As I Move On!

Hello To, All My Dear Followers Readers and Blogging Friends ❤

As this is my journey along the path of healing, I thought I will write here as and how I am moving on with my life. Sometimes it may be the same things here and there, but they will be different each time, because we keep on changing and evolving as we go along ❤

II want “You to know” that it’s a little difficult to draw a line when you have become well and when you have really healed at the very beginning. Both can be on the balance as we cannot see the mind like the physical self. You yourselves have to find out, whether certain thoughts are in your mind, or if the memories have completely gone back!

Those who are really following my journey, are aware that recently I finished one chapter and now Beginning again. Now I have got the urge to contact some of them who have been there for me, supporting and helping me at various times and ways. This is how life is. Its like reading a book. As you move on its like going from one chapter to another, until we begin again another chapter in a new book. I have become, who I was before all these upheavals happened. I remember all what I used to do, and I can’t believe the drama I have gone through, and how I have overcome and become stronger!

Strong 2

Whoever is there for you or not, ultimately, it’s you who has to heal yourself. It has to be a combination of many things. You need to get proper guidance from the medical personnel, medication and above all, “Make an extreme effort to do anything and everything possible to become Strong and Positive” Once you decide and begin to come up, others can also give a helping hand. The moment you decide to become well and begin to be active, it is moving up to a higher level. Then there can be others as well as, “You will be able to tap into other resources of higher knowledge”. And “You” will be able to make use of, “Your own knowledge and Experiences” to help others as well and to move on to a better standard of living ❤

It has been a Very Long Journey. In order to survive, you have to come out of your comfort zone. What things we ourselves discover about us is the surprising thing.  And I did so many things otherwise I would have not done. This is because I was Determined to Overcome and the reason, I write confidently about how I coped. In life we all go through various Good Things as well as hardships at various times in different ways. And sometimes yes, we all do wonder, why and how and for what reasons we have had these experiences. Some answers don’t come immediately but know that with “Time” You will be able to realize and know” 🙂

I pray and meditate to reflex on how things happened in the past and how I have moved on. I am discovering so much about me now. What I have forgotten and who I have become by overcoming all this challenges. I am who I was in the past, yet I have changed too!!! Life is such we all change all the time, and we can go on learning and advancing ourselves as long as we have life. How wonderful to keep on updating your knowledge and to learn new things. I really enjoy doing so and with all what I have gone through, I find that, “Life can become Wonderful, if we have the “Strength, Persistence and Patience” to keep on working towards Achieving Your Goals ❤

There are exceptions I know, just like everything. But for most of you, if you take courage, you can turn your life around to look at life in a positive way and make the best of who you are and what you have. We have only one life to live, and almost all of us are given, something special to make a mark in this world. For ourselves and then to others, at least to one person. We cannot change the whole world not all of us, although I wish we could. Don’t you? So, we need to make use of what we have got. As I always end up saying, be strong, have Courage and be Patient until the tide changes and life turn in Favour for you. It does, it has to ❤

Winter doesn’t stay forever, “You never know what The Changes the next day will bring” As we are all part of this, “Universe” we also move on with the Time of and “Your day will surely come” ❤

17th April 2019: This is the New Me “Adding to what I wrote before that, “The answers Did come most of them” and “The Tide does Turn” although I didn’t realize that “Not only was I was Trying to show that it is possible to become “Positive and Well” somehow, but I have also been working towards, “Developing Healing Energies to Heal myself as well as Help Others”!
So here is what I have learnt since then. The Tide does Turn in Your favour meaning Life does change ~ Winter does not last forever. Good Times does come in Time ❤ 🙂

Power of the Mind!

Hello to All My Dear Readers Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

I Hope all of you are keeping well and feeling positive as possible. I have become even Stronger and looking at the things in, ” A Positive way and Living with Gratitude with the Good Things that are there in my Life”. I guess that is what one has to achieve 🙂Positive 1Human mind is such, that if we are able to “Influence the mind in a good way” we are able to do so much with our lives. Sometimes the mind can be stubborn refusing to accept, to move and to make changes. This is why it’s said that “We are what our thoughts are. That mind is everything” Our minds are very powerful. It has so much of Power   to help us  make  changes for the better. And what we are guided is, how to go about in life with Dignity and Respect. I have noticed how our minds get influenced by our environment, surroundings and the people with whom we associate with. From time to time, I watch or listen to programs new and positive words to upgrade my mind ❤

Since recently I have been looking at a series of unique architecture. Once in a way even, It is good to look at things that is out of your usual interests. Now Look what I have found! Even I have not really seen these in, “Real Life” 🙂

“Not only TV programs, but even Ordinary News Papers, Books or Magazines, whatever You can find easily”. And also, news of another country. Your mind gets refreshed and also You will come across “New Words and New Ideas”. And very often my mind has been full of words of those programs the same way. If you want to improve your way of living, you have to improve your ways of thinking. For this what do we do, we find ways and means of training and influencing our minds to think better, in more advanced ways, by Reading and Looking At Good Things in Life and Even Watching Good and Educative TV programs ❤

As this is an audience that consists of many religions, I do not want to go to any lengths of writing about religion. “What All Religions are doing is about Guiding the mind, to think good thoughts that will lead on to doing the correct things in life, and to live well, in different ways. Learn to Read, listen Good and Positive things that will Enhance, Increase or Widen your knowledge. That is how you can grow and move on to higher Wave Lengths – Better Standards (Like climbing steps to another floor Higher) to lead a Better, Happier and Healthier lifestyle 🙂

When you have a good heart, you can somehow overcome your troubles by giving and sharing with others. When you connect with others this way, you tend to share your problems as well as happiness. Thereby troubles become less and Happiness become more which helps to lift you up mentally and boost your moral. All this helps you to become more peaceful and Happier. By controlling your mind, you are able to control your thoughts in a good way. “Make the mind work for you, and not the other way around ” The mind cannot control you all the time, you are the master of your own mind, and it has to think and do for the best interest for you. “Saying all these, for some of you, “There can be things, right now you find very difficult to get over, but you will find, “In Time” they Will fade away ❤

Challenges in Life ~ 2!

Hello To, All My Dear Readers Followers and My Blogging Friends ❤

First of all, may I wish you all a Very Happy New Year 🙂

I hope all of you are keeping well. I have not written for some time, as I had to recover from a very stressful period. Suddenly I faced a challenging issue, which distracted me from writing here and took me some time to settle myself properly again. Finally, I have overcome them and getting back to my usual routine 🙂

Challenge 6

This type of disruptions happens to all of us in different ways at the most unexpected times of our lives, that upset us sometimes. “Luckily I held on and was a very good test of my strength” I did get stressed, anxiety set in getting drowsy, but I never got any low moods. So, it’s a very big comfort to me, to know that I will never get into those low moods again whatever challenges I came across. And that I can face challenges with Courage, is good for those who read also, to know to “Stand Strong” and somehow hold on with, “Strength, Courage and Persistence and Be Patient, until you overcome and achieve Your Goals in Life” 🙂

Challenge 1These types of issues create stress as one has to think when dealing with, two major issues at the same time. At this time the best thing to do is to stop almost everything and take a complete rest, as one needs to have a clear mind to solve whatever one is facing. Unlike dealing with people, dealing with a system is complicated, as the systems work according to very strict rules. With all what is going on from one side, in life there comes a balance too as, when one side was stressing, I got immense support from, the “Medical System”. “There are people who really knew the “Values of Life”, and also “Especially those who have face difficulties, and come up and are trying to help others” They had faith and “Believed in My Mission”, My Working towards Encouraging and Motivating others”. They were able to safeguard me from being unduly stressed so that I can get on with my life with all what I am doing. I am so very Grateful and blessed to have such wonderful and caring people by my side ❤

Challenge 4.Writing here at length itself is a sign that my mind has calmed down. We come across problems, due to various reasons. This type of issues can affect both mentally and physically due to stress. I began to wonder if I could even concentrate on my course and if I had taken on too much too soon. But thank goodness I was able to put my mind on to it again. The main thing for “Stress is to Relax and Calm oneself”.  Know that I am editing, and this is the past and I have to now write as The Past Tense. At that time, I joined a Group Exercise class. As doing things with others where there was a different atmosphere as well companionship, but later became too much with driving and with other activities. That I did things on my, when possible, at home 🙂

Challenge 8

With exercises, your good hormones start to work to make you more Positive and you can lose some weight and have a better shape too. Although it is for children, “It is well shown this is “For Everyone” and What I am doing while Editing the Past is: Adding My Knowledge from the Experiences I have had in the Past as well as New Knowledge Gained since 2015! Also, Later on I will write more, “There are so many Topics that can be written. For now, while Editing and Re writing I am Trying to include My Extra Knowledge as much as possible ❤Challenge 2

I Hope you learn something new from what I have written and then pass on to another of what you learn. That again is the beauty and the value of knowledge. Knowledge is Enhanced/increased, when shared and it travels far and wide like the ripples all over the world, touching so many others, and clearing the ignorance and lighting their lives with Wisdom which is like “Painting in Beautiful Colours and making Life More Positive 🙂

Why people get hurt or sad is, when they are criticized, put down, controlled or blamed unnecessarily!

And when they feel it’s wrong and when they feel they don’t deserve, later on those can make people to feel unwell. Definition:(Psychological trauma) is something that affects the mind that occurs as a result of distressing event or events. Trauma is often the result of an overwhelming amount of stress that exceeds one’s ability to cope, the emotions involved with that experience. A traumatic event involves one’s experience, or repeating events that can be too much, all depend on the person’s personality. But it is possible to “Overcome”. This is why I am now writing as I have been able to receive the “Gift of Healing too
