This is something lot of people will like especially Ladies all about their complexion :)_

Ayurveda is an alternative medicine system with historical roots in the Indian subcontinent. It is practiced throughout Sri Lanka, where as much as 80% of the population report using ayurveda. Ayurveda therapies have varied and evolved over more than two millennia. Therapies include herbal medicinesspecial dietsmeditationyoga, and medical oils. Ayurvedic preparations are typically based on complex herbal compounds.

In Ayurveda everyone has a different combination of three doshas or energy types: Vata (which regulates movement), Pitta (which regulates digestion and metabolism), and Kapha (which regulates growth and support). Anything such as anxiety or a poor diet that interrupt the stability of the doshas, and a number of sub-components, can have unfavorable physical and mental consequences. Once the accurate type of imbalance has been recognized, the practitioner suggests a tailor-made strategy.

Practiced for acne, injuries, and common illness, the ancient healing method of Ayurvedic medicine has still much fascination for the modern world too. In Ayur-Veda everyone has a different combination of three doshas or energy types: Vata (which regulates movement), Pitta (which regulates digestion and metabolism), and Kapha (which regulates growth and support).
Do you wonder why would acne and pimples even exist? These outbreaks are a result of too much oil secretion on an individual’s skin which could be due to age factor (teen phase), or unhealthy lifestyle habits such as eating spicy and oily foods, coming in contact with pollution and dirt, improper digestion, etc. Acne is developed as a result of blockage of the skin pores which occurs because of the accumulation of dead skin cells over the surface. This becomes a breeding ground for bacteria which leads to acne and pimples. If a person has oily skin then he or she tends to develop this condition more frequently.
