concentrate, as its lot of hard work but, I am enjoying learning the facts and also to prove that someone like me can study too. I am Not earning from here but paying to write in order to be of help, even by few words to give Hope and Faith. Those who value human life, and Not only money know the value and so many are reading and benefiting. But for some its a joke, and to do things behind my back to upset me !!! For what purpose ? I do not harm or hurt anyone !!! What I write here is Not gossip or personal details. It is knowledge to help others !!! This is not only for me but happens to so many innocent people even on Face Book. Wicked and evil minded people who do not want to see another doing well !!!

We as human beings are one with the Universe. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights – a Declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly supports the ideology that,”All Human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights” They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood” Those play silly pranks to upset others, are just selfish and self centered !!!

There are millions who are going through depression and other mental issues. So many in the world over, the royalty, professionals, artists, workers of all fields are bent on working towards mental wellness now. So many are dedicated towards human wellness and peace. So am I. I have dedicated myself for service and these things are not jokes. Working against someone’s progress, happiness and peace are all with negative thoughts that makes one sick in return. When you harm another you harm Yourself. What goes around comes around. Its, “The Laws of the Universe” No one escapes. All have to pay for their consequences !!!

Giving pain to someone who has gone through severe pain and grief is a crime. And these are people who know that. Its not philosophy but its science. That is why religions are there to be guided to know what is right and wrong. Not to just preach to others or talk big. When the boomerang comes back there will be no place to run, as its Not a physical thing, Good or the bad we do they will always come behind us, whether we like it or not. That is the basis of all what everyone teach !!!

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

First of all, I welcome the many new readers and bloggers with much happiness. Your likes, comments and appreciations help and encourage me to feel happy and do better not only for me but, for all of us in the long run. Almost closing on 100 bloggers and, A Very Big Thank You to All, old and new family here in my site ❤
When it comes to Healing as I wrote before, just as taking responsibility, “We need to have that Desire, that great need/urge” to somehow overcome being low/sad or unhappy and make ourselves to be well and happy. This again we have to do ourselves. Others can help and encourage but it mainly, up to us to have that need and push ourselves along the path of Healing 🙂

For this you need to be dedicated to the cause of healing. It does not happen overnight, it is a process of taking things step by step methodically. The world, the society is not an easy place to live in, especially if you are going through mental issues. It can be chaotic and hostile to you. So we need to find a place, an environment to suit our conditions, to grow undisturbed and peacefully in to a healthy person. This can be difficult, as in all ventures in life there is resistance, so we need to let go, of the people, things that hinder or block our path of Healing. In life we cannot change the whole set up at any time. As we cannot put ourselves in a safety bubble and live in isolation. We tend to meet/come across people and situations that hinder and disturb our progress from time to time. So if we have the Strength, Courage and Persistence to change, adjust and put aside what is unnecessary, we can be successful in our venture in Healing 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

Continuing from the last article, I am going to expand on, “why we need to take full responsibility for us to heal” This is because whatever the doctors, counsellors, therapists or medication does, unless we try our best, full healing cannot take place. “We need to have that necessity to become well and heal, very strongly so as to put in our very best efforts. You cannot feel you like a victim, that something or someone did something to you all the time as this is the worst thing that prevents/blocks healing. You need to let go of that thought pattern and, know that you are a, “Free person and you have Choices in life that you can change for your own welfare” ❤

In the process of healing, you need to be strong, courageous as well as gentle and patient with yourself. When you face difficulties its natural for you to go down physically and mentally. One becomes weak and the mood becomes low. Somehow you need to fight back and change this thought pattern and turn your mind towards being positive. You need to recognize your own power and reclaim it and become strong ❤

Taking full responsibility is for healing and Not taking any blame or guilt. As one gets hurt or upset is when one is blamed for things one has Not done or said. When this goes on for a long period stress eats into you and the mind begins to become sick, just like when you keep on over working and become physically exhausted, weak and sick. Stress can come in many forms not only from relationships but while in school, in work due to natural disasters like floods and fire also financial difficulties or sickness name it, in life we have many many challenges. You must not think this is only for you, as each and everyone faces some sort of challenge or challenges in life and all these are with a purpose. For us to face overcome and grow stronger 🙂

Each person has their own way to become well and heal. It is according to your personality and how it agrees and work for you. So you need to think try out and do the things that works best for you. Most importantly, “Remember it is Your Life. Your are the one Responsible for it to make it a better life and, for Your own Happiness. So it is You who must put in the maximum effort 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

Hope all of you are well and moving on with, your lives along your paths in life. Today I am writing to explain what healing is as how I know. There are two kinds of healing ~ physical and mental healing. Physical healing is having a healthy diet, a healthful life style, with the correct kind of activities, plenty of rest and taking the additional nutrients and medication. We need to be physically healthy too for the mind to function well, but here I am writing about mental healing 🙂
While physical healing can be seen when it is being fully healed, it is not so when it comes to mental issues. There is a broad meaning to mental healing and it can be taken in many different ways, by each and every person. Becoming well and healing completely is two different things. One can become well from depression or any other mental issue But, according to what I know and from my personal experiences that doesn’t mean, one is completely healed !!!

When we want to heal mentally we have to, “Take full responsibility for ourselves. It involves a great deal of discipline and letting go” We need to commit to work towards our own health and happiness by, releasing any types of behaviours, habits, people, activities, attitudes or emotions that are hindering/blocking our healing process !!!
Forgiveness of self and others play a very big part, (which I will write as a separate article later on) as well as expansion of consciousness and a understanding who we are, and knowing the purpose of our birth 🙂

We are responsible for our thoughts. Its thoughts that becomes words, and actions follows. We ourselves being humans are able to control our thoughts. There are so many ways and means that we can do so. This is for our own good. The more we are in control of our thoughts the more we are in control of our lives. The day we succeed in controlling our thoughts, to a extent that we can be happy is the day we are able to heal to a good extent and to be able to live in Peace and Joyfulness 🙂

End of A Very Long Journey !

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

First of all let me wish All My Dear Readers A Very Happy New Year 🙂

Thank you all for coming to my blog and liking and supporting me. When you read and appreciate, I feel what I write help in some way that I am encouraged to do more and better. Since I wrote my last article there has been questions as to how I managed to recover from depression, and what I did. So this includes answers to some of those questions and some may be what I have written before, but then as time goes they are with added knowledge and experiences !!!
I waited a little as the mind takes a very long time to clear out of all Trauma you went through, to be able to start to remember exactly what happened to you, that over stressed you and made you mentally ill. One can compare the mind to a muddy glass of water clearing up, as the mud particles settles down, the mind too start to clear to be settled enough to write your story !!!

Until you really clear your mind, that is to say until you get over most of the pain, you sort of need to keep away from the places and people who upset you. This is not to say close the door and stay in the room or isolate yourself, but at this time if you have a lot of time for yourself to rest and think clearly without others disturbing your thought pattern you can get back in to your own way of doing things much quicker. Just like covering a physical wound, we need to safe guard our minds too from outside disturbances until it becomes well !!!

Why you need a good environment is, in the silence you hear yourself. You are really able to understand what works best to you to feel happy and relaxed !

You also need to let go of people and situations that keeps on digging at your heart and hurting and making you sad. I know we cannot just pack a bag and leave. What I mean is if you cannot move away physically, you need to start letting go/detaching yourself from all that mentally. When you detach yourself from the mind, automatically you are able to have less disturbance from those that hurt you !

I have been writing that in life, challenges come for us to face them get over them and become stronger and move on to the next level. The reason why we get hurt and upset is, “We take what happens extremely personally, thinking they happen only to us” But each person crosses our path for a reason. They all carry some message, good or bad. I know we being ordinary human beings, its difficult to face extreme harsh and cruel things that happens to our lives. But, a very big but, “somehow if we take them as messengers that crosses our path” we are better able to handle the situations in a much better way. There is no one in the world who has Not gone through any kind of pain or hardship. One thing I have to say is, many think that mental conditions happen through relationships only. But it can be anything. Major events that mother earth throws at us like, volcanoes, floods and earth quakes where people lose family, friends, houses and money, also failing exams, losing jobs all contribute to becoming very ill !!!

Once you realize this, everything begin to fall into place and you see a pattern that has been happening, and you begin to heal slowly but surely 🙂

Once you begin to heal you don’t want to be wasting time talking about all the negative things that happened to you in the past. Its how it happened to me. I felt I had lost so much time and I started catching up. I did two short courses. The first one on, Personal Development from which I learnt so much about people’s behaviors and how to face them. The second one on, Natural Health and Healing that I expanded my knowledge about healing the natural way. Now on going, “A Diploma in Psychology which has opened my eyes in a very different light and discovering so much about the human mind. I have to say its the best thing that happened to me” So all of them boosted my inner growth and turned me around and brought back that confidence and strength in me. I can say I have bounced back stronger. We all have to keep on trying. If we try hard enough, “We all can make progress well enough to lead a good life” 🙂

Once we take our lives in to our hands and do what makes us happy, then our soul comes alive again and then we have healed. Yes you need medical help. That you definitely have to have and medications what has to help you. But there is a very big part in your hands, as its you who is always with you and knows exactly what is happening. Everyone can help, But ultimately, Healing is in the hands of the person who is unwell 🙂

It has been a very long journey, and finally I have healed myself from my mental pains. You need to educate yourself so as to become wise. The sixth sense, also called the third eye helps you to know how life works. Through all that you, Find the “Truth” The answers to why certain things happened to you and around you. But you don’t need to run after those who have hurt and harmed you. You have wasted enough time. You forgive not for the other person, but yourself, and move on with your life. “Punishment comes to those who do wrong, not once, But over and over again, knowing that they are doing the wrong thing” ***Human beings have no excuse as they have so much of education and guidance from the day they are born to help them lead good lives***Human life is so valuable and it’s a pity that some think its only they need to live well and to hurt and harm others. Still that is life, and we need to learn our lessons and move on. The beauty of it is, “As survivors we become, “Better and stronger people to give a helping hand to others to stand up”. There by our lives becomes Peaceful and Blessed. Things that money cannot buy !!!
