To My Happiness Family!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

Hope All of you are well and moving along in life well. Today I am writing a different and special article. This is on a request from, “My Happiness Family from Happiness Quotes from Face Book: https://www.facebook.com/DeepaNilamaniMotivation/ ~ to “Re write some of the things I have been writing” as I have not been writing freely as those days. It is true that I have changed as I moved on with time, but that is not only because of time, but mainly because” Certain individuals have disturbed me tremendously, reading what I write and making use of them to disturb me, that I have been cautious the way I write” and lost that certain, “Trend” As one needs to feel free to write how one feels. I am Extremely Grateful to them for their “Concern and Caring”, for trying to uplift me and bring my style of writing back. These people are complete strangers, I have never met or even seen most of them on my page. Shows that, “Although there are those who can be very unkind, “There are Good Caring souls too”. They are All Very Much Blessed with Healing Energies that I have acquired (since 2016) And I wish them, “To Heal and Be Well and Happy in Their Lives” ❤

“Got into my writing mood as I have some Happy News too 😉 I know when I post some quotes, there have been doubts about being really Happy at all times and also when you do Good things it doesn’t come back the same way and so on…..I have been dealing all these questions and doubts when I write with My Knowledge and “True Life Experiences ~ Mine 😀 so what else do you want? As most of the old Happy friends are aware here 🙂
Life is such that there can be, many ups and downs, in different ways. And as I have been writing posting how we deal with is with, “Hope and Faith” and above all the most difficult thing, “Patience” until things move or shift in your favour ❤

Well, this is Good News to Bring back that “Hope and Faith” and also Proof that being “Patient” things do come right and at the Correct Time. What? well I have to keep you all in suspense a little bit more until I really get going 🙂

A New Door has opened for me to go to another Level and Spread My Wings to Share My Knowledge and Experiences with more people for their Benefit which I had wanted to do All throughout My Life. That is, I have started my very own website: Who I am & Why I am Writing!

And Happiness Quotes has been Like a Steppingstone and “I have to Thank Each and Every one of You for your Support by Liking my page Commenting and Encouraging me to go on even when I have been fussing sometimes. I too have learnt a lot by answering and dealing with your questions and Yes, I will be doing this along with my website too. I do Love My Happy Family don’t you know 😀 ❤

Life works in a mysterious way. I uplifted myself while doing, Happiness Quotes” and now, “They are trying to uplift me, knowing that I have been facing a lot of challenges and being stressed and upset. I am extremely “Grateful” Yes, its that what is taking me on to the next Level of My Life so will it be for you all too. “Being Grateful makes You Happy and being Happy makes You Happier” 🙂

You can see what I have gone through, but I still have Faith, and I Believe, “That when you do anything with Loving Kindness and A Good Heart, Life will Begin to ~ Work in Favour ❤

I have become Stronger than Ever before, and most importantly ~ “Blessed being able to Receive Healing Energy. “The Healing Energy will go where it is needed and just like, “Light it will spread out, and cannot be blocked from anyone receiving” For this, you need to know that one need to have “Loving Kindness in Your Heart to be able to receive” ❤

What I can say at this time is, That while things are happening, sometimes one cannot understand exactly, But looking back one can see a pattern, each phase making a picture”. Difficult to know while it it is happening but in Time, You will be able to understand. I have and so will you ❤

Again, “With All what I have gone through, “I have Faith and Strength” to attend to things in my life and, “I Believe by sticking to what is correct, “I am being protected by “God Almighty, The Higher Powers or The Universe”. I like you also to Trust the process ~ as if sometimes you cannot change how things are happening at certain times, other than face life as Best as Possible ~ with Faith, Strength and Courage ❤

I started this blog in September 2015, mainly to write my journey on mental wellness “Just in My Pen Name Deepa Nilamani” ~ But as I have been able to, “Receive Healing Energy ~ which began its Journey since February 2016 ” ~ I have had to introduce myself in, “My Full name” and to be seen from where, “I have acquired, “The Gift of Healing Hands” Down The Generation, “Who My Maternal Grandfather is, and My Great Grandfather is, I have added this Link. It is something I have earned, “Through sheer Hard work, Sacrifices, Sharing, Giving, Donating and through Loving Kindness” and above all being “Truthful and Honest”. “The Universal Energy” is also called “Healing or Pranic energy”, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. As we know, energy can travel so, “Prayer energy which also can be called Healing Energy” can travel far and wide to distant places too. Because of this, I have to be doing “Editing and updating” and also as its always “Possible to Add new Information, as “Daily new things are discovered”. And we are able to update and move on to “Higher Wave Lengths” improve our Lives to a Better standard of Life. So “It can be A New Beginnings Always” and I Wish for you also ❤

You have to know that it is Not possible to see But Only “To Feel” ~ “Sometimes you might feel your Right Hand, sometimes it can be the Left Hand (meaning Your fingers and the palm vibrating) that means you are getting Healing Energies. And sometimes it can be Both Hands receiving (again it is the fingers and the palms same way). All depends on How you will need, and they will stay a while, also come and go at certain times and stop. But Keep in Mind They will not just come into Your Hands, If “The are Not needed at Those times”.  Now Even as I am typing I am Having Healing Vibrations in Both My Hands. You also can receive as, “Healing Energy can ~ Anywhere in “The World”. But one must have a Pure Heart and Receive with a Clear Mind and Loving Kindness” ❤

The Power of Hand Writing!

I Hope all of you are keeping well and happy. Today I thought of Writing about the value of writing by hand. As in this increasing digital age, so many have, and are turning to type and swipe, on the computers, laptops, I pad and phones than using pencils or pens to write by hand. In my case I do use all that but, have always liked to write by pens and pencils too from my school days, and still continue to write using my various pens to write. How many of you still still love Writing by hand?

A study in psychological science has been found that students who take down notes by hand, rather than by laptops are better able to remember and grasp the subject. This is because when we are Writing by hand we tend to concentrate and write slowly, be more selective, rephrase and summarise, and choose the most important information, to include in the notes. This makes the brain works more efficiently and we are able to understand the content clearly and memorize better 🙂

The studies with small kindergarten children also showed that, those who learnt the alphabet by Writing exercises, learnt it faster and better than those learning from the key board system. On the whole children both young and old, acquired a better understanding of the language, and were better able to express more ideas with a multitude of  Words !

Writing  journaling are excellent ways for understanding and recovering from stress and Trauma ! In my opinion, the best way to put the mind in order is writing out what is going on in the mind. Typing out also yes but, “Writing  by hand puts in that extra effort and forces out something from inside of you, that cannot really happen from typing” As the hand yields to the emotions inside of you, and helps better to let go or organize your self in a much better way ❤W 4aa
Evidence from new research show the psychological benefits of handwriting. How those who wrote by hand, were more likely to find relief from anxiety, fear and worry than those tapping on a computer. It also shows that jotting down our thoughts and feelings not only help people understand and recover from stress and Healing ~ Trauma ! but also help those with conditions such as asthma and arthritis, those recovering from surgery and issues that are difficult to overcome!

Some who rarely or never use handwriting as an outlet to express themselves, need to know that journaling is so helpful in clarifying one’s way of thinking and doing things in life in higher standards ❤

Writing by hand is a very personal and creative experience. I know as I am very fond of writing by hand. It helps one to be more aware of what is going on in the mind and helps the mind to stay in balance, healthy and happy. So why don’t you try too? If by now if you have not tried?

When We Forget Our Blessings!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

This may not apply to everyone, but I have realized, that sometimes we are so focused on running behind things, or find life is being difficult, we forget about all the things and blessings we already have, and then usually we are given a reminder or a message in some way. I was told this by my mother, “That when you tell your challenges to someone, they will tell their story, and you will wonder what ~ “you are complaining about”! So, this has been happening to me sometimes, and since recently too, that has made me to write this article!

Although extreme challenges are not faced by each and every one, I know there are some more than others, who has and are going through, very hard times due to problems in health, relationships and finances or all of them at once, that somehow it seems, life is not fair to them. I don’t know how exactly to explain this but, in life in every situation, “There are exceptions”. But from my experiences I can tell that, although initially it seems like that, later on when we look back, all that make sense. Those who face and overcome the toughest battles end up the strongest souls. So do, “Hold on to your Faith and be Patient, until things move in your favour at the correct time ❤

So, I am one of these people who have gone through, very tough battles and know what life’s difficulties are. As a compassionate human being, I find it very difficult to see the innocent and those without a voice go through pain and unnecessary suffering, and have always had this great need to, “Heal and bring Peace and Happiness to mankind and animals alike” This is a long-held dream and I have worked very hard for a long time, towards this cause with sheer Dedication and Sacrifice. And it is such a great feeling of relief to see that, “My Dream is being realized now” 🙂

As “We are all born unique to each other” the challenges that we face are not the same, and hence our paths or our mission in life also differs according to our uniqueness. In the same way, our Blessings also come in different ways. The important thing we need to remember is that, “We are All Blessed in some way, and to be Aware of it Always” ❤

How do you feel about the Blessings in your life? Do you think you are Blessed, or sometimes do you forget or lose Faith like me? As we are all human beings, we are not perfect and here and there when things happen to upset us, we do wonder, question about the process of life. When this happens something, I do is to turn to prayer. The Power of Prayers! is my Strength, Medicine for all ailments, and answers to all my questions. Let me know your views too. Good Things Don’t Come Easy!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

Hope all of you are keeping well and Happy. Last article I wrote about Things We Love to Do! Now here I am writing that, “All Good Things don’t come that easily ~ meaning if we want a good and successful life, we need to work hard towards them. For this we need to accept change and also to be ready to move out of our comfort zone ❤

Moving out of our comfort zone is like, taking an adventure. If we really want to better our lives, we need to take it as a positive experience. We need to, know our passion, our dreams and follow our instincts to achieve our goals. This results in taking trips to unknown destinations. Taking risks and travelling on paths not gone before. But it all depends on your attitude ❤

On our journey, to find new and better quality of life, we will observe and learn many new things, from seeing new places and meeting many new people. Life is beautiful but it can be challenging and difficult too. All of that is, for us to face our difficulties overcome them and go to the next level. In moving on, You need to keep Your minds open for things of beauty and wonder 🙂

Keeping our minds open for new and better things, brings us new and a better life. Things can change any time in life, so we need to be Patient as, we are not aware what the next moment will bring us. We have to work hard, and do work hard, the opportunities and new doors will open. Until such time, You have to keep going and Not give up.
