Ways To Happiness!

Hello To, All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

As usual I have to ask if you all are keeping in Good Health and Feeling Positive as much as Possible. And after writing about Happiness now I am going to write about, “Ways To Happiness” so that somehow, I want to make You all at least a little bit Happier as Your Happiness is also My Happiness as well. Agreed 😀

This is: Ways To Happiness:
1. Being Positive as Possible. Leads to Happy.
2. Once you feel Happy, You know how to try and create that feeling again.

So This is, “Project To Happiness”

  1. Eat Healthy: Keeping Hydrated (drinking enough water) other fruit or vegetable juices, Herbal drinks, Soups, Stews, whatever foods that are available. So that you get enough vitamins keep you strong and Healthy. If it is the season, so much going cheap.

2) Strength:
Not only physical strength You have To, build up “Mental Strength” to handle difficult situations and you come across issues.



3) Calmness:
1. You have to know how to relax and make yourself rest and feel Calm.

4) How to stay Calm: Relaxation: Being at ease:



5) Amusement:
1. Seek out humour. There can be outside places like parks where they are free and people doing various things.
2. Find things to keep you amused, like comedy. Can be TV, papers, Books or Magazines and the I net. Need not be new things enough old material or can draw yourself funny faces or pictures.
3. Make sure You are relaced and well rested. If you are tired, You cannot be smiling or laughing 🙂

6) Being Active: Although this says child it is for adults also.

7) Enthusiasm: See the picture below. So many things You can do other than these also.
1. To be enthusiastic about things, You like to do.
2.Find some project or a hobby even a charitable cause You can become uplifted and motivated.
3.Then start planning step by step towards achieving it.

8) Determination:
1. Being Determined to solve problems and achieve Your Goals makes You feel good.
2. You need a very clear idea, what you like to achieve.



9) Joy: The best thing for Joy is to to do things that you like to do, as much as possible. Together with friends or even staying at home.


10) Cheerfulness: When You are Feeling Positive, and feeling Happy Joyous and Cheerful You, “Transmit the Chemicals of Good Mood to Others too. This is why it being said, “To be around people who are Relaxed and Lead lives with Satisfaction and Value

Relax!

I Hope All of You are in Good Health. After writing about, Stress. Naturally it has to be A Topic about Relaxing. Don’t you think so. In that case it is about Relaxing and to Calm Your Mind 🙂

Relaxation Therapy: A broad term used to describe a number of techniques promoting stress reduction, the elimination of tension throughout the body and a peaceful state of mind. Different methods include progressive relaxation; breathing exercises and techniques; guided imagery and visualization techniques; biofeedback, water therapy, color therapy, etc. Many techniques employ the use of repetition through words, sounds, phrases, prayer, body sensations and coordinated muscle movements.

Relaxation is a state of expansion. Therefore, when relaxed, your energy expands, you start vibrating at a higher frequency and your body begins to heal and restore itself. In the state of relaxation, you let go of all the accumulated negative energy and regenerate positive energy.

Mindfulness and Relax Harmony Concept: Many things that each one can do according to your personality (How you like to do) 🙂

“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.”

Meditation reduces a wide range of stress related issues. It improves levels of concentration and help focuses the Mind Making us generally more creative and productive. It helps to stop the mind being over stressed. Then we do not waste energy worrying But, has the additional bonus of being able to have more energy.

Music has been used as a tool of healing since ancient times, appearing in the writings of the Greek philosophers Pythagoras, Aristotle, and Plato. Native Americans and other indigenous groups have used music to enhance traditional healing practices for centuries….

Sit in a comfortable way and even on the ground is good but make sure you are comfortable and warm. Exercises like Yoga and Stretching makes the muscles Relaxed and gives the sense of mental and Emotional calm and Tranquility (Peacefulness) ❤

These are things that You can choose to fit your personality and make you feel good and valuable and gives a sense of satisfaction. All cannot be or do the same thing 🙂

Stress!

Hello To, All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I Hope All of You are in Good Health, and “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated. So, after writing and posting so many “Therapies”, Today I am writing about, Stress. There is A Very special issue, and it has come exactly The Correct Time also after all the articles I have written. For “The 13th of October 2022 I have being away from them back in Sri Lanka” for13 years, The main and only reason for my Being having low moods. I have completed 13 years living here in Brisbane Australia with my 2 sons. And I have completely recovered and become fully Healthy. So, this is a little more advanced as I have written over 200 posts and by You also have advanced your knowledge and come up a long way. Stress is the cause of almost all illnesses. The wat to get over Stress is called “Psychosomatic Healing”. Psychosomatic means ~ Mind (Psyche) and Body (Soma) Its where the Mind influences the Body to Heal. This is also called, “Bio Feedback. Bio Feedback training is on the belief that that we can modify or gain control over a range of bodily functions, once thought to happen automatically.



No end to Emotional Growth: The theory held by some psychoanalyst’s that we stop growing emotionally after growing up in years, becomes incorrect. But the flaws built into one person’s character in the early years “Can be removed through intensive Therapy. The word “spirituality” is derived from the Latin word “spirale,” which means “to blow or breathe.” The word “religion” is derived from the Latin word “re-ligare” which means “co-connect.” One can pursue “spiritual fitness” without formally engaging in religious activities. Broadly defined, spirituality refers to connecting to something outside of self. Spirituality is your personal connection with meaning and purpose in your life through something greater than yourself.

“Some 90% of the world’s population engages in religious or spiritual practices which are a major means of coping with stress.” Spiritual fitness refers to one’s search for a meaning and purpose in life. Spirituality provides a framework for meaning making and a sense of belongingness. For “believers” in a faith it is a way to search for benefits in traumatic events. People who attend religious services regularly tend to live longer. Individuals who have a religious faith and who participate in religious services experience greater social supports resulting in reduced distress and increased personal growth. Such positive results have been found in many people. faith to rekindle Your sense of hope and in others, and in the future. You can benefit stemming from Your spiritual beliefs.

Faith teaches that we all have within us the strengths and resources to overcome many of the effects of traumatic events and the ability to learn to manage whatever lingers. We each have the ability to rise above our circumstances.” “The first thing prayer does for us it has put us in touch with other people who share the same concerns, values and dreams. Prayer redeems people from isolation. People pray as a way of talking out their fears without the embarrassment of having to say them out loud, and as a reassurance that they are not alone.”

You can seek inspiration, guidance and comfort from prayer, meditation, scripture reading, religious music, devotional activities, spiritual journal writing. You can join a religious group activity and volunteer to help with a community service project.

You can join a social group or organization that gives Your life purpose and helps you find meaning. You can benefit from their storytelling and find role models to emulate. You can participate in the social activity even though You may not feel like it at first. Social support can help wellbeing and limits distress. Being connected makes it easier to obtain coping information, get practical help and gives you a sense of being understood and accepted. Being part of a group provides a sense of connectedness and collective efficacy to work together toward a specific goal ❤
