I hope all of You are keeping in Good Health and Happy. To day I am writing about being fit and Healthy. “Exercises can help you to be fit and Healthy”. There are various ways of being active. It has to be, How it suits your, “Habits, Interests, Life styles and Personality”, and also how fit you are at that time of starting. Some do sports like Tennis, Netball, Golf, Foot Ball in specific places like a Gymnasium, Sports Clubs and Sport Grounds!

Making use of  Natural surrounding like “The Sea Beach, Rivers, Parks and even Mountains, Walking, Running, Climbing, Cycling and Swimming, can be done anywhere safe and free. Some take pleasure in doing House work, Keeping the House all neat and Tidy and even Gardening and Cooking and what ever activities that needs to be done around the house. You can see from the picture post below 🙂

Some like to do activities or Exercises alone, where as some like to be in “Sports Teams” or to be with another Friend or Partner who likes the same Exercise and join to be more enjoyable 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Today I am writing about Healthy Living as Good Health is the most important thing in life as otherwise one is not able to to live properly. For this we need proper nourishment which is a “Balanced Diet which is good food” Proper Exercise  need not be what is shown in the picture but even another game you like to play or walking, running, or even things like house work, gardening or anything that moves yourself. Then enough rest and sleep 🙂

I have been writing so much and about Articles of writing All About Writing! itself but, I have over looked writing about the Benefits of Reading. That today I have decided to write about how Valuable Reading is. Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits. Dancing can improve muscle tone and strength, and a great way to meet new friends if that is what you like. There are many styles of dance to choose from, each with its own attractions. Popular styles of dancing include:

Ballet – mostly performed to classical music, this dance style focuses on strength, technique and flexibility.

Ballroom dancing – this involves a number of partner-dancing styles such as the waltz, swing, foxtrot, rumba and tango.

I have been wanting to write about the benefits of Dancing for a long time. As it is described as the “Best method of Relaxing and getting over stress” Because you Dance with Music and almost all of your mind is on the feeling of Moving to nice Music. “Dance is the most fundamental of all art forms. Dance is a Physical and Mental workout. Dance Stimulates the Mind and Body. It’s proven to increase Cognitive strengths and helps to have good health. That is the Miracle of Dance” 🙂

Dance Its a form of Exercising also Once you get your body moving  Although the picture Quotes say for children, “They are the same for adults” also as you can see. Until I write about them, I thought of posting the picture quotes and a “Beautiful video of Dancing the Waltz” might be a good distraction at this time, “As all are having to stay at home, and even if you do or do not Dance yourself, “It is so enjoyable to watch and Relax” I do Hope you all find this article Educative as well as Enjoyable 🙂

So You want to Reduce Stress “Dance Does That~ It’s called a “Happy Dance” for a reason. Dancing is fun, energizing and effective way to “Relieve stress and anxiety. Just one Lively Dance session can lower negative feelings and get you to feel Relaxed and Positive” Partner Dancing supposed to make you have stronger social bonds and be mentally healthy But what I myself know is to Dance by Yourself or do movement according to music gets you well exercised and leave you in a good mood 🙂

With all what is going at “The Present Times” I thought of writing an article on “Taking Care of Yourselves in a “Healthy way and also How to keep Yourselves active and in a Good Mood” with so much of news that are on public media. I am not going to “Give lists as That is being said by Qualified Doctors and Medical Personnel” but how to keep Yourselves “Active as well as Relax and to be able to Sleep Well” and to be in a Positive Mood as much as possible. “These are “Very advanced articles” and I need to write the exact meanings and clarify. So read very carefully. What I am writing is “Mostly My first hand Knowledge and Experiences, and  also, doing references. BUT “It has to agree with what I know and feel it is correct!

As there will be new words that, “I also Look Up for the exact Spelling and Meanings”. “That You will also need to know, “As the Meaning or the Definition” from the I net or the Dictionaries. Role of A Counsellor:

None of us work 24/7 and there is always some free time to relax. Also relaxing does not need a lot of money either. Of course if one has extra money to spend, there are many expensive ways to relax. But actually you do not need to spend like that. As relaxing is becoming one with mother nature. The closer you become to mother earth, by ways of food, clothes and living the closer you become to a stress free life. It is difficult to lead a complete stress free life in this present times. But there are plenty of simple ways to relax like the post above, and below, to reduce our stress levels and enjoy a balanced and healthy life 🙂
