Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are well and Happy 🙂 I am taking a good rest after all the writing of 92 articles on my website here. I hope all those who are following and reading have made use of what I have written and moved on to the next levels in your life. I am hoping to keep this simple as I am really relaxing by getting back to reading, I have not been reading much although I have kept on buying the latest books and magazines. Also eating very Healthy and Sleeping long hours, as its winter time now here in Aussie and very good time to sleep long hours. Eating, drinking and taking in nourishing food, with rest and relaxation helps us to make up for the over worked hours and burning lot of calories in the process. Well I am cooking at home all the nice food I like to eat and drinking lot of hot nourishing hot soups, that is making me strong and keeping me warm and strong. We need to be Healthy physically as well as mentally as both body and mind need to be fit and strong to lead a strong and healthy life 🙂

I have also slowly got back to the other websites to connect again and see what all my blogging friends are up to. As they have been reading and commenting, and I have not been that alert to keep up with what they have been up to! I did not think of writing another article so soon, but I saw one of my blogging friends saying he is very stressed and needs relaxing, that this topic came into my mind. Writing is also Relaxing and Therapeutic, making use of my time writing here for myself and others benefit which I am really enjoying as there is no rush or time limit, if one does it in their own time quietly ~ ( All About Writing  ! ) ❤

I am just maintaining my little garden, as it is not possible to stay out in the cold and wet winter weather. So I am rearranging the inside, keeping my natural plants to the minimum and adding some artificial plants, as it is not possible to have delicate natural plants when you need to heat up inside 🙂

I  am not one for going out too much especially when it is wet and cold and even otherwise unless I want to do my basic shopping and if I have some other issue to attend to. Which leaves a lot of free time to maintain my home and do all my hobbies and lead a relaxing and life. I used to draw and paint, those days but now I have begun to do to colouring to relax. This is one of mindful colouring that I have done sometime back, when I take a break doing something different 🙂

I am watching some good TV programms on different subjects where my mind moves on to a different track as well as adding different words ( Words Words and Words ! ) to my vocabulary, which also helps, “Not to think of the same subjects ~ which I find again relaxes my mind” Has any of you have had this experience I wonder?

Words 1I am also listening to good classical music and listening to good sounds. Listening to music can decrease anxiety, speed Healing, Increase Optimism and decrease pain. Babies know from Happy from sad songs. As young as 5 months can distinguish (recognize) an upbeat tune such as, “An Ode to Joy” from Beethoven’s 9th symphony. “Sound is a nutrient for the nervous system. Love Your ears …..they are much more important than you ever realized.” ~ Prof. Dr. Alfred Tomati ❤

Healing Powers: Music can help to stimulate/activate the mind, ‘Boost Creative Energies”, and are associated with “Dreaming, Learning and Relaxing”. The key to Boosting Creative Energies is to Listen to the type of music “You Enjoy” the most. If You want more “Inspiration, in Language and Mathematics” it would make sense to listen to “Music with Singing”, while “Music without words”, stimulates more “Artistic and Visual Senses” ❤

After I Relax and Re-Energize I have to plan out for the next chapter. Learning from the past experiences, the mind automatically prepares how to move forward in future. Although we don’t realize, looking back we can see how far we have come and we need to, “Rejoice the fact of doing well and Celebrate our achievements big or small”. In doing so, we, “Encourage ourselves to ~ Do better” Because it is “US” that know how much “Time, Energy, Effort even Money we have put in” So we are best people to Appreciate and acknowledge what we have Achieved and in doing so, “We Enhance the Gifts the Talents” we already have and move on to, “A Higher platform, A Higher level to do better for Ourselves and for Others” 🙂

Then I will be “The Happiest” Then there will be “Lot of Happy People Every Where” and in turn “To make “A Lot of Happy People in The World Every Where” 🙂

Chakra Healing ~ Vishuddha!

Hello to All My Dear Readers and Blogging friends. I hope all of you are keeping well. Here in Aussie it is Autumn so we are having cool weather and moving on to Winter Brrrrr……to be colder in a months time. Today I am writing about the 5th Chakra ~ the Throat Chakra which is also called Visuddha!

Fifth Chakra is all about words and physical language ~ speech and Healing. It is all about speaking and make others understand us to know who we really are” to express ourselves. Being Honest, Truthful and Loyal begins here ❤

As you see the colour of Vishuddha is Blue. The characteristic/element is the Blue sky, so it is mostly, “Blue colour fruits and vegetables that go with this chakra 🙂

Throat Chakra’s element is the Sky and leads to communications as we need the freedom to express ourselves, freely and truthfully for it to balance it properly. Singing, writing letters, connection with friends and listening to any soothing sounds, soft music or voice story telling is included. It is not only us speaking it is to listen, absorb and understand what others say also is important for the throat chakra to work properly ❤

Guide To Your Chakras!

How are You all. I hope all of “You Dear Readers are keeping well. I am sure All of you are reading and improving your knowledge about the chakras. Today I am writing generally about knowing Your 7 chakras ~ Chakra Healing!

If I know that by Reading what I write, “You Dear Readers have improved Your Health and Leading a much “Happier and Joyful Life” then I have achieved My Goal of Being Useful as “A Healer” and “All what I have gone through and My Hard Work, and Sacrifices” done over the years, have been worthwhile. And I will be the Happiest to feel that I am making, “The Full Use of My Knowledge, Experiences and especially “My Gift of Healing” will be like the ~ Cherry on The Cake ❤

As day by day, “There are new discoveries and new information is being added to every subject” So in addition to “My Experiences and Knowledge” ~ I am taking a lot of time and effort to look for new and helpful information, and posts. This is 6 simple ways to Balance The chakras, but you have to understand that, “All these take time and effort on your part and you can change or balance according to what You do and “Your own personality”. You have to keep on trying and do what ever you can slowly and methodically. As I have been writing, “I have prayed and done so many things over, “A Very Long Period of Time to Achieve The Gift of Healing” There is always, “A Time for Everything” ❤

When You have a bath or shower, “You can Think or Imagine that just like you are being cleaned from outside, your unnecessary thoughts or feelings (Negative) are also being washed away 😛 I am serious. Even I do that 🙂

This is all about colours. There must be “Your favourite colour”. It does Not have to be expensive clothes or you have to wear only these colours”. My colours are now mostly earthly colours, like Light Brown/Beige or Cream colours, and Blue colours. My favourite colour is Green. But it is over time that I also have learnt about all these. When I was younger I have been wearing other colours too. I like Red flowers and Fruits and Vegetables, but not Red clothes as somehow I never liked to wear Red colour 😛

Growing Older ~ Young At Heart!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Today I thought of writing about a topic that seems to be an issue with so many, it is: “Growing Old”! We know that we all grow by the hour, day, months and years, and the general feeling is that life is short and time is limited. It is true that as human beings we do have a limited span of life but, “How I believe is that ~”Life is how much you put into the years and Not count life in years” 🙂
Different people have different views on aging …but I believe we need to have a very positive outlook about us getting older by the years. Because life is precious and life is to live well. Each day we have is a gift, that we are able to learn as time goes by, new things, meet new people and see many new places and expand our knowledge and lead a better life. Don’t you think so 🙂

There are some who has been asking, why the quotes are mostly regarding ladies as actually most of the pictures are with female figures somehow! So here I have posted quotes from both, a well known film actress, Audrey Hepburn and a famous poet and lecturer Ralph Waldo Emerson!

We can grow old gracefully, becoming wiser, with the inner beauty shinning out, which is the true beauty, or we can become worried that years are passing by and the end is near 😛 But as human beings we are able to choose. We can read, and so much of resources are available to educate ourselves, think and make choices on how to decide the best ways of living healthy and living life to the full. So why do we have to really worry so much about growing older? How do you feel and think about growing old?

Growing old by the day actually is physical, because as we we are growing we become more experienced and add more knowledge, and if we work at it the mind can become very advanced and we are able to gain true wisdom. Physically too we can keep our bodies active, and with a healthy diet we can be fit and healthy well into our older years, as to say. Life is full of mysteries and surprises, we can keep ourselves entertained from all that. My belief is, we all do grow but we can stay young in our hearts and minds 🙂

The post below goes for men too. Generally with maturity most people gain so much knowledge and are full of experiences that, people cannot just take them for granted or put them down and make them feel inferior. Unlike when young, one is able to stand up for oneself and answer back with wisdom and not tolerate unnecessary drama. I as a older person can definitely vouch for that 😀

There is so much to live in the years we have in our span of life. It is not the years but how much we put into the years that we can live. Its true that most of us do have to slow down somewhat from our very young years, but that doesn’t mean we stop doing the things we like and living well. There is a misconception that as you grow older the brain loses its ability be active as young but, “Medical evidence shows that ~ what we loose with age is very minute and that it does not slow down our thinking or power of learning so ~ “Age need not prevent our learning” But of course just as our physical self we need to exercise our brains too to keep it working to the full. I will expand and write about this in the next article. In the meantime, I urge you to “Live Your Life to the Full and forget about your age” 😀

The Power of Hand Writing!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are keeping well and happy. Today I thought of  Writing about the value of writing by hand. As in this increasing digital age, so many have, and are turning to type and swipe, on the computers, laptops, I pads and phones than using pencils or pens to write by hand. In my case I do use all that but, have always liked to write by pens and pencils too from my school days, and still continue to write using my various pens to write. How many of you still still love Writing by hand?

A study in psychological science has been found that students who take down notes by hand, rather than by laptops are better able to remember and grasp the subject. This is because when we are Writing by hand we tend to concentrate and write slowly, be more selective, rephrase and summarise, and choose the most important information, to include in the notes. This makes the brain works more efficiently and we are able to understand the content clearly and memorize better 🙂

The studies with small kindergarten children also showed that, those who learnt the alphabet by Writing exercises, learnt it faster and better than those learning from the key board system. On the whole children both young and old, acquired a better understanding of the language, and were better able to express more ideas with a multitude of  Words !

Writing  journaling are excellent ways for understanding and recovering from stress and Trauma ! In my opinion, the best way to put the mind in order is writing out what is going on in the mind. Typing out also yes but, “Writing  by hand puts in that extra effort and forces out something from inside of you, that cannot really happen from typing” As the hand yields to the emotions inside of you, and helps better to let go or organize your mind in a much better way ❤W 4aa
Evidence from new research show the psychological benefits of handwriting. How those who wrote by hand, were more likely to find relief from anxiety, fear and worry than those tapping on a computer. It also shows that jotting down our thoughts and feelings not only help people understand and recover from stress and Healing ~ Trauma ! but also help those with chronic conditions such as asthma and arthritis, those recovering from surgery and even those battling terminal or life-threatening diseases !

The fact that some who rarely or never use handwriting as an outlet to express themselves, is a sad fact as journaling is so helpful in clarifying one’s thoughts!

Writing by hand is a very personal and creative experience. I know as I am very fond of writing by hand. It helps one to be more aware of what is going on in the mind and helps the mind to stay in balance, healthy and happy. So why don’t you try too? If by now if you have not tried 😛

Things We Love to Do!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

I have been talking about the things we really like to do, and I came across these really wonderful picture quotes that I thought of posting them for your knowledge and enjoyment. The last few articles have been rather serious, as the subject of mental health is quite a heavy subject. So for a break I felt like writing something more light hearted and relaxing, as life is not only to live well but, to enjoy, have fun and be happy too. To be able to be really happy, is to be able to, “Do what You really Like” 🙂

There are lot of things we can do in life. There is a saying, “Just to eat, drink and pay the bills is not a way to live”. And of course all of us are doing many things to keep ourselves occupied, to keep us going. Being on the blogs itself is proof that we are out and about in learning new things and moving on in life without stagnating ❤

There are many things we can do to Relax and be Happy, but it depends on what each of us like and want to do, according to our own personality ❤

We all have our own talents, gifts that we can make use of, to keep us active, happy and also to earn our living 🙂

I enjoy doing a lot of activities, both indoor and outdoor. Sometimes a little too much for my age but I like to keep myself active. Today too even though it is winter and cold, I braved the weather and did my front garden. I also enjoy cooking, housework as I love to keep a neat house, reading and music my favourite topics, chakra dancing for therapy and exercises, Mandala art for relaxing the mind and well…. the list goes on 😛

What are the things you Love to do? Think. Are you doing them? At least some of them or even one? Sometimes we forget or don’t pay attention, to do the things we like to do. As I said it need not be a Hobby as such, but anything that Relaxes you, make you Happy and Calm. Doing what we like need not be big things that takes up a lot of money, but even small things, to distract us from unnecessary issues and keep us going. As it is, our life and others can help us but, only we can choose what we like to do to make us Happy, that will lead to our goals and have a Happy ending 🙂

Chakra Healing ~ Muladhara!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are keeping well. I see many of you have read the article on Chakra Healing!and I believe most of you found it interesting and useful. Today I am writing about, “The First of the 7th Chakras, which is the ~ Base or Root Chakra which is also called Muladhara” 🙂

Root 10

This is all about courage and is associated with security, mental stability, survival and prosperity. It is also about keeping ourselves balanced and grounded, because it’s element is Earth 🙂

Root 5

The reason to say, “Balanced and to stay grounded” is because, “We are all energy and part of mother earth and, it is important to match our energy to mother earth so that we are able to stand straight and go about in life in keeping with her energy levels. In addition to the energy centers in the palms of our hands, there are small chakras/energy centers in the soles of our feet. Earth energy is pulled up from mother earth and up our legs so that we can be balanced. You can have a clear idea from this post below, where the energy centers are 🙂

Root 6

An under active Root Chakra can be helped by eating, Red fruits and vegetables like, Red Apples, Strawberries, Raspberries and Tomatoes, Radish, Beet and Red Peppers. Anytime you feel not grounded or imbalanced the best solution is to take off your shoes and walk bare feet on grass or in the beach, or any place in nature that you can connect naturally to earth, as close as possible ❤

As you see there is medical evidence that when we walk bare feet, we are able to connect with earth, and it is very helpful in improving and curing some of our ailments!

Read up and see what is relevant with what concerns you and, you can find strength by keeping to the above solutions and also keeping to these affirmations below, to have confidence and courage ❤

We each of us are unique to each other and have different personalities and different way of dealing with life’s difficulties and challenges. The society, the world is full of good and the bad both, just like happy and sad. I too have gone through immense pain, stress and trauma and I know what pain and sadness is.  “True some of you may have gone through much more trauma, stress and grief that the normal person could not have coped”. Still from all what I have gone through, I believe as human beings we have so many ways and chances/choices to somehow find solutions of healing ourselves to some extent, so that we are able to lead a normal and peaceful life. Because by overcoming our experiences, we can in turn give our hand to another to heal, thereby further healing ourselves ❤

There is so much of satisfaction, to see healing of another from what I have gone through, and in a way, it “Justifies all the wrong and injustice I have had to face” Try to look at the positive side as much as possible. It is no fun leading a life of sadness. Life will always bring challenges to overcome and move on  to the next step. That is how life is. Push back the past and move on with strength and courage. We are all born for a unique purpose in life as I have always believed and said in my articles, as well as others also who say so. For the brave and the compassionate there will be always work to be done, to uplift and make the world a better place. A path to follow. We all have our own work, our own paths. If I can so can you ❤ Why? Because You are also a person like me and You also matter ❤ You are Worthy ❤ And You Can ❤

Life Matters. Not only my life but others life too. I regard all life valuable. I know life is full of ups and downs, But a Big but! “I somehow Try” Face challenges even with difficulties, push past and find solutions. New and positive things keep on turning up just as difficulties. We can make use of them and keep on growing. Life is all about, keep on growing and moving on isn’t it. As change is the only constant in life ❤

Well I have written after a bit of a long pause, due to a stressful time I went through. I read in another article, that we all go through a pace where we go quiet and come to a stop, from what we are doing. That, “dormancy is a regular part of nature – but at the same time we can encourage ourselves to somehow come out of it and move on without stagnating” I am Thankful to that writer who had written it as after reading it, it made me to somehow, push myself and overcome my dormant state, come back from sleeping, and continue the articles on chakra healing. Only I do not want to sound arrogant by saying I have found myself, “a far greater person than before” which is in the quote 😛

There is so much information on, Nutrition, Crystal Therapy, Sound Therapy, Yoga, Reflexology and Healing with Nature. I am sure you all find this very interesting and useful, as even I have found out things that I was not aware of. There is so much knowledge in books, magazines and on the I net freely that we can learn new things everyday, and expand our knowledge and uplift ourselves to live better and happier 🙂
