Hello how are you all I Wish You Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity as always. Here is the second part of Calm with some questions and work sheets., however some of you want to do. Now that “I Am My Path has been recognized as “Professional Counselling, You be Happy You will have all my Experiences and better knowledge 😀

  1. Exercise 1.

    1.Think of a time when you didn’t feel Relaxed and Calm!
    2.How did you feel during and after that time?
    3. How did others feel, who were around you?
    4.You can discuss with them better ways of being Calm!
    5.And come to an answer how to do deal in a better way!

Exercise 2:

1. What sort of things make stress or feel less calm?
2. How often do you come across them?
3. How are you able to avoid them?
4. Think of ways how to!
5. Think whether it is possible to lessen if not avoid!

Ways To Happiness!

Hello To, All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

As usual I have to ask if you all are keeping in Good Health and Feeling Positive as much as Possible. And after writing about Happiness now I am going to write about, “Ways To Happiness” so that somehow, I want to make You all at least a little bit Happier as Your Happiness is also My Happiness as well. Agreed 😀

This is: Ways To Happiness:
1. Being Positive as Possible. Leads to Happy.
2. Once you feel Happy, You know how to try and create that feeling again.

So This is, “Project To Happiness”

  1. Eat Healthy: Keeping Hydrated (drinking enough water) other fruit or vegetable juices, Herbal drinks, Soups, Stews, whatever foods that are available. So that you get enough vitamins keep you strong and Healthy. If it is the season, so much going cheap.

2) Strength:
Not only physical strength You have To, build up “Mental Strength” to handle difficult situations and you come across issues.



3) Calmness:
1. You have to know how to relax and make yourself rest and feel Calm.

4) How to stay Calm: Relaxation: Being at ease:



5) Amusement:
1. Seek out humour. There can be outside places like parks where they are free and people doing various things.
2. Find things to keep you amused, like comedy. Can be TV, papers, Books or Magazines and the I net. Need not be new things enough old material or can draw yourself funny faces or pictures.
3. Make sure You are relaced and well rested. If you are tired, You cannot be smiling or laughing 🙂

6) Being Active: Although this says child it is for adults also.

7) Enthusiasm: See the picture below. So many things You can do other than these also.
1. To be enthusiastic about things, You like to do.
2.Find some project or a hobby even a charitable cause You can become uplifted and motivated.
3.Then start planning step by step towards achieving it.

8) Determination:
1. Being Determined to solve problems and achieve Your Goals makes You feel good.
2. You need a very clear idea, what you like to achieve.



9) Joy: The best thing for Joy is to to do things that you like to do, as much as possible. Together with friends or even staying at home.


10) Cheerfulness: When You are Feeling Positive, and feeling Happy Joyous and Cheerful You, “Transmit the Chemicals of Good Mood to Others too. This is why it being said, “To be around people who are Relaxed and Lead lives with Satisfaction and Value

Relax!

Hello To, All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I Hope All of You are in Good Health. After writing about, Stress. Naturally it has to be A Topic about Relaxing. Don’t you think so. In that case it is about Relaxing and to Calm Your Mind 🙂

Relaxation Therapy: A broad term used to describe a number of techniques promoting stress reduction, the elimination of tension throughout the body and a peaceful state of mind. Different methods include progressive relaxation; breathing exercises and techniques; guided imagery and visualization techniques; biofeedback, water therapy, color therapy, etc. Many techniques employ the use of repetition through words, sounds, phrases, prayer, body sensations and coordinated muscle movements.

Relaxation is a state of expansion. Therefore, when relaxed, your energy expands, you start vibrating at a higher frequency and your body begins to heal and restore itself. In the state of relaxation, you let go of all the accumulated negative energy and regenerate positive energy.

Mindfulness and Relax Harmony Concept: Many things that each one can do according to your personality (How you like to do) 🙂

“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.”

Meditation reduces a wide range of stress related issues. It improves levels of concentration and help focuses the Mind Making us generally more creative and productive. It helps to stop the mind being over stressed. Then we do not waste energy worrying But, has the additional bonus of being able to have more energy.

Music has been used as a tool of healing since ancient times, appearing in the writings of the Greek philosophers Pythagoras, Aristotle, and Plato. Native Americans and other indigenous groups have used music to enhance traditional healing practices for centuries….

Sit in a comfortable way and even on the ground is good but make sure you are comfortable and warm. Exercises like Yoga and Stretching makes the muscles Relaxed and gives the sense of mental and Emotional calm and Tranquility (Peacefulness) ❤

These are things that You can choose to fit your personality and make you feel good and valuable and gives a sense of satisfaction. All cannot be or do the same thing 🙂

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times” of Health issues. I have been writing about Various ways of Therapies to Become Well” After I wrote about The Therapies itself, Today “I am writing about Psychology of Food!

The psychology behind food and eating is a fascinating topic. There are many psychological connections that affect eating habits. This includes everyone and is something we may all be able to recognize in ourselves. Smart and balanced food choices lead to a healthy lifestyle. Some people it is easy to understand that we eat to satisfy hunger and want to maintain energy levels. Food and eating is one of the most psychologically driven activities we do multiple times a day. The psychology of food and eating!

 Good food can be the key to a happy life. When we eat the right food with the nutrients that our bodies long for, we are able to be the best version of ourselves. When we nourish our bodies our energy levels are high, we have a calmness about us. And as you may assume, all of these things promote a better mood. We cannot really keep to exactly “The amounts and kinds of food, as some are not found in All countries” and some can be brought from other countries and very expensive. Actually there are enough things to eat in “A SIMPLE DIET” which is Really Healthy for” The Mind and The Body” 😀

Here are some, “Food Pyramids! Read and see “What is available in your country and what can be Grown and bought at reasonable prices” Some include oily fish, berries, yogurt, whole grains, leafy greens, nuts, and beans. 

As we grow and as life takes us through its ups and downs, our bodies change. We change with age, lifestyle, eating habits, emotional stability, etc. And when our bodies change, so does the mental image we have of ourselves. Part of eating healthy food and controlling healthy eating habits is about our physical body. It’s about maintaining or working towards a body that promotes high self esteem. When this is achieved, we feel fit and our mental health can be better.

Food can be natural medicine.  Whole and hearty food can be medicine in and of itself. This is even true for medicines that aid us psychologically. This includes medicines that would typically be prescribed for better health ❤

Vegetables are parts of plants that are consumed by humans or other animals as food. The original meaning is still commonly used and is applied to plants collectively to refer to all edible plant matter, including the flowersfruitsstemsleavesroots, and seeds. It may exclude foods derived from some plants that are fruits, flowersnuts, and cereal grains, but include savoury fruits such as tomatoes and courgettesflowers such as broccoli, and seeds such as pulses. Originally, vegetables were collected from the wild by hunter-gatherers and entered cultivation in several parts of the world, Vegetables can be eaten either raw or cooked and play an important role in human nutrition, being mostly low in fat and carbohydrates, but high in vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. But so many others will be grown and also not expensive, in Farms and even in their own out side space or even in or outside containers. Need not be even in Fancy containers. I have seen cooks and chefs growing in ordinary Tins, They say People need not throw but make use of any container that one can put some soil and grow. I think some are not aware how plants are grown 😀 Here are some pictures of seeds put in the soil, and some in pots. And how some vegetables have come out. Of course some can be planted from Branches also!

Below are Green beans, Potatoes and Green Chilies. Green ones becomes Red once they are Ripe!

Ultimately, food is not just about filling our stomachs. Food and eating is a psychological activity that we all engage in throughout our days. We need to eat slower, considering whether you are actually hungry or not, listening to your body when it is full, and recognizing your behaviors and patterns with your food. Who knew that something we have been naturally doing since birth had so many psychological factors and connections? 

 Finally Moderation, balance, and variety all align quite well with food and eating habits. When food and eating habits are balanced, both Physical and mental health can be balanced as well. When we allow ourselves to enjoy food that makes us happy in moderation, we can feel satisfied. When we change up our diet and welcome in new flavors, the variety may keep us excited. These three things are all psychological connections to food that for many people can lead to a happy state of Good Health ❤
