I hope all of You are keeping in Good Health and Happy. To day I am writing about, “The Values of Relaxation” You need to “Relax enough also” to be fit and Healthy”. There are various ways of Relaxing. It has to be, As usual “How it suits your, “Habits, Interests, Life styles and Personality” 🙂

Slow Down, Relax, Take it Easy, Go Outside, Enjoy Life, Painting, Eating  Favourite Foods, Meditate, Journalling, Watching Funny Videos, You cannot or not Relevant for everything. So do, “The Things You Like and Can only” All depends on each person 🙂

I hope all of You are keeping in Good Health and Happy. To day I am writing about being fit and Healthy. “Exercises can help you to be fit and Healthy”. There are various ways of being active. It has to be, How it suits your, “Habits, Interests, Life styles and Personality”, and also how fit you are at that time of starting. Some do sports like Tennis, Netball, Golf, Foot Ball in specific places like a Gymnasium, Sports Clubs and Sport Grounds!

Making use of  Natural surrounding like “The Sea Beach, Rivers, Parks and even Mountains, Walking, Running, Climbing, Cycling and Swimming, can be done anywhere safe and free. Some take pleasure in doing House work, Keeping the House all neat and Tidy and even Gardening and Cooking and what ever activities that needs to be done around the house. You can see from the pictures below 🙂

That today I have decided to write about how Valuable Reading is. I have been wanting to write about the benefits of Dancing for a long time. As it is described as the “Best method of Relaxing and getting over stress” Because you Dance with Music and almost all of your mind is on the feeling of Moving to nice Music. “Dance is the most fundamental of all art forms. Dance is a Physical and Mental workout. Dance Stimulates the Mind and Body. It’s proven to increase Cognitive strengths and helps to have good health. That is the Miracle of Dance” 🙂

Dance Its a form of Exercising also Once you get your body moving  Although the picture Quotes say for children, “They are the same for adults” also as you can see. None of us work 24/7 and there is always some free time to relax. Also relaxing does not need a lot of money either. Of course if one has extra money to spend, there are many expensive ways to relax. But actually you do not need to spend like that. As relaxing is becoming one with mother nature. The closer you become to mother earth, by ways of food, clothes and living the closer you become to a stress free life. It is difficult to lead a complete stress free life in this present times. But there are plenty of simple ways to relax like the post above, and below, to reduce our stress levels and enjoy a balanced and healthy life 🙂

Collage ~ New Year Resolutions!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

I have been writing and posting until it is late in the night. You can see the picture posts until then. Its almost 3 AM in the morning and I need to sleep 🙂
I am writing again after a rest. Below is a picture of “New Year Resolutions” as what some make plans when “A New Year Begins” and to do to improve their Lives ❤

I have started from “Be Happy” and below is “A Happiness Collage” The person who has done this is a girl or a lady, “Who loves the colour Pink and see how she has used all very pretty pictures of different things in Pink. Obviously she has to be, “Very Neat” also as it is all done methodically and Beautifully. It says, “Happiness is when what You Think, What You Say, and What You do are in Harmony” 🙂

The next Topic shown, “Eat Healthy”: I got a collage mainly about eggs. It says, “For a few decades, eggs had a rather unwholesome reputation. As you see this is A Collage about Travelling. Somehow surprisingly. I have come across a Collage, from My Birth Country: Sri Lanka. Travelling to other countries is quite expensive, “So Travel can be in various ways by, “Hiking, Mountain climbing, walking and so on. And also by different kinds of Transport, “One’s own, Planes, Ships, Boats or by Public Transport in, Trains and Buses. Or hired vehicles like, Coaches, Vans or cars and some even travel by motor cycles”. It can be within around one’s own country to places close to where you live or once in a way for a short day trip or for a few days away from the everyday scenes helps to relax freshens your mind, and helps to learn new things and bring new ideas to your mind 🙂

Recreation. Here making collages by group of people, see different ones done in different ways. It can be fun and also to learn new ways, when doing with other people by getting different ideas and relaxing by talking and sharing their food and drinks also 🙂

Cinema 😀 This comes under, “Entertainment” where you can even find old, “Tickets” paper cuttings, Pop corn, drinks and ice cream pictures. And also of film stars, names of films, and so much of every thing to do of films, or any other means of plays and even dances or circuses and what ever that goes on with entertainment 🙂

Education: On Passing that test means studying. There are so many ways to study. It can be studying and studying with others as a Group. This all depends again as each individual preferences. I have got these pictures as Group Studying!

You need to Save money to do ll these things in life. Finding a job according to one’s Qualifications is not always easy. Getting a matching salary is more difficult. The most difficult and sometimes almost impossible task is to “Save Money” One has to take a real effort and go out of the way in being careful, if you want to save for that rainy day day and for the future.
