Hello how are you all I Wish You Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity as always. Here is the second part of Calm with some questions and work sheets., however some of you want to do. Now that “I Am My Path has been recognized as “Professional Counselling, You be Happy You will have all my Experiences and better knowledge 😀

  1. Exercise 1.

    1.Think of a time when you didn’t feel Relaxed and Calm!
    2.How did you feel during and after that time?
    3. How did others feel, who were around you?
    4.You can discuss with them better ways of being Calm!
    5.And come to an answer how to do deal in a better way!

Exercise 2:

1. What sort of things make stress or feel less calm?
2. How often do you come across them?
3. How are you able to avoid them?
4. Think of ways how to!
5. Think whether it is possible to lessen if not avoid!

I have seen so much of needs; Water, Food, Medications, Housing, and some to study and just to survive. This is “Because of Floods, Drought, Health issues and then Completely unnecessary Fights and War sadly” And now My Healing Energies has been increasing with All the Donations I am giving, Service and Loving Kindness. Do Care and Try to Help those in need in any small way possible. It can be a small Donation, even a few coins, Time, Extra things like clothes too fitting or not needed. Volunteering. Praying will help You as well as them. The magazine below is what I buy to keep up with the new changes, to read and learn myself as well as do reference for You all when I write. This is “My collection of coins in Empty Jars” I have been collecting new coins from a long time as savings, but now even small as 5cents. As I have gone over Donating so being very careful of my Food Expenses 😛

Therapy ~ I Care!

I hope as usual all of you are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. Now that I have started My Mission, “Working towards Mental Wellness openly, “I felt I will be getting more opportunities in the future to work in Other ways to spread My Knowledge and Experiences”. So far I have not got a specific Opportunity. But I have started in my own way, “Distributing My website cads and Pens to Match” so that people are aware what I an writing to “Motivate and keep them well informed”, at these times of Health issues ❤

25th February 2022: So far I have not come across any new ventures. But I am moving on in My own way, “Spreading Mental Wellness, Preventing Stigma and Discrimination to Encourage those who need Help or Therapy” much as possible. Still have the balance decluttering bits and tidying and arranging the house. I have “Designed new website cards, car stickers and Pens to match. What you can see is the latest.
