Focus. Good classical music helps to to focus our minds and it is said that The best way is to have it playing softly in the background as you get on with your tasks.
Motivation. If you want to do some housework like cooking arranging and even to vacuum the house, or sometimes study or to get some exercise, you can use your favourite music as a motivational force.
But this all depends on each persons personality. Strengthen Your Heart Beat. Enhances everyday performances. Boost Brain Power. Stimulates Your Brain. Improves Your sleep!
Boost Brain Power. Confidence Builder. Teachers Discipline. Helps You Socially. Improves the Memory. Makes You feel Happy. “Studies have proven that listening to Music strengthens the Brain. Chanting or toning sounds can help you to feel relaxed and bring people together in Harmony 🙂
Although it says Benefits For Kids. All these are for adults also 🙂
Words make you Think a thought. Music makes You feel a Feeling. A Happy song makes You Feel Happy 🙂
