Hope all of you are keeping well. I see many of you have read the article on Chakra Healing!and I believe most of you found it interesting and useful. Today I am writing about, “The First of the 7th Chakras, which is the ~ Base or Root Chakra which is also called Muladhara” 🙂

Root 10

This is all about courage and is associated with security, mental stability, survival and prosperity. It is also about keeping ourselves balanced and grounded, because it’s element is Earth 🙂

Root 5

The reason to say, “Balanced and to stay grounded” is because, “We are all energy and part of mother earth and, it is important to match our energy to mother earth so that we are able to stand straight and go about in life in keeping with her energy levels. In addition to the energy centers in the palms of our hands, there are small chakras/energy centers in the soles of our feet. Earth energy is pulled up from mother earth and up our legs so that we can be balanced. You can have a clear idea from this post below, where the energy centers are 🙂

Root 6

An under active Root Chakra can be helped by eating, Red fruits and vegetables like, Red Apples, Strawberries, Raspberries and Tomatoes, Radish, Beet and Red Peppers. Anytime you feel not grounded or imbalanced the best solution is to take off your shoes and walk bare feet on grass or in the beach, or any place in nature that you can connect naturally to earth, as close as possible ❤

Root 12
As you see there is medical evidence that when we walk bare feet, we are able to connect with earth, and it is very helpful in improving and curing some of our ailments!

Root 13

Read up and see what is relevant with what concerns you and, you can find strength by keeping to the above solutions and also keeping to these affirmations below, to have confidence and courage ❤

Root 9
We each of us are unique to each other and have different personalities and different way of dealing with life’s difficulties and challenges. The society, the world is full of good and the bad both, just like happy and sad. I too have gone through immense pain, stress and trauma and I know what pain and sadness is.  “True some of you may have gone through much more trauma, stress and grief that the normal person could not have coped”. Still from all what I have gone through, I believe as human beings we have so many ways and chances/choices to somehow find solutions of healing ourselves to some extent, so that we are able to lead a normal and peaceful life. Because by overcoming our experiences, we can in turn give our hand to another to heal, thereby further healing ourselves ❤

There is so much of satisfaction, to see healing of another from what I have gone through, and in a way, it “Justifies all the wrong and injustice I have had to face” Try to look at the positive side as much as possible. It is no fun leading a life of sadness. Life will always bring challenges to overcome and move on  to the next step. That is how life is. Push back the past and move on with strength and courage. We are all born for a unique purpose in life as I have always believed and said in my articles, as well as others also who say so. For the brave and the compassionate there will be always work to be done, to uplift and make the world a better place. A path to follow. We all have our own work, our own paths. If I can so can you ❤ Why? Because You are also a person like me and You also matter ❤ You are Worthy ❤ And You Can ❤

Life Matters. Not only my life but others life too. I regard all life valuable. I know life is full of ups and downs, But a Big but! “I somehow Try” Face challenges even with difficulties, push past and find solutions. New and positive things keep on turning up just as difficulties. We can make use of them and keep on growing. Life is all about, keep on growing and moving on isn’t it. As change is the only constant in life ❤

Root 7
Well I have written after a bit of a long pause, due to a stressful time I went through. I read in another article, that we all go through a pace where we go quiet and come to a stop, from what we are doing. That, “dormancy is a regular part of nature – but at the same time we can encourage ourselves to somehow come out of it and move on without stagnating” I am Thankful to that writer who had written it as after reading it, it made me to somehow, push myself and overcome my dormant state, come back from sleeping, and continue the articles on chakra healing. Only I do not want to sound arrogant by saying I have found myself, “a far greater person than before” which is in the quote 😛

I am sure you all find this very interesting and useful, as even I have found out things that I was not aware of. There is so much knowledge in books, magazines and on the I net freely that we can learn new things everyday, and expand our knowledge and uplift ourselves to live better and happier 🙂

Hello To All My Dear Friends 🙂

I hope those of you who celebrated Christmas, did so with joy and happiness among your family and friends, as well as with those who are needy and less fortunate than yourselves. As that is how to celebrate Lord Jesus Christ’s birth the correct way ❤

I have had, “A Very Big Leap from 2017 to 2018″ as you see, as I faced the most greatest challenges, trials and tribulations in the past year. It was a roller coaster ride and,” A Great leap of Faith” which I have landed very safely on to 2018, with more strength, zest and zeal to be able to move on with my life on the, “Path of Service” 🙂

I thank all those who, “Follow, like, comment, and support and encourage me” from Face Book and its pages, and especially the blogging family with whom we share our stories and support each other ❤

Hello To All My Dear Readers 🙂

To give you an update of my life since I finally came to settle down here is Aussie. I completed eight years yesterday and looking back I have come a very long way. It is Not talking big but, letting you know how much I have achieved, so that those of you who are reading, get inspired and get Hope, that you too can overcome by working towards getting well. My main reason for doing this blog 🙂
My depression has gone into remission, and have been stable for almost 4 years now. Its quite a feat as I was under it for quite a long time, as long as almost 15 years. I have worked in TAFE as an ESL volunteer tutor for almost 5 years during that period, done some short courses and now continuing with the Diploma in Psychology. I have also completed 2 years writing in here, and today I was looking at the past articles and saw how much my writing has improved, along with my mood as well 🙂
Journaling or writing in anyway is very helpful as, it helps to put our minds in order. When we write we are able to understand so many things that are working in our minds that we were not aware !!!
Journaling is: writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health ~ The I net.
Prayers or and meditation also helps in relaxation and to calm the mind, as well as gaining  wisdom which is the most important thing, to understand the process of life more clearly !!!
“Life works in a pattern we all know that the seasons come one after the other every year the same pattern, everyday the sun comes up in the morning and goes down in the evening and so on. So as we are all part of “The Universe”, and all of us fall under the same laws. And once we have done everything possible ~ we need to have Patience for them to work in its own way ~ In the Natural Order” We can also describe it as, “Going with the flow of life” 🙂

Actually it is through intense prayers and meditation that has brought me to this  stage of maturity, where I have come to understand many things in life and moved on to a complete different wave length from where I have been ~ which is the main reason for my almost complete recovery. It is something that all can achieve as it is a matter of changing one’s vibrations or energy, but “this has to be done with, great dedication sacrifice and persistence, long term”. As changing one’s energy or vibrations is a slow process and happens in a very delicate way, along with acts of offering merit to those who guide and protect you along the way. This is the value of the human being as we have choices and able to know and learn how to become well or get over difficulties !!!

Many do not think or understand this although they have studied science. Well even I have studied physics, but that was when I was very young and I didn’t know all this at that age. Everyone knows that in any religion, prayers are being said to heal the sick, so prayers are all good vibrations, which somehow with faith helps that person to feel better or sometimes completely recover. I have these experiences but it’s only very few who knows or believe that. As it is a, “Very Long process which I have done over time as I said before, with great dedication and sacrifice” One has to go over tests and tribulations time and time again until sometimes you are exhausted. At this stage of my life, knowing who I am, and what I have become is enough for me. I do not have that need to prove it to anyone. For those of you who believe in energy, This will be in my blog, spreading Good Energy constantly, for Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity. Just click anytime and take it in with a Good Heart ~ Loving Kindness. Concentrate on it and feel or imagine positive energy flowing into you, cleansing you of the negativity, Healing and bringing you Peace and Happiness ❤

Hello to All My Dear Readers 🙂

Thanking everyone who read and follow, and especially seeing many of you have liked, gives me great satisfaction and encouragement to do better. This is sort of a continuation from the last article as I touched on rejection. Please excuse me for taking a little time in writing answers to some of your requests on, how to deal with it. I have to get into that mindset to write. Slowly my mind begin to fill up with ideas and then, suddenly I get this great need to write it, to free my mind of it. Its like baking a cake. Once done you have to take it out of the oven, and of course you can’t eat the article, but you can read and share 😛
For those of you who are reading for the first time, you have to know that what I am writing is, “Mostly my own first hand knowledge through my experiences gone/going through in life” and of course in my mind there is knowledge from far back as I can remember even as a child, books the internet and also what I absorb/observe from other peoples lives as well. We all know we do not nor cannot have all round knowledge and experiences in every aspect of life. And this is why we read and learn from others too, to expand our knowledge and learn to improve our lives there by, “Pass on to others, for their benefit” 🙂
Why I needed some time was, I was thinking exactly, “How to counteract rejection. As rejection is something we all face at all times in various ways and from various people and situations, right from the beginning of our lives from our childhood, not just from one person or once or twice” Also we know all these are challenges that, “All human beings go through at some stage or other in their lives”, as I have written again and again before too. Why ?
By overcoming difficulties we become stronger, so that we become stronger to face the challenges life throws at us, and learn to live a more happier and a better quality of life in Peace and Harmony ❤

So what does rejection do exactly ? Rejection affects us very badly. The pain you feel in your mind, is also felt by the body/physically. It has been shown scientifically that the regions of the brain activated in response to rejection are the same as those activated by physical pain. Rejection also has a negative impact on the immune system and destroys our sense of self-worth/self-esteem. And this leaves us insecure and with a diminished sense of belonging !!!
What do we do then ? First make sure/clarify that we have not misunderstood what ever maybe. Be it a person or a situation. If not then we need to find the antidote. What is that 😀

The antidote to rejection is, “Acceptance, Appreciation, Understanding, Caring and above all Love/Loving kindness” We need to find people and situations where these are found. But sometimes it may be you are alone or isolated. Or the exact times you want you cannot find such things/people. In that case we can do things on our own too, that we like, to make ourselves Happy. These can be anything according to each persons personality. In my case I love reading, listening to music, gardening, chakra dancing, colouring for relaxation/mindfulness, even house work as I love to keep a neat house and cooking for others. Doing things for others when you can, gives a very big satisfaction, “In giving you receive” Also for me writing all this ~ knowing so many of you read, appreciate and benefit 🙂

Even if you have others, having some, “Me time” is very important. It can be meditation, a relaxing bath, or just sitting in nature quietly to free you mind. When all what is going on in your life is in you head, it gets to a point where your mind gets, “Saturated ~ its like you have over eaten” This is called by the all famous name, “Stress” and you need some quiet time to relax – to detox your mind. Its just like clearing your house its, de-cluttering your mind !!!

Silence. The best treatment for stress. You don’t really need to meditate. The meaning of meditation is, being mindful all the time of what you are doing and saying. Some can really meditate and find peace. But if you sit in silence and relax your mind that is more than enough. Some even sit near the sea and watch the waves go up and down. When you mind relaxes the whole body slows down. Then you fall in line with the beat of The Universe/Mother Nature. As we are all part of her, why ?
What ever the colour, race or religion, in the end we all join her “Its Ashes to Ashes and Dust to Dust” If all people think of this the world will be a much better place to live isn’t it !!!
