I Hope All of You are in Good Health. “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated. Today I am writing about Learning. Learning is supposed to be, very “A natural pleasure inborn and instinctive, one of the essential pleasures of people. “To attain knowledge, add things every day. To attain wisdom 🙂

“Education is learning what you didn’t even know you didn’t know. Learning new things can improve both your personal and professional lives. Learning can inspire you to constantly gain new information and improve yourself. Exploring new perspectives on learning is likely to help you understand the value of constantly discovering new things, is a process of learning. “The beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you. “The purpose of learning is growth, and our minds. A love of reading is a great gift for a parent to pass on to his or her child ❤

This is, “The English Alphabet” We have to know all the letters and how they sound to and make words from the letters in it 🙂

“A Person can learn in two ways: one by reading, and the other by association with smarter people. Knowledge is power. Knowledge has to be improved, challenged, and increased constantly, “The best thing a person can do is to help another person to understand and know more 🙂

As for reading books, It can be all sort of different books. They can be story Books, which are very interesting. Also Like to know about new Things to do and finding out new Hobbies. “The more I read, the more I acquire”. The more that you read, the more things you will know, the more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. “Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.” “It can be new art. Every new art appears like a new window in The Universe. Acquiring a New Sense and New Dimensions which keeps on Growing with Time 🙂

Among pleasures of Learning, It’s possible it’s good to include Travelling. Travel with an open mind. It all depends on can be Out of where you live into other different countries, where so much is different and widen one’s outlook and knowledge. Or even to close by places. Need not be by Air But even by Train, Bus or even walking to parks the beach, Natural places like Hills Mountains or the forests around you 🙂

Learning can make one Complete and Harmonious personalities which helps them to be, Healthy and Financially stable. People have The Capacity, to attain it. But to achieve it has to be, His or Her own Efforts. A learner will always have new Topic Subjects to Explore. And Ture Learning Can be such Adventures and Pleasurable. That makes People Satisfied and Happy. Automatically brings on The Next Topic about “Happiness” 😀

Relax!

I Hope All of You are in Good Health. After writing about, Stress. Naturally it has to be A Topic about Relaxing. Don’t you think so. In that case it is about Relaxing and to Calm Your Mind 🙂

Relaxation Therapy: A broad term used to describe a number of techniques promoting stress reduction, the elimination of tension throughout the body and a peaceful state of mind. Different methods include progressive relaxation; breathing exercises and techniques; guided imagery and visualization techniques; biofeedback, water therapy, color therapy, etc. Many techniques employ the use of repetition through words, sounds, phrases, prayer, body sensations and coordinated muscle movements.

Relaxation is a state of expansion. Therefore, when relaxed, your energy expands, you start vibrating at a higher frequency and your body begins to heal and restore itself. In the state of relaxation, you let go of all the accumulated negative energy and regenerate positive energy.

Mindfulness and Relax Harmony Concept: Many things that each one can do according to your personality (How you like to do) 🙂

“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.”

Meditation reduces a wide range of stress related issues. It improves levels of concentration and help focuses the Mind Making us generally more creative and productive. It helps to stop the mind being over stressed. Then we do not waste energy worrying But, has the additional bonus of being able to have more energy.

Music has been used as a tool of healing since ancient times, appearing in the writings of the Greek philosophers Pythagoras, Aristotle, and Plato. Native Americans and other indigenous groups have used music to enhance traditional healing practices for centuries….

Sit in a comfortable way and even on the ground is good but make sure you are comfortable and warm. Exercises like Yoga and Stretching makes the muscles Relaxed and gives the sense of mental and Emotional calm and Tranquility (Peacefulness) ❤

These are things that You can choose to fit your personality and make you feel good and valuable and gives a sense of satisfaction. All cannot be or do the same thing 🙂

The word “spirituality” is derived from the Latin word “spirale,” which means “to blow or breathe.” The word “religion” is derived from the Latin word “re-ligare” which means “co-connect.” One can pursue “spiritual fitness” without formally engaging in religious activities. Broadly defined, spirituality refers to connecting to something outside of self. Spirituality is your personal connection with meaning and purpose in your life through something greater than yourself.

“Some 90% of the world’s population engages in religious or spiritual practices which are a major means of coping with stress.” Spiritual fitness refers to one’s search for a meaning and purpose in life. Spirituality provides a framework for meaning making and a sense of belongingness. For “believers” in a faith it is a way to search for benefits in traumatic events. Spirituality helps individuals implement their core values into social actions.

People who attend religious services regularly tend to live longer. Individuals who have a religious faith and who participate in religious services experience greater social supports resulting in reduced distress and increased personal growth. Such positive results have been found in many people. faith to rekindle Your sense of hope and in others, and in the future. You can benefit stemming from Your spiritual beliefs.

Faith teaches that we all have within us the strengths and resources to overcome many of the effects of traumatic events and the ability to learn to manage whatever lingers. We each have the ability to rise above our circumstances.” “The first thing prayer does for us it has put us in touch with other people who share the same concerns, values and dreams. Prayer redeems people from isolation. People pray as a way of talking out their fears without the embarrassment of having to say them out loud, and as a reassurance that they are not alone.”

You can seek inspiration, guidance and comfort from prayer, meditation, scripture reading, religious music, devotional activities, spiritual journal writing. You can join a religious group activity and volunteer to help with a community service project.

You can join a social group or organization that gives Your life purpose and helps you find meaning. You can benefit from their storytelling and find role models to emulate. You can participate in the social activity even though You may not feel like it at first. Social support can help wellbeing and limits distress. Being connected makes it easier to obtain coping information, get practical help and gives you a sense of being understood and accepted. Being part of a group provides a sense of connectedness and collective efficacy to work together toward a specific goal ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health. I have been writing about Various Therapies to stay Healthy. And now “The Topic, Resilience ~ The Biology of Stress and The Science of Hope” This is quite Advanced, so I have written at the end like, so read only if you like. The Doctor is known to be, one of the “Best “10 Psychologists in The World” and out of them also known to be, “The Very Best” and still working. So, this is from: Dr Donald Meichenbaum’s, Ph.D. Book “Road to Resilience”!

Listen and take care of my body. I should get regular medical checkups, see a doctor, when necessary, maintain my hygiene and learn to compensate for any physical limitations. It is worth highlighting at the outset that people are resilient. We have the ability to, “Heal ourselves” ❤

There is evidence what is compensatory processes the ability to form new connections. People are flexible and develops a variety of work around compensatory procedures. A blind person may develop super-sensitive hearing; the deaf person may become super-sensitive to people’s shift in facial expressions; a pianist who loses the ability to read music may gain new richness in thinking about music. Individuals who are born congenitally blind or deaf exhibit remarkable compensatory processes. As Oliver Sacks, the neurologist observes, “Even in adulthood, it is possible to reshapes itself to fit a new reality.” As it was shown people to become cleverer at solving them.” In the same way, an individual can learn to compensate, “Work Hard and develop new skills, becoming more resilient” ❤
