Chakra Healing ~ Manipura!

Chakra 2

Hope all of you are doing well and happy. I am continuing with chakra healing with the Manipura chakra which is situated midway between the rib cage and the naval. It is the third energy centre and is associated with the sun and the element is fire. This is where we feel our personal power, and on the negative side fear and anxiety, which leads to stress where we feel, “Butterfly in the stomach and causes stomach upsets when we are over stressed” So what you need to do when this happens is to, relax and do things to calm you down, eat healthy and have enough sleep time ❤

Chakra 12a
Manipura chakra relates to the digestive system, muscles, metabolism and your self esteem and will power. The colour of this chakra is yellow and when imbalanced we can re-balance with yellow colour fruits and vegetables too. Yellow citrus foods stimulate physical and emotional release from this chakra and also bananas, turmeric and ginger which helps calm down an upset stomach ❤

Chakra 13
Solar plexus chakra is one of the most powerful tools we have to create our personal circumstances, to live well or not, good or bad. Sages and philosophers have known for thousands of years that personal belief systems (how we think from our minds ~ the thoughts) by which we recognize and understand how the world appears to work, are of critical importance to our well being. Because by having a positive mind you have positive thoughts, thereby we can feel valued and accept ourselves to be confident and well balanced human beings to become useful to ourselves and to the world 🙂

Chakra 13
The Solar Plexus Chakra at the spiritual level is to gain wisdom to know the true nature of each of us, as its not possible to understand who you are, until you know what your strength and weaknesses are. Once you are aware of your real personality, you are able to move on with life in agreement with the true self to be free and at peace, which is the ultimate goal in our lives. Things We Love to Do!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

I have been talking about the things we really like to do, and I came across these really wonderful picture quotes that I thought of posting them for your knowledge and enjoyment. The last few articles have been rather serious, as the subject of mental health is quite a heavy subject. So for a break I felt like writing something more light hearted and relaxing, as life is not only to live well but, to enjoy, have fun and be happy too. To be able to be really happy, is to be able to, “Do what You really Like” 🙂

There are lot of things we can do in life. There is a saying, “Just to eat, drink and pay the bills is not a way to live”. And of course all of us are doing many things to keep ourselves occupied, to keep us going. Being on the blogs itself is proof that we are out and about in learning new things and moving on in life without stagnating ❤

I enjoy doing a lot of activities, both indoor and outdoor. Sometimes a little too much for my age but I like to keep myself active. Today too even though it is winter and cold, I braved the weather and did my front garden. I also enjoy cooking, housework as I love to keep a neat house, reading and music my favourite topics, chakra dancing for therapy and exercises, Mandala art for relaxing the mind and well…. the list goes on 😛

What are the things you Love to do? Think. Are you doing them? At least some of them or even one? Sometimes we forget or don’t pay attention, to do the things we like to do. As I said it need not be a Hobby as such, but anything that Relaxes you, make you Happy and Calm. Doing what we like need not be big things that takes up a lot of money, but even small things, to distract us from unnecessary issues and keep us going. As it is, our life and others can help us but, only we can choose what we like to do to make us Happy, that will lead to our goals and have a Happy ending 🙂

Chakra Healing!

Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

Hope all of you are keeping well and happy. Thank you for encouraging me by reading, commenting and following my blog. Today I am going to write about the chakras that are within us. What are chakras?

Chakra 8a

I know most of you who are writing blogs and also those who are highly advanced in their wisdom are all aware that, we are all made of, “Energy” Our life force energy is called, “Prana” in Sanskrit, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. There are 7 chakras whch respond to 7 different colours, along the spinal cord. The 6th one on our forehead which is the third eye, and ***The 7th one on top of our head which is the, “crown chakra” which connects to the higher energy, and also energy gets released out from the crown chakra on top of our heads*** They respond to different energy vibrations. It is when they get blocked that we become ill. How do they get blocked?

Chakra 1
You can see how the chakras deal with what we think, say and do. As what we say and do is according to how we think from our minds. So in the present times it is understood that the root cause of most illnesses are psychosomatic – both body and mind – where the mind influences the body to create or exacerbate!

Chakra 5a
You can see from the above post how each chakra has the influence over certain glands in the body. They each respond to different colour and also their own energy vibration. This is how the blocked chakras are healed, by sound, colour therapy and many other ways, which I will be writing in details in the coming articles, as to describe all 7 in one article is not possible 🙂

Chakra 7
The chakras are also connected spiritually as they are energy. This is why we need to know about religion – to know how life works. Life is a very serious thing and not to be played with, we need to learn from those who are having higher knowledge and experience more than us. We cannot play with our lives or other’s lives as, “We are all governed by spiritual laws, principles of consciousness which are according to, “The Laws of The Universe” No one can escape these laws as, “We are all in the Universe. There is no place to run and hide! We are all responsible for our lives as well as to the well being of, “The whole wide world”!
I have been in the process of clearing my chakras in the past, and even more intensively in the past few weeks through prayers and meditation with the hope of – coming on to a very special event 🙂 which will be revealed soon I hope as it has been a very long journey to polish up my wisdom. Praying, along with many others ways of therapeutic ways has helped me to become well and to be able to write to you all, “To give Hope and to feel you too can come up to be same as me” Why not? All human beings can achieve so much by hard work, dedication and sacrifice. So today I am able to share my knowledge and experiences to give Hope, and have the joy and satisfaction that I am contributing in my own small way to the well being of others in the society and the world 🙂

Third Eye in Healing!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

An update of my progress over the year 2017 up to now, today being the first day of 2018. Last year was quite a roller coaster ride. As I believe I faced the biggest challenges in my life, which came almost one after another. All of which I have faced bravely and overcome. This is because I intensified my meditation and praying, resulting myself going through a massive energy change, which in turn has set in many physical changes in my favor. Prayers are good energy/vibrations and sound helps heals illnesses by balancing our chakra system!

Eye 2

Sound not only changes you physically but it changes your mental status too. As when the energy changes within, the whole body and mind is affected, here in a good and healthy way. Actually I have studied and was aware of the chakra’s, but not had experiences of the chakra’s balancing, and once they do, I found the seventh chakra which is the third eye becomes active. So actually the challenges here, “Came as blessings  in disguise – as if they didn’t come in so hard and strong – I would not have prayed so very hard and strong to counter act”!

Chakra 3
It has really made my outlook much broader. I sense and understand life much more than I did before, and still moving on with it. Above all I have become much more settled and at peace. My purpose was  to help others heal through my experiences, and now I have been given even better tool for it. I have let gone most of the material things and people in order to attain it. In a way it is through, “Pain and heartache” But it a big achievement as it is not an easy thing to achieve and a, “Gift for Healing” It is not magic it is not a physical eye it is:

Eye 1
In life as human beings we can achieve so much. We do not have to be highly qualified itself to be able to do something. I have come this far trying to help others through my experiences, and look what I have got in turn. Anything done with a good heart never goes waste. There are so many things that money cannot buy which you can never put a value. You who is reading, know that there is always a solution for any issue, and when you really try hard you can over come and end up even stronger than you were before 🙂

Eye 9
There is so much of free information on the I net other than books to refer to. Prayers and meditation takes you a long way in healing, but you need to go in a moderate way. You must not and cannot hurry. It takes not days but months and months of practice, with dedication, sacrifice and persistence. Also to be achieved mainly for pure service. New Beginnings !

Begin 8a

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

To give you an update of my life since I finally came to settle down here is Aussie. I completed eight years yesterday and looking back I have come a very long way. It is Not talking big but, letting you know how much I have achieved, so that those of you who are reading, get inspired and get Hope, that you too can overcome by working towards getting well. My main reason for doing this blog 🙂
My depression has gone into remission, and have been stable for almost 4 years now. Its quite a feat as I was under it for quite a long time, as long as almost 15 years. I have worked in TAFE as an ESL volunteer tutor for almost 5 years during that period, done some short courses and now continuing with the Diploma in Psychology. I have also completed 2 years writing in here, and today I was looking at the past articles and saw how much my writing has improved, along with my mood as well 🙂
Journaling or writing in anyway is very helpful as, it helps to put our minds in order. When we write we are able to understand so many things that are working in our minds that we were not aware !!!
Journaling is: writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health ~ The I net.
Prayers or and meditation also helps in relaxation and to calm the mind, as well as gaining  wisdom which is the most important thing, to understand the process of life more clearly !!!
“Life works in a pattern we all know that the seasons come one after the other every year the same pattern, everyday the sun comes up in the morning and goes down in the evening and so on. So as we are all part of “The Universe”, and all of us fall under the same laws. And once we have done everything possible ~ we need to have Patience for them to work in its own way ~ In the Natural Order” We can also describe it as, “Going with the flow of life” 🙂

Energy 1a
Actually it is through intense prayers and meditation that has brought me to this  stage of maturity, where I have come to understand many things in life and moved on to a complete different wave length from where I have been ~ which is the main reason for my almost complete recovery. It is something that all can achieve as it is a matter of changing one’s vibrations or energy, but “this has to be done with, great dedication sacrifice and persistence, long term”. As changing one’s energy or vibrations is a slow process and happens in a very delicate way, along with acts of offering merit to those who guide and protect you along the way. This is the value of the human being as we have choices and able to know and learn how to become well or get over difficulties !!!

Energy 21
Many do not think or understand this although they have studied science. Well even I have studied physics, but that was when I was very young and I didn’t know all this at that age. Everyone knows that in any religion, prayers are being said to heal the sick, so prayers are all good vibrations, which somehow with faith helps that person to feel better or sometimes completely recover. I have these experiences but it’s only very few who knows or believe that. As it is a, “Very Long process which I have done over time as I said before, with great dedication and sacrifice” One has to go over tests and tribulations time and time again until sometimes you are exhausted. At this stage of my life, knowing who I am, and what I have become is enough for me. I do not have that need to prove it to anyone. For those of you who believe in energy, This will be in my blog, spreading Good Energy constantly, for Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity. Just click anytime and take it in with a Good Heart ~ Loving Kindness. Concentrate on it and feel or imagine positive energy flowing into you, cleansing you of the negativity, Healing and bringing you Peace and Happiness ❤

That Thing called Stress !!!

Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

Thought of writing about stress. A common topic, a word but a real challenge to manage and overcome, but possible. Definition from the I net:

“A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances”

Stress 6a
Stress is not only at work but everywhere. It can be at home, with family, friends and even doing hobbies and during many things in everyday life. We can become stressed doing thing we do not like or even doing things we like to do. The difference is we try to go beyond what we can do, “its like running against time or going against the natural order” There is a pattern a timing for everything in life. True there are times that we do have to quicken our step in order to keep up with this fast moving world, but its not with everything and all the time. In life we have choices and we need to choose correctly 🙂

Stress 4a
We need to prioritize in life on how we can manage what we have to do. We cannot do everything all the time. There are things we can and not do according to age limits. We have to accept what we can and cannot do. In short we need to learn to let go of the unnecessary and things we cannot change in life. There is always things we can do, and people whom we can have around who do not stress us. At least one or two good family or friends, who can understand and care for us. There is always jobs and life situations that we can fit into but there is always that exception. In that case we have to change the way we thing and take them as tests !!!

None of us work 24/7 and there is always some free time to relax. Also relaxing does not need a lot of money either. Of course if one can have enough money to spend, there are many expensive ways to relax. But actually relaxing is becoming one with mother nature. The closer you become to mother earth, by ways of food clothes and living the closer you become to a stress free life. It is difficult to lead a complete stress free life in this present times. But there are plenty of simple way to relax and reduce our stress levels and enjoy a balanced and healthy life 🙂

Stress 7
You can see from this chart many many things you can do in order to relax and relieve stress. You will also notice many things are about how to enjoy nature. We are part of The Universe hence part of Mother Earth. We need to live in ways that we are close to nature as much as possible. Even if you lead busy lives in the city, once in a way to go to the beach, rivers, parks, even a swim in a pool will bring your body closer to the natural state. Hope you read up and follow some of them as I do too 🙂

Power of the Mind !

Hello to All My Dear Readers 🙂

I have bounced back fully and doing well. Although things have not yet resolved fully, I have learnt to accept them and decided to go ahead with my life as best as possible. Actually its amazing to think how I have adapted and almost moving on as if nothing has happened, and even stronger. I guess that is what one has to achieve!!!

Mind 11
Human mind is such, that if we are able to conquer the mind we are able to do so much with our lives. Its the mind that stops like a stubborn animal refusing to accept, to move and tries to upset our whole system. This is why its said that, “We are what our thoughts are. That mind is everything” Our minds are like wild animals. It has so much of Power over us. And what everyone is saying, how to live well is, how to train/tame the mind!

Mind 13

I have noticed how our minds get influenced by our environment, surroundings and the people with whom we associate with. From time to time I watch or listen to programs new and positive words to influence my mind. Since recently I have been looking at a series of unique architecture. And very often my mind has been full of words of those programs the same way if we want to improve our way of living, we have to improve our ways of thinking. For this what do we do, we finds ways and means of training and influencing our minds to think better, in more advanced ways 🙂

As this is an audience that consists of many religions, I do not want to go to any lengths of writing about my religion that I know best. Just to mention, Buddhism is all about training/taming the mind, to think good thoughts that will lead on to doing the correct things in life. Other religions too say to do the correct thing, but its Buddhism that mainly give the most important place to the mind!!!

Mind 14
Learn to read, listen good and positive things that will enhance your knowledge. That is how you can grow and move on to higher wave lengths, to lead a better, Happier and Healthier life style 🙂

Developement 1
When you have a good heart, you can somehow overcome your troubles by giving and sharing with others. When you connect with others this way, you tend to share your problems as well as happiness. Thereby troubles become less and Happiness become more which helps to lift you up mentally and boost your moral. All this helps you to become more peaceful and Happy 🙂

Mind 1a
By controlling your mind, you are able to control your thoughts in a good way. “Make the mind work for you, and not the other way around ” The mind cannot control you, you are the master of your own mind and it has to think and do for the best interest for you. You need to have Power of your own mind, not anyone else or the mind it self . Its good thoughts that makes you feel positive, for you to be Happy and Joyful, so make the mind work towards that for you to live a life of peace and contentment 🙂
