Hello To My Dear Readers, Blogging Friends and Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. And “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I am redoing some of the articles in “Different Ways” for the benefit of the new followers and also with more information and more colour. With much more Positive feelings at this time of my Life with “Healing Energies I am receiving”. Today I am writing about, “Sound Therapy. I hope You will find the post, “Interesting as well as Informative”. I am doing reference for added knowledge as well as writing, “What I know and Have Experienced so far” 🙂

Music has been used as a tool of healing since ancient times, appearing in the writings of the Greek philosophers Pythagoras, Aristotle, and Plato. Native Americans and other indigenous groups have used music to enhance traditional healing practices for centuries.

Sound has been shared as a “Healing in ancient cultures around the planet for over 40,000 years. We are full of “Energy” which sound is also Energy. Sound connects us to, “Our Feelings, Memories and Thoughts. Sounds are with so Many times in our lives like, Celebrations and Ceremonies. It is used as A Relaxation Therapy for healing. The correct Sounds and Soothing to the ears is what helps us to Energizes as well as Relax and Reduce Stress.

What is Sound Healing?  All bodies vibrate at different frequencies, according to their nature and location. The Earth vibrates at it’s own frequency. Sound Healing is the ability to use frequencies to harmonize vibrations to create healing environments within our own bodies and within the Earth.  Sound is the energy. Sound is vibration. And sound can affect our moods, our health, and our lives. Some sounds soothe us while other sounds energize us. Singing bowls produce sounds in multiple octaves, noted to have healing and relaxing effects on the body/mind. Tuning forks and Tuning Chimes focus on single sounds to align chakra energies and free the flow of body energy.  Music creates different moods for peace & joy and gives Space for your life to Flow. 

Some of the “Therapeutic Sound Tools are, “The Drum, Gongs, Crystal Sound Bowls, Tuning Forks, and of course The Voices itself”. Brass or various type of Cymbals. Can use both hands or one hand like below!

The crackling or rustling Sounds. This can be a deeply relaxing activity during the fall season. Running on Dry Leaves also makes Sound and You feel Very Free and can be Deeply Relaxing and Fun. Even in Water. Swimming or playing in Water. There are so many things in Nature that are Free These are things many do not realize also. Think and see How Many Other things you can find about Sound. Wink 😀

Here are Lots of Musical Instruments. You can pick a very simple one or how your personality is or maybe for the time being what ever you can find. It doesn’t have to be expensive. Even make one at home is “Creativity” See some of the things like the Drumming can be done with anything inside or outside. Below is a chart to experiment 🙂

Sound is a basis for our lives and sense of hearing develops first. Tuning forks, Crystal Singing bowls all bring comfort and stress reduction to the person listening.

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. And “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I have been writing about Various way of Therapies to Become Well” And today I am writing about The Therapies itself, and with much more Positive feelings at this time of my Life with “Healing Energies I am receiving” ❤

Problems helped by psychotherapy include difficulties in coping with daily life; the impact of trauma, medical illness or loss in some ways; and specific mental disorders, like depression or anxiety. There are several different types of psychotherapy and some types may work better with certain problems or issues. Psychotherapy may be used in combination with medication or other therapies.

Therapy Sessions: Therapy may be conducted in an individual, family, or group setting and can help both children and adults. Both patient and Therapist need to be actively involved in Psychotherapy. The trust and relationship between a person and his or he therapist is essential to be working together effectively and benefitting from psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy can be short-term (a few sessions), dealing with immediate issues, or long-term (months or years), dealing with longstanding and complex issues. The goals of treatment and arrangements for how often and how long to meet are planned jointly by the patient and therapist. Confidentiality is a basic requirement of psychotherapy. Also, although patients share personal feelings and thoughts, intimate physical contact with a therapist is never appropriate, acceptable, or useful.

Psychotherapy and Medication

Psychotherapy is often used in combination with medication to treat mental health conditions. In some circumstances medication may be clearly useful and in others psychotherapy may be the best option. For many people combined medication and psychotherapy treatment is better than either alone. Healthy lifestyle improvements, such as good nutrition, regular exercise and adequate sleep, can be important in supporting recovery and overall wellness.

Does Psychotherapy Work?

Research shows that most people who receive psychotherapy experience symptom relief and are better able to function in their lives. About 75 percent of people who enter psychotherapy show some benefit from it. 1 Psychotherapy has been shown to improve emotions and behaviors and to be linked with positive changes in the brain and body. The benefits also include fewer sick days, less disability, fewer medical problems, and increased work satisfaction.

With the use of brain imaging techniques researchers have been able to see changes in the brain after a person has undergone psychotherapy. Numerous studies have identified brain changes in people with mental illness (including depression, panic disorder, PTSD and other conditions) as a result of undergoing psychotherapy. In most cases the brain changes resulting from psychotherapy were similar to changes resulting from medication.

To help get the most out of psychotherapy, approach the therapy as a collaborative effort, be open and honest, and follow your agreed upon plan for treatment. Follow through with any assignments between sessions, such as writing in a journal or practicing what you’ve talked about.

Writing helps to know yourself better. To find out who you are, what makes you happy and Joyful and to know what your Talents and Gifts are are. Through this you clarify your thoughts and feelings. Writing or journaling is the best way to organize yourself ❤

Forest ~ Therapy!

Hello To All My Readers, Blogging Friends and All My Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. And “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. I am redoing some of the articles in “Different Ways” for the benefit of the new followers and also with more information and more colour. With much more Positive feelings at this time of my Life with “Healing Energies I am receiving”. Today I am writing about “Forest Therapy” Its something called “Forest Bathing” Walking in “A Relaxed way also can be’ walking in a Meditative way. Make note: These pictures are “During Autumn ~ Where Some of The Leaves of Trees become Brown and start to Drop” That is why They look shades of Brown and Not Green 🙂

Stepping in to A Forest or Woodland You can feel so Relaxed and Free. Why Nature is one of the most Natural Therapies for stress ?, and I say this is because of “The Deep Connection with Nature” and The Power of being surrounded by Living things. Yes Trees are Alive as “They Breath and Gives out “Oxygen” what we breath in and Helps keep us Alive”. We Eat and Drink what Plants and Trees gives us. Isn’t it? So they are also “Calming and as well as Nourishing” as they Connect us with Mother Nature, Grounding and Therapeutic. The best way to reduce stress is to reconnect with mother nature, To, relax and calm your mind and body. Now see From Long Time ago, what we had for Living is Trees. To Build our Houses To Protect us from The Weather (Rain and Sun) also from Danger (animals and even from other people). For our Food to eat (Nourish us) before there were shops 🙂

This is “Really Free if You have a Forest or some Trees near by” And also if you are comfortable walking among trees and plants especially in the woods, where its completely free of other disturbances and you can be totally immersed in the natural surroundings. If by chance you are in Dessert area, Still You can walk when it is cool in the evenings looking at the night sky and stars and the moon I think? Won’t be Forest But still it will be part of “Mother Nature as It is very soothing to walk on “Soft and Cool Sand” and it can Be Grounding (Connecting Mother Nature) so Therapeutic. When you can find a nice quiet place, you can be at peace. You only hear the sounds of nature (Like The wind) and then you hear yourself. As its in the silence that you hear your inner voice!

The reason we can relax best in nature is, because its full of greenery. Green is soothing to the eyes. Its a colour that balances the energies of the body and helps the mind to calm down. In fact my favourite colour is green and I love plants and nature. Most of the time the reason we get stressed is because, we are in a hurry. We try to run against time. Its true that we cannot sit and wait things to come to us, but after we have done our best, we need to have Patience until things happen or change the way we want to!

Now can you see how Nature plays a very big part in our healing. As you are able to relax naturally, stress goes away naturally too. You not only inhale clean air But “They Filter pollutants in the Air and Water from their Leaves and Bark and also absorb “The High Levels of CO2(Carbon Dioxide) by Human Activity. Our Woodland Friends also Help to keep Soil in place to “Prevent The soil being Washed away, and Provide Homes to countless (Many) Kinds (Species) of Birds Animals and Insects. So it is no wonder By, connecting with mother nature it helps to balance our Energies or Vibrations”. In the natural surroundings, the flowing of the water, the rustle of the leaves and the moving of the trees are all soothing sounds to the ears. That’s natural music that can relax and lull you to sleep peacefully. Learn to enjoy nature. Go bare foot for walks on the grass on the beach, sit and watch the clouds moving, how the light plays with the trees and leaves. Nature is one big experience by itself and as I said most of all its free.

Ancient Art of Forest Bathing: “A Japanese Art of Bathing Your Senses in The atmosphere (Environment) in The Forest”. So what makes it different from “just taking a walk? For A walk to be a Meditation You Notice what you experience as You Move, You are Mindful or aware how you feel in Your Body, “To the Ground as You feet connects with it, and how you are Breathing and also what ever you notice of anything else”. A note That “You must be Careful to Walk in Safe areas and during The Day time also” “You” can watch this Beautiful video and imaging yourself walking, or even Watching and Listening to the Sounds of Nature and “Relax” ❤

You have come to know, “The Benefits of all types of Walking” not only that, “By Connecting To Nature takes Us One step ahead. Proven Positive Results are Healthier You with 1.Stronger Immunity System, 2.Reduced Anxiety 3.Better Sleep 4.Concentration and Memory. Finally as, “You Develop and Deepen Your Connection To Nature You begin to notice more and “You Develop A Sense of Wonder and Gratitude. We can Feel That We Belong To Something Big and Beautiful” ❤

Mandala Art!



Hello To All My Readers, Blogging Friends and All My Followers ❤

Hope All of You are keeping in Good Health as much as possible. Thought of writing about Mandala Art. Hope All of You are in Good Health, and “Keeping yourself Positive and Motivated as Best as possible in these times”. Today I am writing about How you can Relax with “Drawing Mandala and Relaxing as well as keeping yourself Occupied!

You can draw a simple Mandala. As it is popular these days. No need of books itself You can see on the I net or just imagine one on your own. A little info about mandalas. Mandala is a Sanskrit word loosely meaning circle. They are intricate, repeating geometric shapes that make up a circle. Basically mandalas symbolize our universe, and the idea that everything in our universe is connected. If you are making these with kids, these will give them a taste of design, proportion, symmetry, and working with abstraction. Plus, they are meditative (Mindful). And beautiful. It is said that drawing a Mandala can be extremely relaxing and a healing activity. Here is a video on drawing a mandala to help you get started. If drawing is not your thing, then you can even buy ready made Mandalas and color them instead.
Directions: Trace a big circle on a piece of paper. We used an old plate (at least they’re getting used for something. Cut out the circle carefully – hold 2 pieces of paper together to double time your cutting process, since you will want to be making more than one of these things. Kids can easily make their own easy mandalas with this folding trick, and use personal symbols or random abstract shapes to make this art project.

Below is what I have coloured so far. If you have done differently which is obvious You can take other copies and do hem again need not colour the same way. Or take tracing paper and draw the same thing!

Here is a little more information: Cultures sometimes seen as religious images also, around the world have drawn Mandala for centuries. You can use many different things from, “Paint to sand”. All Mandalas have the, “Same Radial Symmetry” (From the central point, a symmetrical design radiates outwards. That means all the sections that radiate from the central point are made up of exactly similar parts. The symmetry can be vertical, horizontal, or radial. Using a ruler and pencil, draw lines of symmetry on the mandala.)~ The I net!

The first step is: Practice drawing different patterns. From “The floor, Ground you walk on, on Trees, Leaves, Flowers and Fruits, Patterns are everywhere, even in the sky. First by using simple lines, You can improve your drawing skills as well as your eyes for details, and then improve from simple patterns to more advanced, how ever You like to draw. You can use” your own blank paper or ready made ones”. Also pencils, pens, crayons, or what ever coluring things. You can also draw many shapes, or patterns such as: circles, tringles, flower petals fruits, dots, even rain drops. You can Begin: in the middle or from any place you like. Let your imagination (from the mind) Guide you. Keep in Mind the :Main aim is to: “Keep The Circular Symmetry. So if you draw a pattern. You have to Repeat in All the other sections. Do not rush as the aim is “It is Mindful (To Relax) and again feel Free and have Fun 🙂
