Here comes the benefits of Gratitudes. It’s said, That in advance it is the “Most Powerful force in The Universe” Please know that unlike my former articles, some of what I am writing now are with added knowledge that I am acquiring in the present. The time has come, that I am fast moving on, and I have written most of my past experiences and done with. Along with my studying, I am also doing a lot of reference and reading on philosophy, psychology, health and endless topics so, It is my journey But ~ now it is being added with new pages and becoming another new chapter in my life 🙂

Although it seems simple thing, it is actually, “sets in motions an ancient spiritual law ~ The more you have and are grateful for the more you attract the more you will be given for you. At the same time I will tell the opposite fact that, “Never say you are broke or bankrupt as the subconscious registers as a picture of emptiness. Instead of seeing all the good things you have it will be the other way around. So make a habit to look our, make a note of the good things you get, you have and live in gratitude 🙂

Hello To My Dear Readers 🙂

It seems many are enjoying the first article about Gratitude. As there is much to write on this topic, I thought of using more picture quotes for the following articles to make it more interesting and easier on the eye. The eyes are drawn and makes the mind absorb more so that it helps in remembering long term, when seeing writing in bold black and white, as well as quotes on pretty colourful pictures. I find it is a more relaxing way of taking the information in, as well as giving it out, (on some topics) as sometimes reading very long articles can stress the mind. I like to use more simple words, as there is a wide audience whose first language is not English, and also as an ESL Tutor I have got used to using simple language so that its is easier for all to understand. I believe this being a, “mental wellness and health site” the importance is to give out the information in a simple and relaxed way for all to take in easily. I learnt this when I first wrote the article on, “Writing” itself 🙂

Gratitude is a topic that could be written and spoken about almost endlessly and its effects are wonderful. Gratitude is a Very Important Virtue, I could say that it is the foundation of so many other virtues ❤

This is because when we become grateful suddenly we feel free, we see so many things that are working in our favour, against those that are not. It is a fascinating process which we do not really understand, “Until we start becoming Grateful and Life changes for the better for us ~ Both Mind and Body” !!!

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

The topic Gratitude is quite a long overdue topic that I meant to write, but somehow the time never came, and going through some of the articles on other blogs, I thought now is the correct time to write about it 🙂
Learning about Gratitude go far back as 2005 from Sri-Lanka. I am a avid reader and as usual when I was looking for books, I came across this book called, “Taking Care of Me” in the self-help section. It was at the time of my depression, and it was a habit to find books to help myself in whatever I could. There was an e mail address by the author in this book and I happen to send her an e mail, that started a process of being coached free through e mails then, as well as a long standing friendship up to now. So below is the book and this article is in, Gratitude to my coach and friend, “The Gratitude Guru M.K.Mueller 🙂

There is much to the meaning of Gratitude. How I was trained was to, write 5 Gratitudes daily and, gradually I was looking for new things that I am Grateful to write, and without my knowledge my mind was slowly changing to a positive way of thinking. So that was a very big step, in lifting myself from depression. You can start by whatever things you are Grateful for but it has to be new ones everyday. Below is something of an example ❤

Writing or journaling is the best way to put your mind into order. “Journaling for Mental Health. … Now it’s called journaling. It’s simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health” ~ The I net !!!

Writing Gratitudes completely changes your attitude towards how you look and see things in life. There is much to explain and I will be covering them in articles following this. For those of you who are keen there is another book also called, “8 To Great” which MK Mueller has made me a trainer of it. In your case, you can either write on your own at home, or do it among family members or even through e mails with friends. That makes you to do it everyday. This is MK and the other book which is also a very good book that has helped me a lot 🙂

This is not advertising but this is in thankfulness and to show that help comes from completely unknown and surprising ways too. The coaching and training I was given has gone a long way in helping me overcome depression. And what I am writing here also is what I have learnt through that. It is after 12 years that I am writing in Gratitude to her ! In 2005 when I was down did I think that today I will be writing on my blog of my recovery ? Life can change the next day. You too can lift yourself up but, you have to work and be persistent. You need to be strong, take courage and have patience. Life can change for the better and you can come out into the Light 🙂
