Back Pain!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hoping all of you are keeping well and managing to get on with Your Lives in Good Health and in Peace. These days the on going Health issue is causing much stress and also people working from home and not much relaxation or exercises seems to result in aches in the body mainly Neck, Shoulder and Back aches. That I thought of writing about it!

How Anxiety Causes Back Pain: And How to Stop It

  • Anxiety, especially chronic anxiety, commonly leads to back pain
  • Muscle tension may be the primary cause, but there are other supplementary anxiety symptoms that could also cause back pain
  • Simple lifestyle changes can reduce some of the back pain
  • One simple change: posture, which can be affected by anxiety in several ways
  • Eliminating back pain from anxiety, specifically, traditionally requires anxiety treatments

Low Back Pain

Also known as: lumbagoPain or ache in the lower region of the back, varying in intensity.

  • Pronunciation: Lumbago /lʌmˈbeɪɡoʊ/
  • Usual onset: 20 to 40 years of age
  • Duration: 65% get better in 6 weeks
  • Types: Acute (less than 6 weeks), sub-chronic (6 to 12 weeks), chronic (more than 12 weeks)
  • Frequency: 25% in any given month

Common causes

Low back pain is not always related to an underlying condition. It may be caused by:

  • Lifting heavy objects
  • Sudden jerks in a motor vehicle
  • Excessive strain on the muscle due to prolonged sitting or wrong positioning while sleeping
  • Prolonged use of high heel shoes
  • Also common during pregnancy, before/during menstruation

Treatment

Self-treatment: Self- care steps that may be helpful in some less- serious cases:

  • Apply muscle relaxant ointments or sprays
  • Try resting the back for a while
  • Avoid heavy physical activities for couple of days
  • Apply heat or cold compress – depending on what soothes the body
  • Try over the counter pain relievers.
  • Avoid jerky or painful movements
  • Observe the pain location and intensity, whether the pain is constant or appears during certain activities like bending, stretching and such

See a doctor if you notice:

  • Persistent pain for over 72 hours
  • Recurrent pain
  • Spreading of pain to other regions like leg, arms or neck
  • Difficulty sleeping, sitting or disturbance in daily activities

See a doctor immediately if you notice:

  • Severe and unbearable pain
  • Injury
  • Other symptoms like fatigue, fever etc

Back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work, and it is a leading cause of disability worldwide. Back pain can range from a muscle aching. In addition, the pain may radiate down your leg or worsen with bending, twisting, lifting, standing or walking. Fortunately, you can take measures to prevent or relieve most back pain episodes. If prevention fails, simple home treatment and proper body mechanics often will heal your back within a few weeks and keep it functional.
Back pain includes lower back pain, middle back pain, upper back pain or low back pain with sciatica. Nerve and muscular problems. Back pain symptoms may be relived with pain medication.

Lower left back pain is a condition that affects many people – young and old. Very often, lower back pain affects just one side of your body and can cause discomfort ranging from mild aches to agonizing sharp pain. Lower back pain is also called lumbago because it causes discomfort in your lumbar region or lower back. This is the area in your lower back that is above your hips and below the bottom of your back rib cage. Muscle injury, nerve damage can all result in pain in the lower left back side.

What is sciatica?

Back pain includes lower back pain, middle back pain, upper back pain or low back pain with sciatica. Nerve and muscular problems. Back pain symptoms may be relived with pain medication. Sciatica is a condition that can lead to pain in the back and legs. It occurs when pain travels along the path of the sciatic nerve. This nerve starts in the lower spine, and travels through the hip and buttock and down the back of the leg to the foot. There are a range of different causes of sciatica. In most cases, the condition gets better over time, either on its own or with treatment.

Back pain and stress. We typically talk about back pain as mid-back and low-back pain. Over time, both affect your posture and the way you walk, which can lead to pain in the hips, knees, and feet. Mid-back pain includes muscles that are affected by breathing, including the chest and shoulder muscles. When you’re stressed, your breathing patterns change and cause strain and tension in the mid-back.

Risk factors

Anyone can develop back pain, even children and teens. These factors might put you at greater risk of developing back pain:

  • Age. Back pain is more common as you get older, but young people also can get it.
  • Lack of exercise. Weak, unused muscles in your back and abdomen might lead to back pain.
  • Excess weight. Excess body weight puts extra stress on your back.
  • Diseases. Some can contribute to back pain.
  • Improper lifting. Using your back instead of your legs can lead to back pain.
  • Psychological conditions. People prone to depression and anxiety appear to have a risk of back pain.
  • Smoking. Smokers have increased rates of back pain. This may occur because smoking prompts more coughing.

Prevention

You might avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.

To keep your back healthy and strong:

  • Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don’t strain or jolt your back — can increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Walking and swimming are good choices. Talk with your doctor about which activities you might try.
  • Build muscle strength and flexibility. Abdominal and back muscle exercises, which strengthen your core, help condition these muscles so that they work together like a naturally for your back.
  • Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you’re overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.

Avoid movements that twist or strain your back. Use your body properly:

  • Stand smart. Don’t slouch. Maintain a neutral pelvic position. If you must stand for long periods, place one foot on a low footstool to take some of the load off your lower back. Alternate feet. Good posture can reduce the stress on back muscles.
  • Sit smart. Choose a seat with good lower back support, armrests and a swivel base. Placing a pillow or rolled towel in the small of your back can maintain its normal curve. Keep your knees and hips level. Change your position frequently, at least every half-hour.
  • Lift smart. Avoid heavy lifting, if possible, but if you must lift something heavy, let your legs do the work. Keep your back straight — no twisting — and bend only at the knees. Hold the load close to your body. Find a lifting partner if the object is heavy or awkward.

New Beginning!

Hello To All My Readers ❤

I have lived in my little home for 8 years and now going on the 9th year. Winter has begun with icy cold winds and rain. Time for warm food and clothes. I am so glad that I am able to stay warm in my little home. I have been preparing for a few new things as 8 years, some things I have out grown and some are not that useful. To begin with the floor carpet at the entrance has seen better days and I started by getting a new one. I love Lavender flowers and its smell and colour too and lo behold I came across one while I was looking around things in a shop. How do you like it. Isn’t it pretty 🙂

There were other things. Some of the stuff like my warm clothing, day and night time. I have begun to wear more softer and looser clothes for comfort so could be given more to needy. Being icy cold there are so many who could use some extra warm things. So bundled up as much as possible, what ever I could find. Blankets, sheets, pillow cases and also some of my warm clothes that and took to a place where they are doing service, distributing to the needy 🙂

I needed to put my washed clothes inside as added to the cold it has begun to rain as well. So I have arranged the garage to put in some clothes racks. The garage has doubled also to keep some food tins as these times not only rain and cold, but limited movements sometimes. These are the extra food stuff what I have right now. I try and replace as if I don’t go out or suddenly I want to eat some snack or just heat and eat. Also made it pretty with some bright artificial flowers to add some colour in some extra bowls I had 🙂

Clothing racks help you to put your clothes coats, shirts, pants, jackets, and other garments in your home as well as (shops too) in a variety of styles to best suit your location. These racks are all designed to hold hangers with clothes on them, easily arranged to fit your needs. Using the appropriate stand makes it easier maximizing space as they have multiple arms or long length rails on the stands. These is what I bought, but a picture with clothes from the I net!

Below is what I found on the I net, what some are doing, being creative and cheap. I just came across this what a nice idea. One can be made quite easily and cheap, and even painted and decorated with some bright colours or even kept with some plants even 🙂

Below is like what I hang some of my clothes day to day wear, like tops and T shirts, with wheels, My one is a little too full and cannot take a nice picture, as well as the garage is ordinary 😀 So this is a similar one like this from the I net, but some of my shoes at the bottom. Also with some male clothes also, as well as there are those that ask why always the pictures with more ladies and their things. So I tend to post some male figures as there are men who make do with the homes and available space just like the ladies. Actually some families are using the garages in different ways like a second sitting room and for the kids to play with Toys. Some as for Hobbies playing indoor games, like Cards, Billiards rooms, some call them “Man Cave” to watch TV Sports films, do carpentry or what ever noisy things, they want to, so that they have a space of their own to make noise doing their hobbies or extra work. without using it as a garage and parking the cars outside!

But here I am describing what I am doing. It is NOT good clothes But day to day ordinary wear, and do not go out daily, and take the car out soon as I start, so that fuel smell do not get to them!

In the front I got two new chairs and 2 colourful cushions. In Australia there is so much of sales going on all the time. As a season is beginning the clothes are expensive, and before you know the next time, they are on sale and reduced almost half or even 1/3 the price as, The next seasons clothes are already on the way, and they need to free up their present collection. The thing is I look around. Not so much go hunting but knowing, when and where to shop. Lot of rain these day very cold and staying indoors. Also cannot keep the chairs with cushions they get wet and get spoilt. So this is one with a pretty cushion 🙂

Below is a nice way to, Make the old ones new. And so many things can be bought from second hand and charity shops. They go very very cheap. What someone doesn’t want or too many things another one can get and paint in different colours or even buy material and sew pretty new or find old cushions 🙂

This palm tree is in the front of my home, and I thought of posting a picture with a beautiful new flower opening up. Below is where I work but, a little old picture, newly how I started to write. As Time went by naturally few things have changed around it.

Finally. “I have started another project “Working for Mental wellness and to spread the word “Stop The Stigma” with new Website cards printed and pens to go with them and have been distributing them around, and where ever possible. Even A Sticker of “My Path.com” and “Stop The Stigma” is pasted on my little car, all of which I will post in a next post 🙂

Panic!

Hello To All My Readers ❤

Hope All of You are Keeping in Good Health. This is a Topic I have felt The Need to write as I have found out “Very Important at “These Times of Health Issues”. Panic Attacks ❤

How is a panic disorder treated?

If you suffer from panic disorder, it can be helpful to know 2 things at First:

  • Don’t Think of Them as You are in life-threatening danger.
  • And keep Your strength and Hope that the symptoms will go away.

    At The same Time “Please see A Doctor “As soon as Possible”!
  • What is A Panic Attack: A Panic Attack is a response to a stressful situation, where you feel like you are losing control.

If you have a panic attack, you might have a racing heart and be flushed with sometimes Pain you chest also. You might feel sweaty, shaky, dizzy Faintish and breathless. You may not have all these and know “What You get” Whether it is mild or severe when people over work or get hurt, they get stressed. And when it comes to Healing, You have to somehow “Learn to Relax” and let Your feelings of  “Stress which is, discomfort or sadness reduced”.

Here are some more Ideas, “That You can choose or which are Possible for Each of You” To do As Soon As Possible ❤

You need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you ❤

The thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will they really understand what you are going through. Or sometimes  it can be that, the very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you will get upset themselves and might be not able to help you. At these times see if you can find “A Friend, even an outsider who can Understand” You ❤

To manage panic disorder, you need strategies to regain some control. Techniques that can help you feel calmer include:

  • Relaxation strategies
  • Breathing exercises
  • Mindfulness
  • Meditation

Make Note: This is ***This is Not Professional Counselling*** What I am writing is “Mostly My first hand Knowledge and Experiences, and  also, doing references”. You Need To Talk with A Doctor and Take, “Advice or Help” You need to work on it with all available resources. And do see a Medical Personnel, a Doctor, Counsellor or Therapist ❤

Healing!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

How are you all. Keeping in Good Health. I sincerely Hope so. Today I am writing about “Healing” and “Very Appropriate” (suitable) to The Health issue what is going on” What I am writing is about is “Natural Healing”. Which “I have Received and I know “What they are”. For Healing “I am, “The Healer and The person who is Being Helped is called “The Healee” (The person or the people that needs to be Healed (To get back to Good Health) ❤


Qualities of “Good Healer is Patience, Trust and Faith. The Healer has to be Very Patient as it takes “Time” for the The person who is being Helped to “Adjust”. As it has to be “In a Relaxing way and not hurried” Trust comes in, “Even when The Healing cannot be seen. It is Not always possible to see, “Any Energy Changes immediately” There has to be, “”Faith” both with “The Healer and The person being Healed especially, to know that “Healing does Happen” ❤

Skilled Healers are “Know The Art of Listening” “They are able to detect (Understand) what is “Being spoken through words” by The person as well as “What is Not spoken” by The person that is being Helped”. The Healer can Observe (see) how the patient “Is dressed, Looks Happy or worried” generally from outer appearance.


It is “Ver Important To Be working with, “The Purest Spiritual Energy”. Spiritual Energy comes with Praying and Meditating. Healing Energy can be transferred by “Toughing by Hands” and then “They can be felt” ❤

Long Distance Healing is, “Mind To Mind Healing”. Only it is done “Over Longer Distance” The person that is being Helped can be, “Hundred or Thousands of Miles Away” and still be able to, “Take in The Healing Energies from The Healer” Which is Me 🙂

Healing Energy is like “The Flow of Water” You need to “Trust Believe and Ready and Willing To Receive”. If one does not Believe or Trust “They will Not Flow” It is Like trying to enter through a closed door!

Teaching ~ Enlightening!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Today I am writing about what I have been doing all this time. Well this is me, it is an older picture of me than now, but you can see me in a different way, just like a “Teacher wearing My Reading glasses” that I have not posted before 🙂

To Teach is to touch a life forever, And this is what I am trying to do in my own little way. I hope All those who have been Reading in The Past, and Those who will read in Future, you Learn and benefit (make use) from what I have been doing all these years.
teacher (also called a school teacher or, in some contexts, an educator) is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue.
Informally the role of teacher may be taken on by anyone (when showing a colleague how to perform a specific task). In some countries, teaching young people of school age may be carried out in an informal setting, such as within the family (homeschooling), rather than in a formal setting such as a school or college. Some other professions may involve a significant amount of teaching (youth worker, pastor).
In most countries, formal teaching of students is usually carried out by paid professional teachers. This article focuses on those who are employed, as their main role, to teach others in a formal education context, such as at a school or other place of initial formal education or training.

A teacher’s role may vary among cultures. Teachers may provide instruction in literacy, numeracycraftsmanship or vocational trainingthe artsreligioncivics, community roles, or life skills.

A teacher’s professional duties may extend beyond formal teaching. Outside of the classroom teachers may accompany students on field trips, supervise study halls, help with the organization of school functions, and serve as supervisors for extracurricular activities. In some education systems, teachers may be responsible for student discipline.

Competences and qualities required by teachers
Teaching is a highly complex activity. This is partially because teaching is a social practice, that takes place in a specific context (time, place, culture, socio-political-economic situation etc.) and therefore is shaped by the values of that specific context. Factors that influence what is expected (or required) of teachers include history and tradition, social views about the purpose of education, accepted theories about learning.

“The meaning of Deepa is Light and, Light is Enlightening. It is also said “From Darkness To Light” Darkness means Ignorance (Not knowing) and Light is Enlightenment. Enlightening means “Clearing of the Mind, Giving out Knowledge also Wisdom 🙂


Wisdom is knowing things that help a person to live sensibly and make good decisions. Wisdom is defined differently by many cultures. Some say that wisdom is something a person learns as they grow older. Other cultures expect people to complete certain rituals in order to get wisdom. If someone has wisdom we say he is wise.
Most cultures from the past have had special people who were supposed to be wise. People asked them for advice when they had problems because they knew things that ordinary people did not know or could not know. They were often called “sages”. There are many stories in Western culture in which the owl is supposed to be a wise bird.


Duties and functions: A teacher’s role may vary among cultures. Teachers may provide instruction in literacy and numeracycraftsmanship or vocational trainingthe artsreligioncivics, community roles, or life skills. Formal teaching tasks include preparing lessons according to agreed curricula, giving lessons, and assessing pupil progress.

Competences: The competences required by a teacher are affected by the different ways in which the role is understood around the world. Broadly, there seem to be four models: 1.the teacher as manager of instruction; 2.the teacher as caring person; 3.the teacher as expert learner; 4.teacher as cultural and civic person: Teacher – Wikipedia

Enthusiasm: It has been found that teachers who showed enthusiasm towards the course materials and students can create a positive learning experience.

A definition: Teaching is the process of attending to people’s needs, experiences and feelings, so that they learn particular things, and go beyond the given. Interventions (the action of becoming intentionally involved in a difficult situation, in order to improve it or prevent it from getting worse) commonly take the form of questioning, listening, giving information, explaining, demonstrating (Showing) a skill or process, testing understanding, and facilitating (make an action or process easy or easier). Learning activities (such as note taking, discussion, assignment writing, and practice) definition of facilitating – Bing!

Attending to people’s feelings, experiences and needs: Considering what those we are supposed to be teaching need, and what might be good for them, is one of the main things. Education can be described as the ‘wise, hopeful and respectful cultivation of learning undertaken in the belief that all should have the chance to share in life’. The process of education flows from a basic orientation of respect – respect for truth, others and themselves, and the world. For teachers to be educators they must, therefore:

  • Consider people’s needs and wishes now and in the future.
  • Reflect on what might be good for all (and the world in which we live).
  • Plan their interventions accordingly.

There are a couple of issues that immediately arise from this:
1. First, how do we balance individual needs and wishes against what might be good for others? For most of us this is probably something that we should answer on a case-by-case basis – (one by one) and it is also something that is likely to be a focus for conversation and reflection in our work with people.

2. Second, what do we do when people do not see the point of learning things: for example, around grammar or safety requirements? The obvious response to this question is that we must ask and listen – they may have point. However, we also must weigh this against what we know about the significance of these things in life, and any curriculum (course of study in a school or college) or health and safety or other requirements (needs) we have a duty to meet.
In this case we have a responsibility to try to introduce them to people when the time is right, to explore their relevance (useful to what is happening) and to encourage participation (the action of taking part in something) definition of participation – Bing

Failing to attend to people’s feelings and experiences is problematic: and not just because it reveals (shows) a basic lack of respect for them. It is also pointless and counter-productive (no use) to try to explore things when people are not ready to look at them. We need to consider their feelings and look to their experiences. Both of our classroom or learning environment, and around the issues or areas we want to explore. Bringing people’s experiences around the subjects or areas we are looking to teach about into the classroom or learning situation is, thus, fundamental (principle on which something is based) to the learning process. Teaching involves creating an environment and engaging with others, so that they learn particular things. This can be anything from tying a shoe lace to appreciating the structure of a three act play. I want to highlight (show) three key elements here:1.focus, 2.knowledge and 3.The ability to engage people in learning!

This may be a bit obvious – but it is probably worth saying – teaching has to have a focus. We should be clear about we are trying to do. One of the findings that shines through research on teaching is that clear learning intentions help learners to see the point of a session or intervention, keep the process on track, and, when challenging, make a difference in what people learn. (the main or central point of something, especially of attention or interest) FOCUS | meaning in the Cambridge English Dictionary!

Good teaching is rather more than technique. Good teaching, ‘Comes from the identity and integrity (the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles) of the teacher’. It is the way we are experienced, our enthusiasm, our care, our knowledge, our interest in, and concern for, people that is the key to whether we are felt to be good teachers. We need to be present as people in the classroom or learning environment. As above it was mentioned even day to day things like, “Tying Your shoes laces or Wearing clothes that suits when it is Hot or Cold, to suit The School or College, for functions or other places and many other subjects You can think of. Also some students are not ready for certain topics But it may be they are not aware of “The Importance” in the Future. So things like that has to be explained.

To finish the Topic: The Real Meaning of Teaching is: The Teacher and the Students, “Both have to be Interested and Dedicated to Be Taught and To Learn, for Teaching to Be Successful. If something is successful, it has achieved what it was intended to achieve. successful – Bing 🙂

Revision In Pictures 8 ~ Be Well!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤


Hope All of you are keeping well and moving on with Your Lives well. I know times are tough with this present Health situation, So try to manage as Best as You can and Relax as much as possible in order to keep your Mind Positive. Maybe unable to move about as usual or having Family and or friends are unable to keep in touch well its not one so many are facing this situation, So I thought of writing a post Encouraging and Giving Strength ❤

For some its still cold. During winter months having Snow and being very cold for long time does get one feeling down. Try to keep warm, eat well drink warm and hot soups to nourish yourself well. Being in Good Health, Helps to feel less cold and to be Healthy.


For some it is Hot times, being Summer and being Very Hot times also is difficult to go through. As unlike other times, going swimming, or to the beaches or doing water sports can be restricted or not possible. So “Do Be Patient and Try to “Be Brave” I hope and Pray things improve and will clear up quickly as possible and life comes back to Normal ❤

Staying at home things you can do: Try things to keep yourself Active to “Maintain Physical function” To “Boost Your Immunes System”. So as “To Increase Energy Levels” To “Reduce low moods, stress and Improve Your Mood” ❤

Working from Home also There a lot of Things You can do. See the post below. All these posts says almost the same things 🙂
We can connect through The I net. And also go for walks, runs or even By cycling along by roads or in lanes that are not being used by many like country roads. You ca take up Reading, Writing or take up a new hobby or begin an old hobby again. You can take notice of The places around you, Bird watch, study nature and do things if the weather is ok.
Also do some charity work as there will be many people who will be in need of food supplies and even day today things like extra clothes or household things as they might not have enough work or not being able to go for work at all!

As Time Goes By!

Hello To All My Dear Readers ❤

Hope all of You are keeping well and happy. I am writing about time as with what is going on recently, all of us have been having to stay indoors and movements have been restricted. I have been organizing the inside of my home in a way to work, to save time and energy. As its winter here in Australia somehow it seems to be much more colder than usual. So I have organized the upstairs to spend most of the time, in saving heating also. To have a hot drink as I read and write late in to the night, and also have my breakfast too. With a small baby fridge and a small microwave, with some money I have saved, which has worked very well as I find I have a proper breakfast than other days as well as my electricity bill does not go over too much. I had never thought to work in my bedroom but that too has been good as although my home is small, still I don’t have to heat up whole of upstairs but mostly the bedroom. I cannot post a picture of my bed 😀

But here is one of the little writing tables, and some plants and a few lamp shades and things, all of which has been and are, very cheap here in shops, as so many are doing most of their work from home, been buying and some shops they have not been able to fill the shelves fast enough!

Here in Aussie it is mostly, D.I.Y (do it yourself ~ meaning they come in packs and has to be put together yourself) a picture you can see ~ Two people putting a table together!
But I have been able to buy some second hand Tables and chairs less than even half price, chairs as low as $5/= while supporting my work, “as the money not only goes to to the needy people But, “Helping some to become Well and to Heal and therefore saving Lives”!

Although I have not been writing posts for sometime, I have been here editing what I have been writing and redoing some of the picture quotes, with better words and brighter colours. Now I have become a little tired of editing and going through the old posts and need to move on to another chapter somehow. I believe it is because, by going to organize, “Time and saving money”, the whole place have gone through a very big change 🙂

With the cold weather, most of the pot plants can stay out and I have put in some artificial plants, which also time and energy saving as, “They don’t have to be watered and less cold inside too!

Only thing that has to be done is to, “Feed the birds” but they also go to their nests or where they sleep for the nigh, much earlier, and even some Hibernate, as it is cold and becomes darker much more earlier than Summer, where the day time is longer as the sun light stays a longer period than winter time!

This is 19th of July 2020: I slept a little early and woke up, and now been here since middle of the night and the time now is 8.43 A.M on 20th of July! That means I have been up from the 19th to the 20th 😀 sounds funny don’t you think? 21st July 2020: Continuing to write early in the morning today at 5.25 AM. Last evening I cleaned up the garage for more than one hour or so and ended up very very tired. Its the garage I park my little car as well as, doubles up as a place to store extra food items and also with racks to put my clothes to dry during rainy weather or even when I do a wash anytime, not having to run up and down, to take them before its dark in the evenings, as winter time it gets darker much quicker than Summer Time 🙂

House work never ends as all of us have to maintain to dust and clean regularly, but if planned well one can save so much of time and energy, in my case to mainly to do reading and writing, as well as to do my other hobbies like gardening, and other creative things, here is a post that I did: How To Make A Collage! Any hobby and also when it come to reading it does not have to be a novel itself, any type of reading, work indoor or out door. Today is “The 22nd of July 2020 6.06 AM and it is My Younger son Krishantha’s and Eldest Grand Daughter Sophie’s Birthdays. So I am Wishing both of them “A Very Happy Birthday” and Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity to All the others too. I did not plan so when I started the post, as the current situation there is no Celebration and spur of the moment thought it is a Good way of Wishing them ❤

5th June 2020. Here is the latest Video of Guitar Music from Cosimo Antitosomo from Italy Mondragone. His playing “The Guitar”. You can see “The sea, like all the elements of nature, has a voice, let’s stop sometimes to listen to it…Mondragone, the sea, the dunes (Sand).  
“These are people from Face Book. I have never met so far, but with similar interests, as I also “Love Music” I get them free, he posts them on his Face Book and also on “My Messenger” when he composes (writes a new piece)” You can “Click on it watch and listen free. They are also on You Tube Free. He likes when people listen to his playing “The Guitar”. Enjoy ❤

There are lots of little things like this below, and similar things depending where you live. Some like to walk on the Beach, watch the sea and the waves, pick flowers and put in vases at home or little ones play with them, some like to have a pet, some like to watch raining. Some are Happy when they get letters or cards by post. It doesn’t have to be very same things which you will enjoy ❤
