I have thought of some posts to lift your mood anytime you need a little boost. So, let’s Talk about things ❤
When people go through a lot, naturally they are under a lot of pressure. So they get stressed and go down in to low moods. So being stressed is under pressure which goes as depression, as well as being under pressure means stressed, and when people get too stressed also, they get worried, and they are under pressure. It works two ways. And sometimes even some of our closest family members can, fail to understand or able to support us exactly how it helps as they cannot fully understand what’s going on with us. At these times it can be a friend or someone else who can understand and be helpful ❤
Know That, “It MATTERS to ME that YOU become Well and I CARE ❤ and it “Hurts me to Feel that you feel hurt or sad”. I know how it hurts when people are unkind or cruel. And sometimes things do not work the way you want. “DO NOT GIVE UP IN ANYWAY” or try to do things that will harm you Please ❤

You Know that although I don’t know you personally, as I have developed, “My Third Eye”. My senses are VERY STRONG and I might FEEL that someone is in NEED” ❤

Perception: the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses.
Thoughts can Travel Long Distance and also “HEALING ENERGY” which is, The “GIFT that I have got by “Working Very Hard for Years, Giving, Sharing and Praying Very Hard with Dedication and Sacrifice: “Prayer energy which also can be called Healing Energy” can travel far and wide to distant places too. 15th December 2020. 2.25 AM ~ 2.28 AM ~ 2.36 AM. 2.55 AM. Right Now I am having Vibrations in Both My Hands. Sometimes you might feel your Right Hand (meaning Your fingers and the palm vibrating) that means you are getting Healing Energies, sometimes it can be the Left Hand (again the fingers and the palm same way), and sometimes it can be Both Hands receiving (again it is the fingers and the palms same way). All depends on How you will need and Have A Pure Heart and Receive with Loving Kindness. They will stay a while, also come and go at certain times and stop ❤ ❤ ❤

I Hope all these will Be Helpful at times when your feel You need some Strength. Trust me, if you can listen to some uplifting music, (as doing other things might too much for you, at certain times). it really helps; it does for me. If you can listen a little loud all the better, but of course it might be you have to listen through the headphones, not to disturb the others, I do Love Music and when I am listening I listen through the headphones, if you like to dance or do some movements even sitting and watching can Help to Relax and Distract. Even if it says for children, as adults also just doing some movements helps Relax and even just watching is said to help ❤
As dancing relaxes you and get all the Happy Hormones to work. This is a beautiful video I was sent by a friend and now I am passing on for those who will like and to pass it on for your friends and Loved ones for them to feel Good too ❤

I know when I post some quotes, there have been doubts about being really Happy at all times and also when you do Good things it doesn’t come back the same way and so on…..I have been dealing all these questions and doubts when I write with My Knowledge and “True Life Experiences ~ Mine

Recently I have seen some of you going through physical pain due to illnesses as well as, some who have had faced some challenges, due to unkind and selfish people. I know when this type of things happens, we become troubled and lose faith in how life works. In my case, I am a firm believer in Prayers, and if I cannot see reason or answers, I sit and pray!
