Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤
Hope You are all keeping in Good Health. As I said the next post will be on Hope and here it is. Hope is an optimisticstate of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to events and circumstances in one’s life or the world at large. As a verb, its definitions include: “expect with confidence” and “to cherish a desire with anticipation. 🙂
In psychology
Hope comes into its own when crisis looms, opening us to new creative possibilities, that with great need comes an unusually wide range of ideas, as well as such positive emotions as happiness and joy, courage, and empowerment, drawn from four different areas of oneself: from a cognitive, psychological, social, or physical perspective. Such positive thinking bears fruit when based on a realistic sense of optimism, not on a naive “false hope”. In psychology linked hope to the existence of a goal, combined with a determined plan for reaching that goal. and for the centrality of goal-seeking in human psychology,
This is about Hope link between hope and mental willpower as well as the need for realistic perception of goals (problem orientation), arguing that the difference between hope and optimism was that the former can look like wishful thinking, but the latter provides the energy to find practical pathways for an improved future. meaning an unspoken desire for a positive outcome for those who are in control in the wider society.
Hope and wishing. Those that are hopeful are actively trying to investigate the best path of action while taking into consideration the obstacles. Research has shown though that many of those who have “hope” are wishfully thinking.
Hope Theory
In positive psychology, hope can impact several aspects of life such as health, work, education, and personal meaning. There are three main things that make up hopeful thinking:
Goals – Approaching life in a goal-oriented way.
Pathways – Finding different ways to achieve your goals.
Agency – Believing that you can instigate change and achieve these goals. In other words, hope was defined as the perceived capability to derive pathways to desired goals and motivate oneself via agency thinking to use those pathways.
Individuals who are able to realize these three components and develop a belief in their ability are hopeful people who can establish clear goals, imagine multiple workable pathways toward those goals, and persevere, even when obstacles get in their way. Hope and wishing. Those that are hopeful are actively trying to investigate the best path of action while taking into consideration the obstacles. Research has shown though that many of those who have “hope” are wishfully thinking ❤

Hello to, All My Dear Readers, Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤
I started this blog in September 2015, mainly to spread the messages on Good Health. My main intention was to make You the reader feel “More Positive” and to have that “Faith and Hope” so that you can reach up and make ‘Yourselves Better and Happier”. There is various explanation of Faith. But this is how I know and kept My Faith and succeeded in My Life. The Beautiful thing is ”I have achieved what I wanted through Faith. And the next post will be on Hope 🙂
Faith is defined as belief with strong conviction. It is a firm belief in something for which there may be no tangible proof—complete trust, confidence, reliance, or devotion. Faith is the opposite of doubt.
Faith’ is a broad term, appearing in locutions that point to a range of different phenomena. We speak of ‘having faith that you will succeed, despite setbacks. ‘Being a person of faith,’ ‘professing and keeping the faith. and so on. At its most general ‘faith’ means much the same as ‘trust’. Uses of ‘faith’ and ‘faithfulness’ closely parallel ‘trust’ and ‘trustworthiness’ and these are often used interchangeably. Yet one of the striking and intriguing facts about theorizing in this area is that people have offered radically different accounts of what faith is to which faith belongs. Is it a psychological state. affective or perhaps some combination of both? Is it an act or disposition to act—or is there at least some sort of connection to action essential to faith and, if so, to what sorts of acts?
One component of faith is a certain kind of affective psychological state—namely, having a feeling of assurance or trust. Some philosophers hold that faith is to be identified simply with such a state: “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”

Tips
Coriander is a member of the same plant family as caraway, dill weed, fennel If you are allergic to these types of spices, you may have some sensitivity or be allergic to coriander. Good-quality coriander seeds are yellow/brown and should release a pleasant, slightly peppery or spicy flavour when squeezed. Light green seeds are bitter in taste. Toasting coriander seeds brings out a richer flavor. Store seeds in a cool, dry, dark place, in airtight containers. This way, they stay well for many months.
Put layers of sliced lemons and honey, until the jar is filled. Stir to make sure the lemons are covered.
I recommend slicing the lemons very thinly for best results. I sliced my lemons about ⅛-inch thick.
You can use another citrus for this recipe, too. Oranges and limes also work great.
Since you are eating the rind of the lemon, be sure to wash and scrub before slicing.
What is Dinacharya?
Dinacharya focuses on undertaking certain activities in order to balance the doshas that rise or drop according to the time of the day. By following the Dinacharya as mentioned in Ayurvedic medicine, you lead a more disciplined life and set your daily routine to align yourself with nature and remain disease-free and happy. Here is an insight into the concept of Dinacharya and how it can be used effectively to restore your body’s natural rhythm. Dina means ‘day’ and ‘acharya’ means ‘activity’. According to Ayurveda, it is a daily regime that includes self-care and helps you achieve alignment of self with nature and greater self-awareness. If you follow dinacharya, you can live in harmony with nature, get rid of diseases and stress, improve your bodily processes, experience internal peace, and thus lead a healthier and happier life 🙂

Hello To, All My Readers Followers and Blogging Friends ❤
I hope all of you are keeping well. Today I thought of writing about Psychology of Psychology. Strange it may sound but suddenly it came to my mind. Let me see how the article will go 🙂
Psychology Officially started as a Discipline in 1879 when the first Psychology lab was established in the University of Leipzig, in Germany.
What is Psychology?
Psychology is the scientific study, analysis, and investigation of behavior and mental processes. Psychologists actively study and understand human cognitive processes, and behavior.
Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. Why study Psychology? The study will give you new ways to look at and interpret your world and the people who inhabit it.
The world of psychology contains looks and tones and feelings; it is the world of dark and light, of noise and silence, of rough and smooth; its space is sometimes large and sometimes small, as everyone knows who in adult life has gone back to his or her home; its time is sometimes short and sometimes long, It contains all the thoughts, emotions, memories, and imaginations,
The Scope of Psychology
As psychology has evolved as a science, its fields of specialization have multiplied and its educational and training requirements have become formalized. Psychologists work in a variety of fields in academic and professional settings. Psychology should be the chief basic science upon which the practices of education depend. It should have supplied education with the information it needs concerning the processes of understanding, learning, and thinking, among other things. One of the difficulties has been that such theory as has been developed has been based primarily upon studies of behaviors.
Personality psychology is a branch of psychology that examines personality and its variation among individuals. It aims to show how people are individually different due to psychological forces. Its areas of focus include:
Describing what personality is
Documenting how personalities develop
Explaining the mental processes of personality and how they affect functioning
Providing a framework for understanding individuals
“Personality” is a dynamic and organized set of characteristics possessed by an individual that uniquely influences their environment, cognition, emotions, motivations, and behaviors in various situations. The word personality originates from the Latinpersona. Personality also pertains to the pattern of thoughts, feelings, social adjustments, and behaviors persistently exhibited over time that strongly influences one’s expectations, self-perceptions, values, and attitudes. Personality also predicts human reactions to other people, problems, and stress. described two major ways to study personality psychology is an attempt to understand the unique aspects of a particular individual. The biggest misconception (wrong thinking) about psychology is that it is not big (rigorous) enough to tackle the big, “important” questions because its methods as a field are limited. While psychology continues to be an important source of insights about human nature and potential, as a young and growing science it faces pressure from all sides to prove its worth.
Clinical psychology is a people’s science, behavioral science, theory, and clinical knowledge for the purpose of understanding, preventing, and relieving psychologically-based distress and to promote subjective well-being and personal development. Central to its practice are psychological assessment, and psychotherapy, although clinical psychologists also engage in research, teaching, consultation, and program development and administration. In many countries, clinical psychology is a regulated mental health profession. All the lessons of psychiatry, psychology, social work, indeed culture, have taught us over the last hundred years that it is the acceptance of differences, not the search for similarities which enables people to relate to each other in their personal or family lives.
Organizational psychologists work with people and organizations. They are experts in areas such as leadership and talent management, recruitment, performance management, occupational health and safety, change management and career development. The Master of Organizational Psychology will provide you with the skills, knowledge and qualifications to work in a wide range of organizations such as consultancies, large companies and government departments. The practical basis of the medical profession rested on psychology. Everyone felt better when self-confident, when Doctors relieved others of the responsibility for deciding what to do. As such, their role was strictly medical.
Educational Psychology: Applied Psychologists working in education study the social, emotional and cognitive processes involved in learning and apply their findings to improve the learning process. Education in all fields are necessary. Education is the Key to unlock the Golden Door to Freedom! When you focus on the Good and the Possibilities You will have more Opportunities.
Health psychology is the study of psychological and behavioral processes in health, and healthcare. The discipline is concerned with understanding how psychological, behavioral, and cultural factors contribute to physical healthy. Psychological factors can affect health directly. Behavioral factors can also affect a person’s health. To enhance (engaging in exercise) health. Health psychologists understand health to be the product not only of biological but also of psychological (e.g., thoughts and beliefs), behavioral (e.g., habits), and social processes .Education in all fields are necessary.
Environmental psychology is a branch of psychology that explores the relationship between people and the external world. It examines the way in which the natural environment and our built environments shape us as individuals. Environmental psychology emphasizes how people change the environment and how the environment changes people’s experiences and behaviors.
