Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. Thought of writing about Colour Therapy.  Hope All of You are in Good Health, and “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. Today I am writing about How you can Relax with “Colouring” So it is Therapy to do with Colouring. Art groups and Mandalas – are all examples of something called ‘Art as Therapy’. The term ‘Art as Therapy’ captures the idea of Creativity being beneficial for our well-being!

What makes art as therapy so beneficial?

There are two Things to do with Art:
1. Art materials themselves can be soothing and enjoyable to look at and touch.
2. We can express ourselves in a non-verbal (without speaking) way.

Art materials

Using clay as an example, this material can help us feel grounded when we start to concentrate on the feeling and texture. The moment it is first touched clay in a session, they have a reaction of surprise as it is usually a lot colder than room temperature. Another curious but pleasing effect is seeing our fingerprints show up in the clay. This is a very tactile material, which can help relax you when you’re having a stressful day. There is something indescribably pleasurable about handmade pottery, both for the user of the vessel and the potter who makes it.

Below are, “Straw Berries” they are called as they are grown on the ground usually with straw, one thing is not for mud to get, other thing is to keep safe from Birds eating them 🙂

Making Colours with Fruits and Vegetables. You can take The Juice and colour with that also!

See how “The Carrot is cut to make patterns” You can use different colours too with it 🙂

You can take some paints from The colours that are being used to paint walls. Which are very cheap Painting!

See this is also Art. Patterns done with Stones of Different shapes and Colours.

Sea shells found free on “The Sea Beach” you can make patterns. Heart shape made of seashells on the beach:)

Art Therapy: “Art can show the very deepest part of us, where one does not speak. Colouring is a Great way to forget about worrying or Thinking too much.

This is if you like to Colour. Focusing(Concentrating) and staying quiet it is fun to spend time coloring with many different and Beautiful Colours. It can be any type of colouring. You can see many different colours, shapes, Patterns as you colour. With each stroke “Your Stress is taken off” 🙂

Expression:

Expression can help us feel better because, generally, we need to get things off our chest or mind. When we do this we clear mental space and make room for insight. Now we’ve briefly looked at why it could be beneficial, let’s look at some examples of art as therapy. Get ready because it can be so, so many things 🙂

  • art group – painting, clay work, knitting, etc.
  • journaling
  • mindful mandalas
  • destress colouring books
  • paint by numbers 
  • writing poems

Knitting is a method by which yarn is manipulated to create a textile, or fabric. It is used to create many types of garments. Knitting may be done by hand or by machine.

Knitting creates stitches: loops of yarn in a row, either flat or in the round (tubular). There are usually many active stitches on the knitting needle at one time. Knitted fabric consists of a number of consecutive rows of connected loops that intermesh with the next and previous rows. As each row is formed, each newly created loop is pulled through one or more loops from the prior row and placed on the gaining needle so that the loops from the prior row can be pulled off the other needle without unraveling.

Differences in yarn (varying in fibre type, weight, uniformity and twist), needle size, and stitch type allow for a variety of knitted fabrics with different properties, including color, texture, thickness, heat retention, water resistance, and integrity. A small sample of knitwork is known as a swatch.

The list goes on. Basically, any creative expression that you enjoy can be seen as ‘Art as Therapy’. That’s great that it can help people, but what about Art Therapy?

What is art therapy?

Art therapy is a mental health treatment, also known as “art psychotherapy“. It uses art materials to use expression alongside verbal communication, although in some cases it may be solely non-verbal (dependent on the client group). We may also simply find it easier to talk when the spotlight isn’t on us and we can play with some “Art Material” as we talk. It can be helpful when it is hard to find the words to say how we are feeling or what we experienced.

Listed below are some of the key differences between art as therapy and art therapy.

Art as therapy:

  • You can do it alone or with others.
  • Can be combined with mindful practice for added benefit.
  • Any frequency – daily, weekly, etc.
  • Any medium – journaling All About Writing!, clay work, etc.
  • Art, expression and creativity are in lots of things we may enjoy that help our well-being – cooking, baking, walking, playing, dancing Hobbies ~ Do What You Really Like To Do!
  • It’s a form of self-care.

Art therapy:

  • A form of therapy also known as art psychotherapy.
  • A mental health treatment.
  • Always facilitated by a Art Psychotherapist
  • Usually sessions are one hour per week.
  • Can be one to one or in group sessions.
  • Nonthreatening form of communication.

Therapy ~ Relaxation!

Hello To All My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I Hope All of You are in Good Health, and “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. Today I am writing about “Therapies in Relaxation”. Find a place where you won’t be disturbed, where you can lower the lights and let your mind relax. It is best to do the exercise sitting rather than lying down. There are periods of quietness ❤

Relaxation therapy refers to a number of ways to teach someone to be able to relax voluntarily means on Their own~ Freely. These techniques or ways, special breathing practices and muscle relaxation exercises, which are done to reduce physical and mental tension.


They are shown in a number of techniques or ways of stress reduction, taking off the tension throughout the body and a peaceful state of mind. Different methods of relaxation; breathing exercises and guided imagery and visualization techniques; biofeedback, water therapy, color therapy, etc. Many techniques employ the use of repetition through words, sounds, phrases, prayer, body sensations and coordinated muscle movements. There are a number of other activities that can promote relaxation, including massagelistening to musicyoga and meditation.

Muscle tension is usually associated with stress and anxiety, which are strongly associated with Low Moods also called depression and mental and muscle tension, and learning to voluntarily (on your own) to let go of this tension.


There have been a number of ways on the effect of relaxation therapy for people with low moods that is also called depression. In general, these studies have found that relaxation therapy works, such as cognitive behaviour therapy.


Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: Therapists help clients on how they, “Construct reality (how they tell about their journey) and examine the Implications and Conclusions clients draw from their own experiences” Telling about the of The Rest of The Journey ~ What They did to Survive and Cope ~ bolster clients Strengths and Help Them Develop Resilient behaviours. In this way, “Clients can Move from being Clients to ~ “Strong Willed Survivors”.

1. Are clients now able to describe “A New Life Story about themselves and the World”?
2. Do clients now use more Positive Metaphors to Describe Themselves?
3. Are clients now able to “Predict high-risk situations and Employ Coping Skills in emerging problems”?
4. Are clients able to “Take Credit for the changes”, “They have been able to bring about”?

In Successful Therapy Clients, “Develop Their Own Voices Take Pride in what They have Accomplished, and “Take Ownership of The Changes they are bringing about”. In short, “CLIENTS BECOME THEIR OWN THERAPISTS and TAKE THE THERAPISTS VOICE WITH THEM ❤

Community groups often run relaxation classes. There are also therapists who teach relaxation, who can be found in the Relaxation Therapy. Books and audio files giving instructions in relaxation therapy are available from bookshops and online. Find a place where you won’t be disturbed, where you can lower the lights and let your mind relax. It is best to do the exercise sitting rather than lying down. There are periods of quietness.

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. Thought of writing about “Stress” again after That Thing called Stress! so this will be like a Revision post with many Picture posts. As at this present time some are going through “Extreme weather conditions in some countries, and other issues in some countries and the Health problem world wide. How to deal with it from “What I know” 🙂

Most of the diseases are said to be linked to stress. Disease is “Lack of ease that comes from the language French”. Stress happens on a daily basis in our world today. And when people interpret events in Negative way.

Therapy ~ Being Strong!

Hello To All My Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I hope as usual all of you are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. Now that I have started My Mission, “Working towards Mental Wellness openly, I have pasted Stickers on my Little Car also 🙂

After writing about “I Care” I am writing about Being Strong, I have written an article some time back, You are Stronger than You Think! These are “The latest pens I have got to” Distribute Free with the Website Cards ❤

With so much happening with “The current Health issue” Not only of Mental Wellness” But all around I thought going further and “Encouraging and Motivating To Be Stronger Is Very Important” They have come out Beautifully. All of you can down load the pictures “Its only the pens I cannot give”!

From Time to Time there can be There are lots of changes and challenges around our lives. See the present “Health Issues” There are forces around that we can deal with, but then without facing them with Strength, Sometimes, “We allow them to influence our lives too much”! This is because we have not realized how Strong our minds are. So by believing that these will be able to make our lives successful or unsuccessful, we “Allow them to Control our lives instead of us taking the upper hand and become the Masters and become Independent of all these forces that try to influence us”!

Any time something like this happens, “you need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you. The thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will some really understand what you are going through. Or sometimes  it can be that, the very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you will get upset themselves and might be not able to help you to heal”. At these times see if you can find “A Friend, even an outsider who Understand” You and “Now You can reach me on the I net ❤

Know That, “It MATTERS to ME that YOU become “Well and I CARE” ❤ and it “Hurts me to Feel that you feel hurt or sad”. I know how it hurts when people are unkind or cruel. And sometimes things do not work the way you want. “DO NOT GIVE UP IN ANYWAY” or try to do things that will harm your Health in anyway. Know that You can Heal. “Be Strong” and some how “HOLD ON” and “TALK” to someone who can be Kind and Listen To You. You Know that although I don’t know you personally, as I have developed, “My Third Eye”. My senses are VERY STRONG and I might FEEL that someone is in NEED and Healing Energy can Travel to You ❤
Thoughts can Travel Long Distance and also “HEALING ENERGY” which is, The “GIFT that I have got by “Working Very Hard for Years, Giving, Sharing and Praying Very Hard with Dedication and Sacrifice: “Prayer energy which also can be called Healing Energy” can travel far and wide to distant places too. Counselling is Not just for people who have a problem. It can be for, “Advice for some studies or a job or any other personal matter to get the “Best Advice Possible from those who are Qualified and have Better Knowledge and Understanding”!

I Hope all these will Be Helpful at times when your feel You need some Strength . Because, “Think this way” ❤

Trust me, if you can listen to some uplifting music, (as doing other things might too much for you, at certain times). it really helps, it does for me ❤

If you can listen a little loud all the better, but of course it might be you have to listen through the headphones, not to disturb the others, I do Love Music and when I am listening I listen through the headphones, if you like to dance or do some movements even sitting and watching can Help to Relax and Distract ❤
