Hello to you all this is from year 2020. Update: 1st March 2025: I am re- doing some of the articles as after so much of posts and even getting well and even being Fully Qualified I Have Qualified!as a Professional Psychologist Msc and PhD some Foolish People still trying to say I am not well! I am completely recovered from, “The low moods I was going through, and am completely in Good Health now. I have expanded my knowledge and gained more experiences in life. I have moved on tremendously from the past and am moving on and see The World in Full Colour 🙂

His name is so well known that it’s used as a common nickname whenever someone does something smart. This German theoretical physicist is so much more than just a name though; he’s made several groundbreaking discoveries throughout his lifetime, including being the brain behind developing the theory of relativity.

In short, one can say I am “Editing All the Posts in a Positive way” I value my health very much, especially now as I am completely healthy. “I have a Healthy diet, Proper exercises, Rest and Relaxation so that I am fit and healthy, both in body and mind” 🙂

Why people get sad or upset is because they are unable to be who they are and do the things that they really like. Yes we know we all have to abide by some form of discipline. We need to fit into family, work, society to some extent, we cannot just say and do things only how it suits us, but FREEDOM is Very Important. Erich Seligmann Fromm (March 23, 1900 – March 18, 1980) was a German-born American social psychologist,   psychoanalystsociologisthumanistic philosopher. Fromm believed that freedom was an aspect of human nature that we either embrace or escape. He observed that embracing our freedom of will was healthy,

Their request that, “We must only do what they understand, is an attempt to, ‘Dictate’ as mostly they ‘Resent’ our ‘Freedom’ and our ‘Courage’ to be ourselves.

How many lives have been ‘Affected’ by this need to explain, which usually implies that the explanation be, ‘Understood’ i.e. Approved.

But sometimes people are controlled too much. Instead of “adjusting” to fit in or live in harmony with another person or persons (it can be any life situation), sometimes people have to “completely change” from who they are. This is going completely against our natural way of life, our personality that we are born with. You can think of yourself wearing a dress or suit that is not to your colour style or eating foods that is not to your taste. How do you feel? Uncomfortable. No? Why? “BECAUSE ALL PEOPLE ARE BORN TO BE FREE, and ALWAYS HAS THE NEED TO FEEL FREE and at PEACE” When people are not “Allowed to be who they are, “ACCORDING TO EACH PERSON’S PERSONALITY” to be able to live the WAY THEY ARE BORN TO LIVE. Education is Very Important. So we can Learn so many things ourselves as, “We are the only people who know exactly what and how we want to act and do things, to be relaxed, comfortable and at ease, as “The term Dis-ease simply means lack of ease or harmony within the body”.

Progress of My Path ~ 2025!

Hello to My Dear Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

Hope all of you keeping well and looking forward to year 2025. I am amazed at how 2024 has flown by. Well, I started as a Writer and an Author and an Independent Publisher. After I have been writing on “My Blog for about 10 years I have become an “Author, A writer and an “Independent Publisher” 

To gain more knowledge, I did some courses through Monash University, on “Personal development and Natural Health and Healing”. And also studied “A Diploma Course on Theory and Practice of Counseling and Psychotherapy” under Health Academy Australia.

And then finally done my Thesis and Earned A Doctorate to be A fully Qualified Professional Psychologist in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Deepa Nilamani has been awarded The (Master of All Sciences) M.Sc. Master of Science: an advanced university degree in science and Ph.D. Doctor of Philosophy as the most Distinguished Professional Psychologist in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy,

I also studied further as I had General knowledge and also extensive knowledge from my Maternal Great Grandfather and Grandfathers who were Ayurvedic Doctors and also under https://collegedunia.com/university/25899-sri-chandrasekharendra-saraswathi-viswa-mahavidyalaya-scsvmv-university-kanchipuram online!

Somehow, I have been very keen and interested on Ayurveda as I was aware of so many Medicinal plants and trees around my grandfather’s estate when He used to go for early walks when I was there during my school holidays as the eldest of the grandchildren. And in the house where some special medicines were made at home by a special person to give free when he went to the clinic Ayurveda ~1!Ayurveda ~ 2!Ayurveda ~ 3!

Also, I was interested in Botany and got top marks for Botany in my Advanced Level as a subject at that time I did not pursue any further. Ayurveda is Natural and has almost no unnecessary aftereffects, I took like “Duck to water”. And now through some of Their Assets have been released to follow their footsteps in “Pure Service”” in the field of Good Health and Healing in “Mind and Body” it is going Hand in Hand towards Good Health and Healing 🙂

I started this blog in September 2015, mainly to spread the messages on Good Health. My main intention was to make You the reader feel “More Positive” and to have that “Faith and Hope” so that you can reach up and make ‘Yourselves Better and Happier”. I kept My Faith and succeeded in My Life. The Beautiful thing is” I have achieved what I wanted through Faith. And then next post was Joy and now “Love” ❤

When it comes to love, some people would say it is one of the most important human emotions. Love is a set of emotions and behaviors characterized by intimacy, passion, and commitment. It involves care, closeness, protectiveness, attraction, affection, and trust. Many say it’s not an emotion in the way we typically understand them, but an essential physiological drive. 

Love is a physiological motivation such as hunger, thirst, sleep. There are countless songs, books, poems, and other works of art about love (you probably have one in mind as we speak!). Yet despite being one of the most studied behaviors, it is still the least understood. For example, researchers debate whether love is a biological or cultural phenomenon. How Do You Know You’re Feeling Love for Someone? What are some of the signs of love? Researchers have made distinctions between feelings of liking and loving another person.

It is said Romantic love is made up of three elements:

  • Attachment: Needing to be with another person and desiring physical contact and approval
  • Caring: Valuing the other person’s happiness and needs as much as your own
  • Intimacy: Sharing private thoughts, feelings, and desires with the other person
    While people tend to view people they like as pleasant, love is marked by being devoted, possessive, and confiding in one another. 

Are There Different Types of Love?

Yup—not all forms of love are the same, and psychologists have identified a number of different types of love that people may experience.

These types of love include:

  • Friendship: This type of love involves liking someone and sharing a certain degree of intimacy.
  • Infatuation: This form of love often involves intense feelings of attraction without a sense of commitment; it often takes place early in a relationship and may deepen into a more lasting love.
  • Passionate love: This type of love is marked by intense feelings of longing and attraction; it often involves an idealization of the other person and a need to maintain constant physical closeness.
  • Compassionate/companionate love: This form of love is marked by trust, affection, intimacy, and commitment.

Is Love Influenced By Biology or Culture?

Love is most likely influenced by both biology and culture. Although hormones and biology are important, the way we express and experience love is also influenced by our own conceptions of love.

Some researchers suggest that love is a basic human emotion just like happiness or anger, while others believe that it is a cultural phenomenon that arises partly due to social pressures and expectations. Research has found that romantic love exists in all cultures, which suggests that love has a strong biological component. It is a part of human nature to seek out and find love. However, culture can significantly affect how individuals think about, experience, and display romantic love.

Is Love an Emotion?

Many say it’s not an emotion in the way we typically understand them, but an essential physiological drive. On the other hand, the American Psychological Association defines it as “a complex emotion.” Still, others draw a distinction between primary and secondary emotions and put love in the latter category, maintaining that it derives from a mix of primary emotions.

How to Show Love to Another Person

  • Do your best and be willing to apologize when you make mistakes.
  • Let them know that you care.
  • Listen to what they have to say.
  • Prioritize spending time with the other person.
  • Reciprocate loving gestures and acts of kindness.
  • Recognize and acknowledge their good qualities.
  • Share things about yourself.
  • Show affection.
  • Make it unconditional.

Love, attachment, and affection have an important impact on well-being and quality of life. Loving relationships have been linked to:

Tips for Cultivating Love

Lasting relationships are marked by deep levels of trust, commitment, and intimacy. Some things that you can do to help cultivate loving relationships include:

  • Try loving-kindness meditation. Loving-kindness meditation is a technique often used to promote self-acceptance and reduce stress, but it has also been shown to promote a variety of positive emotions and improve interpersonal relationships. involves meditating while thinking about a person you love or care about, concentrating on warm feelings and your desire for their well-being and happiness.
  • Communicate. Everyone’s needs are different. The best way to ensure that your needs and your loved one’s needs are met is to talk about them. Helping another person feel loved involves communicating that love to them through words and deeds. Some ways to do this include showing that you care, making them feel special, telling them they are loved, and doing things for them.
  • Tackle conflict in a healthy way. Never arguing is not necessarily a sign of a healthy relationship—more often than not, it means that people are avoiding an issue rather than discussing it. Rather than avoid conflict, focus on hashing out issues in ways that are healthy

History of Love

Only fairly recently has love to become the subject of science. In the past, the study of love was left to “the creative writer to depict for us the necessary conditions for loving,” according to Sigmund Freud. “In consequence, it becomes inevitable that science should concern herself with the same materials whose treatment by artists has given enjoyment to mankind for thousands of years, Research on love has grown tremendously since Freud’s remarks.
