Although it seems simple thing, it is actually, “sets in motions an ancient spiritual law ~ The more you have and are grateful for the more you attract the more you will be given for you. At the same time I will tell the opposite fact that, “Never say you are broke or bankrupt as the subconscious registers as a picture of emptiness. Instead of seeing all the good things you have it will be the other way around. So make a habit to look our, make a note of the good things you get, you have and live in gratitude πŸ™‚

Healing ~ Taking Full Responsibility !

Continuing from the last article, I am going to expand on, “why we need to take full responsibility for us to heal” This is because whatever the doctors, counselors, therapists or medication does, unless we try our best, full healing cannot take place. “We need to have that necessity to become well and heal, very strongly so as to put in our very best efforts. You cannot feel you like a victim, that something or someone did something to you all the time as this is the worst thing that prevents/blocks healing. You need to let go of that thought pattern and, know that you are a, “Free person and you have Choices in life that you can change for your own welfare” ❀

In the process of healing, you need to be strong, courageous as well as gentle and patient with yourself. When you face difficulties its natural for you to go down physically and mentally. One becomes weak and the mood becomes low. Somehow you need to fight back and change this thought pattern and turn your mind towards being positive. You need to recognize your own power and reclaim it and become strong ❀

Taking full responsibility is for healing and Not taking any blame or guilt. As one gets hurt or upset is when one is blamed for things one has Not done or said. When this goes on for a long period stress eats into you and the mind begins to become sick, just like when you keep on over working and become physically exhausted, weak and sick. Stress can come in many forms not only from relationships but while in school, in work due to natural disasters like floods and fire also financial difficulties or sickness name it, in life we have many many challenges. You must not think this is only for you, as each and everyone faces some sort of challenge or challenges in life and all these are with a purpose. For us to face overcome and grow stronger πŸ™‚

Each person has their own way to become well and heal. It is according to your personality and how it agrees and work for you. So you need to think try out and do the things that works best for you. Writer’s Block ?

Hello To All My Dear Readers πŸ™‚

As you all can see, I have taken a long time to write an article since the last one, End of A Very Long Journey !Β This is mainly because after that end, I still had not found any, New Beginnings !Β to write about. As always a beginning has to follow an end. Not knowing how to start writing again, I have looked in to this topic about, “The writer’s block” Well it seems to be that I fall under some of the views that is being said here !

There seems to be many different views by different people. Some do apply to me and maybe some of you also may come across these sometimes ? I found it an interesting topic and decided to write, as somehow I wanted to get back in to writing, and this is one of the advice I found, and hopefully this will help me to be posting articles here again πŸ˜›

I guess almost all of you are aware that when we write, we tap our inner wisdom and its almost like someone helping or dictating words to us. In my case I hear some words being prompted, and also almost like being whispered and I found that this was actually missing since recently. I found this quote to support what I am saying πŸ˜›

As I wrote at the beginning, nothing new has happened to me to write about. No one has asked any questions nor given any suggestions either. And as we all know sometimes how ever much we try, there is that specific time for anything to happen, and I have found that it applies for writing too πŸ™‚

According to the above quote it says, writing block doesn’t exist, but then being unable to write and being stuck I feel it is some sort of a block. From what I have read and know, we all need a break from our usual routine to relax and charge our batteries as well as find new and fresh ideas. So it is for writing as I have found in this quote which says what to do and what not to do !

I am more on to the way of a perfectionist and this also is a reason that sometimes I take my own time to do things, as what ever I do, I want it to be that perfect piece of work, so writing also comes under that. I wonder how many of you share this trait with me ?

Although it is mentioned as a block, somehow I have managed to write an article about, “The Writer’s Block” itself. Yes it does go quiet unable to think of what to write and then it has come back suddenly, my head filled up with this topic that pushed me to write again which is a great relief πŸ™‚

This is a time I have asked myself, “Why do I write” I started to write my story of becoming well and to share my experiences and knowledge for the benefit of others. At the same time writing/journaling is therapeutic to the mind. Writing is the only way, that you can pull out the feelings that are buried deep within your mind. It helps to declutter and reorganize yourself to begin a new chapter again. The quote below by, “Anne Frank” also says the same thing !

So when we write, it is our life, our own story that we write. It is known to us only and we write how and when we want to. Writing is being free, as we are all born free and being free is what makes us happy and joyful that leads us to find peace in our hearts, our ultimate goal in life πŸ™‚

Then do we always become successful and popular writers ? Β Or do we write because we like to write, to put forth our ideas that flood into out minds ?

So the answer is above, I am not sure if I should say we. But this applies to me, as I don’t earn anything from writing here, and sometimes there is hardly any response but yet I go on writing, because I like to write. I hope those of you read will give, some of your ideas/views on this ?

P.S This is my latest update. As I have completely recovered and living free of depression, I needed a distraction, and to do something new and different. I have always liked poems and poetry, and I had this beautiful poem about the tree that I just started with that. But since then slowly I have begun to write my own little poems. Not only that, I was going beyond that and almost like catching up for lost time, the time I was down and was stagnating !!!
I was getting this strong need to express myself through creativity. My mind started to run into old interests and hobbies that I used to do. They have been growing in silence, and suddenly they have raised their heads up, pushing me to break through and open up myself to the world of color back again πŸ™‚

End of A Very Long Journey !

First of all let me wish All My Dear Readers A Very Happy New Year πŸ™‚

Thank you all for coming to my blog and liking and supporting me. When you read and appreciate, I feel what I write help in some way that I am encouraged to do more and better. Since I wrote my last article there has been questions as to how I managed to recover from depression, and what I did. So this includes answers to some of those questions and some may be what I have written before, but then as time goes they are with added knowledge and experiences!!!
I waited a little as the mind takes a very long time to clear out of all Trauma you went through, to be able to start to remember exactly what happened to you, that over stressed you and made you mentally ill. One can compare the mind to a muddy glass of water clearing up, as the mud particles settles down, the mind too start to clear to be settled enough to write your story!!!

Until you really clear your mind, that is to say until you get over most of the pain, you sort of need to keep away from the places and people who upset you. This is not to say close the door and stay in the room or isolate yourself, but at this time if you have a lot of time for yourself to rest and think clearly without others disturbing your thought pattern you can get back in to your own way of doing things much quicker. Just like covering a physical wound, we need to safe guard our minds too from outside disturbances until it becomes well!!!

Why you need a good environment is, in the silence you hear yourself. You are really able to understand what works best to you to feel happy and relaxed !

You also need to let go of people and situations that keeps on digging at your heart and hurting and making you sad. I know we cannot just pack a bag and leave. What I mean is if you cannot move away physically, you need to start letting go/detaching yourself from all that mentally. When you detach yourself from the mind, automatically you are able to have less disturbance from those that hurt you !

I have been writing that in life, challenges come for us to face them get over them and become stronger and move on to the next level. The reason why we get hurt and upset is, “We take what happens extremely personally, thinking they happen only to us” But each person crosses our path for a reason. They all carry some message, good or bad. I know we being ordinary human beings, its difficult to face extreme harsh and cruel things that happens to our lives. But, a very big but, “somehow if we take them as messengers that crosses our path” we are better able to handle the situations in a much better way. There is no one in the world who has Not gone through any kind of pain or hardship. One thing I have to say is, many think that mental conditions happen through relationships only. But it can be anything. Major events that mother earth throws at us like, volcanoes, floods and earth quakes where people lose family, friends, houses and money, also failing exams, losing jobs all contribute to becoming very ill!!!

Once you realize this, everything begin to fall into place and you see a pattern that has been happening, and you begin to heal slowly but surely πŸ™‚

Once you begin to heal you don’t want to be wasting time talking about all the negative things that happened to you in the past. Its how it happened to me. I felt I had lost so much time and I started catching up. I did two short courses. The first one on, Personal Development from which I learnt so much about people’s behaviors and how to face them. The second one on, Natural Health and Healing that I expanded my knowledge about healing the natural way. Now on going, “A Diploma in Psychology which has opened my eyes in a very different light and discovering so much about the human mind. I have to say its the best thing that happened to me” So all of them boosted my inner growth and turned me around and brought back that confidence and strength in me. I can say I have bounced back stronger. We all have to keep on trying. If we try hard enough, “We all can make progress well enough to lead a good life” πŸ™‚

Once we take our lives in to our hands and do what makes us happy, then our soul comes alive again and then we have healed. Yes you need medical help. That you definitely have to have and medications what has to help you. But there is a very big part in your hands, as its you who is always with you and knows exactly what is happening. Everyone can help, But ultimately, Healing is in the hands of the person who is unwell πŸ™‚

It has been a very long journey, and finally I have healed myself from my mental pains. You need to educate yourself so as to become wise. The sixth sense, also called the third eye helps you to know how life works. Through all that you, Find the “Truth” The answers to why certain things happened to you and around you. But you don’t need to run after those who have hurt and harmed you. You have wasted enough time. You forgive not for the other person, but yourself, and move on with your life. “Punishment comes to those who do wrong, not once, But over and over again, knowing that they are doing the wrong thing” ***Human beings have no excuse as they have so much of education and guidance from the day they are born to help them lead good lives***Human life is so valuable and it’s a pity that some think its only they need to live well and to hurt and harm others. Still that is life, and we need to learn our lessons and move on. The beauty of it is, “As survivors we become, “Better and stronger people to give a helping hand to others to stand up”. There by our lives becomes Peaceful and Blessed. Things that money cannot buy!!!

Courage to Heal ~ Depression !

Hope all of you are keeping well and Happy. And some of you looking forward to holidays and Christmas celebrations. End of 2016 and going to be a new year too. For me it marks, “Three years free of depression and four years free of mood disorder/bipolar” Now that I know I am free from depression, I thought of writing what I know and how, “I did and what I am doing to remain free and positive” πŸ™‚
From my experiences over about 17 years what I have realized is, “That it’s We that need to really want to change for the better. We alone have to say enough is enough I want to somehow come out of this mess and lead a better life. For this we need Courage To Change and then work towards improving our lives to make it work for us” πŸ™‚

Once you decide to Heal, other factors come in like, Counselling and Medication, according what type of issues you have. You don’t have to feel bad or ashamed to go for counselling or to a doctor regarding mental issues as, “The Mind is in the Body and not a part outside” Its those who think otherwise, who have to be ashamed of as, “They are ignorant” on this matter, as so many are having mental issues just as much as physical illnesses. When we are born we have the right to live free and in peace. And if this doesn’t happen we cannot sit in one place and wait, we have to get up and move towards what we want to do and to lead a good life. That is our right as human beings. If you think of what others might say then your whole life, you have to live in the darkness!!!

This is very true for most of us, and some of you might know this is what happened or this is what you also did. There comes a point, for anything, a limit for tolerance or for being patient what you are going through, or even what someone or some others are doing to you. The above can be for anything. A situation in life, like a relationship , a job or even regarding your health πŸ™‚

When it comes to me, I feel it’s a pity that so many suffer long term. I know each person it can be different. But in this modern world in many countries, so much of medical help is available. There are reading materials, relaxation programs and so much centered on human wellness. I firmly believe that so many can, if not fully recover at least go as far as to keep them under control to lead normal and happy life. Try. Try. Try ❀

I have gone through a lot. Naturally, or else I wont get depressed and stay that long. The fact is with medical help, time and knowledge gained, you understand and realize so many things that didn’t realize the times you were under stress. When my mind began to settle, it slowly dawned to me the things that I went through, and suddenly it hit me. Its compared to the light bulb effect. As its like suddenly someone switched on a light and you see things clearly. Did that happen to me ? Did I go through all that and how ? I got so much of mixed feelings, of sadness even anger why it was not really explained to me, what it was all about. If I was educated I would have understood what was going on with me, and would made it much easier to manage and would have not gone on for such a long time. But then I realized that in life there is a pattern and each incident had followed each other. This is the best way as, “Once you accept what happened to you, only then you can let go and change” πŸ™‚

In a way, “The mind is a very fascinating and mysterious thing” As how I was seeing or realizing was like step by step. As if everything came together it would have been too much for my mind. Actually this is how break downs happens, when so many stressful things fall on to you at once, that you have no time to get over from one before the other thing or things happen. And for a few days I was like in shock remembering the things that I went through and in wonder how I got through it all. But then I discovered the, “Most important thing about healing”, “The Day You Realize ~ It was Not Your Fault, “Is The Day” ~ “You really Begin To Heal” ❀

This is what I realized. As almost all of us get mentally sick or ill because of stressful things that happen to us or grief and pain given to us by others. It becomes too much for the mind that, “It gives up” It cannot function the normal way so all sorts of funny things happen to us. This is the time the doctors and counselors play a big part, with medical help. There is much to write about different counselling and how that suits ones personality. That will come in another article. For now today its 4th of December 2016, “I can very safely say that I have become well from depression” and that there is so much of Hope for any of you who read this. Again I need to add that a very big part of it is in your hands too. As its, “Your Life for You to be Happy” πŸ™‚

Its a very big achievement for me. So many tell this, above all I am Happy for myself. As in life, basically we are only for ourselves. Meaning it’s we that know what is best for us. Sometimes even our closest family fail to understand or able to support us exactly how it helps as they cannot fully understand what’s going on in our minds !!!
Why I started my blog is to, “Encourage and give Hope and Faith”that you can become well or to keep under control, is possible to most illnesses. And You Must Believe and have Faith and work towards making your life Happy πŸ™‚

Inner Guidance !

Hope all my readers are keeping well and happy. This is a topic I never thought of writing until a few days back. Life is such that suddenly there are changes. But I was expecting major changed as this month is very special. There are two months of the year that are very special in my family, meaning almost all close family birthdays are on these two months of the year. There are many mysteries in life, and these are signs to show that people are meant to cross each other’s path or even come together as family or friends. Even here on the blogs see how many of us connect, although from completely different cultures, age groups, and countries we find we have so many common interests and issues that we share. So this month is special and, “Today is a very special day as its birthday of my grandfather, the person that I believe I have the most inner guidance from. He was highly educated, very wise and and down right simple and honourable. He did not work for money, he never wanted any publicity and dedicated his whole life for the country and its people”. Giving and sharing is inborn in me, and it is in my families, coming down the generations. I believe I have got influenced by many people, but seeing what he and my grand mother were doing, as a child itself I too wanted to do service, although at that time I was really unaware what sort of service I was going to do. So “I Dedicate this article for my grandparents and all the others who also did service in their own ways and, who influenced and showed me the value of pure service” ❀

When it comes to, “Inner Guidance” we have to look within. We cannot always ask others. They do not understand our own path. It is we who have to find our own answers. In my case I meditate and turn to prayers. And last night after intense praying, these are what my eye went to, and I have taken all of them as guidance πŸ™‚

You can take however you believe as no one speaks to us in the form of a voice, and answers come as messages through other people, animals and many other ways, that we also call them as co-incidences too. Only you have to believe in something. For some it’s “Almighty God, for some it’s The Universe, Higher Powers, Angles and then for some it can be the Spirits of those who have left mother earth”. For me, “I respect all forms and I keep an open mind for what ever that comes through to me” ❀

When we make changes or take different turns, we are not exactly sure if we are doing the right thing. Inner guidance is, “Very subtle” But you feel, you have that sixth sense or the instinct that something is not really right at some point. These are the times, I really turn to prayers and pray very hard, until I feel I am being heard and also I do feel that I am shown the way πŸ™‚

Its not easy if you have to rely on yourself alone, to inner guidance all the time. As we are human, sometimes we tend to doubt and become impatient too when things don’t move as we like or when things go wrong. These are times that we do need the support of others, like family or friends. As human beings we are Not born to be or live alone. Although I like my own company and like a lot of time for myself ~ this is because I do a lot of reading and writing so need a lot of peacefulness around me. But when I need I do have people to ask and support me too. Just like most of the animals, we also move around with groups ❀

The road in life is not always smooth. This is because we need challenges to grow. There are bumps, pits, bends and many other obstacles along the way. But all these are lessons to learn grow and move forward in to higher grounds to live better and happier πŸ™‚

But I keep walking along, “My Path” and how I know, as only I have walked along it and only I know what it is. I look for, “Inner Guidance” as that is the only source that knows more than me and where I am going and only source that can guide me πŸ™‚

Everything in life works according to a certain pattern. We need to know this and act accordingly. Its, “The Laws of The Universe” Its only then we are able to make full use of our talents and gifts. We are all born with some sort of Talent or Gift. And its up to us to use that gift for ourselves and for the others benefit. Its only then we have done our duty to the world, mother earth, to The Universe. That is our purpose, as human beings who have been given the privilege to walk on mother earth and enjoy all what she gives us. As human beings, Its our Duty to Serve All our brothers and sisters honestly and with dedication” Only then will we be Blessed in this world and where ever we are going when we leave, to be in Peace πŸ™‚
