Being in Control of Your Life!

Hello To All My Readers, Bloggers and Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times” of Health issues of Natural and man made difficulties. I have been writing about Various ways of Therapies to Become Well” and deal with these ups and downs. And now it is making use of almost All the Topics I am writing about a ‘A Very important Topic How to be in Control of Your Life”!

The need to master. Everyone wants to have the Feeling that he is in Charge of him or herself and that as time goes by, he is more and more in Charge of the forces that affect him or her. If anyone feels that, this cannot be done, then that person gets Discouraged and becomes unhappy. By taking control of your life, you become the sole person who sets goals and brings changes to your life without being influenced by anyone or anything. You take responsibility for all aspects of your life and have the power to decide how it will unfold. You are in charge of your efforts and the vision for your future.

Most people want to be in good health, experience well-being, be satisfied with work, accept themselves, be respected, and have supportive relationships. If your life feels hectic, monotonous, or incomplete, then you need to get back in control. Anything that holds value in life requires time, effort, focus, and is likely to cause discomfort along the way. Be the person you want to be, and live the life you want by learning how to change your thinking, make lifestyle modifications, and be productive.

Define control. Figure out what taking control of your life means to you. Is it the ability to influence your destiny, regulate your present, keep your negative behavior in check, or do you simply want more willpower? Taking control of your life requires working through multiple challenges, including your own perceptions, building self-confidence as well as taking an action. Determine what you want more control over, and that will help focus your energy.

Control your life or someone else will. Control of your life starts with controlling your mind by regulating the thoughts that you choose to dwell upon. Your thoughts determine your actions, and your actions determine the life that you live. May these quotes inspire you to take control of your life and elevate it to the level that you know within yourself you can take it.

1. “Don’t let someone else control what you do in life. It’s your decisions, your outcomes, your life.”

2. “No one has power over you unless you give it to them, you are in control of your life and your choices decide your own fate.”

3. “Incredible change happens in your life when you decide to take control of what you do have power over, instead of craving control over what you don’t.

“Control your thoughts. Decide about that which you will think and concentrate upon. You are in charge of your life to the degree you take charge of your thoughts.”

Consider your values.
You need to determine what your values are so that you can get your priorities straight. Think about what and who is important to you — Is it freedom, happiness, equality, money, your family? Write down a list of your values (at least 10 of them), preferably in order from most important to least important.

  • Think about what you are doing right now to support each of your values, and how your values are affecting your life. It can help to consider what a person that you respect would think of your values and whether this would change what they are.
  • Decide what you have to do to boost your self-esteem and satisfaction with life. Think about the person you want to be and what character traits, ways of thinking, behavior patterns, and life you would have as that person.

Cultivate good character traits. When you improve beneficial character traits and virtues, you will gain more control over your life. This is because having these traits will encourage you to obtain your goals and taken on other qualities that you want. Good traits to work on for this purpose are courage, temperance, wisdom, and self-discipline.

  • Having courage means you draw on your strength and willpower to accomplish what you need or want to, despite some form of adversity. For example, this can be taking a business risk, doing well in school, or some selfless act that sets you apart from others. Courage is the opposite of fear, and can be developed by allowing yourself to be vulnerable, acknowledging your fears, exposing yourself to the things you are afraid of, and doing acts that are considered courageous regularly.[4]
  • Temperance (moderation or self-restraint) is important because it allows you to maintain perspective, calmness, self-control.
  • Wisdom encourages you to gain knowledge and experience so that you can use information for a higher purpose, such as in service of humanity or living a good life. You gain wisdom through trying new experiences, and seeking knowledge.
  • Self-discipline is imperative to gaining control of your life because it allows you to put all your intentions into action. This skill is developed over time and with practice as you accomplish each smaller goal on the way to achieving a larger vision. Always visualize your goals like you have already met them. Practice self-control every day by making small changes and sticking to them, even something like opening every door with your left hand. Being successful at these small changes will make the larger ones easier.

Create goals. Find out what you really want out of life this year — a house, a good job, a healthy relationship? Write each goal down, and then come up with ideas that can help you accomplish that goal. Write these ideas down into positive action statements, such as, “I will save up money.” Then, go over all your goals and ideas, and decide on three goals and three action statements for each one that you will do.

  • Avoid statements like this, “I don’t want to be shy anymore and keep being lonely.” This doesn’t define a direction to go or an action to take to meet your goal. Instead, try something like: “I will be more open to building relationships with this year by saying “yes” to every social invitation and asking a friend to do something at least once a week.”
  • Consider your options. Don’t define yourself by your problems but by the opportunities available to you. focus on how you can earn a raise, make extra money on the side, or change jobs.
  • If you want, you can set goals according to different areas of your life, like work, health, relationships, etc. Break goals down into short-term (daily, weekly) and more long-term (monthly, yearly) ones.
  • Don’t be afraid to modify your goals and ideas as time goes on and you figure out what works and what doesn’t. The point is that you take control of your life and the direction you are headed.

Get control of your emotions
. Emotions can be wonderful experiences but expressing them improperly can harm your ability to attain goals. You need to learn how to understand, process and respond to your feelings in a way that is healthy and helpful to you. Use deep breathing and relaxation methods to help you calm down before saying or doing anything in response to a situation.
Breathe in for five seconds, hold it for five more seconds and breathe out for five more seconds. Do this until you feel your physical responses, such as an increased heart-rate, become less intense.
Seek a healthy outlet for your emotions like talking to someone, keeping a journal or engaging in active activities that you are able to do!

Let go of baggage
. Sometimes negative thoughts or experiences can be tough to let go — you may have a feeling that they define you, or they may be so habitual you may be afraid to be without them, or you may simply not know how to let go. You must learn that you are not your problems and that they do not determine your worth as a person or how you make choices today. Learning to let go of past will help you become more solution-oriented, broaden your vision, and help you take control of your life.

  • Practice mindfulness. One way to free yourself from the past is to focus on the present. With mindfulness, you are actively giving your attention to the present moment — how you feel in your body, how the sun feels on your face — just observing. Instead of judging your thoughts (or yourself), you observe and note them. Mindfulness takes practice, but the benefits can be enormous.
  • Make amends. If you remember a mistake in your past, then it may help you to make amends. If you judge yourself for the way you teased your little sister, reach out to her (it can be face-to-face or in a letter), apologizing for your behavior. Give her the chance to tell you how she feels. Be aware that making amends may not repair a damaged relationship, but it can help you let go of the past and move forward.

  • Learn to meet your own needs. Get a job so you can support yourself if you live off of someone else. Then move out, and live on your own.
  • Ask yourself, “What do I want to do today?” and make your own decisions. Think about what you love doing and what you feel passionately about. Don’t rely on others to tell you what to do or like.
  1. Get organized. Organization is important when you want to take control of your life. If everything is chaos in your head and in your house, then it is difficult to know where to start to solve any messes. Keep everything as neat as possible at home and at work so you don’t have to deal with clutter, and remember to put things back where they should be. Make lists, use a calendar and make decisions often instead of putting everything off.
    • Read papers, email and mail right away and take action right away, whether that means throwing it out, paying a bill or responding to a letter.
    • Set up a daily schedule throughout the week, such as shopping, family time, appointments, task lists, etc.
    • Try and De clutter. Sell, Donate so that you can have space for things you need can be new or used items also. I also do this. Don’t hold on to something just because you could potentially use it in the future.
    • Work on one thing at a time, particularly something small like a closet, and organize that first. Then move onto the next thing.

Spend some time on your appearance. Devoting some energy toward the way you appear to others can go a long way to make you feel better and more in control. Get a haircut, dye your hair, or do your hair in a new style. This is a simple way of doing your hair as well as a “Pony Tail” or there are some who can try different ways, as friends to practice to start to work as hair dressers and for fun 🙂

You don’t have to buy new clothes itself. Among friends even exchange when they get too fitting or for other things. Actually even I have some good things, not too expensive. I don’t go for luxury they look nice and and don’t like to sell and too good to donate for some who do not know the real value and who will be careful like me and appreciate them also. Or some do sew, each can do what they can even cook or give from gardening fruits or vegetables even like eggs or cooked food. And be sure to see things in a “Positive way” try and smile as often as possible. Be mindful of how much you spend, though, so you can keep control of your finances.

Take care of yourself. Pay attention to what you eat, how much you eat and try to get some exercise every day. For strengthening your willpower, you will want to eat small portions. These foods include lean proteins (meat and legumes) and complex carbohydrates (whole grains, fruit and vegetables). Avoid sugary, fatty, overly processed or salty foods that can make you feel bad and not have the strength to take control of your life.

Develop positive relationships. Surround yourself with people who share similar values and goals. Try to get to know the people you admire, and spend time with them so their behavior can help influence you for the better. Meet new people at places or events that support your values or goals. Talk to people close to you, and enlist their help in assisting you to achieve more control over your life.

  • Communicate wants and needs and be sure that both people understand. Listen, and come up with solutions that work for both parties. Always express appreciation for the other person.

Cut back on commitments. If you feel like you are constantly up against time in a never-ending race to complete tasks, rushing through or being pulled in multiple different directions, it’s time to reevaluate your priorities. Take a look at all the things that demand your time on a daily basis. Reduce those commitments down to just a few of the most important things that you can really focus on.

  • You may be resistant to dropping a commitment, but your choices in this situation are: continue to struggle to get things done, losing sleep, family time and impinging on other goals, do less-than-stellar or half-finished work, or letting something go.
  • It’s ok to admit that you took on too much and cannot complete every task as well as you could with less commitments. Often, what you fear will happen as a consequence to giving a project up is unfounded.
  • Minimize distractions. Avoid or get rid of the things that keep you from doing what needs to get done. If you’re trying to be more healthy foods. Turn off phones and email notifications while working to keep your mind focused on getting the job done.

Get control of your emotions
. Emotions can be wonderful experiences but expressing them improperly can harm your ability to attain goals and damage relationships. You need to learn how to understand, process and respond to your feelings in a way that is healthy and helpful to you.

  • Use deep breathing and relaxation methods to help you calm down before saying or doing anything in response to a situation.
  • Breathe in for five seconds, hold it for five more seconds and breathe out for five more seconds. Do this until you feel your physical responses, such as an increased heart-rate, become less intense.
  • Seek a healthy outlet for your emotions like talking to someone, keeping a journal or engaging in active activities of what you can do ❤

Learning to let go of past baggage will help you become more solution-oriented, broaden your vision, and help you take control of your life.

Be independent
. If you are co-dependent on others for your emotional health, lifestyle, or need them to tell you what to do, you are not in control of your life. Learn to solve your own problems and spend time alone to think and reflect. Only ask for help when you really need it, and learn from the people who help you so you can do more on your own next time.

Start early. After you spend a few minutes for yourself, it’s time to focus on the most important tasks. Knock them out right away to reduce your daily stress. You have more energy in the morning, and it is easier to focus and do better quality work. In turn, this allows you to finish a larger volume of work. Try to get important work or tasks done during the first hour or two of the morning.
Prioritize: Focus on one thing at a time. Decide which task is the most important to finish first and focus on it until completion. Multitasking actually decreases productivity. This is because you are shifting your attention from task to task, which takes more time. Don’t worry about completing all the tasks you need to do for the day at one time, just stay in control and do one task at a time, making steady progress.

Stop wasting time. We live in a world with many distractions at our fingertips. Nevertheless, know that you actively make the choice whether to stay engaged in one task or get distracted by a mobile game, TV, Facebook, or a text message. Instead of coming home and flipping on the TV because it is an easy way to pass time, do something productive or on your to-do list so you stay in control of the moment. Working out, practicing a hobby, or working on relationships are all productive and enjoyable pastimes.

Take breaks. We are not meant to focus for long time. After that, we begin to get fatigued and don’t perform as well. Focus without interruption and then take breaks for at least a few minutes. This will allow your mind to rest, your body to recharge and you to relax emotionally.[

Take Action. You can have all the goals in the world but never get anywhere if you don’t take action to achieve those goals. Do what you have to in order to get what and where you want. Take small steps but be sure to do something every day that helps you get closer to your end goal. This could be a mundane (small) task, practicing positive thoughts, doing paperwork or something else.

  • Don’t get so caught up in the future that you can’t enjoy your life now. Enjoy the journey toward your goal, and remember to be thankful for everything that you have achieved right now.
  • Do the best you can, whether it’s at a project, a test or a pastime. Achievements that take effort make you feel good about yourself and motivate you to achieve more.
  • Here is something to do. You can even cut out what is not ok and Color as you like ❤

Lotus Flower!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of you are keeping in Good Health? “You need to be with my Hands having Healing Energies for Good Health, what ever faith is”. If not I Hope and Wish All of you to receive them. With so much of Health issues and restrictions I thought it is a good time to write about the lotus flower. A flower I like very much and you all will like to read about it. A light topic and not so much of serious reading. In History, it is taken as one of the most spiritual flowers on Earth. The symbolism of the lotus flower dates back thousands of years. An important symbol in many different cultures, Lotus flowers are one of the most prominent tokens in Eastern cultures. In Hinduism and Buddhism, they’re considered as the most sacred flower. Lotus flowers are beautiful flowers that are commonly associated with purity, inner strength, tranquility, prosperity, and beauty ❤

It is often called a water lily. Their seeds can survive for thousands of years without water. They have a strong will to survive. It’s used in food, medicine, art, and so much more. The most common use for a lotus is ornamental. However, the roots are sweet and fragrant as well as rich in starch and vitamins. You can eat them raw, cooked into soups, brewed into teas, blended into salads, dried, preserved, and even powdered. Other parts of the lotus plant are also edible. They will grow in most soils and in most environments, so long as they have mud or water, and as long as they can float. In fact, they contain little air spaces in their leaves to ensure buoyancy (To be able to float. Something to float in water or other fluid) and long stems to tie them to the mud. Other uses for lotus flower roots, petals, nuts, and seeds include:
Cosmetics
Environmentally friendly packaging material
Raw material for textiles
With all its uses, the lotus isn’t seen too frequently in the western world, but that doesn’t mean you can’t grow it.

Lotus in Jewelry and Fashion

Today the lotus remains one of the most popular symbols in jewelry and fashion. It’s often used in pendants, rings, bracelets and earrings, or simply kept as a charm. The image can be stylized and represented in many ways, including as an open bloom or a closed bud.

Lotus jewelry also makes a great gift ideas:

  • As a gift to someone coming of age, it’s a reminder to stay grounded and true to oneself, while ever striving upwards.
  • For someone going through a difficult period in their life, the lotus is a symbol of overcoming adversity and hardship, while still keeping one’s spirit intact.
  • The lotus symbol is also popular in clothing. Because the symbol doesn’t belong to any one group or faith, it’s seen as a universal symbol that holds meaning to everyone.

Wrapping it up: The lotus flower is a beautiful, powerful symbol. The many meanings and religious connections of the lotus make it an excellent choice for artwork, jewelry, clothing and as a decorative motif. While the symbolism of the lotus is rooted in several religions, the symbol has transcended this to become universal and can be sported by anyone, regardless of their religious affiliation. After all, no one can lay claim to the lotus, one of the most beautiful and symbolically rich flowers of the natural world.

Teaching ~ Enlightening!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Today I am writing about what I have been doing all this time. Well this is me, it is an older picture of me than now, but you can see me in a different way, just like a “Teacher wearing My Reading glasses” that I have not posted before 🙂

To Teach is to touch a life forever, And this is what I am trying to do in my own little way. I hope All those who have been Reading in The Past, and Those who will read in Future, you Learn and benefit (make use) from what I have been doing all these years.
teacher (also called a school teacher or, in some contexts, an educator) is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue.
Informally the role of teacher may be taken on by anyone (when showing a colleague how to perform a specific task). In some countries, teaching young people of school age may be carried out in an informal setting, such as within the family (homeschooling), rather than in a formal setting such as a school or college. Some other professions may involve a significant amount of teaching (youth worker, pastor).
In most countries, formal teaching of students is usually carried out by paid professional teachers. This article focuses on those who are employed, as their main role, to teach others in a formal education context, such as at a school or other place of initial formal education or training.

A teacher’s role may vary among cultures. Teachers may provide instruction in literacy, numeracycraftsmanship or vocational trainingthe artsreligioncivics, community roles, or life skills.

A teacher’s professional duties may extend beyond formal teaching. Outside of the classroom teachers may accompany students on field trips, supervise study halls, help with the organization of school functions, and serve as supervisors for extracurricular activities. In some education systems, teachers may be responsible for student discipline.

Competences and qualities required by teachers
Teaching is a highly complex activity. This is partially because teaching is a social practice, that takes place in a specific context (time, place, culture, socio-political-economic situation etc.) and therefore is shaped by the values of that specific context. Factors that influence what is expected (or required) of teachers include history and tradition, social views about the purpose of education, accepted theories about learning.

“The meaning of Deepa is Light and, Light is Enlightening. It is also said “From Darkness To Light” Darkness means Ignorance (Not knowing) and Light is Enlightenment. Enlightening means “Clearing of the Mind, Giving out Knowledge also Wisdom 🙂

Wisdom is knowing things that help a person to live sensibly and make good decisions. Wisdom is defined differently by many cultures. Some say that wisdom is something a person learns as they grow older. Other cultures expect people to complete certain rituals in order to get wisdom. If someone has wisdom we say he is wise.
Most cultures from the past have had special people who were supposed to be wise. People asked them for advice when they had problems because they knew things that ordinary people did not know or could not know. They were often called “sages”. There are many stories in Western culture in which the owl is supposed to be a wise bird.

Duties and functions: A teacher’s role may vary among cultures. Teachers may provide instruction in literacy and numeracycraftsmanship or vocational trainingthe artsreligioncivics, community roles, or life skills. Formal teaching tasks include preparing lessons according to agreed curricula, giving lessons, and assessing pupil progress.

Competences: The competences required by a teacher are affected by the different ways in which the role is understood around the world. Broadly, there seem to be four models: 1.the teacher as manager of instruction; 2.the teacher as caring person; 3.the teacher as expert learner; 4.teacher as cultural and civic person: Teacher – Wikipedia

Enthusiasm: It has been found that teachers who showed enthusiasm towards the course materials and students can create a positive learning experience.

A teacher’s professional duties may extend beyond formal teaching. Outside of the classroom teachers may accompany students on field trips, supervise study halls, help with the organization of school functions, and serve as supervisors for extracurricular activities. In some education systems, teachers may be responsible for students ❤

A definition: Teaching is the process of attending to people’s needs, experiences and feelings, so that they learn particular things, and go beyond the given. Interventions (the action of becoming intentionally involved in a difficult situation, in order to improve it or prevent it from getting worse) commonly take the form of questioning, listening, giving information, explaining, demonstrating (Showing) a skill or process, testing understanding, and facilitating (make an action or process easy or easier). Learning activities (such as note taking, discussion, assignment writing, and practice) definition of facilitating – Bing!

Attending to people’s feelings, experiences and needs: Considering what those we are supposed to be teaching need, and what might be good for them, is one of the main things. Education can be described as the ‘wise, hopeful and respectful cultivation of learning undertaken in the belief that all should have the chance to share in life’. The process of education flows from a basic orientation of respect – respect for truth, others and themselves, and the world. For teachers to be educators they must, therefore:

  • Consider people’s needs and wishes now and in the future.
  • Reflect on what might be good for all (and the world in which we live).
  • Plan their interventions accordingly.

There are a couple of issues that immediately arise from this:
1. First, how do we balance individual needs and wishes against what might be good for others? For most of us this is probably something that we should answer on a case-by-case basis – (one by one) and it is also something that is likely to be a focus for conversation and reflection in our work with people.

2. Second, what do we do when people do not see the point of learning things: for example, around grammar or safety requirements? The obvious response to this question is that we must ask and listen – they may have point. However, we also must weigh this against what we know about the significance of these things in life, and any curriculum (course of study in a school or college) or health and safety or other requirements (needs) we have a duty to meet.
In this case we have a responsibility to try to introduce them to people when the time is right, to explore their relevance (useful to what is happening) and to encourage participation (the action of taking part in something) definition of participation – Bing

Failing to attend to people’s feelings and experiences is problematic: and not just because it reveals (shows) a basic lack of respect for them. It is also pointless and counter-productive (no use) to try to explore things when people are not ready to look at them. We need to consider their feelings and look to their experiences. Both of our classroom or learning environment, and around the issues or areas we want to explore. Bringing people’s experiences around the subjects or areas we are looking to teach about into the classroom or learning situation is, thus, fundamental (principle on which something is based) to the learning process. Learning particular things! definition of fundemental – Bing

Teaching involves creating an environment and engaging with others, so that they learn particular things. This can be anything from tying a shoe lace to appreciating the structure of a three act play. I want to highlight (show) three key elements here:1.focus, 2.knowledge and 3.The ability to engage people in learning!

This may be a bit obvious – but it is probably worth saying – teaching has to have a focus. We should be clear about we are trying to do. One of the findings that shines through research on teaching is that clear learning intentions help learners to see the point of a session or intervention, keep the process on track, and, when challenging, make a difference in what people learn. (the main or central point of something, especially of attention or interest) FOCUS | meaning in the Cambridge English Dictionary!

Good teaching is rather more than technique. Good teaching, ‘Comes from the identity and integrity (the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles) of the teacher’. It is the way we are experienced, our enthusiasm, our care, our knowledge, our interest in, and concern for, people that is the key to whether we are felt to be good teachers. We need to be present as people in the classroom or learning environment. The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles: (principles)a rule or belief governing one’s behaviour. definition of integrity – Bing

Well now to write in more “simple words” from “My Experiences” Teaching is on “Many Different Subjects” It is not only written subjects But, “It can Be like: Life Coaching also and Many Different Topics.

1. Languages
2. Sports
3. Singing
4. Dancing
5. Sewing
6. Science
7. Driving
8. Swimming
9. Modelling

Revision In Pictures 7 ~ Nature!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

I Hope that all of you are in Good Health. Try to be as “Relaxed and Calm” as possible and maintain “A Positive Attitude as often as You can. Continuing the revision Series. I am going to write on Value and about “Nature” Try to give a Good Post on it, in pictures as much as possible. It will be good to just go through some pictures and Light reading 🙂

Nature, in the broadest sense, is the natural, physical, material world or universe. “Nature” can refer to the physical world, and also to life in general. The study of nature is a large, if not the only, part of science: Nature – Wikipedia

We are part of mother nature. So the best way to reduce stress is to reconnect with mother nature, relax and calm your Mind and Body. This is if you are comfortable walking among trees and plants especially in the woods, where its completely free of other disturbances and you can be totally immersed in the natural surroundings. When you can find a nice quiet place, you can be at peace. You hear the sounds of nature and then you hear yourself. As its in the silence that you hear your inner voice. What you really want in life. Your heart desires ❤

The reason we can relax best in nature is, because its full of greenery. Colour Green is soothing to the eyes. Its a colour that balances the energies of the body and helps the mind to calm down. In fact my favourite colour is green and I love plants and nature 🙂

Sometimes it may be not possible to find trees and parks or natural surrounding itself to walk around. Still there are other places where you get buildings and houses only that you can still connect and relax. See this post 🙂

Earthing or Grounding:

Most of the time the reason we get stressed is because, we are in a hurry. We try to run against time. Its true that we cannot sit and wait things to come to us, but after we have done our best, we need to have patience until things happen or change the way we want them to. In the natural surroundings, the flowing of the water, the rustle of the leaves and the moving of the trees are all soothing sounds to the ears. That’s natural music that can relax and lull you to sleep peacefully 🙂

I am sure almost all of you are aware, other than the vast sky above all around is the colour green as the world is usually full of trees and plants. But sadly man has been cutting down without much respect or consideration to the environment that our environment has got quite restricted in some places for the animals and polluted, not only in countries that are over populated but in lot of places almost all over the world. Again life does balance too as from another side, some are growing in their own gardens, and lands, and having roof top gardens even for business purposes growing vegetables, fruits and herbs and many other things!

This is something that I found, I am sharing for further knowledge. It is called, “Forest Bathing. Where You must walk silently, Sit or Meditate or Just Relax quietly lying down even. If you don’t have a garden you can go to a park or any place that is quiet and peaceful. At this time, “You” can watch this Beautiful video and imaging yourself walking, or even watching and listening to the sounds and “Relax” Until, you can walk by yourself, with your partner, or with your friends and family, and enjoy ❤

Relaxing Music with Nature Sounds – Waterfall HD – YouTube

Make Note: That I am yet to post this video. It is all about people walking, sitting quietly and relaxing in a big space that has trees plants and flowers. Until I am able to post it, It is included in this post if you click the Link: The Benefits of Nature!

Nature plays a very big part in our Healing. You are able to Relax naturally and stress goes away too. You Reconnect to Mother Nature. You are able to breath clean air absorb natural light and soft sounds to sooth your self. Its almost like Music to lull you to calm yourself 🙂

Now Go out in Nature and Breath some Fresh Air. Let Go of any stress if You have and Relax. And Thank You for Reading 🙂

Hope You like what I have written and Pictures I have posted. And learnt some new things about Nature? You can ask Questions if there are things You need to know or even know better and Comments in the comment Box Below, “Even if You have a website, Facebook or not. Its always good when others show how they feel to know to do better next time ❤
