Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

Hope as usual all of you are keeping well some of you must be having Summer or warm weather. But here in Aussie it is still winter and Brrrrrr it is almost freezing and very cold. Still, I wanted to post new posts have thought of writing on Professional Counselling from what I have studied and my present experiences and more advanced Knowledge up to now. One of the most important instruments you have to work with as a counselor is yourself as a person.

The counselor as a Therapeutic person.
Counselling is an intimate form of learning. it has to be someone who is Authentic person in the Therapeutic relationship. if we hide ourselves in the Professional role our clients also will not open up and keep themselves hidden from us. our own genuineness can have a significant role with our clients, They can be encouraged us being open and Honest with them.

Personal Characteristics of Effective Counselors:
1.Effective Therapists have an identity. They know who they are and their capabilities.
2.Effective Therapists Respect and appreciate themselves. They can Give and Receive out of their own self-worth strength.
3.Effective Therapists are open to change.
4.Effective Therapists Make choices that are life oriented.
5. Effective Therapists are Authentic Sinceres and Honest.
6.Effective Therapists generally live in the present.
7.Effective Therapists appreciate the influence of different Culture
Effective Therapists have sincere interest of welfare of others
8.Effective Therapists have [interpersonal skills
9.Effective Therapists have sense of Humor
10.Effective Therapists become deeply involved in their work
11.Effective Therapists are passionate
12.Effective Therapists are able to maintain Healthy Boundaries.

We all have the capacity to adapt and to achieve our personal expectations. we raise the bar in relation to our own potential and push ourselves to achieve Higher things. Effectiveness of Adlerian Theory Recent studies have also supported Adler’s belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic alliance has been shown to affect treatment outcomes across a range of conditions, therapeutic modalities, and contexts. In other words, a greater sense of social connectedness rooted in caring for others, connecting with the community, and finding a sense of purpose is linked to improved mental health and well-being.

Thinking About a Topic To Write About!

Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

Hello To, You All Hope as usual all of you are keeping well, some of you must be having Summer or warm weather. But here in Aussie it is still winter and Brrrrrr it is almost freezing and very cold. Still, I wanted to post an article but written so many posts I have run out of Topics so “” This is rather a funny sort of Topic don’t you think 🙂

Now to find some good Topic to write about to find out some I have not written before so that some of you also will know if you get stuck what to write about 😀

Phases of life

Not necessarily limited to stages of life such as baby, infant, toddler, child, etc. A new phase in life can also mean deciding to quit drinking, the death of a loved one, or getting a job position that you’ve always wanted.

  • Do you ever break up your life into phases? What are they divided by?
  • What is different in your life compared to 5 years ago?

 


Dreams

Sharing the dreams you had last night may feel pointless unless the dream was funny or was of strong emotional significance.

Do you have a recurring dream?


Dreams and aspirations

Some things to talk about are: how seriously do you treat your dreams, the current dreams you have, dreams you had as a kid and how your view on them changed over the years.

Which was the weirdest dream you ever had?

  • Where do you want to live in the future?
  • What is your second biggest dream?

Creativity

You could talk about the importance of creativity, ways to nourish and encourage it, what gets you feeling creative, or how you use it in your life.

  • When do you feel the most creative?
  • What does creativity mean to you?


Music festivals

  • You could talk about your favorite type of festival, what you like about going the most, share stories from the festivals you’ve been to or make plans to visit new ones.

Shared habits

Purposefully creating new healthy habits together can strengthen the relationship and improve our lives in general. Talking about the habits you already share can be a good way to reevaluate or even just appreciate the way things are going now.

What’s your favorite thing that we always do together?

Shared hobbies or interests

A topic similar to shared habits, but a much deeper and wider one. It could be anything from playing music together to cooking or watching a show


People often don’t think about their habits, rituals, and routines at all because those are so ingrained into our personalities. But when you discover those little things that you happen to do similarly, it can bring you together, because they make you feel alike in some way.

  • Are you into fitness?
  • Do you read every night before going to bed?
  • Do you talk to your plants?
  • Do you whisper Wed-nes-day to help you spell it?
Happy woman enjoys reading a book while sitting on the floor. Happy girl takes notes on her diary with interest. Jomo, joy of missing out, book, inner peace concept.

Don’t be afraid to share a little bit about yourself every once in a while. I make sure to share a little bit about my habits because it shows who I am and helps me find interesting commonalities.

Sense of humor

You could talk about the things that you find funny in everyday life or human behavior, what should be off-limits as far as joking goes, tell funny stories about your past or discuss your favorite comedies and comics. Having a sense of humor can also mean being able to laugh at many things.

Good deeds

Sharing and appreciating something that someone has done for you (or even for someone else) can be heartwarming and inspiring.

  • What’s the best thing you’ve ever done for anyone? How did it feel?

Nature

Being in nature feels great, is healthy, and can be a source of many stories. You could talk about your favorite parks, beaches, forests, or other places mostly untouched by the human hand.

  • Have you ever felt as if a place was literally alive as if it was some kind of an entity?
  • What’s your favorite place in nature?

Favorite smells

Anything from smells of food and scented candles to forests, oceans, and mountains.

  • Which one has the best smell: the beach, the forest, or the rain in the Summer?
  • What’s the food you get crazy if you feel the smell?

Kindness

You could talk about the way you define kindness and what it means to you, or take your time to appreciate a person that you consider to be kind.

  • Who’s the most generous person you know?
  • What’s the greatest act of kindness anyone did for you?

  • Which is the thing that made you the proudest of last year?

Sleep

You could talk about whatever affects your sleeping schedule, whether you get enough sleep or you’d like a little bit more, the effects of sleep deprivation, and tips on how to keep your eyes shut tight every night. You could also simply talk about how good it feels to lie down in a soft bed after a particularly exhausting day.

Respect

Respecting the fact that your significant other is more than just that role, being mindful of the way you speak to them, being reliable when they need you, trusting them, and respecting their opinions.

Proudest moments What are some things that you or your partner feel proud of? They can be the proudest moments of a lifetime or just the most recent thing that one is really proud of.Which is the thing that made you the proudest of last year?
