Emotional Fitness

“Remember that emotions are normal, honorable and confirm your humanity.” Emotions are sources of information; a signal worth listening to. They are relevance detectors and warning signs. Emotions tell us what we need, and they can act as a guide.” “Most emotions are not wholly pleasant (positive) or wholly painful (negative), but rather a mixture of the two. Positive and negative emotions can co-exist.”

Emotional fitness is the ability to enhance positive emotions, self-regulate and transform negative emotions, and change one’s relationship to emotions using acceptance strategies and mindfulness and meditative activities. They can provide a “sparkle of psychological glitter” and lead to enhanced compassion, and to positive actions.

This section will provide practical “how to” suggestions on ways to increase positive emotions and regulate negative emotions so as to bolster your resilience. Let’s begin with ways of increasing positive emotions. Now these are my notes: What is Emotional Healing: When bad things happen in our lives, it takes time to come to terms with their negative effects. Emotional healing is an inward journey to identify and explore your negative feelings and find the best ways to release them. There are moments in life that there are parts of us that require therapy. It is a signal that something within you is out of balance and needs your immediate attention, love, and care. The time has come to learn about these negative signals and to treat the root cause. This can be achieved through emotional healing where life experiences shall no longer control our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It means you have mastered the art of coping with various stressors.

When you are emotionally healed, you don’t feel the psychological hurt that was bothering you some time back. Your being hurt have healed and you do not feel any significant pain. In this process of healing, your past will not become a barrier to live the present moment happily and peacefully. Healing your emotions and changing your negative thoughts into Positive Thoughts, thereby becoming more strong and more confident from within. When you choose to heal yourself emotionally from your old familiar pattern of hurt and disappointments, followed by acceptance and awareness, you take a step forward towards recovery. You free Yourself and moves towards growth and well-being ❤

Taking Care of Me!

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible. I have been writing about Various ways to be able to Lead a Good Life”. Today I am writing a post about, “Taking Care of Oneself” which is a very Valuable Lesson to each one of us, in order to be able to Lead a good life”!

Work can make us feel good about ourselves and give us a sense of purpose; it’s an important way to help us to protect and improve our mental health and wellbeing. However, sometimes work and life stress can negatively affect our health. Mental health is not fixed or static. We can move back and forth along this at different times during our lives. To cope with the stresses of work and overcome life’s daily challenges, it is important we stay as mentally well as possible. This can help us better overcome challenges, build healthy relationships and work more productively. 

Stress is part of everyday life, and it is not always a problem. A little bit of stress – like the stress you feel during a job interview – can sometimes help you perform better. It is usually temporary and can help you to focus and do your best under pressure. Workplace stress is something we all experience, whether it’s in the form of heavy workloads, or just workplace culture, it can all contribute to us feeling pressured at work. Like stress in general, when workplace stress starts to become intense, comes from multiple sources, or is drawn out for long periods of time, it can increase risks to physical and mental health or cause an existing condition to making it more!

It’s important to recognize that mental health can be affected in multiple ways. While there is stress relating to our work environments that need to be managed, we must also remember to monitor the stresses in our personal life as well.  Learning to identify when you’re stressed – so that you can avoid or manage stressful situations – is an important way to stay well. Everyone is different, with different roles – at home and at work – and there is no single best approach to staying mentally well, but there are several things you can do every day to improve your wellbeing. The points in each of the four segments of this ‘Taking care of yourself and staying well’ section can all contribute to getting the balance right, so you continue to contribute to your work role and nurture your career and allow time for important people and interests in your personal life.

Now you have to know why I chose this Topic. It is because I have been Donating and Giving so much of My Money, Energy and Time, it came to a Point I felt, I was Not Getting Back hardly anything or even Gratitude and feel rather a bit sad! So, I did look at all what I have been doing in the past and, “Decided that I have to Look after myself first as No one is able to Know what is important to me, and they go about doing things that they want not so much aware of the person, that is Me!

I hope You learnt something new or remembered things You already knew. As usual I referred many books magazines and the I net for extra knowledge and picture posts to Make you better informed 🙂
