12th October 2021: So far, I have not seen any new ventures. So, want to move on. Still have the balance decluttering bits and tidying and arranging the house, with what is there and also with Spring, needs are changing. The shops have put out Christmas trees and still putting things out everything thing to do with Christmas. So, giving a break to writing here (unless there is a Topic I come across or A need” and getting on with finishing up with arranging the house and also getting ready for Christmas. They are not expensive things as I believe it’s a “Time of giving and Sharing” as especially now Things people need are even more with the ongoing Health issues!

I have not written a Specific Post on: Journaling itself. At these times when so many are “Restricted of Their going about, I thought of Writing a Post on this Topic of “What I have already written, what I already know and also I saw a “Very Good Article on The I net and also I have some paper cuttings, and other books and Magazines that I can refer and write Hopefully a Good Post. Which is a Very Good Way to “Manage your feelings and its a Very good way of “Organizing your thoughts and feelings of day to day Living too! Journaling can help to express emotions, be present with thoughts and clear your head.. Journaling is not just a little thing you do to pass the time, to write down your memories though it can be, “Research has shown a “Decrease in Physician visits for those who record their thoughts in Journals Daily. It is said that, “It’s a way that has helped brilliant, and wise people become better at what they do!
The best ways to get used to Journal. Keep pens or pencils and paper what ever you can, keep in few places where you can see and easily write then and there, when you get the need to write. They can be just writing papers. old diaries where you can write anyway you want. Because sometimes when you are annoyed or feeling in a low mood, you will need to “write and throw away them. Anyway as you write and improve, you need to throw away as that means, “Letting Go of the Past and moving forward in to Higher Wave lengths and Better standards of Living in Good Health and Happiness 🙂

Hope All of You are Keeping in Good Health. This is a Topic I have felt The Need to write as I have found out “Very Important at “These Times of Health Issues”. Healing Panic ❤
A panic attack is an unexpected episode of intense fear and anxiety accompanied by physical symptoms that are similar to the body’s normal response to danger. Panic disorder is the term used when a person is prone to repeated attacks of panic. “Chronic panic” probably means there are persistent symptoms, more suggestive of generalized anxiety disorder. Many people living with panic disorder describes feeling as though they are having a heart attack. The feeling may be so intense that they may seek emergency medical assistance, especially if they are unaware that they have panic disorder.
Update: 27th October 2021: Actually, there is a “Very Important incident for this” But now that it is long time ago (1924) I have taken off the full story. One day I had finished my shopping and sat to have a bit of a rest before going to the car. There was a lady seated in the same seat who was going to the shops having a rest. I asked her “Do you like reading and she said not much but “My daughter reads”. and she needs help. Then I said give her this card it is my website. “It is about Mental wellness. “To Give Hope and Strength” I got Healing Energy into My Hands after I went home, I hope my website helped her!
How is a panic disorder treated?
If you suffer from panic disorder, it can be helpful to know 2 things at First:
Don’t Think of Them as You are in life-threatening danger.
And keep Your strength and Hope that the symptoms will go away.
At The same Time “Please see A Doctor “As soon as Possible”!
What is A Panic Attack: A Panic Attack is a response to a stressful situation, where you feel like you are losing control.
May 1st 2022: This is some new information I found in a “Psychology Magazine” Yes already it is shown water helps to feel fresh and to feel Relaxed, and to splash water on our faces above also, and even when we are tired and hot. But now what is being said is to use ice water if possible or very cold water. “A Sudden change in Temperature makes a, “Deeply Relaxing Shift so Muscle Tension and shakiness drops. And supposed to “Stop the Panic attack in its tracks” You need to take a Bowl of cold water, If possible or like to add some ice (ice might be not ok if its very cold winter or have sensitive skin). And to Dip your whole face in the bowl for a little while. All depends on each of you. And to do again if necessary 🙂

If you have a panic attack, you might have a racing heart and be flushed with sometimes Pain you chest also. You might feel sweaty, shaky, dizzy Faintish and breathless. You may not have all these and know “What You get” Whether it is mild or severe when people over work or get hurt, they get stressed. You need to discuss with your closest, and that is your family members, as they are the people whom you come across almost daily, and the most important people that need to know what is going on with you, as otherwise they will not know how to support you ❤
The thing is sometimes how ever much you have people around you, they may not know, nor will they really understand what you are going through. Or sometimes it can be that, the very ones who should be “Caring and supporting you will get upset themselves and might be not able to help you. At these times see if you can find “A Friend, even an outsider who can Understand” You ❤
To manage panic disorder, you need strategies to regain some control. Techniques that can help you feel calmer include:
Relaxation strategies
Breathing exercises
Mindfulness
Meditation

How are you all. Keeping in Good Health. I sincerely Hope so. Today I am writing about “Healing” and “Very Appropriate” (suitable) to The Health issue what is going on” What I am writing is about is “Natural Healing”. Which “I have Received and I know “What they are”. For Healing “I am, “The Healer and The person who is Being Helped is called “The Healee” (The person or the people that needs to be Healed (To get back to Good Health) ❤
Qualities of “Good Healer is Patience, Trust and Faith. The Healer has to be Very Patient as it takes “Time” for the The person who is being Helped to “Adjust”. As it has to be “In a Relaxing way and not hurried” Trust comes in, “Even when The Healing cannot be seen. It is Not always possible to see, “Any Energy Changes immediately” There has to be, “”Faith” both with “The Healer and The person being Healed especially, to know that “Healing does Happen” ❤
Skilled Healers are “Know The Art of Listening” “They are able to detect (Understand) what is “Being spoken through words” by The person as well as “What is Not spoken” by The person that is being Helped”. The Healer can Observe (see) how the patient “Is dressed, Looks Happy or worried” generally from outer appearance.
It is “Very Important To Be working with, “The Purest Spiritual Energy”. Spiritual Energy comes with Praying and Meditating. Healing Energy can be transferred by Long Distance as well as “Touching the palms” and then “They can be felt” ❤
Long Distance Healing is, “Mind To Mind Healing”. Only it is done “Over Longer Distance” The person that is being Helped can be, “Hundred or Thousands of Miles Away” and still be able to, “Take in The Healing Energies from The Healer” Which here is Me 🙂
Healing Energy is like “The Flow of Water” You need to “Trust Believe and Ready and Willing To Receive”. If one does not Believe or Trust “They will Not Flow” It is Like trying to enter through a closed door!
