You cannot see this energy, but you can certainly feel it’s power. The Sun is just one example of the Universal energies which plays a significant role in our lives. The role of Universal energy in your life is defined as you give direction to the energy through your intentions. Universal energy is the energy that sustains life, providing vital energy to all living systems. The whole Universe, starting from the stars in the sky to the atoms that create them, including the world we live in and ourselves everything we see or do, is made up of the Universal Energy, at the most fundamental level.

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy is a practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using specific thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, that such work on the feet and hands causes a physical change to the related areas of the body.
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Hello To, All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤
Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as possible. And Positive and Motivated. Well, I have been writing quite a bit about Therapies and Food. Taking after PURPOSE IN LIFE my students are very keen and interested studying. They wanted to study PSYCHOLOGY I am flattered and so HAPPY. And posted as unlike simple articles very Advanced Topics. And now back to my usual Life topics I thought of writing about Mentoring 🙂
WHAT IS MENTORING? Mentoring is a developmental relationship where a more experienced individual (mentor) provides guidance, support, and knowledge to a less experienced individual (mentee) to foster their personal and professional growth.
Mentoring can take various forms, including: One-on-One Mentoring: The traditional model where one mentor works with one mentee. Group Mentoring: One or several mentors work with a group of mentees, often used in educational settings. Peer Mentoring: Individuals at similar levels support each other, sharing experiences and advice. Distance or E-Mentoring: Mentoring relationships conducted online, allowing for flexibility and broader reach.
Mentoring provides numerous benefits, including: Professional Development: Helps mentees acquire new skills and knowledge relevant to their careers. Networking Opportunities: Mentors can introduce mentees to valuable contacts within their industry.
Types of Mentoring
Mentoring can take various forms, including:
One-on-One Mentoring: The traditional model where one mentor works with one mentee.
A mentor is someone with valuable experience and knowledge who offers guidance and support. In mentoring programs, mentors are not just advisers; they are guides that help promote professional growth and skill development within the company. They share insights and are able to open doors that might otherwise remain closed to a mentee. A mentor’s role is diverse, and often extends beyond simple advice-giving. They may perform various mentoring functions, sometimes acting as a coach, a connector, or even a challenger, to help their mentees reach their full potential. It’s not unusual for a mentee to have more than one mentor, as each can provide unique, invaluable perspectives and expertise
WHAT IS A MENTEE?
A mentee is someone who is eager to grow, learn, and develop professionally or personally, and who engages with a mentor for this purpose. They are not passive recipients of a mentor’s wisdom, but rather active participants in their own development journey. The mentee’s role is to be open, curious, and ready to transform the knowledge and advice they receive into meaningful progress in their career or personal life.
HOW DOES MENTORING DIFFER FROM COACHING?
Coaching in a business environment is primarily focused on assisting people with their current performance to “get them fit” for either their current role or their next position. Mentoring, however, is a learning relationship, and is generally focused on long term career development. The primary purpose is to drive personal growth, building skills, knowledge, and understanding. Mentors may use coaching skills in their conversations, but typically the mentor role is wider than that of a coach and may include opening doors, making connections and sharing experiences
WHEN TO USE MENTORING
Many organizations have found that a strong mentor-mentee program means staff are more likely to interact with and retain the information they are being taught. choosing the right application for mentoring, it has been found to be particularly appropriate for increasing employee retention facilitating cultural shifts, and encouraging organizational diversity explores). It is often used to support talent programs, so that participants get the most they can from their involvement by using a mentor to help them embed learning. Mentoring can also be used to encourage ethical behaviour within an organization when compared against other possible Learning & Development program areas.
HOW TO FIND A MENTOR
Identifying the Right Mentor
Finding the right mentor is a key step in your professional journey. Start by identifying what you want to achieve in your career or personal development. This clarity helps in pinpointing the kind of mentor who can guide you effectively. Look for someone whose expertise aligns with your goals and who exhibits qualities that resonate with your values.
INITIATING THE RELATIONSHIP
Once you’ve identified a potential mentor, approach them with respect and clarity. Express your admiration for their work and explain why you believe they would be a great mentor. Be specific about what you’re hoping to learn and how you think they can help. Remember, mentoring is a two-way street. Be open to feedback and willing to invest time and effort into the relationship. It’s also important to respect their time and boundaries, as mentors often juggle their own responsibilities alongside mentoring.
SETTING EFFECTIVE MENTORING GOALS Setting clear and achievable goals in your mentoring course not only guides the mentoring relationship, but also ensures that it aligns with the broader objectives of your organization. So, how do we define these goals? It begins with understanding what both the mentor and mentee aim to achieve. This could range from professional development to mastering specific skills.
In formal mentoring programs, goals are what keeps the relationship focused and meaningful. For example, if a mentee aims to improve leadership skills, the mentor’s role is to provide guidance and opportunities to develop these skills. It’s not just about one-on-one interactions, however; sometimes, group mentoring can be involved, which allows the mentee to learn from multiple mentors. This approach broadens the mentee’s learning horizon by offering diverse perspectives and experiences. The beauty of mentoring lies in its flexibility. Whether it’s about career progression, skill enhancement, or personal growth, goals can be tailored to fit each unique mentoring relationship. By ensuring these goals resonate with your organisation’s vision, mentoring can become a powerful tool that fosters a culture of continuous learning and development.

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as possible. And Positive and Motivated. Taking after PURPOSE IN LIFE my students are very keen and interested studying. They want to study PSYCHOLOGY I am flattered and so HAPPY. And posted as unlike simple articles a very Advanced Topics. And now a simple post about the Values of Beetroot and then Carrot and then Potatoes to cover the Root Vegetables. The list is becoming longer now some want to know about Salads 🙂
A salad is a dish consisting of mixed ingredients, frequently vegetables. They are typically served chilled or at room temperature, though some can be served warm. Condiments called salad dressings, which exist in a variety of flavors, are usually used to make a salad.
When a sauce is used to flavor a salad, it is generally called a dressing; most salad dressings are based on either a mixture of oil and vinegar or a creamy dairy base.
A salad can be a composed salad (with the ingredients specifically arranged on the serving dish) or a tossed salad (with the ingredients placed in a bowl and mixed, often with salad dressing). An antipasto plate, the first dish of a formal Italian meal, is similar to a composed salad, and has vegetables, cheese, and meat.[citation needed]

How to Make Salad Dressing
Dried vs Fresh: For herbs, garlic, and ginger, dry and fresh are interchangeable; just season to taste. You will need less of the dried versions than if the recipe calls for fresh.
Use Simple Tools: One of the reasons it’s so quick to make homemade salad dressing is because it can be made with 2 tools — a bowl and a whisk! I like to make it ahead for the week so I will double or even triple the recipes, but just using a whisk and a bowl will have it prepped in no time. (Or you can use a jar with a tight-fitting lid, like a mason jar, and shake it.
Recipe Ingredients & Substitutions
These simple salad dressing recipes can all be made at any time by keeping these staples on hand! Seriously, you’ll never add the words “salad dressing” to your grocery list again.
Pro Tip: For herbs, garlic, and ginger, dry and fresh are interchangeable; just season to taste. You will need less of the dried versions than if the recipe calls for fresh. A quick and easy way to get a new flavor is to use fresh garlic or fresh herbs!

Hot sauce
Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Whisk 2 tablespoons each of honey, Dijon mustard, and white vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in 1/4 cup olive oil.
Love it tangy? Add more vinegar. Prefer it creamy? Increase the oil or add cheese. Making your own means you can adjust every flavor to match your preferences!
How long does homemade salad dressing last?
What does the Dijon mustard do in salad dressings?
The Dijon mustard in these is a must because it acts as an emulsifier between the vinegar and the oils. Whisk up the mustard/vinegar/whatever else and then slowly add the oil while you are whisking. This will help the oil to not separate out of the dressing.
What do you store homemade salad dressing in?
The dressings store well in wide-mouth half-pint mason jars. These lids are also really nice to have on hand! Each recipe only makes about a cup, which is a great size to keep for a week.
Dessert salads The term “dessert” originated from the French word desservir, meaning “to clear the table”, and it referred to the final course of the meal, presented after the table was “cleared” Dessert salads rarely include leafy greens and are often sweet. Common variants are made with gelatin or whipped cream; e.g. Jello salad, pistachio salad, and ambrosia. Other forms of dessert salads include regional dishes such as Midwestern America’s ambrosia-like glorified rice and cookie salad, which contains crumbled cookies as an ingredient.
Dessert is a course that concludes a meal; the course consists of sweet foods, such as cake, biscuit, ice cream, and possibly a beverage, such as dessert wine or liqueur. Some cultures sweeten foods that are more commonly savory to create desserts. In some parts of the world, there is no tradition of a dessert course to conclude a meal.
Historically, the dessert course consisted entirely of foods including fresh, stewed, preserved, and dried fruits; nuts; cheese and other dairy dishes; dry biscuits (cookies) and wafers; and ices and ice creams. Sweet dishes from the kitchen, such as freshly prepared pastries, meringues, custards, puddings, and baked fruits, were served.
weet desserts usually contain cane sugar, palm sugar, brown sugar, honey, or some types of syrup such as molasses, maple syrup, treacle, or corn syrup. Other common ingredients in Western-style desserts are flour or other starches, cooking fats such as butter or lard, dairy, eggs, salt, acidic ingredients such as lemon juice, and spices and other flavoring agents such as chocolate, coffee, peanut butter, fruits, and nuts. The proportions of these ingredients, along with the preparation methods, play a major part in the consistency, texture, and flavor of the end product.
Sugars contribute moisture and tenderness to baked goods. Flour or starch components serves as a protein and gives the dessert structure. Fats contribute moisture and can enable the development of flaky layers in pastries and pie crusts. The dairy products in baked goods keep the desserts moist. Many desserts also contain eggs, in order to form custard or to aid in the rising and thickening of a cake-like substance. Egg yolks specifically contribute to the richness of desserts. Egg whites can act as a leavening agent or provide structure. Further innovation in the healthy eating movement has led to more information being available about vegan and gluten-free substitutes for the standard ingredients, as well as replacements for refined sugar.
Desserts can contain many spices and extracts to add a variety of flavors. Salt and acids are added to desserts to balance sweet flavors and create a contrast in flavors. Some desserts are coffee-flavored, for example an iced coffee soufflé or coffee biscuits.
Custard is a variety of culinary preparations based on sweetened milk, cheese, or cream cooked with egg or egg yolk to thicken it, and sometimes also flour, corn starch, or gelatin. Depending on the recipe, custard may vary in consistency from a thin pouring sauce (crème anglaise) to the thick pastry cream (crème pâtissière) used to fill éclairs. The most common custards are used in custard desserts or dessert sauces and typically include sugar and vanilla; however, savory custards are also found, e.g., in quiche.

Taking after PURPOSE IN LIFE my students are very keen and interested studying. They want to study PSYCHOLOGY I am flattered and so HAPPY. And posted as unlike simple articles a very Advanced Topic. And now a few simple posts about the Values of Beetroot and then Carrot and then Potatoes to cover the Root Vegetables and now some of them want some food articles and this is a Very Nutrious Fruit the Pomegranates 🙂
The pomegranate (Punica granatum) is a fruit-bearing, deciduous shrub in the family Lythraceae, subfamily Punicoideae, that grows between 5 and 10 m (16 and 33 ft) tall. Rich in symbolic and mythological associations in many cultures, it is thought to have originated from Iran before being introduced and exported to other parts of Asia, Africa, and Europe, though also considered to be native to Indian Subcontinent and Afghanistan.
It was introduced into Spanish America in the late 16th century and into California by Spanish settlersIt is widely cultivated throughout West Asia and the Caucasus region, South Asia, Central Asia, north and tropical Africa, the drier parts of Southeast Asia, and the Mediterranean Basin. The fruit is typically in season in the Northern Hemisphere from September to February, and in the Southern Hemisphere from March to May.nThe pomegranate and its juice are variously used in baking, cooking, juice blends, garnishes, nonalcoholic drinks, and cocktails.
The name “pomegranate” derives from medieval Latinpōmum, apple and grānātum, seeded. Possibly stemming from the old French word for the fruit, pomme-grenade, the pomegranate was known in early English as apple of Granada. This is a folk etymology, confusing the Latin granatus with the name of the Spanish city of Granada, which is derived from an unrelated Arabic word.
Garnet derives from Old French grenat by metathesis, from Medieval Latin granatum as used in a different meaning “of a dark red color”. This derivation may have originated from pomum granatum, describing the color of pomegranate pulp, or from granum, referring to red dye, cochineal. Pomegranates were colloquially called wine apples in Ireland.
The pomegranate is a shrub or small tree growing 5 to 10 m (16 to 33 ft) high, with multiple spiny branches. It is long-lived, with some specimens in France surviving for 200 years. leaves glossy, The flowers are bright red, some fruitless varieties are grown for the flowers alone.
Pomegranates are round, red fruits. They feature a white inner flesh that’s packed with crunchy, juicy edible seeds called arils. They may be best known for the vibrantly colored juice they’re often used in, but these unique fruits have a lot more to offer.
Pomegranate juice can be sweet or sour, but most fruits are moderate in taste, with sour notes from the juice. Pomegranate juice has long been a common drink in Europe and the Middle East and is distributed worldwide.[ Pomegranate juice is also used as a cooking ingredient. In Syria, it is added to intensify the flavor of some dishes, Grenadine syrup, commonly used in cocktails, originally consisted of thickened and sweetened pomegranate juice, but today is typically a syrup made just of sugar and produced natural and artificial flavors, preservatives, and food coloring, or using substitute fruits (such as berries).
Dried pomegranate seeds, found in some natural specialty food markets, still contain some residual water, maintaining a natural sweet and tart flavor. Dried seeds can be used in several culinary applications, such as trail mix or granola bars, or as a topping for salad, yogurt, or ice cream. In Turkey, pomegranate sauce (Turkish: nar ekşisi) is used as a salad dressing, to marinate meat, or simply to drink straight. Pomegranate seeds are also used in salads and sometimes as garnish for desserts. Pomegranate syrup, also called pomegranate molasses, is used in muhammara, a roasted red pepper, walnut, and garlic.
In modern times, the pomegranate still holds strong symbolic meanings for the Greeks. When one buys a new home, it is conventional for a house guest to bring as a first gift a pomegranate. of the house, as a symbol of abundance, and good luck.
In Syria, it is added to intensify the flavor of some dishes, Grenadine syrup, commonly used in cocktails, originally consisted of thickened and sweetened pomegranate juice.
