Hello how are you all I Wish You Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity as always. You may be wondering why I was silent for some time. I have been putting my home in order after living in it for almost 10 years. So much of things collected like jars and bottles and plastic boxes which are too many and, in a way, can be De-cluttering aliso. That I over worked, and My Right Hand became painful and had to rest! Things others can use. Which are too many so that I have more time to Read and Write. And less time on dusting and arranging. Not how I moved in as “The Websites have gown and growing, and I need more time and space” It’s a small townhouse and I didn’t think of extra space of “Additional stuff like” Books and Magazines for Reference. In a way, “I am My Path has Taken over my Time so much and I Love writing here for All of those who “Read Like and Follow”: And I had to Edit so much also here because, The Good News is that “I Am My Path has been recognized as “Professional Counselling 😀

What is calmness in psychology? Calmness is the mental state of peace of mind being free from agitation, excitement, or disturbance. It also refers being in a state of serenity, tranquility, or peace. Calmness can most easily occur for the average person during a state of relaxation, but it can also be found during much more alert and aware states.
