Hello to, All My Dear Readers Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

Challenge 3

I hope all those who are following my journey are keeping well and reading what I write and learning something new. Life is Not always easy, “That is because everyone’s life is not a straight path even mine”, we all share the same, sometimes slow and sometimes like a roller coaster ride. Of course, I do not go on the real rides as I prefer to look at those going and enjoying

We have to “Be Very Strong” to face the challenges as we come across so many different ways that things happen in life ❤

Challenge 6nd, troubles of all sorts are for all of us. Only some do not show and bear in silence. “Can you think of one person you know who has never been unwell, gone through financial difficulties or stress? Can you? No! So we all go through difficult times, that comes as challenges, for us to overcome them and move over to the next level Up ❤

Challenge 3So you need to know there is a meaning all this. Either you face, overcome them and move on to the next level or not fight, and waste your precious time and energy. In every religion, every wise person, all the books, even the quotes all teach us these things to guide us all. Some may not understand this at once, but Believe, have Faith, and trust how things happen (process) in life. Learn to be wise, read and learn how to make the best use of what is available. It is not only meditation, but prayers and guidance from others, and from our own mind too, we all learn what best to do and what path to follow to achieve our goals ❤

Challenge 2
Human life is so precious. What animal can read? Choose how to live? Do they have a choice? As human beings there are opportunities open to us. We as human beings, majority of us have a choice. It may be some of you are not in a position to choose at this time of your life. But have Faith things can Change. Always have Hope that Life will turn to the better. Pray, Meditate and “As I receive Healing Energies ~ from The Universe” I Pray from My Heart, that Life WILL improve and You will have a better tomorrow a Better Future” ❤

Freedom To Be You!

Today I am writing about, “A Very Important Topic ~ It is about Freedom” It is based on how people try to Manipulate some of us. “The secret of freedom is courage. This verse about Behaviour, is one which I greatly believe from ~ Erich Seligmann Fromm!

Erich_Fromm 1Erich Seligmann Fromm (March 23, 1900 – March 18, 1980) was a German-born American social psychologist,   psychoanalyst, sociologist, humanistic philosopher. Fromm believed that freedom was an aspect of human nature that we either embrace or escape. He observed that embracing our freedom of will was healthy, whereas escaping freedom through the use of escape mechanisms was the root of psychological conflicts. Fromm outlined three of the most common escape mechanisms: automaton conformity, authoritarianism, and destructiveness. Automaton conformity is changing one’s ideal self to conform to a perception of society’s preferred type of personality, losing one’s true self in the process. Automaton conformity displaces the burden of choice from self to society. Authoritarianism is giving control of oneself to another. By submitting one’s freedom to someone else, this act removes the freedom of choice almost entirely. Behavior – “If other people do not understand our behavior what can we do. We behave according to our personalities”.
Their request that, “We must only do what they understand, is an attempt to, ‘Dictate’ as mostly they ‘Resent’ our ‘Freedom’ and our ‘Courage’ to be ourselves.
We owe nobody an explanation or an accounting, as long as, ‘Our acts Do Not Hurt or Infringe them’.
How many lives have been ‘Ruined’ by this need to explain, which usually implies that the explanation be, ‘Understood’ i.e. Approved.
“Let Your Deeds be Judged”. And, ‘From Your Deeds ~ Your real Intentions’
But know that, “A Free Person Owes an Explanation Only to Himself/Herself” And to,’ The Few’ “Who may have Justified Claim for Explanation” ~Erich Fromm.

As human beings, “Freedom is Very Important. In fact it is to, “All Living beings” including the animal kingdom” We are all born with, “A Unique Personality to each other and we all have that need to Behave, to Act and overall Live according to how our personality is”. As I wrote before, “We have the Right to Live freely” how we want, as long as we do not do the wrong things that is harmful to ourselves or to others!

When we are restricted or prevented is, “The times we feel, stressed” That Thing called Stress !!! and if it is how we have to live, long term it’s through because of this Stress we become unwell/sick”. As human beings, “We are lucky that we can learn from others, read and so much of resources to learn ~ How best we can go about to Live according to our personalities/ our ways of doing thing in life ~ how we like to do things” This is by educating ourselves ❤

So we can Learn so many things ourselves as, “We are the only people who know exactly what and how we want to act and do things, to be relaxed, comfortable and at ease, as “The term Dis-ease simply means lack of ease or harmony within the body” ~ The I net! So to be in Harmony within the body, “Just be You” ❤

I hope you like what I wrote and learnt something new, or remembered things you already knew. I know it is sometimes not easy, but have Courage and try as much as do things for you to be relaxed and Happy ❤

To My Happiness Family!

Hope All of you are well and moving along in life well. Today I am writing a different and special article. This is on a request from, “My Happiness Family from Happiness Quotes from Face Book: https://www.facebook.com/DeepaNilamaniMotivation/ ~ to “Re write some of the things I have been writing” as I have not been writing freely as those days. It is true that I have changed as I moved on with time, but that is not only because of time, but mainly because” Certain individuals have disturbed me tremendously, reading what I write and making use of them to disturb me, that I have been cautious the way I write” and lost that certain, “Trend” As one needs to feel free to write how one feels. I am Extremely Grateful to them for their “Concern and Caring”, for trying to uplift me and bring my style of writing back. These people are complete strangers, I have never met or even seen most of them on my page. Shows that, “Although there are those who can be very unkind, “There are Good Caring souls too”. They are All Very Much Blessed with Healing Energies that I have acquired (since 2016) And I wish them, “To Heal and Be Well and Happy in Their Lives” ❤

“Got into my writing mood as I have some Happy News too 😉 I know when I post some quotes, there have been doubts about being really Happy at all times and also when you do Good things it doesn’t come back the same way and so on…..I have been dealing all these questions and doubts when I write with My Knowledge and “True Life Experiences ~ Mine 😀 so what else do you want? As most of the old Happy friends are aware here 🙂
Life is such that there can be, many ups and downs, in different ways. And as I have been writing posting how we deal with is with, “Hope and Faith” and above all the most difficult thing, “Patience” until things move or shift in your favour ❤

Well, this is Good News to Bring back that “Hope and Faith” and also Proof that being “Patient” things do come right and at the Correct Time. What? well I have to keep you all in suspense a little bit more until I really get going 🙂

A New Door has opened for me to go to another Level and Spread My Wings to Share My Knowledge and Experiences with more people for their Benefit which I had wanted to do All throughout My Life. That is, I have started my very own website: Who I am & Why I am Writing!

And Happiness Quotes has been Like a Steppingstone and “I have to Thank Each and Every one of You for your Support by Liking my page Commenting and Encouraging me to go on even when I have been fussing sometimes. I too have learnt a lot by answering and dealing with your questions and Yes, I will be doing this along with my website too. I do Love My Happy Family don’t you know 😀 ❤

Life works in a mysterious way. I uplifted myself while doing, Happiness Quotes” and now, “They are trying to uplift me, knowing that I have been facing a lot of challenges and being stressed and upset. I am extremely “Grateful” Yes, its that what is taking me on to the next Level of My Life so will it be for you all too. “Being Grateful makes You Happy and being Happy makes You Happier” 🙂

You can see what I have gone through, but I still have Faith, and I Believe, “That when you do anything with Loving Kindness and A Good Heart, Life will Begin to ~ Work in Favour ❤

I have become Stronger than Ever before, and most importantly ~ “Blessed being able to Receive Healing Energy. “The Healing Energy will go where it is needed and just like, “Light it will spread out, and cannot be blocked from anyone receiving” For this, you need to know that one need to have “Loving Kindness in Your Heart to be able to receive” ❤

What I can say at this time is, That while things are happening, sometimes one cannot understand exactly, But looking back one can see a pattern, each phase making a picture”. Difficult to know while it it is happening but in Time, You will be able to understand. I have and so will you ❤

Strong 2
Again, “With All what I have gone through, “I have Faith and Strength” to attend to things in my life and, “I Believe by sticking to what is correct, “I am being protected by “God Almighty, The Higher Powers or The Universe”. I like you also to Trust the process ~ as if sometimes you cannot change how things are happening at certain times, other than face life as Best as Possible ~ with Faith, Strength and Courage ❤

I started this blog in September 2015, mainly to write my journey on mental wellness “Just in My Pen Name Deepa Nilamani” ~ But as I have been able to, “Receive Healing Energy ~ which began its Journey since February 2016 ” ~ I have had to introduce myself in, “My Full name” and to be seen from where, “I have acquired, “The Gift of Healing Hands” Down The Generation, “Who My Maternal Grandfather is, and My Great Grandfather is, I have added this Link. It is something I have earned, “Through sheer Hard work, Sacrifices, Sharing, Giving, Donating and through Loving Kindness” and above all being “Truthful and Honest”. “The Universal Energy” is also called “Healing or Pranic energy”, “chi” in China and “ki” in Japan. As we know, energy can travel so, “Prayer energy which also can be called Healing Energy” can travel far and wide to distant places too. Because of this, I have to be doing “Editing and updating” and also as its always “Possible to Add new Information, as “Daily new things are discovered”. And we are able to update and move on to “Higher Wave Lengths” improve our Lives to a Better standard of Life. So “It can be A New Beginnings Always” and I Wish for you also ❤

You have to know that it is Not possible to see But Only “To Feel” ~ “Sometimes you might feel your Right Hand, sometimes it can be the Left Hand (meaning Your fingers and the palm vibrating) that means you are getting Healing Energies. And sometimes it can be Both Hands receiving (again it is the fingers and the palms same way). All depends on How you will need, and they will stay a while, also come and go at certain times and stop. But Keep in Mind They will not just come into Your Hands, If “The are Not needed at Those times”.  Now Even as I am typing I am Having Healing Vibrations in Both My Hands. You also can receive as, “Healing Energy can ~ Anywhere in “The World”. But one must have a Pure Heart and Receive with a Clear Mind and Loving Kindness” ❤

I Am Praying!

How are you all? Today I thought of writing an article, on what I saw on some of your sites. Life is such, it is not a straight path for anyone. There are so many ups and downs as we go along, and we all go through Happy and Joyful times as well as certain challenges and difficulties from our day to day activities. These are for us to grow and move on to Higher Levels in our lives. I know there are many different people in our family of bloggers, writing on various topics, but most of us share a common bond, “We are all Guides, Mentors and Motivators of some sort of issues in Life” ❤

Pray 3Recently I have seen some of you going through physical pain due to illnesses as well as, some who have had faced some challenges, due to unkind and selfish people. I know when this type of things happens, we become troubled and lose faith in how life works. In my case, I am a firm believer in Prayers, and if I cannot see reason or answers, I sit and pray!

I pray daily and today as I was praying it came in to my mind to write an article for all of you as well, on what I believe in, and what I do, with the Hope that some of you can take comfort from this post If you click this Link it will take you into this post of mine: The Power of Prayers!  ❤

All what I have gone through so far now, I have Learnt a Lot. As I said before I pray and ask for Strength, Courage and Guidance from, “Almighty God, The Higher Powers, The Universe” (how ever you believe in) to overcome the challenges or difficulties, and go along the path towards your “Purpose in Life”. From all the experiences You can Learn immensely about Faith, Hope and most importantly being Patient until Life becomes Better. “Being able to forgive is the first step to being free from those who has been unkind and not fair to you ❤

As a result of my praying for “A Very Long Period of Time”, with Dedication and Consistently over the years, now I have begun to receive, Healing Energy” in to my hands ❤

We all have energy, only we need to develop them with lot of hard work meaning “Doing Good Things in Life”. Now at this time of my life, “I feel Blessed” as ” It is something I have earned, “Through Sharing and Giving, loving kindness and above all being Truthful and Honest” ❤

The Gifts Talents come differently to Each person as “All cannot Be or do the same jobs”. Some try to take shortcuts which doesn’t work. To have a “Higher Purpose in Life “Each person “HAS TO GO ABOUT IN LIFE” with HIGH MORALS, DIGNITY and RESPECT!

Morals are formed out of a person’s values. Values are the foundation of a person’s ability to judge between right and wrong.

Morals in Society
  1. Always tell the truth.
  2. Do not destroy property.
  3. Have courage.
  4. Keep your promises.
  5. Do not cheat.
  6. Treat others as you want to be treated.
  7. Do not judge.
  8. Be dependable ~ The I net!

From the day we are born we go through a very long journey. We have to learn so much on our own and as we go along in life, we have to take risks too to move forward. But what matters is we learn from what others do too, as its Not possible to have All The Experiences ourselves in one life time. “The whole world, The vast Universe is open to all ~ “Offering Knowledge and Guidance”, for us to become, “Good human beings ourselves, and to be of value as good citizens to the world”. Once gone through our Life Experiences and Gained, “Knowledge and Wisdom” and lived in loving kindness we can become, “Wise enough to Guide other’s, “To Find Their Goals and Reach Their Destinations too” ❤

While I was praying very hard, for myself I have included “All of you too”, and as I was typing I received some “Healing Energy” to my hands ~ it happens when “I pray, think or do something with, “Loving kindness” and I take them as guidance and approval, that whatever my thoughts or actions were on the correct wavelength. For those of you who believe in energy, “I sincerely hope you receive some “Healing Energy”. This will be in my blog, giving out “Good and Positive Energy” always, for Good Health, Happiness, Prosperity and Peace at Heart, which is the ultimate goal in our lives ❤
