The Power of Prayers!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers, Followers and Blogging Friends ❤

I have been thinking of writing this article for quite some time, but somehow, I never got to write until now. Its almost going to be a year since I started this blog and although there are many who follow this from Face Book there has been hardly any other bloggers connecting with me. One thing is I have not been connecting with other blogs myself, as well as when anything is new it takes time to grow!!!
So I have been really wanting to move further and feeling rather stuck not being able to progress to my satisfaction. Sometimes in life however much you try, things don’t happen exactly at the times you want. And its not always that we find people who can understand or advice how and when we want to. At these times, I turn to prayers or meditation ❤

Prayer 2
Prayers and meditation are part of my life, and I have now come to a stage that it’s like a need, almost like being in need of food. Whatever the time I listen my energy goes up, and I know when it’s enough too. I have finished my family duties and having stopped work; I have now dedicated myself fully to work towards the wellness and the welfare of mankind. So service is the Purpose of My Life now. I have always wanted to do service.

But never thought this was how, as then I net was not known and I was not doing a website, or never knew about the mind going into low moods. See how life turns out to be. But I am extremely happy that I am able to “Enlighten on so many Topics, including “Wellness of the Mind”. Giving out knowledge for free is the best thing one can ever do 🙂

I have been praying for some time for more opportunities to spread out, and suddenly new doors open for you. I am unable to exactly say how, but for me as I keep on praying, suddenly things move, happen, at the most unexpected ways and in times. New chances come in. I have to mention the fact that, it has to be taken as however each person believes. It can be taken as “Almighty God, The Higher Powers or The Laws of the Universe”. As we all have to know, “We are all under One set of Rules” only according to each person’s faith, the names and the faces are different 🙂

I am a firm believer in the Strength and of the Healing Vibrations and Energy that comes through praying. As my healing from depression is greatly influenced by them. All prayers are with chosen good words, that give out good vibrations that gives good and healing energy. It’s through extreme stress that most illnesses come in. Negative energy causes to deteriorate good health!!!

So, I know now how to listen to peaceful vibrations that helps to calm me down or boost my mood with prayers that has strong vibrations. This can be achieved with good classical music too. As music is one of the best ways of relaxation to get over stress and calm you down, and with strong beat to lift your mood. The difference with prayers is that they are beyond relaxation. As with Faith, they give me guidance when I need and, strength during difficult times. It’s almost like holding on to some unseen source, or the mast of a ship in troubled seas. But we cannot just be praying and sitting around. While praying we need to do our part too. Have Faith and work hard towards what we want in life too ❤

We all know that even during times of crisis of others, people all over the world come together and pray for those affected. For sicknesses, for those who died and got wounded, and for peace. Recently I was challenged on health matters as then, I was asked, why should there be doctors if we can heal ourselves by praying. As I said we do not sit at home and wait for cures, we need to go for medical help too when its needed. Prayers are an additional boost as well as they help to keep you going. As we need to have Hope for anything in life. Faith in prayers is something that gives us that Hope. And not only for others, but something happens inside of us too. Also, we hear every so often of many illnesses being healed with the powers of prayers. I too have had this experience for someone in the family and myself and I believe in this situation it was a test of my faith. As I stood strong and held on to my faith and to the beliefs in all what I am doing 🙂

I believe most people do some kind of praying from whatever religion they belong to. I am not going to tell anyone to do anything, but If any one of you do not, or not done so far you can try at times you feel you need some extra energy or strength or meditating to calm yourself. Regarding myself, I have been taught from small days and been exposed to many religious activities according to our culture. As human beings none of are perfect and during our journey of growing up and then prayers offer us, guidance, strength and above all peace at heart. The ultimate goal in our lives isn’t it 🙂

Some belief? Whatever it is, this is how I think and do, and they have helped me immensely on my journey of healing and guided me and still being guided on the path I am going on 🙂

Our Value in Our Life & in Other’s!

First of all, an update to those who are following my journey. It’s been two years since and I am doing extremely well for what I have been over the years before. Low moods are no more. If I do too much, I tend to I get stressed. But I find that since recently I have become resistance to that too. I have gone through many challenges. But then I have found out that if challenges or difficulties we can somehow overcome, they will make us stronger, and we can go to the next level 🙂

This is to my other young blogging friends, with whom I have recently connected. All this time as I have been working, I really couldn’t look into other blogs and see what other writers are doing. Now that I am connecting with some of them, I am fascinated with the diversity ~ (Differences), as well as admire their strength on what some of them have gone through and how they are coping. We all have to know that life can be difficult sometimes, and when we understand and accept its very much easier to face whatever comes towards us. Yes, this takes practice and also you learn as you go along, with age and maturity. To those who are trying out a lot of things, you do need to learn by trying. It requires “Lots of Hard work, Sacrifices, Persistence and Patience ~ Until ultimately you find the goal on what you want to do or be 🙂

A very important fact that I have notice in life is that sometimes, Taking The Responsibility as your Duty or loving and caring so much, which actually is not fully seen by people or the outside world!

It can be compared to the, “Foundation of a house” Once the house is built everyone can admire the beauty of it. But no one sees how much of hard work went to lay the foundation, which is the base and the beginning of all things. There are so many silent workers in life, it can be in a family, in a work place anywhere. I saw in a post that, “The caterpillar does the hard work but, everyone admires the Butterfly. The pictures below show how The Egg becomes a Caterpillar Chrysalis and Then Butterfly 🙂

Still at the end of the day, you know what you have done. The most important thing is to know yourself, that you have done your duty, even more, and be happy that you did your best. “When you Give out Your Knowledge, Experience and Guide others, Do Your Very Best with, “Loving Kindness From your Heart” ❤

I cannot look on, seeing someone is Not aware of the gravity of a situation or going the wrong way, I find it impossible to stay away, when I can help in some way to change the situation. Actually this comes with ” A Deep Feeling of Caring”, where one can see through, which is also knowledge and to a certain extent the sixth sense or intuition, which some are not mature enough to understand and can take it the wrong way. The reason why sometimes others don’t take notice is, there is what you call the time factor. How ever much we try there is a time to happen?

This is, “The Laws of The Universe” a karmic pattern and applies for all of us, not for one or some. There are times that some have told me when I have advice, at that time they didn’t fully realize or understand it, but later on they understood what I said much earlier. I have been told that these are words that makes them remember well. They do. Suddenly you realize! that person said this to You, and if you have taken it positively, that comes as guidance, at the exact time you need 🙂

In life always there has to be a balance. We need to first see that our needs are taken care of also, before we venture out to give our hand to help. We can give only if we have. We can pull someone up only if we are strong enough. Yes, sometimes we tend to do things even if we are not in a position to do so. But this cannot be always. We need to prioritize our lives in order for us to do well, and in doing so we are able to do more. “We all need to take care of ourselves too” 🙂

Who are We ~ Why are We here?

Hello to, All My Dear Readers Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

How are all of you keeping well I gather. There is so many issues that are happening all over the world in the present times, and I thought of penning my views on this topic according to my knowledge and experiences. When I say so many issues, its not about just war related happening that are going on as I am not someone who gets involved in political or religious issues. But it is in general how people behave and treat other fellow human beings and go about in life 🙂
As human beings we are all able to learn, observe, think and make use of all our senses together, to put into good use for ourselves and others benefit. Once we are born to this world it, “Our Duty to work towards the welfare of All Mankind” But so many do not do this, why? Because they see themselves as one person, as individuals. The society, the world is all inter-related or connected to one another like a web. When people upset from one side, it shakes up another side. Why is all these people who hurt and harm others’ lives are unaware of this. Lord Buddha has preached that, as adult human beings we can, “Discriminate between Right and Wrong” And its wrong to ignore when we can advise or point out if someone is doing something wrong for their benefit. We do not need a religion to exactly know how another person feel. If we get hurt, physically or mentally, we know the same way another will get hurt. Am I correct?

Man is, “The only creature who is able to read, listen, learn and able to choose between right and wrong, with wisdom” When we are born we all go through a process of education from our childhood beginning from “Nursery Rhymes” Starting with our parents then teachers, religion, friends and so many who crosses our paths we are shown in every way, how things work in life. We are given endless opportunities to the maximum; this is why there are two parents. If one fails the other is there, just like two hands and even other family around us. With all these “Guidance” why is it that some end up being extremely deteriorated, evil enough to go to an extent of not only doing grievous harm, but to the extent of destroying such valuable human lives!!!

This is because, with all that “Guidance” these people, “Choose to be Ignorant. Yes, as human beings they choose and continue to be so, when they have all that process of being able to Enlighten, Discipline themselves to be Good Citizens of the world” Ignorance of unwanted issues can be Bliss. As we cannot know and learn everything. But being Ignorant of Human Values are Evil!!!

But it’s not only in these modern days, it is said that, so many good people like, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, were trying to Enlighten and Guide towards better life!!!

Socrates 2 It was Socrates who said that when you harm another, “It’s the soul of that person who is harmed” These are said by many different ways. What goes around comes around, according to, “The Laws of The Universe” “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” A command based on words of “Almighty God Lord Jesus Christ himself”: The Mosaic law contains a parallel commandment: “Whatever is hurtful to you, do not do to any other person”. All these Religions say the same things in different ways!!!

With all that, man harms his brothers, sisters who are all part of each other. We are all energy. Hence connected to each other. We are all soul sisters and brothers of one big family. Still with all that man harms.

The reasons given by many of these great people is, “part of the general society do not want people to do well ~ They Resent others greatness” Greatness does Not come with money. It comes with unselfishness, good values, integrity ~ the quality of being Truthful and Honest and having strong moral principles!!!

This type of people has no rules, no moral values. They have No clue in what they have to do as human beings. But only of themselves. Their values are completely different from those who abide by the rules of, any religion which all come under ~ “The Laws of The Universe”, which governs us all!!!

When people do not have any set values, they do not know who they are. When people have no respect for themselves, they are unable to respect others. Actually, I do not personally understand how people can be so ignorant, even some of those who are highly qualified in certain fields of education. It’s not only those who are uneducated who do the wrong things. It’s among All people, in all colours and in all races in the world. So many have a lot of anger and resentment towards others. It can be religions, culture and even how they look and their status in the society that they want to put them down or even do away with some of them completely. Most of these things come from a section, who are after material things and never gets satisfied at any time!!!

Moral 6

Greed is never ending and never satisfying. Greed can be for anything, whatever can bring someone power over others. Goodness can never be overtaken by evil. As you see, the mind plays a very big part in all our lives. That is why the religions are there, for us to be guided from time to time.

Although we are one, each one can contribute in some way, to the welfare of our world. Mother earth needs to be protected for our future generations. Even bees are in danger because of pesticides. These are selfish acts with no thought of others. If there no bees there can be no, pollinating for thousands of flowers for our fruits and vegetables. So, it’s not only war, but water, food and clean air as well!!!

Why the world is a dangerous place is, because so many people who know its wrong look the other way or take no actions at all. “We need to somehow stand by the weak, helping, giving a hand to the fallen, the sick, the less fortunate however a small way we can” ❤

So today 11th of July 2016, I have worked on this from morning. Almost the whole day. Its the first time I have written an article, that is mostly about religion. I don’t know exactly why I thought to write this, but from the time I started I have been reminded of something my mother said before she passed away 19 years ago. She had great faith in religion and also Devotional Prayers, and passed away very peacefully, that I still continue daily as “I know the value of Healing Energies of any kind of prayers”.  I have been always keen on the knowledge of Buddhism and later went on to read about other religions which comes under, “Sarwa Dharma” Sarva Dharma Sama Bhava – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Sarva Dharma Sama Bhava is an Indian concept embodying the equality of all religions. The concept was embraced by Ramakrishna and Vivekenanda, as well as Gandhi.

It was during our talks that she mentioned, “I have enough knowledge to lecture religion”, which took me by surprise and I took it as a great compliment, as she was highly qualified. I said “That’s The greatest Compliment I have got” I had No idea at that time that, “I will be writing on the I net for many people all over the world today”. I had always wanted to do service. But I never imagined, this is what I ultimately came to do. “The highest form of charity is, giving out what you know to help others ~ “The Gift of Knowledge” 🙂

The essence of true charity is to give something without expecting anything in return for the gift
To the Buddhist, the highest gift of all is the gift of Dhamma. This gift has great powers to change a life

There are those who read in and out of Face Book too. At the time I wrote this long time ago in: 11th July 2016 ~ I had the strength from those who have said not to expect much feedback or comments, that even if I help one person with my knowledge it’s enough for my whole life. “I do not know who read or how many, and I prefer Not to know. As if I know of a known person, then my freedom of writing is disturbed” As then I think will she or he will think I am trying to impress or prove a point! 

Those who are qualified and the doctors may know exactly why you need to take medication without fail to become well and also for prevention depending on each person. Why I am writing all this, is to “Give Hope for all of those out there, for you to some extent recover if not fully”. So that you can have Faith on living a Better and Happier life 🙂

“If my mother was alive, she would have been very happy, to know that today I am, who she thought me to be. I don’t know how Blessing’s work, but from all what I am doing, “I offer Merit to Both my Grandparents from both sides, Parents and my Family, Friends. I am not just me. “I am a collection of many down the generations of both my parents”. Just like material things, knowledge and wisdom are also to be passed on. “Teaching is the act of Sharing the Knowledge We Have been Given by Others with The Hope that Someday, in some way, “It Will Be Passes on and on Again” (11th July 2020 11.24 PM ~ 11.28 as I am editing this article here “I have got Healing Energy in Both My Hands”. I Hope some of you will get them also. They do not stay always. They will flow into you and come and go. I Wish Many Blessings of Good Health and Peace ❤

A very big Thank you to all those who have read and appreciated my articles up to now. I was wondering if what I write was being read and made use all that much, other than Face Book readers. But since the month of June there has many who have read, and not only commented but made some suggestions too. So Thank You for all of you who have been on, “I am My Path” up to now ❤

Saying Thank you is Appreciation. It encourages everyone who takes long hours, not only in writing, but painting, composing/writing music, sculpting and many other work done independently. So do make it a point to take a bit of time to Appreciate, Contribute or buy when possible according to your choice, a paintings, music or any other works. Especially from those who are living as almost all spend endless time and energy and they depend on their work for their living expenses. Even otherwise, Appreciation and support Encourages everyone to feel happy and worthwhile in doing what ever their occupation is and do better 🙂

Being Thankful is also showing Gratitude , “Gratitude is the Key to Happiness” When we feel Grateful, we become more and more Positive. The more Positive we become the more Happier we become. Learn to Appreciate and to be Grateful for all the good things you have and people who are good to you. As Gratitude  bring Happiness and Happiness bring Good Health and Peace of Mind 🙂
