I have thought of sharing what I have received as Counselling as well as what I have studied on My Journey of Becoming well ❤

Role of A Counsellor:
1. Be available and supportive.
2. Actively listen to client’s story.
3. Do not blame the client (You)
4. Express Empathy (Kindness)
5. Generate Resources (Books, Picture card sets that help to understand)
6. Address unrealistic expectations of client from counsellor (if any) ~ if You are thinking of things that the counsellor cannot be.

1. Confidential.
2. Listening: Having time to talk to someone who listens.
3. Understanding: Having Time to talk to someone who someone who listens.
4. Responsive: To individual needs ~ To know the persons personality and what she or he needs.
5. Non-Judgmental: Not to Judge if that person is good or bad.
6. Changing: Counselling can help you work out what changes You can make and how.

This is to explain what “The Counsellor Does” He or she has to meet you and be Helpful by: Listening to what the Client/You have to say. They have to, “Be Able to Be Kind, Understand and Trust” and to be So it has to be that “The Counsellor Matches Your Personality” They have to know usually of your culture To Understand Your way of Thinking and doing things in Life”!

None of us work 24/7 and there is always some free time to relax. Also relaxing does not need a lot of money either. Of course, if one has extra money to spend, there are many expensive ways to relax also. But actually, you do not need to spend like that. As relaxing is becoming one with mother nature. The closer you become to mother earth, by ways of food, clothes and living the closer you become to a stress-free life. It is difficult to lead a complete stress-free life in this present times. But there are plenty of simple ways to relax like the post above, and below, to reduce our stress levels and enjoy a balanced and healthy life 🙂
