Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are keeping well and Happy. Last article I wrote about Things We Love to Do! Now here I am writing that, “All Good Things don’t come that easily ~ meaning if we want a good and successful life, we need to work hard towards them. For this we need to accept change and also to be ready to move out of our comfort zone ❤

Moving out of our comfort zone is like, taking an adventure. If we really want to better our lives, we need to take it as a positive experience. We need to, know our passion, our dreams and follow our instincts to achieve our goals. This results in taking trips to unknown destinations. Taking risks and travelling on paths not gone before. But it all depends on your attitude ❤

On our journey, to find new and better quality of life, we will observe and learn many new things, from seeing new places and meeting many new people. Life is beautiful but it can be challenging and difficult too. All of that is, for us to face our difficulties overcome them and go to the next level. Very often if we don’t get pushed we don’t move. In moving on, we need to keep our minds open for things of beauty and wonder 🙂

Keeping our minds open for new and better things, brings us new and a better life. Things can change any time in life, so we need to be Patient as, we are not aware what the next moment will bring us. Although we have to work hard, and do work hard, the opportunities and new doors that open, will only open at the correct time. Until such time, we have to keep going and Not give up. We need to keep our Faith and Trust in the process of Life ❤

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

Hope all of you are well. I have not been here for a while, as I have been busy writing some other articles. So I am sorry I have not been visiting some of your blogs too. I am re-writing this article as so many have missed the old articles. We are all aware in life everyday is not the same. We keep on changing and moving ahead. Even if we do not want to change, we do grow older by the day and changes happen physically and mentally, as well as the whole environment changes around us. That is the norm of life. With that there comes challenges over and over again for us to learn how to face and overcome them, to become stronger and wiser to move on in life to the next level 🙂

Challenge 3

Once you have overcome a challenge or challenges, you need to learn from them and organize yourself, to make sure the same things do not cause problems again. For this you need to, “Let Go” of the things and people that do not work for you anymore. Letting go usually, does not mean taking a bag and going away as so many posts show. As in life you cannot leave those who are dependent on you and walk off just like that. What it means mostly is, “Letting go from the Mind” and changing and adjusting to those people and situations that you have to live in, to fit in better 🙂

Letting Go is a process. As in life from the moment we are born we are Letting Go isn’t it? First of all we let go of the womb that we grew for 9 months and entered the, seems like harsh world with a bang. From that time on wards, everything that we were born with, our hair, skin keeps on shedding and being renewed without our knowledge. Letting go is a, “Natural Process for us to, “Let Go” of the unwanted/old and move on to new that works for us” Its just like discarding our clothes that become too small for us as we grow on to our next size. Not only us it happens to animals too. Like reptiles, they too shed their whole length of outer skin from time to time. The eagle sheds all its feathers and even the beak after 40 years to renews it self for another 30 years. Then why is this, Letting Go become such a painful process ?

This is when, “We are Forced to Let Go”, “Before we are ready” Just like pulling our hair or teeth before time. In Nature, there is always, a Time for everything. When we have to, or Forced to give up anything or people before we are ready only, it becomes painful” So there is always a, “Time to Let Go” if not it is difficult and painful. But sometimes so happens in life, whether we like or not we do have to let go as we need to move on and holding on doesn’t help. And once you accept life becomes much easier and pleasant. As you have less people and things to trouble you unnecessarily!!!

Then how to make life a little easier for us, living in this complicated world? Well the most important word that comes in is, “To be prepared to Let Go” When we know our work is done and we are no more needed. Hard? Yes 🙂 But it is the reality. When people have out grown you means they have changed their vibrations, hence some of their personality and their energies. So they no longer able to fit in with the same people and live under the same roof, doing the same things. All that belongs to another era, which is called by the name, “The Past” Letting Go even if it is for the good for us is very difficult, but sometimes we have to, and once we do the relief is great. By letting go if the past you make room for the new to come in, that will ultimately lead you to new places and people whom you fit in better and belong with, to lead much satisfied and happier and fulfilled life 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

To give you an update of my life since I finally came to settle down here is Aussie. I completed eight years yesterday and looking back I have come a very long way. It is Not talking big but, letting you know how much I have achieved, so that those of you who are reading, get inspired and get Hope, that you too can overcome by working towards getting well. My main reason for doing this blog 🙂
My depression has gone into remission, and have been stable for almost 4 years now. Its quite a feat as I was under it for quite a long time, as long as almost 15 years. I have worked in TAFE as an ESL volunteer tutor for almost 5 years during that period, done some short courses and now continuing with the Diploma in Psychology. I have also completed 2 years writing in here, and today I was looking at the past articles and saw how much my writing has improved, along with my mood as well 🙂
Journaling or writing in anyway is very helpful as, it helps to put our minds in order. When we write we are able to understand so many things that are working in our minds that we were not aware !!!
Journaling is: writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health ~ The I net.
Prayers or and meditation also helps in relaxation and to calm the mind, as well as gaining  wisdom which is the most important thing, to understand the process of life more clearly !!!
“Life works in a pattern we all know that the seasons come one after the other every year the same pattern, everyday the sun comes up in the morning and goes down in the evening and so on. So as we are all part of “The Universe”, and all of us fall under the same laws. And once we have done everything possible ~ we need to have Patience for them to work in its own way ~ In the Natural Order” We can also describe it as, “Going with the flow of life” 🙂

Actually it is through intense prayers and meditation that has brought me to this  stage of maturity, where I have come to understand many things in life and moved on to a complete different wave length from where I have been ~ which is the main reason for my almost complete recovery. It is something that all can achieve as it is a matter of changing one’s vibrations or energy, but “this has to be done with, great dedication sacrifice and persistence, long term”. As changing one’s energy or vibrations is a slow process and happens in a very delicate way, along with acts of offering merit to those who guide and protect you along the way. This is the value of the human being as we have choices and able to know and learn how to become well or get over difficulties !!!

Many do not think or understand this although they have studied science. Well even I have studied physics, but that was when I was very young and I didn’t know all this at that age. Everyone knows that in any religion, prayers are being said to heal the sick, so prayers are all good vibrations, which somehow with faith helps that person to feel better or sometimes completely recover. I have these experiences but it’s only very few who knows or believe that. As it is a, “Very Long process which I have done over time as I said before, with great dedication and sacrifice” One has to go over tests and tribulations time and time again until sometimes you are exhausted. At this stage of my life, knowing who I am, and what I have become is enough for me. I do not have that need to prove it to anyone. For those of you who believe in energy, This will be in my blog, spreading Good Energy constantly, for Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity. Just click anytime and take it in with a Good Heart ~ Loving Kindness. Concentrate on it and feel or imagine positive energy flowing into you, cleansing you of the negativity, Healing and bringing you Peace and Happiness ❤

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

As you all can see, I have taken a long time to write an article since the last one, End of A Very Long Journey ! This is mainly because after that end, I still had not found any, New Beginnings ! to write about. As always a beginning has to follow an end. Not knowing how to start writing again, I have looked in to this topic about, “The writer’s block” Well it seems to be that I fall under some of the views that is being said here !

There seems to be many different views by different people. Some do apply to me and maybe some of you also may come across these sometimes ? I found it an interesting topic and decided to write, as somehow I wanted to get back in to writing, and this is one of the advice I found, and hopefully this will help me to be posting articles here again 😛

I guess almost all of you are aware that when we write, we tap our inner wisdom and its almost like someone helping or dictating words to us. In my case I hear some words being prompted, and also almost like being whispered and I found that this was actually missing since recently. I found this quote to support what I am saying 😛

As I wrote at the beginning, nothing new has happened to me to write about. No one has asked any questions nor given any suggestions either. And as we all know sometimes how ever much we try, there is that specific time for anything to happen, and I have found that it applies for writing too 🙂

According to the above quote it says, writing block doesn’t exist, but then being unable to write and being stuck I feel it is some sort of a block. From what I have read and know, we all need a break from our usual routine to relax and charge our batteries as well as find new and fresh ideas. So it is for writing as I have found in this quote which says what to do and what not to do !

I am more on to the way of a perfectionist and this also is a reason that sometimes I take my own time to do things, as what ever I do, I want it to be that perfect piece of work, so writing also comes under that. I wonder how many of you share this trait with me ?

Although it is mentioned as a block, somehow I have managed to write an article about, “The Writer’s Block” itself. Yes it does go quiet unable to think of what to write and then it has come back suddenly, my head filled up with this topic that pushed me to write again which is a great relief 🙂

This is a time I have asked myself, “Why do I write” I started to write my story of becoming well and to share my experiences and knowledge for the benefit of others. At the same time writing/journaling is therapeutic to the mind. Writing is the only way, that you can pull out the feelings that are buried deep within your mind. It helps to declutter and reorganize yourself to begin a new chapter again. The quote below by, “Anne Frank” also says the same thing !

So when we write, it is our life, our own story that we write. It is known to us only and we write how and when we want to. Writing is being free, as we are all born free and being free is what makes us happy and joyful that leads us to find peace in our hearts, our ultimate goal in life 🙂

Then do we always become successful and popular writers ?  Or do we write because we like to write, to put forth our ideas that flood into out minds ?

So the answer is above, I am not sure if I should say we. But this applies to me, as I don’t earn anything from writing here, and sometimes there is hardly any response but yet I go on writing, because I like to write. I hope those of you read will give, some of your ideas/views on this ?

P.S This is my latest update. As I have completely recovered and living free of depression, I needed a distraction, and to do something new and different. I have always liked poems and poetry, and I had this beautiful poem about the tree that I just started with that. But since then slowly I have begun to write my own little poems. Not only that, I was going beyond that and almost like catching up for lost time, the time I was down and was stagnating !!!
I was getting this strong need to express myself through creativity. My mind started to run into old interests and hobbies that I used to do. They have been growing in silence, and suddenly they have raised their heads up, pushing me to break through and open up myself to the world of color back again 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

In life as we go on growing and learning, there comes a time, that some of us begin to think and do things differently to those around us. This is Not being proud or arrogant, but there is a group who through sheer determination and courage want to move on and rise up to the top. To develop their minds as high as possible.  This usually happens with age, through knowledge and experiences we have gone through. But as always there are exceptions. (Those much younger, those who are born gifted/talented, also can reach up at a very young age) When we sharpen our minds, we begin to understand more and better about how life works. We become aware that we belong in the same world, in the same universe. That colours of our skin, race, religion are not things that divide us 🙂

Once we get this understanding and the feeling of, “Oneness, our out look to life changes in a very big way” and we begin to see life in a more deep and serious manner. In short through eyes of wisdom. We understand that with time people change just like us, and we need to give them space to adjust to their changes too. Our hold, on to things and people become less, its even easier to let go than before. As we know by letting go of which doesn’t serve us, opens the way for new things and people to come in. Those that suit our personalities, present needs in a better way 🙂

This can be compared to a physical journey up a hill or a mountain. Its not all who climb or even think of going up to the tops of very high mountains. To climb up you need to carry only the very essentials to survive. The higher you go the lighter the load you have to carry, as you cannot climb up with a heavy load. This is an example. Going up also mean advancing your knowledge and becoming wise and sharpening your skills of the mind. Just like a physical journey, to advance your mind, you need to have a clear head. By keeping unwanted thoughts and cluttering your mind you cannot think clearly. By letting go – you clear the mind of the clutter so that the mind is free to think better. The mind that is clear, is able to function/work to the best of its ability. Making the owner of that mind, quite advanced and able to think and act beyond those who are clinging to things and with minds full of clutter. Those who give up excess baggage, let go, in order to move on, do stand out and have better chances to be successful in life. And this, Can make a very big difference between those who succeed and those who cannot do that well in life !!!

So this is what sometimes people say that, “Its lonely at the top” Even if you have climbed physically to a top of a mountain, sure you may be alone or there will be a very few like you, who have had the courage to climb up. But you will have this peace and the view which no other or very few will be able to enjoy. And all those who had climbed to the top like you, are those who had the same courage and determination as you, to face challenges and rise up to new heights where no other dares to tread !!!

Same way when you are advanced from your mind, there will be some who do not or cannot see/understand the same way as you. Yes, again you can feel a little isolated at these times, until you attract and regroup with those who share the same interests and are in the same wave length as you. At the same time, with wisdom one is able to understand too, that all are not the same, and each person is born for a different purpose in life. That not all has the ability to reach the top, that there has to be many kinds of people to fill in many different needs in the world !!!
All may not climb mountains or become scholars, but in their own way they too face challenges in different ways and reach their own goals and become heroes in their lives. And everyone contributes something to the world in their own way 🙂

As human beings, we are the most advanced form of life, and we are so fortunate that we have the ability to take our minds to the highest level of thinking. Meaning able to control or balance our minds through so many ways available to us. As human beings we are born to make use of our lives, as well as help others to make this world a better place for all. So always strive to take that one step more, to improve your life to live with Happiness and Joy that you desire to in this life 🙂

We are not all mountain climbers. I am not. I am quite scared of heights Lol 😀 But we can all face up to our challenges that come our way, with courage and determination, and grow and move on to a better place than we are at present. So I wish you all, Strength and Courage and to be Patient as all good things take time to happen 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers. 🙂

I started this blog to spread the message on mental wellness. We all go through some form of difficulties in Life. And I too have gone through mine. Due to the ups and downs I went through one after the other, suddenly the last incident pushed me to a break down, and I became a victim of depression. For fifteen years I battled depression as well as bipolar disorder. Since  middle of June 2014 I was cleared from counselling, being said that I had come back to normal by my psychiatrist. A word I never expected to have heard in my entire life. Suddenly the clouds had moved away, and out came the sun. The world opened up to me 🙂
Knowing what it is be depressed, and because of the stigma attached to it, many do not want to go for treatment, making it worse and even ending their valuable lives. Getting out of long term depression is like a miracle. There were so many who asked how and also my doctor encouraged me to write, for the benefit of others. The reason I started this blog is, I want to show the world that depression can be overcome and even Bipolar disorder can be controlled. And being mentally ill is no different to being physically ill. As mind and body are together. Mental illness also can be cured or controlled and they also can be normal as everyone to live with dignity in the world 🙂
I am studying psychology ~ counselling and psychotherapy, at the moment to give back the knowledge and experiences I acquired. But make note that, this is not exactly counselling, but this is, “My Journey on how I overcame depression and mood disorder” I hope all those reading my blog will learn something new, or remember what you already know. And make use of them to lead a better and happier life 🙂

P.S This is my latest update. It’s almost three years since I wrote this, and today it’s the 20th of May 2018. I have completely recovered and living free of depression now, that means it has gone into remission 🙂
I will be updating some of the old articles with my new knowledge and added experiences and also for the benefit of those who are new to the blog, as well as to confirm that it is possible to overcome and become completely well too. Now that my mood is even more uplifted, my choice of colours and posts have changed too accordingly. My eye goes to new pictures that resonate with how I am feeling now that I am feeling very much positive than when I was feeling unwell.. It does happen. You too can come out into the light and live Happily 🙂
