I have not written a Specific Post on: Journaling itself. At these times when so many are “Restricted of Their going about, I thought of Writing a Post on this Topic of “What I have already written, what I already know and also I saw a “Very Good Article on The I net and also I have some paper cuttings, and other books and Magazines that I can refer and write Hopefully a Good Post. Which is a Very Good Way to “Manage your feelings and its a Very good way of “Organizing your thoughts and feelings of day to day Living too! Journaling can help to express emotions, be present with thoughts and clear your head.. Journaling is not just a little thing you do to pass the time, to write down your memories though it can be, “Research has shown a “Decrease in Physician visits for those who record their thoughts in Journals Daily. It is said that, “It’s a way that has helped brilliant, and wise people become better at what they do!

The best ways to get used to Journal. Keep pens or pencils and paper what ever you can, keep in few places where you can see and easily write then and there, when you get the need to write. They can be just writing papers. old diaries where you can write anyway you want. Because sometimes when you are annoyed or feeling in a low mood, you will need to “write and throw away them. Anyway as you write and improve, you need to throw away as that means, “Letting Go of the Past and moving forward in to Higher Wave lengths and Better standards of Living in Good Health and Happiness 🙂

Here in short Joys of Journaling: 1. Helps You to Clarify Your Thoughts and Feelings. 2. Helps You to Reduce Stress and Relax Your Mind. 3. Helps You to Let Go and Forget certain unwanted incidents. 4. Therapeutic as it reduces stressful feelings 🙂
Makes You feel: 1.Relaxed 2. Happy 3. Joyful 4. Peaceful 🙂

Journaling definitely allows me to get my thoughts out so I can process them and relieve stress. Thanks for this reminder. I actually have not journaled in quite some time.
