Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

Hope all of you are keeping well and happy. Thank you for encouraging me by reading, commenting and following my blog. Today I am going to write about the chakras that are within us. What are chakras?

Chakra 8a

I know most of you who are writing blogs and also those who are highly advanced in their wisdom are all aware that, we are all made of, “Energy” Our life force energy is called, “Prana” in Sanskrit, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. There are 7 chakras whch respond to 7 different colours, along the spinal cord. The 6th one on our forehead which is the third eye, and ***The 7th one on top of our head which is the, “crown chakra” which connects to the higher energy, and also energy gets released out from the crown chakra on top of our heads*** They respond to different energy vibrations. It is when they get blocked that we become ill. How do they get blocked?

Chakra 1
You can see how the chakras deal with what we think, say and do. As what we say and do is according to how we think from our minds. So in the present times it is understood that the root cause of most illnesses are psychosomatic – both body and mind – where the mind influences the body to create or exacerbate!

Chakra 5a
You can see from the above post how each chakra has the influence over certain glands in the body. They each respond to different colour and also their own energy vibration. This is how the blocked chakras are healed, by sound, colour therapy and many other ways, which I will be writing in details in the coming articles, as to describe all 7 in one article is not possible 🙂

Chakra 7
The chakras are also connected spiritually as they are energy. This is why we need to know about religion – to know how life works. Life is a very serious thing and not to be played with. As you see, Dr Deepak Chopra is a highly educated person and we need to learn from such people. We cannot play with our lives or other’s lives as, “We are all governed by spiritual laws, principles of consciousness which are according to, “The Laws of The Universe” No one can escape these laws as, “We are all in the Universe. There is no place to run and hide! We are all responsible for our lives as well as to the well being of, “The whole wide world”!

I have been in the process of clearing my chakras in the past, and even more intensively in the past few weeks through prayers and meditation with the hope of – coming on to a very special event 🙂 which will be revealed soon I hope as it has been a very long journey to polish up my wisdom. Praying, along with many others ways of therapeutic ways has helped me to become well and to be able to write to you all, “To give Hope and to feel you too can come up to be same as me” Why not? All human beings can achieve so much by hard work, dedication and sacrifice. So today I am able to share my knowledge and experiences to give Hope, and have the joy and satisfaction that I am contributing in my own small way to the well being of others in the society and the world 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

Hope all of you are well. I have not been here for a while, as I have been busy writing some other articles. So I am sorry I have not been visiting some of your blogs too. I am re-writing this article as so many have missed the old articles. We are all aware in life everyday is not the same. We keep on changing and moving ahead. Even if we do not want to change, we do grow older by the day and changes happen physically and mentally, as well as the whole environment changes around us. That is the norm of life. With that there comes challenges over and over again for us to learn how to face and overcome them, to become stronger and wiser to move on in life to the next level 🙂

Challenge 3

Once you have overcome a challenge or challenges, you need to learn from them and organize yourself, to make sure the same things do not cause problems again. For this you need to, “Let Go” of the things and people that do not work for you anymore. Letting go usually, does not mean taking a bag and going away as so many posts show. As in life you cannot leave those who are dependent on you and walk off just like that. What it means mostly is, “Letting go from the Mind” and changing and adjusting to those people and situations that you have to live in, to fit in better 🙂

Life 1

Letting Go is a process. As in life from the moment we are born we are Letting Go isn’t it? First of all we let go of the womb that we grew for 9 months and entered the, seems like harsh world with a bang. From that time on wards, everything that we were born with, our hair, skin keeps on shedding and being renewed without our knowledge. Letting go is a, “Natural Process for us to, “Let Go” of the unwanted/old and move on to new that works for us” Its just like discarding our clothes that become too small for us as we grow on to our next size. Not only us it happens to animals too. Like reptiles, they too shed their whole length of outer skin from time to time. The eagle sheds all its feathers and even the beak after 40 years to renews it self for another 30 years. Then why is this, Letting Go become such a painful process ?

This is when, “We are Forced to Let Go”, “Before we are ready” Just like pulling our hair or teeth before time. In Nature, there is always, a Time for everything. When we have to, or Forced to give up anything or people before we are ready only, it becomes painful” So there is always a, “Time to Let Go” if not it is difficult and painful. But sometimes so happens in life, whether we like or not we do have to let go as we need to move on and holding on doesn’t help. And once you accept life becomes much easier and pleasant. As you have less people and things to trouble you unnecessarily!!!

Then how to make life a little easier for us, living in this complicated world? Well the most important word that comes in is, “To be prepared to Let Go” When we know our work is done and we are no more needed. Hard? Yes 🙂 But it is the reality. When people have out grown you means they have changed their vibrations, hence some of their personality and their energies. So they no longer able to fit in with the same people and live under the same roof, doing the same things. All that belongs to another era, which is called by the name, “The Past” Letting Go even if it is for the good for us is very difficult, but sometimes we have to, and once we do the relief is great. By letting go if the past you make room for the new to come in, that will ultimately lead you to new places and people whom you fit in better and belong with, to lead much satisfied and happier and fulfilled life 🙂

Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

I have been reading some articles and according to the latest statistics, mental illnesses are rising at an alarming rate. Millions world over are going through depression and many other mental issues. Sadly so many people are still not aware that the mind also gets sick like the body, even those who are highly educated in certain fields. Quite often I have heard people say it’s all in the mind and there is no such thing as depression !!!

In Australia alone one is seven experience major depression in their life time. But 70% of them will not seek treatment. One of the main reasons for this is the stigma. This is actually common almost world over. The other reasons are not having access to formal mental health treatment due to being in remote areas, the cost and time limitations. The result of this is people becoming sick and unable to work or to lead their lives in the normal way and also very sadly ending their valuable lives giving grief to their loved ones and a loss to the whole of humanity.
In the past it was said that counselling online is of little help, now research has clearly shown that self-guided, online psychological therapy is effective for most people experiencing depression regardless of severity or back ground. Those of you who are reading, please do go for counselling or therapy as they are extremely helpful !!!

“DO NOT THINK ABOUT STIGMA – IT IS YOUR LIFE THAT MATTERS”

But if you are unable to go, until such time, read books articles and find information on line for self care. There is so much of knowledge in books, magazines and on the I net. Again this is if you are unable to go for medical help for some reason 🙂

The word Health Organisation has stated that depression will be the biggest cause of health burden in the world by 2030 !!!
So this is the reason I thought I will try and increase writing more posts as I believe at least one person will make use of these tips and go for counselling, take medication or learn how to manage their moods and feel a little better. If I know I have made just one person feel better, valued and worth I am very happy. Each one of us are born for a very specific purpose and,

Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

I have written this article before but it was at the very beginning and I believe not many read it. Also now that I have more knowledge I thought of writing it again with new and added information. It is mainly about how you go about finding the correct doctor, counsellor or therapist when you need to go for medical help 🙂
We all know that each one of us have different personalities, and so does the medical personnel. More than the other fields when we are dealing with our minds, it is very important to find the correct doctor with whom you can be comfortable and tell your story, discuss your problems, ask advice or guidance. As you need to feel you are trusted and respected, or the moment you feel uncomfortable even with one word, your mood can go off and it becomes a problem rather than a help. I have experiences on this. There has been times that I have gone quite happy and confident and coming back with a very dimmed spirit and annoyed and hurt having the feeling that I was not understood or trusted. So anytime you are over stressed or imbalanced, try and find the correct doctor and visit them regularly, until the doctors or the therapist decide to stop seeing you. Counselling is very very important and extremely helpful in seeing and solving your problems in a satisfactory way 🙂

Then comes the other Most Important part that, “You need to take your medication regularly and continue as long as you have to or for ever” Please make a note that this is very important as I too have stopped at times thinking I am well and have got relapses when I did so. When one goes through severe stress and trauma long term there will be an imbalance of chemicals in the body. And the medications are given to balance them out. Why I am saying this ? As when it was explained like that only I realized that, I really needed to take what ever I was supposed to take, in order to become well and continue to be well. So you need to know and believe that you can lead a normal life by learning to deal with it the correct way 🙂

Coming out of depression or being well from mood disorder means that it is being managed/controlled with medication and everything else you are doing to keep up being well and, they have gone into remission or you can call it hibernation. Its like a seed in the ground waiting for the rains or the right conditions to lift its head up again. This does happen with many other illnesses as well. So medication is necessary to keep it under control or for prevention. But medication alone cannot do everything. A major part of it is in your hands too. You need to eat healthy and be active and maintain your body and be physically fit, as the body and mind is connected, for the mind to be strong the body has to be healthy too. You need to steer the mind on to the positive path and push aside the negativity as much as possible. For this you need to work at it. I will write about being positive in the next article, as I know some do not like or its too stressful to read very long posts. Hope this has given you some good insights that will help you in feeling better in some way 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

Hope all of you are well and moving on with, your lives along your paths in life. Today I am writing to explain what healing is as how I know. There are two kinds of healing ~ physical and mental healing. Physical healing is having a healthy diet, a healthful life style, with the correct kind of activities, plenty of rest and taking the additional nutrients and medication. We need to be physically healthy too for the mind to function well, but here I am writing about mental healing 🙂
While physical healing can be seen when it is being fully healed, it is not so when it comes to mental issues. There is a broad meaning to mental healing and it can be taken in many different ways, by each and every person. Becoming well and healing completely is two different things. One can become well from depression or any other mental issue But, according to what I know and from my personal experiences that doesn’t mean, one is completely healed !!!

When we want to heal mentally we have to, “Take full responsibility for ourselves. It involves a great deal of discipline and letting go” We need to commit to work towards our own health and happiness by, releasing any types of behaviours, habits, people, activities, attitudes or emotions that are hindering/blocking our healing process !!!
Forgiveness of self and others play a very big part, (which I will write as a separate article later on) as well as expansion of consciousness and a understanding who we are, and knowing the purpose of our birth 🙂

We are responsible for our thoughts. Its thoughts that becomes words, and actions follows. We ourselves being humans are able to control our thoughts. There are so many ways and means that we can do so. This is for our own good. The more we are in control of our thoughts the more we are in control of our lives. The day we succeed in controlling our thoughts, to a extent that we can be happy is the day we are able to heal to a good extent and to be able to live in Peace and Joyfulness 🙂

Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

Hope all of you are keeping well and Happy. And some of you looking forward to holidays and Christmas celebrations. End of 2016 and going to be a new year too. For me it marks, “Three years free of depression and four years free of mood disorder/bipolar” Now that I know I am free from depression, I thought of writing what I know and how, “I did and what I am doing to remain free and positive” 🙂
From my experiences over about 17 years what I have realized is, “That it’s We that need to really want to change for the better. We alone have to say enough is enough I want to somehow come out of this mess and lead a better life. For this we need Courage To Change and then work towards improving our lives to make it work for us” 🙂

Once you decide to Heal, other factors come in like, Counselling and Medication, according what type of issues you have. You don’t have to feel bad or ashamed to go for counselling or to a doctor regarding mental issues as, “The Mind is in the Body and not a part outside” Its those who think otherwise, who have to be ashamed of as, “They are ignorant” on this matter, as so many are having mental issues just as much as physical illnesses. When we are born we have the right to live free and in peace. And if this doesn’t happen we cannot sit in one place and wait, we have to get up and move towards what we want to do and to lead a good life. That is our right as human beings. If you think of what others might say then your whole life, you have to live in the darkness !!!

This is very true for most of us, and some of you might know this is what happened or this is what you also did. There comes a point, for anything, a limit for tolerance or for being patient what you are going through, or even what someone or some others are doing to you. The above can be for anything. A situation in life, like a relationship , a job or even regarding your health 🙂

When it comes to me, I feel it’s a pity that so many suffer long term. I know each person it can be different. But in this modern world in many countries, so much of medical help is available. There are reading materials, relaxation programs and so much centered on human wellness. I firmly believe that so many can, if not fully recover at least go as far as to keep them under control to lead normal and happy life. Try. Try. Try 🙂

I have gone through a lot. Naturally, or else I wont get depressed and stay that long. The fact is with medical help, time and knowledge gained, you understand and realize so many things that didn’t realize the times you were under stress. When my mind began to settle, it slowly dawned to me the things that I went through, and suddenly it hit me. Its compared to the light bulb effect. As its like suddenly someone switched on a light and you see things clearly. Did that happen to me ? Did I go through all that and how ? I got so much of mixed feelings, of sadness even anger why it was not really explained to me, what it was all about. If I was educated I would have understood what was going on with me, and would made it much easier to manage and would have not gone on for such a long time. But then I realized that in life there is a pattern and each incident had followed each other. This is the best way as, “Once you accept what happened to you, only then you can let go and change” 🙂

In a way, “The mind is a very fascinating and mysterious thing” As how I was seeing or realizing was like step by step. As if everything came together it would have been too much for my mind. Actually this is how break downs happens, when so many stressful things fall on to you at once, that you have no time to get over from one before the other thing or things happen. And for a few days I was like in shock remembering the things that I went through and in wonder how I got through it all. But then I discovered the, “Most important thing about healing”,

This is what I realized. As almost all of us get mentally sick or ill because of stressful things that happen to us or grief and pain given to us by others. It becomes too much for the mind that, “It gives up” It cannot function the normal way so all sorts of funny things happen to us. This is the time the doctors and counselors play a big part, with medical help. There is much to write about different counselling and how that suits ones personality. That will come in another article. For now today its 4th of December 2016, “I can very safely say that I have become well from depression” and that there is so much of Hope for any of you who read this. Again I need to add that a very big part of it is in your hands too. As its, “Your Life for You to be Happy” 🙂

Its a very big achievement for me. So many tell this, above all I am Happy for myself. As in life, basically we are only for ourselves. Meaning it’s we that know what is best for us. Sometimes even our closest family fail to understand or able to support us exactly how it helps as they cannot fully understand what’s going on in our minds !!!
Why I started my blog is to, “Encourage and give Hope and Faith”that you can become well or to keep under control, is possible to most illnesses. And You Must Believe and have Faith and work towards making your life Happy 🙂

Hello My Dear Readers, here I am again 🙂

I have been wanting to write here, but some unforeseen issues developed and I was thrown off track. Life is such that you don’t know what suddenly lands on you. If its something good then its fantastic. But if its not so then its trouble especially for those who are very sensitive and are having mental issues. So this is why its important to continue your medication as long as you have to. So I thought I will enlighten some of you on this topic, and yet again this is how I will want to read, as when you are stressed you don’t and cant read too much of information. I have been pushed back into remembering certain things, that wont go away. This is the problem with mental illness. As until you get disturbed or shaken up, you don’t know what is hiding in your mind. Its just not always what people do, but mother nature also play havoc at times and they become traumatic events that leaves you highly stressed. Losing your possessions, loved ones or to have to face fear, sadness or pain !!!
Post-traumatic disorder happens, when something triggers you. “Trigger is anything that sets you off emotionally and activates your memories of your trauma. They are specific to each person how and what they have gone through” And you begin to re-experience these events that you have seen or experienced before. Each person goes through different experiences and each persons ability to deal with them differs according to their personality, their strengths.

I am not having nightmares. But certain memories which had been buried has come out again and they are tyring to push past my current state of mind. I am stable and doing everything quite well. But I am unable to concentrate on my studies, which is very annoying as I have been doing so with a lot of enthusiasm and energy. I have been battling with it from about four months, and was getting over when I was shaken again. But everything happens for a good reason, as I have not gone to the psychiatrist for almost one and a half years, I have thought of getting some counselling again. As each time you get shaken up you find out things about yourself and you need to make changes in order they do not happen again 🙂

Outside forces, people can disturb us. But then its only ourselves who have to battle it out and come out. So we need to set boundaries, in order to safeguard ourselves. Its not easy to come out of it once it sets in. With my own experiences I am saying that you need to go to a psychologist or a psychiatrist for help. And also keep up with your current medication if you are taking any. And look after your health, and try to keep to your normal routine as much as possible 🙂

Actually although I wanted to come and write here, I was having nausea and drowsiness as well. But thankfully they are getting less. Still I have not gone to the psychiatrist. So I will be updating all of you. And it will be interesting to follow my progress. And I will have to make a genuine effort as I have to write positive things here, about my becoming well isn’t it 🙂

As its difficult to silence the mind once its disturbed and the thoughts that keep on coming, restricts the body or us going about the usual ways and doing things in life. This is why anyone has to be very careful with their words and even dealing with others. As we don’t know what another person is going through although they are smiling from outside !!!
