I Hope All of You are in Good Health, and “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated. So, after writing and posting so many “Therapies”, Today I am writing about, Stress. There is A Very special issue, and it has come exactly The Correct Time also after all the articles I have written. For “The 13th of October 2022 I have being away from them back in Sri Lanka” for13 years, The main and only reason for my Being having low moods. I have completed 13 years living here in Brisbane Australia with my 2 sons. And I have completely recovered and become fully Healthy. So, this is a little more advanced as I have written over 200 posts and by You also have advanced your knowledge and come up a long way. Stress is the cause of almost all illnesses. The wat to get over Stress is called “Psychosomatic Healing”. Psychosomatic means ~ Mind (Psyche) and Body (Soma) Its where the Mind influences the Body to Heal. This is also called, “Bio Feedback. Bio Feedback training is on the belief that that we can modify or gain control over a range of bodily functions, once thought to happen automatically.



No end to Emotional Growth: The theory held by some psychoanalyst’s that we stop growing emotionally after growing up in years, becomes incorrect. But the flaws built into one person’s character in the early years “Can be removed through intensive Therapy. Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health. I have been writing about Various Therapies to stay Healthy. And now “The Topic, Resilience ~ The Biology of Stress and The Science of Hope” This is quite Advanced, so I have written at the end like, so read only if you like. The Doctor is known to be, one of the “Best “10 Psychologists in The World” and out of them also known to be, “The Very Best” and still working. So, this is from: Dr Donald Meichenbaum’s, Ph.D. Book “Road to Resilience”!

Listen and take care of my body. I should get regular medical checkups, see a doctor, when necessary, maintain my hygiene and learn to compensate for any physical limitations. It is worth highlighting at the outset that people are resilient. We have the ability to, “Heal ourselves” ❤

Useful Information

There is evidence what is compensatory processes the ability to form new connections. People are flexible and develops a variety of work around compensatory procedures. A blind person may develop super-sensitive hearing; the deaf person may become super-sensitive to people’s shift in facial expressions; a pianist who loses the ability to read music may gain new richness in thinking about music. Individuals who are born congenitally blind or deaf exhibit remarkable compensatory processes. As Oliver Sacks, the neurologist observes, “Even in adulthood, it is possible to reshapes itself to fit a new reality.” As it was shown people to become cleverer at solving them.” In the same way, an individual can learn to compensate, “Work Hard and develop new skills, becoming more resilient” ❤

According to these widely accepted definitions of fitness, it follows that Behavioral Fitness™ would find one in a state of being mentally and emotionally fit and healthy. Moreover, a healthy mental state would enable, even propel an individual to complete roles and tasks, both small and large. Behavioral Fitness is reflected in the willingness to try out new strategies and learn from mistakes and setbacks. Behaviorally fit individuals see themselves as organized, industrious, conscientious, committed and self-controlled, all of which contributes to their resilience.

28th September 2022. Today being My Grandfather’s Birthday. And how I have received Healing Energies is from, coming down from the Generations “My Grand Father as well as: His Father who is My Great Grandfather, who has been both Highly Qualified Ayurvedic Doctors. As well as them being Dedicated to: Pure Service and I myself had made up my mind to Follow Their Footsteps from My very small age (Even without knowing the true meaning then as a child) to Dedicate Myself also for Pure Service ❤
