I have been reading some articles and according to the latest statistics, mental illnesses have been going up and “The word Health Organization has stated that depression will be the biggest cause of health burden in the world by 2030”. This something that should be taken on seriously, as so many Lives are at stake. Millions world over supposed to be going through low moods also called depression and many other mental issues. What is Depression?  There are So many under This Topic: Healing ~ Desire To Heal!

It is annoying that so many people “Even those who are highly educated “are still not aware that the mind also can become unwell and can become “Well and Heal too”. Or with some people keep it under control with “Counselling and Medication” well enough “To lead a normal life just like everyone else to Lead a Life of Happiness and Joy” ❤ ❤ ❤

One in seven supposed to, experience major depression in their life time. But 70% of them will not seek treatment. One of the main reasons for this is supposed to be Stigma:

The other reasons are not having access to formal mental health treatment due to being in remote areas, the cost and time limitations. The result of this is people becoming unwell and unable to work or to lead their lives in the normal way and also doing things that is not helpful for your life and giving sadness to their loved ones. In the past it was said that counselling online is of little help, now research has clearly shown that self-guided, online psychological therapy is effective for most people experiencing low moods or depression regardless of severity or back ground. Researchers has also shown that, “E-Mental Health programs can be used to, “Reduce and Prevent the onset of Mental Issues in Young people”. Also “There is evidence that, “Clinically developed Online Psychology Therapy provides a Highly effective and Accessible Solution for this growing problem!

It has been shown and proven that “E-Mental Health programs significantly Reduce Depression and Anxiety symptoms. People are able to find and go through, “Self  Guided internet-Based Cognitive Behavioural  Therapy from their Computers, Tablets or even Smart Phones!

Donald Meichenbaum
Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D. above, is  a founder of “Cognitive Behavioral Modification” and has been voted one of the 10 most influential psychotherapists of the Century. Dr. Meichenbaum is Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and maintains a private practice as a clinical psychologist. He was voted one of the Ten Most Influential Psychotherapists of the Century by North American Therapists in a 1999 American Psychologist Survey . He is considered one of the most cited psychological researchers at Canadian universities. In this way, “Clients can Move from being Clients to ~ “Strong Willed Survivors” and “Successful People ~ Dr. Donald Meichenbaum, Ph.D.

Dr. Meichenbaum uses these questions to evaluate the “Outcome of, “The Therapy”:
1. Are clients now able to describe “A New Life Story about themselves and the World”?
2. Do clients now use more Positive Metaphors to Describe Themselves?
3. Are clients now able to “Predict high-risk situations and Employ Coping Skills in emerging problems”?
4. Are clients able to “Take Credit for the changes”, “They have been able to bring about”?

In Successful Therapy Clients, “Develop Their Own Voices Take Pride in what They have Accomplished, and “Take Ownership of The Changes they are bringing about”. In short, “CLIENTS BECOME THEIR OWN THERAPISTS and TAKE THE THERAPISTS VOICE WITH THEM” ❤

Another Very Important fact is “Gratitude” There is much to the meaning of Gratitude. How I was trained was to, write 5 Gratitudes daily and, gradually I was looking for new things that I am Grateful to write, and without my knowledge my mind was slowly changing to a positive way of thinking. So that was a very big step, in lifting myself from the low moods I was having at the time. You can start by whatever things you are Grateful for but it has to be new ones everyday. Below is something of an example: What is Gratitude?

Each of you will have different things and people to be grateful for according to how your life is. Whatever way, the important thing is, to be aware when good things happen and you acknowledge for all that and to be grateful for them. Hope all of you are well and moving on with life happily. Although I don’t write often there are 2 years of articles that I have written before. To those of you are new, I am now on the path of studying. I have studied “Personal Development and Natural Health and Healing”. Plus trained as an ESL (English as a Second Language) Tutor/Teacher to those who are from other countries who do not “know to Speak or Write in English) and have worked as an ESL tutor in TAFE (Technical and Further Education) Brisbane Australia. At the present I am studying for a Diploma in psychology to expand my knowledge and also to share what ever I learn and discover for others benefit 🙂

Today I want to write about the power of the spoken words, as so many do not realize how powerful words can be. The one who speak positive words or even sing  with loving kindness and compassion cleanses him or herself as well as those who listen, and around them as well as even the surroundings. These positive energy/vibrations can be also any from of prayers or chanting, which heals, bring joy and happiness to the soul ❤

Harsh and negative words on the other hand, obviously has the opposite effect. People do not realize that what ever the words spoken, harsh or kind first becomes absorbed to the person itself who speaks.

So many think when they lash out they hurt the other person, but little do they realize that the words have a bigger impact on the speaker itself before they get to the other person. Those who are kind and compassionate find peace where as those who are unkind and harsh are often stressed and troubled. Which do you choose?

Yes words have a very big impact on all living beings. Even animals as we know how pets and animals react or respond to love and kindness. “Learn to use soft, kind and loving words. They heal and soothes you internally like rocking a baby to sleep” Unkind and harsh works harms you too internally and become toxic and makes the body sick !!!

The words that we say are the thoughts that are working in our minds almost always. Sometimes we ourselves become surprised what comes out of our mouths, we don’t realize those words were the results of how the mind was working.  It is said that we are what our thoughts are. And so it is. Others can gauge/determine what type of a person we are from what topics we talk about, and our use of the words!!!

Benefits of Gratitude!

Here comes the benefits of Gratitudes. It’s said, That in advance it is the “Most Powerful force in The Universe” Please know that unlike my former articles, some of what I am writing now are with added knowledge that I am acquiring in the present. The time has come, that I am fast moving on, and I have written most of my past experiences and done with. Along with my studying, I am also doing a lot of reference and reading on philosophy, psychology, health and endless topics so, It is my journey But ~ now it is being added with new pages and becoming another new chapter in my life 🙂

Although it seems simple thing, it is actually, “sets in motions an ancient spiritual law ~ The more you have and are grateful for the more you attract the more you will be given for you. At the same time I will tell the opposite fact that, “Never say you are broke or bankrupt as the subconscious registers as a picture of emptiness. Instead of seeing all the good things you have it will be the other way around. So make a habit to look our, make a note of the good things you get, you have and live in gratitude 🙂

When you wake up in the morning, get used to be thankful that you have woken up fit and healthy. Every morning when I wake up, “I say Good Morning and say Thank you, to those I believe and respect, and ask for blessings, protection and guidance for everything I do in life, and then thanks again before I go to sleep for all that I have received 🙂
