Hope All of You are Keeping in Good Health. This is a Topic I have felt The Need to write as I have found out “Very Important at “These Times of Health Issues”. Panic Attacks ❤
Update: 27th October 2021: Actually there is a “Very Important incident for this” which I didn’t want to write immediately. One day I had finished my shopping and sat to have a bit of a rest before going to the car. There was a lady seated in the same seat who was going to the shops having a rest. I try to spread my “Website as much as possible” so I asked her “Do you like reading and she said not much but “My daughter reads”. Then I said give her this card it is my website. She wanted to know what it was and I said, “It is about how I was going through Low Moods and How I have overcome and writing for others to know that they also can “To Give Hope and Strength” Then she said “In that case “The daughter is going through Panic Attacks and since recently she has had enough to the extent she feels her life is useless and is thinking of ending her life” I told her then” Please Take her to a Doctor immediately, and she said “Yes she was going to do so” Then I had bought this Book and I quickly wrote, “YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK” She was feeling shy to take it but, I said it’s ok I can buy another one. Let her read this until you take her to the Doctor. Can you see “The picture? Isn’t it a wonder how a Girl is seated against the sun? The topics in the Book itself? I got Healing Energy into My Hands too, “So I knew She was going to Heal” I wrote this Post Immediately after I went home ❤
How is a panic disorder treated?
If you suffer from panic disorder, it can be helpful to know 2 things at First:
- Don’t Think of Them as You are in life-threatening danger.
- And keep Your strength and Hope that the symptoms will go away.
At The same Time “Please see A Doctor “As soon as Possible”!
- What is A Panic Attack: A Panic Attack is a response to a stressful situation, where you feel like you are losing control.
May 1st 2022: This is some new information I found in a “Psychology Magazine” Yes already it is shown water helps to feel fresh and to feel Relaxed, and to splash water on our faces above also, and even when we are tired and hot. I know that its really Fresh and Relaxed Myself 🙂 But now what is being said is to use ice water if possible or very cold water. “A Sudden change in Temperature makes a, “Deeply Relaxing Shift so Muscle Tension and shakiness drops. And supposed to “Stop the Panic attack in its tracks” You need to take a Bowl of cold water, If possible or like to add some ice (ice might be not ok if its very cold winter or have sensitive skin). And to Dip your whole face in the bowl for a little while. All depends on each of you. And to do again if necessary 🙂

If you have a panic attack, you might have a racing heart and be flushed with sometimes Pain you chest also. You might feel sweaty, shaky, dizzy Faintish and breathless. You may not have all these and know “What You get” Whether it is mild or severe when people over work or get hurt, they get stressed. And when it comes to Healing, You have to somehow “Learn to Relax” and let Your feelings of “Stress which is, discomfort or sadness reduced” ❤
Here are some more Ideas, “That You can choose or which are Possible for Each of You” To do As Soon As Possible ❤
You need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you ❤
The thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will they really understand what you are going through. Or sometimes it can be that, the very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you will get upset themselves and might be not able to help you. At these times see if you can find “A Friend, even an outsider who can Understand” You ❤
To manage panic disorder, you need strategies to regain some control. Techniques that can help you feel calmer include:
- Relaxation strategies
- Breathing exercises
Make Note: This is ***This is Not Professional Counselling*** What I am writing is “Mostly My first hand Knowledge and Experiences, and also, doing references”. You Need To Talk with A Doctor and Take, “Advice or Help” You need to work on it with all available resources. And do see a Medical Personnel, a Doctor, Counsellor or Therapist ❤
This is to explain what “The Counsellor Does” He or she has to meet you and be Helpful by: Listening to what You have to say. They have to, “Be Able to Be Kind, Understand and Trust” and to be So it has to be that “The Counsellor Matches Your Personality” and Understand You ❤

I love that you are taking time out to share with others how to deal with panic attacks from personal experience. Many times people feel alone and have no idea others are dealing with the same struggles. These are great tips!
