I Hope All of You are in Good Health. “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated. Today I am writing about Learning. Learning is supposed to be, very “A natural pleasure inborn and instinctive, one of the essential pleasures of people. “To attain knowledge, add things every day. To attain wisdom 🙂

“Education is learning what you didn’t even know you didn’t know. Learning new things can improve both your personal and professional lives. Learning can inspire you to constantly gain new information and improve yourself. Exploring new perspectives on learning is likely to help you understand the value of constantly discovering new things, is a process of learning. “The beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you. “The purpose of learning is growth, and our minds. A love of reading is a great gift for a parent to pass on to his or her child ❤

This is, “The English Alphabet” We have to know all the letters and how they sound to and make words from the letters in it 🙂

“A Person can learn in two ways: one by reading, and the other by association with smarter people. Knowledge is power. Knowledge has to be improved, challenged, and increased constantly, “The best thing a person can do is to help another person to understand and know more 🙂

As for reading books, It can be all sort of different books. They can be story Books, which are very interesting. Also Like to know about new Things to do and finding out new Hobbies. “The more I read, the more I acquire”. The more that you read, the more things you will know, the more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. “Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.” “It can be new art. Every new art appears like a new window in The Universe. Acquiring a New Sense and New Dimensions which keeps on Growing with Time 🙂

Among pleasures of Learning, It’s possible it’s good to include Travelling. Travel with an open mind. It all depends on can be Out of where you live into other different countries, where so much is different and widen one’s outlook and knowledge. Or even to close by places. Need not be by Air But even by Train, Bus or even walking to parks the beach, Natural places like Hills Mountains or the forests around you 🙂

Learning can make one Complete and Harmonious personalities which helps them to be, Healthy and Financially stable. People have The Capacity, to attain it. But to achieve it has to be, His or Her own Efforts. A learner will always have new Topic Subjects to Explore. And Ture Learning Can be such Adventures and Pleasurable. That makes People Satisfied and Happy. Automatically brings on The Next Topic about “Happiness” 😀

Therapy ~ I Care!

Hello To All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I hope as usual all of you are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. Now that I have started My Mission, “Working towards Mental Wellness openly, “I felt I will be getting more opportunities in the future to work in Other ways to spread My Knowledge and Experiences”. So far I have not got a specific Opportunity. But I have started in my own way, “Distributing My website cads and Pens to Match” so that people are aware what I an writing to “Motivate and keep them well informed”, at these times of Health issues ❤

25th February 2022: So far I have not come across any new ventures. But I am moving on in My own way, “Spreading Mental Wellness, Preventing Stigma and Discrimination to Encourage those who need Help or Therapy” much as possible. Still have the balance decluttering bits and tidying and arranging the house. I have “Designed new website cards, car stickers and Pens to match. What you can see is the latest. They had 40% down a promotion so I took advantage ( made use) of that offer 🙂

In each of the following fitness areas, identify the specific things you plan to do in order to improve your level of resilience. The number refers to the Action Plan # for each item, followed by a link to the page. Check-off those that you wish to focus on. How much confidence do you have that you will be able to follow through on each resilience-bolstering behavior?

Physical Fitness

#1. Take care of my body.

Bullying!

I do Hope All of You are in Good Health, and Trying to manage “To keep yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these trying times”. As All of you are aware I had started on “My Mission on “Mental Wellness!

I am writing this post, “Very Hurt”. After 6 years of writing, and to have built up such big numbers of Followers and Websites, I never thought I will have to write on this Topic “Concerning Me”!

What Is Bullying: Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among people that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. People who bully others may have Serious Mental Problems!

Types of Bullying There are three types of bullying:

Verbal bullying is. Verbal bullying includes:
Teasing
Name-calling.
Can You Believe it, in this present times when INTERNET IS USED BY ALMOST ALL OVER THE WORLD” so many websites are there!
I Have been called: EVEN A DRIVER TO TAFE WHERE, I WORKED AS AN ACCREDITED ENGLISH TUTOR!
Because I am writing on a website I have been called: Spider woman!

This is NOT small children, But “Some of the ADULTS around where I live without causing any trouble or Disturbances to anyone!
I shifted so that as My Two sons are adults and I could do less physical work and Develop more on KNOWLEDGE!
It had started unknown to me because I was keeping a VERY NEAT AND TIDY HOUSE and have Rose Flowered curtains and White Blankets in My Bed Room. The ROSE Curtains were Originally Brought” From United Kingdom. And some of the The workers who came to do some repairs had misunderstood?
In such a DEVELOPED COUNTRY? And THE BATHROOMS are kept Too CLEAN!!!

  • Social bullying, sometimes referred to as relational bullying, involves hurting someone’s reputation or relationships. Social bullying includes:
    Spreading rumors about someone
  • Embarrassing someone in public.


Why Some People Bully:
Children and teenagers who feel secure and supported by their family, school, and peers are less likely to bully. However, Every individual is unique and there are many factors that can contribute to bullying behavior. People who bullies may experience one, several, or none of these contributing factors. Bullying can affect everyone—those who are bullied, those who bully, and those who witness bullying. Bullying is linked to many negative outcomes including impacts on mental health.

Family factors: Some who bully:

  • come from families where there is bullying, aggression, or violence at home.
  • may have parents and caregivers that do not provide emotional support or communication.
  • may have parents or caregivers who respond in an authoritarian or reactive way.
  • may come from families where the adults are overly lenient or where there is low parental involvement in their lives.

Emotional factors: People who bully: may have been bullied in the past or currently.
have feelings of insecurity and low self-esteem, so they bully to make themselves feel more powerful.
do not understand other’s emotions.

  • don’t know how to control their emotions, so they take out their feelings on other people.
  • may not have skills for handling social situations in healthy, positive ways.

Every person involved in bullying – as a target, a bystander, or as one who does the bullying. People who bully may also need support to help them address their behavior. Mental health professionals can work with people who bully to help them learn new social and emotional skills. Bullying is a behavior that can be changed?

Peer factors: Some People bully:

  • to attain or maintain social power or to elevate their status in their peer group.
  • to show their allegiance to and fit in with their peer group.
  • to exclude others from their peer group, to show who is and is not part of the group.
  • to control the behavior of their peers.

Bystanders: People who witness bullying are more likely to:
Have increased use of tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs
Have increased mental health problems, including depression and anxiety.

For All those people who “Are going through issues on, “Stigma, Discrimination and any other difficulties, because of ill health at this Times or because some people do not Understand PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ALL HAVE SOME TALENT or GIFT. HAVE HOPE. YOU MATTER ❤
